I placed an order for c40-30 aio pc with hdmi input and paid around rs.45k for the item on lenovo's official store - shoplenovo.co.in on 7-jul-17. The listing promised delivery in 5-7 days. I waited for 10 days and dropped them multiple follow up mails and called their call center. I never heard back on any of my escalation mails. The call center picked up the call and gave another number which does not work. After 2 months of wait time, i dropped a note requesting them to cancel the order and refund my amount failing which i would file a complaint in consumer court. 1 week after i dropped this note, they dispatched an item which is the lower end of the model promised and did not have any of the features promised in their listing. The invoice provided looked fake and had the details of some unknown company. I tried registering warranty and was told that warranty for this product was registered by somebody else 2 months back and they cant re-register warranty from the date the item was invoiced and shipped to me which probably implies that this is an used item purchased and registered by somebody else 2 months before i received it. Added to this, they brought down the listing and removed all reference to this product from their site by this time. The listing promised the following none of which was honored. 1) no hdmi input as promised in the listing 2) no usb 3.0 port as promised in the listing 3) no nvidia graphics hardware as promised in the listing 4) rs.3000 puma vouchers promised but not delivered 5) 2 years extended warranty promised but not delivered (Original warranty was registered by somebody else 2 months before the item was invoiced and shipped to me).

Despite my multiple escalation mails, there is no response from any of their email ids ("[protected]@shoplenovo.co.in" ; "[protected]@lenovo.com" ; shoplenovo). Without the features promised in the listing, i have no use for the item. I lost rs. 45k, waited for 2 months and was forced to accept an used, lower model when i requested for cancellation and refund and the company does not have the courtesy to even respond to my mails.

      Zuk z1 users got disappointed due to this reasons mobile phone below this price tag are using volte android nought but zuk z1 users still using lollipop so zuk z1 users very much disappointed with this phone

          I had purchased lenovo k5 note on 11 november, 2016 form flipkart.
          However from long time i am facing overheating of battery and draining of battery within 1 hour of 100% charging. I had been to lenove service center in ghatkopar where they informed me the phone has only 6months warranty and i have to pay rs.2250 for repairing battery. After consulting lenovo support center over emails i was informed to go to vashi service center as my cell has a warranty of 12 months & not 6 months. I went to vashi service center and got my cell repaired within one day. Now after repairing the battery issue things have gone from bad to worst.
          The cell phone heats up while charging and within half hour of 100% charging the cell switches off and i cannot charge it again as the phone is too hot to even hold in hand. Seems there is manufacturing defect.

                Sir, i purchased a lenova k6 power from kottayam (Kerala) on 01 aug 2017. Model k33a42. Imei1 -[protected] and 1mei 2-[protected]. Yesterday i saw the same in not working condition. I contacted service centre kottayam. They said some problems and they took same for further repair and take min 5 days. At present i have no phone in my necessary work. So i request you to take immediate action like replace new phone or repair the same accordingly. My cotact no [protected] and email - [protected]@gmail.com. I am waiting for yr replay

                  I am owning vibe k5 note for more than a month now. Out of sudden, the phone got hung at notifications screen. After that when i restarted it, the fingerprint reader doesn't allow me to unlock the phone. It displays a message "fingerprint hardware not available".

                  I have tried restarting phone, but it didn't help. What could be the solution to it.

                    Incoming calls (Jio) always not rechable or switch off mode while screen off or idle condition, but the same jio sim perfectly worked with other phones. It has been since two months but there is remedy action not been taken from motorola team. It's very disappointment from motorola. My important calls has been droped by moto e4 plus.

                        Shri shakti service of lenovo authorized dealers, coin road, opp lakshmi mall, hubli. Sir this is k sankaraiah i purchased mobile moto 4g plus. But that mobile not supported of otg and sd card than speaker, charging cable i visited lenovo service center on 23 sept it's 70 kilometers from my place lakshmeshwar. Service centre persons said u will come on monday evening.. Than iam going on monday evening around 6:30pm. Again they said it will take time another 3 or four days.. I argue that head of the service center.. How many days required.. First time also asking tell me how many days required.. But they didn't say nothing but come on monday.. Than finally the head of the service center he returned my phone without service we can't do anything u will go and complaint any where and something doing by mobile for not working i purchased my mobile on april 2017. I have warranty but that service center denied their promise.. Please take the necessary action that service center.

                          I had purchased lenovo vibe k4 note last year on december. After a week it started hanging and restarting. With other issues like heating and network loss. I had visited the nearest service centre but they're unable to fix the issue. They had no answer for it. Please help. I had very excited to buy this set. But all it gives me is unsatisfaction and disappointment.

                            I ordered lenovo ideapad 100 80qq01bbih 5.6 inch laptop on 30.05.2017 though amazon.in app for rs. 34, 990/- (Os and mcafee installed in it, but no cd or pendrive was provided). The same was delivered by m/s. Amiable electronics pvt. Ltd. On 01.06.2017.

                            After using the laptop for 10-12 days, the bluetooth function stopped working and the system was very slow. I searched a lot and at the end was able to get the lenovo service centre (Hi tech informatics pvt. Ltd.,) address.

                            I have given my lenovo ideapad 100 80qq01bbih 5.6 inch laptop to the service centre to solve the issue regarding non functioning of bluetooth in the laptop on 26.08.2017. The issue was solved and the laptop was returned back on 09.09.2017.

                            When i opened my laptop the next day, the odd was not functioning. Once again i gave my laptop to the service centre on 16.09.2017. The service centre informed me that the hdd is corrupted and needs to be replaced. The hdd was replaced and the laptop was returned to me on 26.09.2017.

                            The service centre informed me that os windows 10 is also corrupted and i need to purchase it once again from the market or download free version from internet.

                            I purchased this laptop only in the name of “lenovo” and had a very bad experience.

                            After paying the market value of rs. 34, 990/- in full and facing the above problems still the computer is not fit for working.

                            I request your goodself to guide me to take the refund amount at the earliest from the supplier of the product.

                            In case of failure to solve the problem and get the refund amount, it will be forced to go the “consumer forum”.

                            Early action is solicited.

                                My phone lenovo vibe k5 plus, purchased on 17/10/2016 is still under warranty. The touch screen is not responding at few places. Service center of my town i. E. Durgapur, west bengal refused to repair or replace the defective product, stating the reason that, it has a dent mark. But actually it's not a dent but scratch mark occurred while opening the back cover.

                                  I am using lenovo z2 plus, it has multiple contacts issue example one for whats up, another for true caller, another for google duo... Like this no of contacts going on increasing there is no limit.

                                  I have talked to the lenovo care as well as theier service center at anantapur neotel, i have submitted for a week, they could not do anything.

                                    On feb i got a brand new lenovo p2 smartphone but few days ago the display and touch and side body they got crake now the phone is not in working condition so i got to service center in thane thy cost me the display of ₹8000, touch₹5000 and for total cost of display and body is₹14000 and in today date the seal phone cost is ₹15000 lenovo phone. Its completely nonsense plz reply me asap.

                                        Last year in the month of november i purchased moto g4 plus.
                                        Its less than a year this phone has been reporting issues.
                                        Initially within 4 months, phone's display was not working. I went to the galley located at borivali and asked for a replacement, but they didnt give any replacement and they did patch work fix saying that they have changed the display. After 2 months, the same issue occured, went to the same motorola gallery and they kept the phone with them for 2 days and they did the same patch work.
                                        After 3 months of the second issue, same issue still occured and phone gets automatic restart in between.
                                        Went to the motorola/ lenovo customer care for the third time and asked for the replacement but they said no replacement.
                                        How can they resist for a replacement when my phone is still under warranty and i called the customer care centre as well but they always talk rudely and ask to visit the gallery.
                                        Is the solution customer care poeple should, then what is the use of customer care.
                                        Such a pathetic service by lenovo and motorola.
                                        Have requested all of my friends, colleagues and any person i know not to buy motorola/ lenovo products because of such pathetic customer service.

                                        I want replacement for my phone.
                                        If not provided, i will have to register a complaint in consumer court.
                                        I dont want a patch work this time.
