My lenovo s850 smartphone battery and backcover damaged. So i went to lenovo service center, okhla, delhi for replacement. They told to take 7 days for replacement. But its already 28 days gone they are saying parts not available. They gave me a contact number which is unanswered every time. I am completely fade up with this approach of the service center.

    My lenovo vibe smartphone with imei no. [protected], touch screen is not working. So i went to lenovo service center, bhubaneswar, odisha for repairing. Since my phone is in warranty, they said it will be covered in warranty and told to take 7 days for repairing. But its already 20 days gone they are saying parts not available come after 5-6 days. They gave me a contact number which is unanswered every time. I am completely fade up with this approach of the service center and repent why i bought lenovo smartphone.

      Yesterday i update mobile system from system update. But from yesterday, it is not properly working. When i operate mobile it give me so many time "unfortunately, the process com. Android. Phone has stopped" this statement and it gives me two option below the statement "ok" and "try to solve". I tried both options, i restarted also. And if i click on any option my sim card network is going off. So this is major problem.

      And it is heating so much.
      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I am not able to use fingerprint function on my mobile. Model is Lenovo vibe P1.
      Showing "Fingerprint hardware not available" in red colour.
      Please help!!!

        My complaint (No. [protected]) regarding major issues in lenovo all in one pc is unresolved since 18/07/2017. Last week a so-called engineer wasted my half day but measurably failed to fix the issues. On the contrary, he sent a fraudulent report to company stating that the pc was working fine. The same engineer was aligned by company on 31/07/2017 to my place but once again failed to correct the faults. The pc runs so slow that its as good as not working, moreover the images are extremely blurred. This company is looting and cheating the customers at will by selling substandard quality pcs and subsequently throwing them into oblivion. Buy junk lenovo pcs at exorbitant prices and get absolutely pathetic after sales support with harassment and humiliation free of cost.

        I want to purchased new battery from lenovo service center but services center authorities denied to offer any warranty on new purchased battery my complain is if i am purchasing new battery from services center then they offered minimum 06 months of warranty on any replacement product not only on battery.

        Lenovo — lenovo 100 ideapad won't boot

        I am a mobile technician, specialist in laptop repairs, i work in a school in nigeria.
        Please i have about six lenovo 100 ideapad laptop that won't boot. The amber and blue indicator just blinks and everything goes dead again. Please how do fix this problem; as this would not help only me but the many students who are losing hope on lenovo laptop? Thanks

          Hello
          I've purchased a lenovo zuk z1 mobile just before 10 months ago
          Now suddenly i got it off
          And then i went to customer care at ahmedabad
          And at there assistant people has said that your mobile if accidentally water damaged
          I've refused but they have repeatedly said that to me
          Then i've said them to repair/fix it.
          They have only turn it on
          And now they are asking about 450 rs.
          And they haven't repaired mine finger print sensor and home physical button and for repairing it they are demanding 6000 rs
          How can they demand that?
          Same case of mine friend they have resolved in free
          And they are demanding from me
          And they are saying that i've done some fluid damage. There is nothing fluid damage and if that's possible battery liquid leakage then is it mine fault that lenovo people have created a non removable battery mobile?
          They are demanding a money so according to them they should have take mine permission before fixing the mobile design
          Last thing they are saying that i've damaged the mobile by battery liquid damage. Then you (Lenovo) people answer me that is it possible to remove a battery from non removable mobile and put it aside at home???

            We r buy your laptop.in this laptop camara was so bad.. Bad mins nothing we see in this camara.. So i want to know in lenovo 80ud014 ih camara bad or in our laptop any technical problem arise.. Even sound system also bad.. I m too much dishappy for it.. Plz solve my that problem either you loss your goodwill.. Because some person also intrested for buying lenovo laptop for my reference.. Bt if that laptop not do good perfomance then you loose our trust... I hope your solve my problem...

              I purches online product i visit your service center on 21.07.2017 at shop no.2, 1st floor 6, park road hazratganj, lucknow the concern engineer check the product and told me switch on sub bord liquid lock so mobile not on and told me warranty is not coverd i told that my mobile not touch in water nobody listen me and give me seven working days for replacement of sve bord of rs.1550.00 but till today my mobile not available & no any information to me.

                I bought lenovo k6 note on 8 june 2017. The mobile was not working properly as during a call the other end was not able to hear my voice. I asked for a replacement on 29th june 2017 in ranchi service centre (Sai tower). I was told that i have to submit it for service which i did. After a long period of around a month i was given my mobile on 29th of july 2017 (Saturday). The first call was ok so i returned home only to find out that the problem was the same.. It was really frustating after 1 month i was returned the mobile without proper functioning. So on monday i returned to the service centre after much debate the manager (Randhir kumar verma) asked me to submit my mobile again i conceded and asked to submit my mobile this time i was told to wait as they said the login in jamshedpur (Where my mobile was sent as they said) was not closed, despite waiting for two hours no positive response i have returned home feeling cheated. That my mobile is not repaired even after such patient wait of 1 month (My mobile is just 20 days old). I wonder what to do with this faulty handset. Thanks a ton lenovo in all the wrong way... All my money and time wasted... Now i end up with this faulty handset.

                  When i connect the charger with my lenovo vibe k5 note it shows the battery is charging but actually it could not charge the phone even 1%. It is from the last 1 day. Please help me to solve this problem.
                  I will be very thankfull to you. I am using this phone from last seven months. But this is the first time i face such type of problem. Other wise product is good.

                    I reached out to lenovo's pune serive center in fc road. The shop timing was till 7 pm but they did not accept my case even at 6 pm.

                    Next day again i went for repair and now they are saying your phone has scratch so it is out of warranty. The mic of phone is not working and they say it is out of warranty as it has scratch. Now tell me how does a scratch is related to mic not working.

                      Hi Team,

                      I purchased a Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus from Flipkart in January'17 only. It was pathetic experience with this phone as its charger stopped working in 2nd month of purchase and in phone from starting I was facing touch problem. Its hard touch and sometimes it doesn't work at all. First I got to know from friend that it happens initially in phone but it still persists and some times I seriously got irritated from this. Now that phone become a matter of fun in between my friends and it discouraged my circle to purchase this brand even I said I also have laptop of same brand and its one of best company.

                      I request you to please take necessary action on my phone on urgent basis and replace my charger asap.

                        I have purchased lenovo note 6 power new mobile handset from gadgetsnow. This mobile is having dual sim facility but sim 2 slot is not working. I have purchased this mobile from gadgetsnow online portal. I have gone to the service centre located in nanded but they are also unable to solve it. I am trying this since last two weeks as it is a very new handset but cant get the result. Please try to solve my problem.

                          My lenovo ideapad 310 is taking 5 hours to fully charged. I have complained this to lenovo support center. But they are not sending any official to address the issues and continue saying that your laptop's battery is good. I have purchased it on 27 july 2017 from local seller but he is also not responding to me. He keep saying call lenovo support and he will act only if support personal give him the letter of faulty piece and from other side lenovo is not sending any person from its company to my address. Also they keep saying that we can not do any thing regarding this issue

                              My lenovo external harddisk is gone out of order and it's warranty also expired. So i called for help to customer care. They totaly denied to helpe out neither in geing a warranty nor in service of it.
                              Mostly i disapointed by the customer care who hang on me on the phone with put saying a word after listen my problem.
                              I belive i find out the worst services ever.in my life i never gona recommended anyone on my channel and blog to go for lenovo pruduct.

If consumers will going to sufer like this no one will going to buy lenovo product. This company is at such a gud leave but due to these poo service center will going to make thie company down. It my request to the company not to give franchise to such type of people who dont know how to run it.

                                  I bought lenovo ip 110- 15 ast amde2 4gb+off bol on 4th july 2017 from croma juhu and i found battery back is horrible so went back to croma centre link rd andheri west on 20th july 2017 anf went to collect on 29th july 2017 still the same problem i found. There was no service at all from lenovo and horrible customer service in croma. I want my money back. I am hampering my work. Horrible lenova as a brand & service same goes with croma.

                                    Dear sir/ mam i online bought lenovo vibe k 5 note from flipkart in 7-12-16 which is delivered after 15 days, when i am starting using that mobile, mobile having lots of problems like stopping working of apps and applications, over heating, permission on other apps for working for that i complain on flipkart site and lenovo customer care also that my mobile is not working proper replace or refund my money back.
                                    So many times i went to lenovo service center for that at last they chang my mobile motherboard and gave it back, that motherboard is more damage from that day mobile not connect with mobile network always lost signal and when it's restart again it's working this happens 4-5 time in a day, and power button also not working 2-3 times that has to press then it's works, and vibration of mobile is also not working from that day when they chang my motherboard.
                                    And know the lenovo service center chittorgarh person not reparing mobile and even not giving job card and told me that you have pay for that but my mobile is still in warranty of one year and company customer care not proper responding for this issue.

                                    Look in that matter and help me out.
                                    And i recommend to others to not to buy lenovo vibe k5 note mobile.

                                        I have given my mobile for repair which is still under warranty 30 days but still no they says it under process
                                        Very worst service of replacement from brand like lenovo.
                                        When we ark for how much time it will take they says one week i am tired of this. So please solve my problem.
                                        There is no phone response when we call then it is always busy.
                                        We have to sit too much for our turn to come while submitting or ask any simple question regarding phone.
