My phone's home button touch is not working and i visit ur janak communication service centre and they deny to replace my screen
And my is in warranty..

They charging 5500rs. For replacing my phone screen
But my phone is in warranty they just fooling people.

    Shri shakti service of lenovo authorized dealers, coin road, opp lakshmi mall, hubli. Sir this is k sankaraiah i purchased mobile moto 4g plus. But that mobile not supported of otg and sd card than speaker, charging cable i visited lenovo service center on 23 sept it's 70 kilometers from my place lakshmeshwar. Service centre persons said u will come on monday evening.. Than iam going on monday evening around 6:30pm. Again they said it will take time another 3 or four days.. I argue that head of the service center.. How many days required.. First time also asking tell me how many days required.. But they didn't say nothing but come on monday.. Than finally the head of the service center he returned my phone without service we can't do anything u will go and complaint any where and something doing by mobile for not working i purchased my mobile on april 2017. I have warranty but that service center denied their promise.. Please take the necessary action that service center.

      I had purchased lenovo vibe k4 note last year on december. After a week it started hanging and restarting. With other issues like heating and network loss. I had visited the nearest service centre but they're unable to fix the issue. They had no answer for it. Please help. I had very excited to buy this set. But all it gives me is unsatisfaction and disappointment.

        I ordered lenovo ideapad 100 80qq01bbih 5.6 inch laptop on 30.05.2017 though amazon.in app for rs. 34, 990/- (Os and mcafee installed in it, but no cd or pendrive was provided). The same was delivered by m/s. Amiable electronics pvt. Ltd. On 01.06.2017.

        After using the laptop for 10-12 days, the bluetooth function stopped working and the system was very slow. I searched a lot and at the end was able to get the lenovo service centre (Hi tech informatics pvt. Ltd.,) address.

        I have given my lenovo ideapad 100 80qq01bbih 5.6 inch laptop to the service centre to solve the issue regarding non functioning of bluetooth in the laptop on 26.08.2017. The issue was solved and the laptop was returned back on 09.09.2017.

        When i opened my laptop the next day, the odd was not functioning. Once again i gave my laptop to the service centre on 16.09.2017. The service centre informed me that the hdd is corrupted and needs to be replaced. The hdd was replaced and the laptop was returned to me on 26.09.2017.

        The service centre informed me that os windows 10 is also corrupted and i need to purchase it once again from the market or download free version from internet.

        I purchased this laptop only in the name of “lenovo” and had a very bad experience.

        After paying the market value of rs. 34, 990/- in full and facing the above problems still the computer is not fit for working.

        I request your goodself to guide me to take the refund amount at the earliest from the supplier of the product.

        In case of failure to solve the problem and get the refund amount, it will be forced to go the “consumer forum”.

        Early action is solicited.

            My phone lenovo vibe k5 plus, purchased on 17/10/2016 is still under warranty. The touch screen is not responding at few places. Service center of my town i. E. Durgapur, west bengal refused to repair or replace the defective product, stating the reason that, it has a dent mark. But actually it's not a dent but scratch mark occurred while opening the back cover.

              I am using lenovo z2 plus, it has multiple contacts issue example one for whats up, another for true caller, another for google duo... Like this no of contacts going on increasing there is no limit.

              I have talked to the lenovo care as well as theier service center at anantapur neotel, i have submitted for a week, they could not do anything.

                On feb i got a brand new lenovo p2 smartphone but few days ago the display and touch and side body they got crake now the phone is not in working condition so i got to service center in thane thy cost me the display of ₹8000, touch₹5000 and for total cost of display and body is₹14000 and in today date the seal phone cost is ₹15000 lenovo phone. Its completely nonsense plz reply me asap.

                    Last year in the month of november i purchased moto g4 plus.
                    Its less than a year this phone has been reporting issues.
                    Initially within 4 months, phone's display was not working. I went to the galley located at borivali and asked for a replacement, but they didnt give any replacement and they did patch work fix saying that they have changed the display. After 2 months, the same issue occured, went to the same motorola gallery and they kept the phone with them for 2 days and they did the same patch work.
                    After 3 months of the second issue, same issue still occured and phone gets automatic restart in between.
                    Went to the motorola/ lenovo customer care for the third time and asked for the replacement but they said no replacement.
                    How can they resist for a replacement when my phone is still under warranty and i called the customer care centre as well but they always talk rudely and ask to visit the gallery.
                    Is the solution customer care poeple should, then what is the use of customer care.
                    Such a pathetic service by lenovo and motorola.
                    Have requested all of my friends, colleagues and any person i know not to buy motorola/ lenovo products because of such pathetic customer service.

                    I want replacement for my phone.
                    If not provided, i will have to register a complaint in consumer court.
                    I dont want a patch work this time.

                      My problem is just the same!
                      My mobile is in warranty period, but I have headache as this restart automatically and all of my settings rested daily 4-5 times.
                      Hey I just bought this model (Lenovo k8 note) not even a month back and am already facing some problems, which actually are quite troublesome. The screen is getting hanged after every few minutes and you can't control anything. The retailer refuses to have a look saying that it's a technical problem and customer care number doesn't help either. Please help me out.

                      I bought Lenovo K8 note last year from amazon.in online shopping website but now this phone is starting properly.
                      It got stuck on the Lenovo logo while making switch on.

                      I inquired on authorised Lenovo mobile service center at Chinubhai tower Ashram road Ahmedabad but they said this is a common problem seen nowadays in all Lenovo K8 note mobile phones, it has occurred majority number of K8 note series phones after recent Oreo upgrade. This problem can't be fixed now.

                      I am attaching that order details of Amazon.

                      Please help me to fix this phone or refund my money.

                        Today i. E on 21 sep 2017, i went to lenovo service center, borivali orchid plaza just small amount of water has gone inside.. But they said liquid went inside, so mother board and other area.. Has damaged... But the day liquid went in.. I had not even switched on my phone.. They could have just opened and put some dryer on it.. Instead.. They intentionally damaged some area...
                        I feel those people are cheating others.. And charged me a inspection fees of rs 100...
                        When i said i will pay by card they asked me for cash... Forcefully...

                          I have bought a smartphone from flipkart but in month of september its home button and back button not working properly that why i have contact to lenovo care at [protected]@lenovo.com and [protected]@mailwc. Custhelp.com they suggested me to visit the service center, so i have visit the service center as my phone have scratch mark they denied to give warranty period service and demand 5500/- rupees so i have informed about this to the lenove care on august 23rd because my phone was not damaged or broken only a scratch mark. They told me to visit one more time to the service center like this i went to the service center 03 times but not get any positive response from their side, every time they given me new date or day. But not giving the resolution or not received my smartphone. Service center manager told me that he will send the picture of my mobile to lenovo care after approval of lenovo he will receive the phone and will give me service in warranty in free of cost. They keep my details and told me that they will call me! But till the date i have not get any call from lenovo or from service center. Please help me as i have done big mistake for buying china product.

                          this person simply has no idea what is the policy of his own company and just know how to mail the customers without even bothering about the response he is getting from the clients in his E-mail. i doubt even if he reads his client's Email.

                          Motorola India Has hired some bunch of ### who have no idea about the customer relationship or customer satisfaction or after service.

                          Never going to buy any product from MOTOROLA OR LENOVO.

                            On 12 september 2017, i had purchased lenovo k8 note please phone from amazon site. After using it for a couple of minutes i found a problem of overheating in the device. I wrote a email to service provider regarding faulty in the device. I received a reply stating steps to be follow to resolve the heating issue.
                            Even after following given steps problem in the phone were not solved. I wrote a email again to service provider, they reply to the email by giving link to locate near by service centre. After struggling with the provided link, i managed to get service centre office address which is quite a far away from my residence approximately 60 to 70 km.
                            I prefer to buy this device online as i find it more convenient rather then going visiting retail shop so that i can save time and energy. But without my any fault why i should visit service centre to avail after sale service, which is far away from by house and it’s responsibility of service provider that the device they sell is of satisfactory quality & fit for the purpose.
                            As i’m working person i have to take special leave for this purpose and also bear the travelling expenses. Even after conveying the message to service provider i have not received any satisfactory reply other then personally visiting the service centre.

                            Kindly request you to please look into this matter.

                              Lenovo is simply fooling customers in the name of quality and warranty of their smart phones. I bought a lenovo k6 power about 4 months ago which hangs a lot from the first day. 2 days back mic of the phone stopped working so i took it to lenovo's customer care center which is located at gol market near connaught place. Staff is horrible they don't even listen to their customers and only want to make money in anyway. After waiting for an hour my number came and they took my phone and told me top come after 3 days (It takes few minutes to resolve such minor problems) after 3 days i received my phone and the good thing is that mic still dont work, they took 3 days to repair nothing and i have few other lenovo phones which also have a lots of problem. I would never recommend anyone to buy a lenovo phone.

But i haven't got it back till now. When i inquired, they told they are still waiting to get the approval for battery replacement.

                                  I purchase new laptop last month ideapad 320.. Within one month i started facing issue with camera.. And register complaint then they said you have to reset laptop. So for reset i have to take back up.. For that i have to purchase 1 tb exted hd for take back up of laptop. Then also issed is not solved then call lenovo service engineer. No laptop compay provide such kind of service. Do'nt go for lenovo

                                  I have purchased new mobile(lenovo K6 power) on 8th Sept 2017.i have noticed many issues during my usage

                                  1) Low microphone volume during calls
                                  2)Battery gets heated often
                                  3)Mobile gets hung regularly.

                                  Could you please consider this and let me know is there any way to avoid the issues mentioned?

                                    I bought this lenovo k6 note mobile recently.. Its my first lenovo phone.. And am so disappointed by this ptoduct.
                                    Touch pad is not working.. Back button, home button etc.. While using the phone the dial pad also getting hang some times. And its very annoying that phone is automatically doing actions by itself while am using phone.. Its very annoying and am disappointed with this phone.. This phone is really waste of money.. I just wanna replace this product.. I hope u will understand and solve this problem as soon as possible.
                                    I am a middle class man and not possible to purchase a new phone within six months.

                                      My phone is not working because i had been strucked while updating software system. I had waited for it for half an hour and it seems not continuing anymore. So i went for repairing my phone at many shops and they said that this is not taking software anymore and also checked at lenovo service centre and they told that to give a complaint on this. So i was requesting you to take severe action on this complaint

                                        Dear sir
                                        Regarding the my mobile phone outgoing voice, battery charging, touch etc. Issues are facing. I am first submit the phone 27.05.17 to hcl jaipur address - 102 a, first floor, sunny paradise tonk road, near gopalpura flyover, jaipur 301201. Its svc. Has consumed 2 month but no provide any solution. Then after two month this service center has been closed by company but company and service center is did not inform me like service center is closed. Then i am visit the service center and submit the phone in other service center on date 24.07.17 he is comited me pls wait i am working on it. But not any response from service center site. I m sending some emails to [protected]@lenovo.com but he is not provide the solution so last option is only consumer court. So i am inform you that pls help and provide the best solution.
                                        I am attach the some related document and discussion with lenovo by email attached.
