I buy a lenovo vibe k5 note 64 gb 2 months ago on 15/05/2017 and faced a very big troublesome problem that my phone speakers all the speaker both front and back side and audio jack and mic stopped working and i reached a service centre but they said that they will need 5000 fees for repairing the hardwares manufacturing defects but the phone was in warranty period they didn't even listen to me that this phone is in warranty they said if i will don't gave the money they will don't repair and i asked for replacement or else i will reach a consumer court for complaint but they didn't listen and they didn't repaired my phone this was a very bad experience of mine from lenovo company it is a fraud company my all 13000 rupees gone to waste beacause i bought this useless manufactured defective phone i am very sad i will never buy a lenovo branded products in my whole life lenovo is a cheap fraud company

    I was very fond of lenovo product once my sister-in-law use this mobile k10. So for past 4 months i was dreaming about getting lenovo phone. But now i am feeling why i bought that product.

    I have purchased lenovo k6 power (4gb ram) on 05.08.2017 at reliance digital kolathur. Also i purchased reliance jio sim (4g) for testing the phone. I have not got the network signal in my new phone but it worked with some other phone. So, reliance people asked me to wait for one day for sorting out the issue of network by thinking sim problem. Next day also they were having server problem and again asked to wait one more day. Till that time i didn’t suspect the phone. Second day i put bsnl sim that also having network problem. Then only i realized problem with the phone only, not sim. (That much confident i had with the quality of the lenovo products).
    Immediately i surrendered to the store reliance digital on 08.08.2017 for tendering replacement of the phone. They told only the software problem and it will be set right by service center itself. So they collected my phone with the adapter, data cable, inserting tool and earphone. Also they told suppose if any problem which could not be settled will arrange for replacement.
    I am hearing no sound from reliance people regarding this for two days. When i called their landline numbers nobody responsive. When i directly went to the store, they have given to the authorised service center at anna road[protected] and will be getting after one week.
    I shocked the new phone not even used is under repair that too will be getting after one week only. Also they told some dent is there and the network cable cut off. Again i shocked how it happened. When i was giving it was in good condition and the reliance people also checked it at the time of surrendering the phone.
    I argued with so many people at reliance and all are not taking the responsibility of the issue. Finally i pacified myself with the serviceable mobile set as a penalty for buying lenovo phone.
    Even now, i didn’t get the phone after 20 days of purchasing. Whenever i am calling the service center not picking the phone. Suppose if they attending the phone, are saying indent ordered at warehouse, not getting the spares.
    How can i suggest your products to my people after affecting. And in future also how can i get your product. It makes me to give adverse entry only.
    You know very much that if loses one customer, a mass of customers will be lost.
    I request you to make me a pleasant experience with the lenovo mobile by returning my phone at the earliest without any fault.

    I have a lenovo vibe k5 mobile in warranty period and Yesterday suddenly my display of the screen got black and didn't responding when i took it to service center they ask me for rs 2900 to repair it. As it's in warranty period why are they asking for money to repair it. I don't know what to do. Please help.
    1. First I submit my mobile for heating problem they informed this is normal heat
    2.Second time i submit for mobile battery problem that time they said don't use internet more times.
    3. 12 days before i submitted my mobile for speaker problem still i not received my mobile.

        Call quality is very poor
        No update until now
        Phones under this price tag (Rs 8500, 9000) are using marshmallow but i bought this phone for 13, 500 i'm using the older version of android 5.0.1 lollipop this made the zuk z1 users sad
        Update u can do it on
        1) volte option
        2) android version
        3) cyanogen
        4) flash light timing is not correct in camera
        Please do this update as soon as possible this is our kind request by zuk users

          I have facing a issue in ideapad 320 laptop purchased recently from amazon. Touchpad was not working after installing windows os 10 pro. Os installed on 21.08.17. And i encountered the problem the very same day till today 24.08.17. And i literally wasted my time hoping for replacement of touched within 2 days. But each and every day couple of guys (Vishal, satya, hari, imran and internal team) from technical support team had wasted my time by reinstalling os and drivers. And they told me to check lenovo support team in chennai to take order request for replacement of touchpad. And they are again doing from beginning and wasting my time again. I am really fed with the service and quality of the product. I am losing my patience and mental peace because of poor service and quality. Henceforth i am not going to trust the brand. It's most third rated service and quality. I wish i had bought this product.

            Two time mother board problem in 1 month next time i will not going your costumer care i will go consumer court i was purchase new lenovo mobile dated 5 july 2017

              I had buy lenovo k6 note device within 3 months i found motherboard issue,
              I had submitted my phone in service center they took almost 20 days for replacement of motherboard (Over tat timelines), after that i got my phone, within 15 days again i found same motherboard issue in my device, again i visited in customer service center i demand new cell, they said no will provide new motherboard i said ok, then now i am suffering from worst after sales service from service center as of now i am taking follow up with service center guys, they said our tat is 7 days right now, its 9th day after looged my case...

              Overall worst after service & poor quality product i buyed...
              Please don't buy lenovo product in future...

                I have applied for lenovo btc offer before one week. My reference number is adp-btc-062045. It is showing still document verification is in process. So i unable to understand how much it will more take to get the payment link. I am much concern that whether i am getting the offer or not. It is very poor service from lenovo and very disappointing. I have mailed before from this reference number. But still no response received from your end. Tried multiple to reach you but again no hope..

                So requesting you to please consider my request and help me to have this offer.

                      After the rejection of my phone call the phone switches off every time. A and i also contacted to the service centre but they also failed to repair my phone. My phone is still in a warranty and sometimes the touchpad is also turn in to a dead condition. And it always works after the reboot of the phone. It is very annoying.                         I had visited lenovo customer care centre chandigarh 20-d. I had waited there for for an hour and they told me to take your phone after 7 days. But after 7 days i called the up for phone update they are saying they still need 7 more days for phone repair and after 7 days i called them up and at each tine the line is busy.
                        The just blindfold the person. Today they pick my phone and told me they provide update about my phone but still not any update. The number i have called is[protected].                           I had purchased lenovo — moto e4 on 15th august from offline market. Since its a 4g volte supported phone, i had inserted jio sim card in slot 1.

                          The problem is that i am not able to make any calls and also when someone calls its says subscriber not available.

                          I am using the jio card since last one year almost on the other g5 motophone, i am not facing any problem which means the problem is with the software / hardware of the phone moto e4..

                          I had gone to the same shop for replacement within 2 days, but they said to go and check with the service center.. And they cannot help..

                          Since lenovo has taken over moto company it has compromised in the quality of product..

                            Dear service team... I have voice problem in my vibe p1 turbo mobile. So i run to service station and received service slip no 2431 date 8.8.17, but still today i cant get my phone n any information of the same. Provided service station phone numbers not responded.. Service station is 24 km away from my native... Please reply or respond me on this matter... I know that this is meaningless but just tried this way... Can you respond me..?

                              I bought lenovo k6 power (Handsets/wd89740/lenovo, imei no.- "[protected]" & "[protected]"), from flipkart vide their retail/tax invoice no. Foyqk[protected] dated 22/02/2017. It was delivered on 26 february.in starting days, the phone was working normally. But soon i started facing problems with the phone & it does not working properly. It always hanging & take lot of time to process any application, moreover microphone of its is also not working properly. Whenever i record something the sound is too low, barely audible and during a call the other person can't even hear my voice. Even external mics can't fix this problem. It's already been around 05 months so i can't replace it on flipkart. Please resolve my issue with your customer support mechanism at the earliest to get the esteem service of your product.

                                Hi team,

                                I am complaining here about 2 things, first one is lenovo k5 note mic quality which got damaged twice within 2 weeks time and second is lenovo mobile after sale service (I pick solutions sector 10, noida).

                                I have submitted my lenovo k5 note (Serial no. [protected]) to lenovo mobile service centre in sector 10, noida (I pick solutions india pvt ltd) on 9th aug 2017 due to mic problem and i was told that it will be repaired in 3-4 days. Now, it's been 12 days and i do not have any information about the same.
                                Please also note that this is the second time mic issue has come up, earlier it was repaired on 29th july by same service centre and for the same problem.

                                I have spoken to their executive, store manager but no use, they provided their area manager number but nobody responding on that number.

                                I am highly disappointed after looking at the service of lenovo after sale, which is pathetic. These guys are simply selling phones and just not bothered about the quality of product and their services.

                                    I bought lenovo k6 power from flipkart. It was delivered on 28th july. First 14 days, the phone was doing great. But soon i started facing problems with the microphone. Whenever i record something the sound is too low, barely audible. And during a call the other person can't even hear my voice. Even external mics can't fix this problem. I hard reset it two times but it didn't work. It's already been 23 days so i can't replace it on flipkart. I have even talked to some other people who faced the same problem and they said that even after sending it to a repair shop the problem was still there.

                                    Please help me. Fix my problem or give me a refund.

After 4 days when i called him and asked him about my phone they told me that your phone is ready to use u may visit our service centre and pick it up. When i visit to pick my phone they told me your ph. Is not ready to use and when i talked to their senior he answered me to give it after 2 days. After 2 days they called me and said your ph. Is ready kindly pick it up when i visit there and checked my phone it creates the same issue as that before. I asked them that how you guys are saying the problem is resolved it showing the same problem which i was facing before give it to service centre they told me we have change the battery and resolvedyou issue when i asked to meet their senior they told me that he is not in office from last 3 days and when i saw their senior's cabin from window he was sitted there and when i try to enter their room they forced and pushed me out, neither they resolved my issue nor they want me to meet their senior and started telling a lie that your phone is completely resolved from the battery issue... It is a very bad experience for me they are very illiterate and i need to resolve my issue asap. Kindly do take a needfull step to make my phone resoved from issue.

                                        I have bought warranty extension on sholenovo.com with an order number of[protected] in the date of 07/08/2017 since then i haven't received my warranty extension and it is showing shipment is delayed. And the support people are least bothered about customer since i am requesting them to complete soon because of my base warranty is going end by 2 days.

                                        Some one asks me invoice and some ask me service pack (Which i haven't recieved) and some other guy ask to contact the dealer. And the other mail i am getting from last 3 days is that it is going to be completed shortly and if i ask for how many days to complete there is no reply from them.

                                        And if i try to contact the customer care number it is asking to stay online for hours and hours but this wont be connected.

                                        So i request you to please extend my warranty if not refund me back
