Mobile is in guarantee period and while using keypad in vertical mode letter s and z are not working. Though they r working in horizontal screen. Service centre is not responding to the complaint with a reason that there is a water seepage in mother board which is not the reason actually.. As the keys are working horizontally.     I purchased lenovo k5 note smartphone. Currently its screen is not working properly. It became yellowish at three-four places in one side. Any object is not properly visible in that conditions. I am getting highly suffered. I tried many times to talk customers care. But there is no respnose. Finally i want to complain online. Please help me to repair it.

      Sir i have purchased laptop on 08/08/2015 and that time i also purchased warranty of one year adp (Accidental damage protection) and two year extended warranty and totally i have 3 years warranty upto 08/08/2018, but when i went to service centre they told me that your warranty has expired. I also written to the lenovo and enquired about that problem from 06/09/2017 but they are not showing me interest and no solution i got. My laptop serial no is "wb14527811" and warranty ticket no is"lwp105438" and "adp95850".

        More than 5 month i am contacting lenovo service center about laptop (Touch screen) related problem. On date 3 october 2017 i submitted laptop to the lenovo service center at pune, and today they call me and asking charges for os reinstalling but laptop in within warranty period. They told me that os reinstalling is not came in warranty you have to pay for it.

When i plugged the charger after 30 to 40 minutes cell phone become so much heat. And when mobile data is enable than this cell phone become so much heat. And i want to change my phone..

            My self pankaj, i had bought lenovo p2 mobile on 4apr2017. Now i'm regretting for buying this mobile. I was traveling on 2oct2017 and my mobile fall down accidentally from my hand (Fall down from the height of around 1feet only) and mobile glass shattered/cracked. Now you can assume what will be build quality of lenovo p2!, as its glass cracked by just falling down from the height of 1 feet only. Today i went to the lenovo mobile service center located at indiranagar, bangalore. Had explained the entire scenario how it fall down and what is the quality of product. They told this can't be covered warranty since it is damaged accidentally, you need to pay around rs 6300 and you will get back your mobile after 10-15 working days and they told that quality issue you should tell to the company, we are not responsible for the quality as we are provide only service. What kind of answer is this??
            My question is why customer will suffer because of your poor mobile build quality?

            Now next things is, even if i'm ready to pay money, they told it will take 10-15 working days to repair it. Wtf. To just replace the glass it will take more than 10 days? What kind of service is this?

            I came back the service center without giving my mobile. I wanted to know that whether this issue can be covered in warranty or not? And if i'll give my mobile for service, within how much time they will return it back?

            Had chat with lenovo customer service representative(his name was saleem), had explained the same scenario to him and asked him, whether they are doing any drop/fall test before putting mobile into the market? and if you are doing such test and how are you doing(i.e.specifications and all)? i think i have this question to him more than 7 or 8 times. he didn't answer. and he left the chat before i'll ask some more questions. had bad experience with lenovo support service.

              Same case here, i bought lenovo k6 power 2 months and facing issue of mobile not booting up. Talked to the engineer at lenovo service center they are telling about the phone mother board is gone and refused to replace it as the phone is still under 1 year of warranty.
              Moving back to iphone again and never come back to lenovo phone ever.
              I was very happy on purchase of lenovo k6 power that i can get good mobile with this rate but in no time the dream came to end.
              I also put camplain to lenovo website but then also not much support. Only mail chain nothing much.
              On the internet i now see lot many complaints about lenovo mobile which gives indication of worst product.

              I ordered 21-Sep-17.Order ID IS OD[protected] item), my order is packed & shipped but i am not able to received My Order.

                Lenovo vibe k5 plus led is blinking continuously when screen is off & a new message is received.. When mobile data is on. This problem starts when i installed king root app. Because of that now king root app i have uninstalled... Even after uninstallation of king root again same problem is occurring... How to resolve this problem... And how to set different font style without this root app...?

                  On dtd 28/9/17 i had repaired a lenovo smartphone model vibe k4 note at oriisa enterprises, berhampur (Ganjam) odisha for replacement of lcd display and touch screen combo. The service centre billed rs. 3800/- (Bill copy attached) for the replacement display but after replacement on d same day at evening time i saw there is a white spot in d display and network connectivity is not showing very often. Kindly solve these problems at you end other wise i will go to consumer court.

                    In other companies they repairs phone in present of customer at that time nd in lenovo they take 1 day for it this late service...in other companies they changes motherboard nd give repaired phone in 30 min nd in lenovo they take one day for only check up... If you don't believe then check service center's rating of lenovo as compare to mi or one plus

                      I placed an order for c40-30 aio pc with hdmi input and paid around rs.45k for the item on lenovo's official store - shoplenovo.co.in on 7-jul-17. The listing promised delivery in 5-7 days. I waited for 10 days and dropped them multiple follow up mails and called their call center. I never heard back on any of my escalation mails. The call center picked up the call and gave another number which does not work. After 2 months of wait time, i dropped a note requesting them to cancel the order and refund my amount failing which i would file a complaint in consumer court. 1 week after i dropped this note, they dispatched an item which is the lower end of the model promised and did not have any of the features promised in their listing. The invoice provided looked fake and had the details of some unknown company. I tried registering warranty and was told that warranty for this product was registered by somebody else 2 months back and they cant re-register warranty from the date the item was invoiced and shipped to me which probably implies that this is an used item purchased and registered by somebody else 2 months before i received it. Added to this, they brought down the listing and removed all reference to this product from their site by this time. The listing promised the following none of which was honored. 1) no hdmi input as promised in the listing 2) no usb 3.0 port as promised in the listing 3) no nvidia graphics hardware as promised in the listing 4) rs.3000 puma vouchers promised but not delivered 5) 2 years extended warranty promised but not delivered (Original warranty was registered by somebody else 2 months before the item was invoiced and shipped to me).

                      Despite my multiple escalation mails, there is no response from any of their email ids ("[protected]@shoplenovo.co.in" ; "[protected]@lenovo.com" ; shoplenovo). Without the features promised in the listing, i have no use for the item. I lost rs. 45k, waited for 2 months and was forced to accept an used, lower model when i requested for cancellation and refund and the company does not have the courtesy to even respond to my mails.

                          Zuk z1 has network issue problems with jio sim
                          In camera flash timing mismatch with photo so we can't get better lighting
                          No volte update
                          No cyanogen os update
                          No android os update
                          Zuk z1 users got disappointed due to this reasons mobile phone below this price tag are using volte android nought but zuk z1 users still using lollipop so zuk z1 users very much disappointed with this phone

                              I had purchased lenovo k5 note on 11 november, 2016 form flipkart.
                              However from long time i am facing overheating of battery and draining of battery within 1 hour of 100% charging. I had been to lenove service center in ghatkopar where they informed me the phone has only 6months warranty and i have to pay rs.2250 for repairing battery. After consulting lenovo support center over emails i was informed to go to vashi service center as my cell has a warranty of 12 months & not 6 months. I went to vashi service center and got my cell repaired within one day. Now after repairing the battery issue things have gone from bad to worst.
                              The cell phone heats up while charging and within half hour of 100% charging the cell switches off and i cannot charge it again as the phone is too hot to even hold in hand. Seems there is manufacturing defect.

                                    Sir, i purchased a lenova k6 power from kottayam (Kerala) on 01 aug 2017. Model k33a42. Imei1 -[protected] and 1mei 2-[protected]. Yesterday i saw the same in not working condition. I contacted service centre kottayam. They said some problems and they took same for further repair and take min 5 days. At present i have no phone in my necessary work. So i request you to take immediate action like replace new phone or repair the same accordingly.                                       I am owning vibe k5 note for more than a month now. Out of sudden, the phone got hung at notifications screen. After that when i restarted it, the fingerprint reader doesn't allow me to unlock the phone. It displays a message "fingerprint hardware not available".

                                      I have tried restarting phone, but it didn't help. What could be the solution to it.

                                        Incoming calls (Jio) always not rechable or switch off mode while screen off or idle condition, but the same jio sim perfectly worked with other phones. It has been since two months but there is remedy action not been taken from motorola team. It's very disappointment from motorola. My important calls has been droped by moto e4 plus.
