Hi team,
I am complaining here about 2 things, first one is lenovo k5 note mic quality which got damaged twice within 2 weeks time and second is lenovo mobile after sale service (I pick solutions sector 10, noida).
I have submitted my lenovo k5 note (Serial no. [protected]) to lenovo mobile service centre in sector 10, noida (I pick solutions india pvt ltd) on 9th aug 2017 due to mic problem and i was told that it will be repaired in 3-4 days. Now, it's been 12 days and i do not have any information about the same.
Please also note that this is the second time mic issue has come up, earlier it was repaired on 29th july by same service centre and for the same problem.
I have spoken to their executive, store manager but no use, they provided their area manager number but nobody responding on that number.
I am highly disappointed after looking at the service of lenovo after sale, which is pathetic. These guys are simply selling phones and just not bothered about the quality of product and their services.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My phone lenovo wibe k4 note was blasted in hospital. I have cctv futage of blasting. In icu the phone was blasted, I will damage to my nefew child. Plz help me... This is big issue about safety for us.
