After the rejection of my phone call the phone switches off every time. A and i also contacted to the service centre but they also failed to repair my phone. My phone is still in a warranty and sometimes the touchpad is also turn in to a dead condition. And it always works after the reboot of the phone. It is very annoying. And i'm suffering from this problem since i got this phone. So i'm grabbing your attention towards my phone. So please help me...

    I had visited lenovo customer care centre chandigarh 20-d. I had waited there for for an hour and they told me to take your phone after 7 days. But after 7 days i called the up for phone update they are saying they still need 7 more days for phone repair and after 7 days i called them up and at each tine the line is busy.
    The just blindfold the person. Today they pick my phone and told me they provide update about my phone but still not any update. The number i have called is[protected]. He assured me to provide the update but still no update. I just want to # the all. They play with customer.

      I had purchased lenovo — moto e4 on 15th august from offline market. Since its a 4g volte supported phone, i had inserted jio sim card in slot 1.

      The problem is that i am not able to make any calls and also when someone calls its says subscriber not available.

      I am using the jio card since last one year almost on the other g5 motophone, i am not facing any problem which means the problem is with the software / hardware of the phone moto e4..

      I had gone to the same shop for replacement within 2 days, but they said to go and check with the service center.. And they cannot help..

      Since lenovo has taken over moto company it has compromised in the quality of product..

        Dear service team... I have voice problem in my vibe p1 turbo mobile. So i run to service station and received service slip no 2431 date 8.8.17, but still today i cant get my phone n any information of the same. Provided service station phone numbers not responded.. Service station is 24 km away from my native... Please reply or respond me on this matter... I know that this is meaningless but just tried this way... Can you respond me..?

          I bought lenovo k6 power (Handsets/wd89740/lenovo, imei no.- "[protected]" & "[protected]"), from flipkart vide their retail/tax invoice no. Foyqk[protected] dated 22/02/2017. It was delivered on 26 february.in starting days, the phone was working normally. But soon i started facing problems with the phone & it does not working properly. It always hanging & take lot of time to process any application, moreover microphone of its is also not working properly. Whenever i record something the sound is too low, barely audible and during a call the other person can't even hear my voice. Even external mics can't fix this problem. It's already been around 05 months so i can't replace it on flipkart. Please resolve my issue with your customer support mechanism at the earliest to get the esteem service of your product.

            Hi team,

            I am complaining here about 2 things, first one is lenovo k5 note mic quality which got damaged twice within 2 weeks time and second is lenovo mobile after sale service (I pick solutions sector 10, noida).

            I have submitted my lenovo k5 note (Serial no. [protected]) to lenovo mobile service centre in sector 10, noida (I pick solutions india pvt ltd) on 9th aug 2017 due to mic problem and i was told that it will be repaired in 3-4 days. Now, it's been 12 days and i do not have any information about the same.
            Please also note that this is the second time mic issue has come up, earlier it was repaired on 29th july by same service centre and for the same problem.

            I have spoken to their executive, store manager but no use, they provided their area manager number but nobody responding on that number.

            I am highly disappointed after looking at the service of lenovo after sale, which is pathetic. These guys are simply selling phones and just not bothered about the quality of product and their services.

              I have purchase loniva a-7010 k 4 mobile on 4 sep 2016..
              There is fault in the screen and on - off switch. Service center at okhla new delhi told us that is chargeable costing rs 4000. Since it under warranty why service center person is demanding money. You are requested us to send us confirmation mail on free repairing instruction to service center.

                I bought lenovo k6 power from flipkart. It was delivered on 28th july. First 14 days, the phone was doing great. But soon i started facing problems with the microphone. Whenever i record something the sound is too low, barely audible. And during a call the other person can't even hear my voice. Even external mics can't fix this problem. I hard reset it two times but it didn't work. It's already been 23 days so i can't replace it on flipkart. I have even talked to some other people who faced the same problem and they said that even after sending it to a repair shop the problem was still there.

                Please help me. Fix my problem or give me a refund.

                On 23 April 2016 i bought lenovo zuk z1 mobile. during one year it has so many problems.now its mother board is not properly work. battery backup is only 5 mints .there are so many problems regarding battery and network. it is very bed product. my friends also has same problem.i request to you please exchange my phone.

                  My name is sourabh tripathi my mobile num is [protected] i had given my lenovo k6 note mobile to lenovo mobile sevice centre located in shop no. 2 upper 1st floor 6, park road, vaishali arcade behind vidhayak, niwash, hazartganj, lucknow, uttar pradesh 226001 one wk back for battery issue and they ensured me to give it in 4 days. After 4 days when i called him and asked him about my phone they told me that your phone is ready to use u may visit our service centre and pick it up. When i visit to pick my phone they told me your ph. Is not ready to use and when i talked to their senior he answered me to give it after 2 days. After 2 days they called me and said your ph. Is ready kindly pick it up when i visit there and checked my phone it creates the same issue as that before. I asked them that how you guys are saying the problem is resolved it showing the same problem which i was facing before give it to service centre they told me we have change the battery and resolvedyou issue when i asked to meet their senior they told me that he is not in office from last 3 days and when i saw their senior's cabin from window he was sitted there and when i try to enter their room they forced and pushed me out, neither they resolved my issue nor they want me to meet their senior and started telling a lie that your phone is completely resolved from the battery issue... It is a very bad experience for me they are very illiterate and i need to resolve my issue asap. Kindly do take a needfull step to make my phone resoved from issue.

                    I have bought warranty extension on sholenovo.com with an order number of[protected] in the date of 07/08/2017 since then i haven't received my warranty extension and it is showing shipment is delayed. And the support people are least bothered about customer since i am requesting them to complete soon because of my base warranty is going end by 2 days.

                    Some one asks me invoice and some ask me service pack (Which i haven't recieved) and some other guy ask to contact the dealer. And the other mail i am getting from last 3 days is that it is going to be completed shortly and if i ask for how many days to complete there is no reply from them.

                    And if i try to contact the customer care number it is asking to stay online for hours and hours but this wont be connected.

                    So i request you to please extend my warranty if not refund me back

                      I face bulk of problems in my phone, i have visited your sevice center many time but they just reinstall the software and return my phone back.
                      But this time i have forced them to check my phone thoroughly, therefore they have collected my phone on 1st august 2017, but till today nothing gets happened. When i ask status in service center then they just say that, in the going week my phone gets repaired but still 2 weeks past on and i have not get my phone back

                        I have a lenovo ke note mobile and it was some problem with ringtone. Hence, i visited nearest lenovo service centre of krishnanagar, nadia, west bengal. They give me a computer generated id i. E. Soino[protected] of model k50a40. After service, they give me a manual service bill without mentioning all details of amount rs. 910. Just wrote speaker # of rs 510 and repairing charge rs. 400.
                        I am very doubtful about that service point because of their bill preparation system.
                        1. Is the service centre doing bill as per lenovo guideline?
                        2. Is it cheating the customer by manual bill due to non mentioning the service details properly?

                            I purchased lenovo power k6 mobile on line from amazon. After 10 days of working i found that listening quality of sound was not proper. It cracks and going slowed down and some time not audible at all. While it is working good over speaker call or on earphone. I visited twice at your laxminagar service center delhi. They told that i changed the mike and now it is okay. But still i am facing the same challenge. Requesting your support to resolve this problem permanently as it is buying time and money.

                              I have given my mobile handset for repair to lenovo service center (Hcl kolkata - 700072) on 25.07.2017, but after 23 days part they don't repaired the same and not providing any information. I complained to the lenovo also, they not providing any information and buying time.
                              I have also escalated the matter, but they are not reverting.
                              They are acting like a local manufacturer and cheating the customer

                                My lenovo p2a42 smartphone touch is broken, just a small hit on the wall, no more damages just a small single crossed line in right corner, no other cracks, and the touch is complete dead
                                I go to the lenovo authorised service centre and the told me your warranty is void because your phone touch has a small line, i bought the devise just 11 days and the problem is occured i think this is manufacturing defect because just a small hit cause to completely dead the display, any the told the reparing cost is about 7200,

                                I want to change the lcd without any cost because this sure the lenovo manufacturing problem.

                                  I have a lenovo k50040 cellphone purchased in september 2016. It had problem of auto restart from 1st aug so i handed it over to services center in pune on 2nd aug 2017. I have a few questions to ask.

                                  1) customer care says this phone is not in warranty and need pop update to service the same, how come it is out of warranty in just 10 months?

                                  2) customer care has written to lenovo to update on warranty and they are awaiting reply for more than a week now. Why so much delay in updating the same? Are we waiting for actual warranty to expire and then charge customer for service?

                                  3) it was promised that phone will be repaired in 10 days (Which itself is very long period looking at other cellphone servicing criteria) but it has been more than 15 days and phone is not even approved by lenovo to services.

                                  4) receipt provided by customer care neither had contact no, nor even any work order no, every time you call service center, you need to quote imei no, which is ridiculous.

                                    Actually i used the laptop for some weeks and the with the one touch reset option i reseted completely. And now for the microsoft office its asking to buy and its not free. I'm using windows 10. I'm unable to download it from the store also. But i want the microsoft office immediately.                                       Resp sir my self dr shiv from una himachal pradesh i purchased lenovo phab plus 2 smartphone from amazon 3 month back but from last month i faced a problem with phone the touch screen from upward area is not working properly
                                      And i go to local service centre in una at my place but they tell we not do anything because we have not service phablet and ask me to go chandigarh for service
                                      Sir what is the benefits if lenovo service centres doesn't give service to the lenovo customer

                                        This is the address of an issue faced by me for my laptop lenovo_in z50-70 yb06824318. For the past 6 months, the product has had problems getting charged, storage and usb ports. Taking up this issue to the customer service centre in delhi, i was blamed that this is a case of sheer negligence and that the problem has been triggered by manhandling the product.
                                        However, i assure you that the product has been spoiled on its own accord and that the centre manager has blamed me for no reason.
                                        He blamed me for the damage and was rather rude mouthed, let alone the idea of taking my supplication into consideration.
                                        Hence, i request your authority for your kindred perusal in this regard so that you take immediate steps to control the losses faced, as well as take action on the centre manager of delhi.
                                        In case you value customers like us please take up our problems which are pending solve it. Hope you care to read this and take actions accordingly to satisfy a poorly handled customer like us.
