I had placed order for l470 laptop (20j5a1ceig) on[protected]. This was a pre-order and supposed to be shipped on[protected]. On 16th they changed the status to shipment delay. I was informed that my product will be shipped within a week (20th sept) as they are facing procurement issues. After a lot
Of communication, on 23rd they informed me that my product is not available and i should select any alternative product. This was not acceptable to me. I asked them for refund. On 27th they informed me that my refund will be initiated. On 4th oct i received the refund details and finally on 7th oct got the refund.
First thing is, their helpline (Phone) is always busy, so it is very difficult to contact them. Also their response time via email is too much.
Second, they repeatedly gave me wrong information like, their site showed the product is available but their email communication and executive over phone were saying it is not available.
Third, what they communicated never happened or was delayed like, product delivery and refund.
Fourth, they always told me one executive is responsible and looking into my issue and she will call me back. She never called back.

    Since the day 1 i am suffering after buying lenovo ideapad 510 laptop. The seller told us to buy since it has core i5 and it is a 7th generation laptop. It does not even open properly. Mine is a middle class family and my father was saving money since a long time to buy me a good laptop. This is the worst product ever! I havve to wait for a day sometimes so that at least the laptop would switch on. I have to wait for the connection of the internet. I am pretty much sure i would never buy any other product from lenovo company! Useless service and the behaviour of the seller when we went to check it for the second time was so poor. I would seriously want my 60000 rs back!

    I called customer service 4 or 5 times and ask for where I have to find my charger...they gave 3 number...all are saying its not available in india...worst experience...please help...
    I am searching my laptop charger from the past 1 month but I didn't find it anywhere...so please help.

      I have purchase a lenovo k4 note mobile from mobile mart bongaigaon assam in january2017 but the mobile front camera hasben defected so i have submitted the mobile lenovo care bongaigaon assam but the care owner said that you should submit the mobile for one week then the problem will be solved. I also said that i will come after one week then will u repair the mobile he said no

      I have bought a powerbank PA13000 from amazon about 2 months ago.
      Its not working now, not even charge a phone of 1800 MAH but powerbank of 13000MAH, data cable od not working. Service centres are not responding.
      Please resolve that problem.

        Hi,

        My phone is in service center for last 9-10 days. Whenever i ask the service center about the repair, they only inform me that parts shortage, but its quite frustrating. Yesterday (22.10.2017) i got a sms from "dm-688689" saying that "your phone has been made and ready for pick up". But when i went to service center to collect my phone i came to know, there has been no progress at all till date. Lenovo just close the issue/job because the still don't have the parts available.

        It is so bad to know there has been no/least after sales service from lenovo and now i am regretting. I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

          I bought a lenovo p2 smart phone on may 2017 from flipkart. After 5 months o[censored]sage, one day i called a person and kept the mobile in my pocket. After half an hour when i took my mobile it was showing no display. But the phone was still in on condition. When i contacted the lenenvo service centre in trivandrum after looking at the product they showed cracks in display and was replying that the crack was already present before submitting for verification. But iam sure that there was no crack in the display till i gave the item for anaylsis.

          Monitor of Lenov PC Model No. S510 supplied to FCI, District Office, Balasore is not functioning since 08.10.2017. So please depute your service engineer to rectify the problem.

            Hello
            My name is dr. Augustine george, working in government medical college, kottayam, kerala. I bought a lenovo k6, power on 31/7/2017, the second day after purchase the phone switched off automatically and was not charging. Gave the phone to authorised service centre they checked and gave back the phone two days after saying phone is ok. Again last month same complaint came gave the phone to authorised service centre at kottayam... They also did something gave back the phone and said it's working now. Again on 19/10/2017 gave the phone to the authorised service centre at kottayam (Voice plus) with the same problem. Now they where not able to revive the phone and said the phone is not working and there is water inside the phone. I wonder is there some magic by which water has gone inside. They said phone is dead and u have to buy a new phone. I asked about the warranty and they said it's out of warranty as it's negligence from customer part.
            I realised that it is a just creating a out of warranty situation. And i strongly felt that it's a violation of customer's right. With in three months the phone is dead...
            Kindly reimburse the cost incurred or do the needful. Otherwise i have to deal this legally.

            I watching a video on youtube and my Lenovo A6000 phone was dead (drained battery) which was understandable so I put it on charge, the charging icon thing even on the screen.
            when i discard power cable. phone again restart and.. without charger phone not working and. switch off

              I have a problem with my new lenovo vibe k5 note mobile mic 1 failure issue, searched the service center in rourkela, found a service centre sprimon technology, address : shop no. Gc+151, first floor, rcms complex, panposh road, rourkela -769004.

              They have no brain to talk with customer. If we spend huge money to purchase a brand mobile (Lenovo) and after few days when we found any issue regarding mobile. We should go to the service centre na... But your people are not good to talk..

              Submitted my mobile to resolve the issue (Mic 1 fail) they told me first in warranty it will take 10 days, if without warranty then same day you will got your mobile, now i am following up for more than 7 days regularly they not receive my phone, nor call back to me for the update.

                Since from 8 months the above said phone display stuck for 2 or 3 days and it started working it happens around 3 times asofnow in addition to that now the some applications are working like shareit files as such regarding this i approached the authorised service centre they telling me that it due to phisical damage
                So please kindly replace with warranty or resolve the problem

                  This is regarding the lenovo phab i bought last year on flipkart.

                  I had a very bad experience with this product from 1st week o[censored]sage. The reception was going for a toss initially & later the device used to switch off on its own. It would not switch on back for a day or two, and later was switching on.

                  I took this to your authorized service center in bangalore (1575, 11th main road, aurobindo marg, 4t block, near main post office, jayanagara, bengaluru, karnataka 560011) and they said there was no issue with the device. It worked for another week & i had same issues. I took it to same service center 2 more times & they returned saying there was no issue.

                  I stopped using the device with sim card & used it only to watch media. From last week the device is not even switching on. It just charges & thats it. And now its out of warranty (Just a week)

                  This is the worst experience i had with any brand w. R. T product & a hopeless service capabilities.

                  I dont want to go to the same service center who are totally incapable to detect any issues. Let me know how can this issue be resolved.

                    Battery drains fast and many apps such as facebook messenger takes a lot of time to get installed from the play store. Other apps are ok but the battery drains within 2 to 3 hours o[censored]sage. Facebook messenger app takes 10 minutes to get installed from the play store. Tell me a way to fix this issues. I have another lenovo phab 2+ but it s performance is very good but k3 note has these 2 issues which needs to be fixed immediately.

                          I have brought a power bank (Pa10400) from flipcart. My power bank is not charging properly when plug in the charger and also not indicate the charging.                                 I registered for back to college offer for my lenovo machine 2 months ago, i have paid rs.1499 for 2 years warranty extend and puma 3000 voucher. My ticket number is adp btc 064953. I have still not recieved the voucher yet. Very poor service. Not at all coustmer satisfaction, staff quality is disgusting, they do not respond.                                     My phone spoiled two times in warranty. Lenovo care excuses it's liquid damage. But they could not show me liquid in phone. They denied to repair my phone and demand for 1180rs for return my phone with out repairing. I did not pay money and they kept my phone. I emailed to company the don't want to listen. My phone is in warranty and it was on/off problem. The company should be repair my phone or give me new phone because it's second time. The company employees corrupted they demand for money they said it is our salary. They demand for money to see my phone what happened. They gave document of 1180rs.

                                    1.flashlight is yellowish.so pics is too worse at night time.
                                    2.depth enable is not performed well in this device.its look like a normal pics

                                      I purchased a lenovo laptop from croma in october 2016. Product name lenovo ideapad 310 serial no pf0nu6ls. Soon after the purchase within 6 months its software got curroupt and i lost all my important data it was not my fault at all but i compromised and let go it. Then recently i started facing a keybord issue in my laptop and took my laptop to the service center. Firstly they did not have power adaptor and hence took my adapter to service my laptop. Secondly they said that they will get the issue done within 2 days. The next day i get a email saying that the part is not available and i will have to wait for 1 month (Written in the email by them). They just sent me this email without providing and solution for the problem. I spoke to the service center people they asked me to talk to the lenovo customer care for further solution and they cannot do anything on their end.
                                      I then called customer care for the problem to be solved they transfered my call to their head named "jyothsna vas" email id "[protected]@lenovo.com" i explained them that the part is not available is your problem i am in urgent need of laptop i need to do my projects and submit it. Then she said that she will update me within 1 hr. Then after 2 3 hrs i got a mail from her that they cannot reach me due to a problem and hence send a mail that there is no update from their part team on the availability of the part and asked me to bear with them. Then there was no update from their end. When i send and email to update me on my issue i got an automated response saying "i am on leave hence there will be delay in response" this line is cut pasted from email. If you were on leave why did u attend my problem. They just fooled my they stretched the issue thinking that the customer will forget and avoided me instead of solving my issue. I again called the customer care today around 11 30 12 and they say that they are not available. I called on[protected]. I then approached the service center they said that u can take your laptop and purchase an external keyboard thats comes for around 200 rupees and do you important or urgent work and when the part is available then we will replace it for you inspite of my product being in the warranty i have to pay to get my work done.
                                      Can't the company proved me with an external keyboard at their cost as an alternative if the consumer is ready to corporate.
                                      Its not even 1 year that this product for launched and the parts are not available.
                                      Product costing 45000 rupees giving problem in less then 1 year and always the customer (I) have faced the consequences (Loss of data).
                                      They have raised their hands asking me to wait for 1 month
                                      I am a student of iai i am apearing for ct9 exam and i need to complete my assignment and submit it before 4th of november also my study material is on the laptop how do i complete my work.

                                      My job sheet so number is "[protected]" provided my service center which will give you all the information.

                                      I request you to help me out with my problem and of possible to replace my laptop as its less then a year ther are 2 faults and such service after my warranty period if there is some issues then i wil have to bare more costs again.

                                      My Lenovo k8 note cast screen can't find any device. Some of friends have K6 note and its cast screen feature is working perfectly. But k8 note can't search any device. Its really very much disappointing. This problem has to be resolved by the lenovo company through its updates. So I request the lenovo company to resolve the issue immediately.

                                        Purchased lenovo k5 note in sep'16. Within one year microphone stopped working while in active call. Got replaced the sub board (Charged rs. 1600 for this) in authorized service center in i-pick solutions, noida, sector-10. Again, same issue repeated after 4 months and they are suggesting to get it replaced again else contact customer care. And believe me its very hard to catch customer care online. You can just submit your request, that's it, nothing more.

                                        Isn't it a recurring burden on consumer just because of poor quality of lenovo product and its repair service. What has company done to fix the problem as it seems a common issue in this model at least what i see from community "lenovo forms".

                                        Is there anyway other than throwing it in bin and purchase some good quality product, not at least from lenovo? Very bad experience so far.
