As per your system serial number PF0MXMPG, we see that the system model is IP-100.
We understand that you are looking for refund/system replacement.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and regret to inform you that the issue needs to be reported within 7 days from the invoice date for the machine to be eligible for refund/replacement.
Hence we will not be able to proceed further with the request as the issue was reported post 7 days of the invoice date.
The system is entitled for warranty services and we can certainly assist you to resolve the issue through part replacement.

Many time went to service centre and almost all the parts are newly changed but also the issue is repeating.!??
