Hi Team,

I purchased a Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus from Flipkart in January'17 only. It was pathetic experience with this phone as its charger stopped working in 2nd month of purchase and in phone from starting I was facing touch problem. Its hard touch and sometimes it doesn't work at all. First I got to know from friend that it happens initially in phone but it still persists and some times I seriously got irritated from this. Now that phone become a matter of fun in between my friends and it discouraged my circle to purchase this brand even I said I also have laptop of same brand and its one of best company.

I request you to please take necessary action on my phone on urgent basis and replace my charger asap.

    I have purchased lenovo note 6 power new mobile handset from gadgetsnow. This mobile is having dual sim facility but sim 2 slot is not working. I have purchased this mobile from gadgetsnow online portal. I have gone to the service centre located in nanded but they are also unable to solve it. I am trying this since last two weeks as it is a very new handset but cant get the result. Please try to solve my problem.

      My lenovo ideapad 310 is taking 5 hours to fully charged. I have complained this to lenovo support center. But they are not sending any official to address the issues and continue saying that your laptop's battery is good. I have purchased it on 27 july 2017 from local seller but he is also not responding to me. He keep saying call lenovo support and he will act only if support personal give him the letter of faulty piece and from other side lenovo is not sending any person from its company to my address. Also they keep saying that we can not do any thing regarding this issue

      Hi Team, I had purchased phone in January and facing so many issues like heat, touch not working, micro speakers not working properly.
      Service centers are also not available near about haryana kurukshetra.
      Getting very bad experience with leanova.

        We are using lost of lenovo smart phone & i suggest other friends purchase a lenovo phone it is good phone & best future

        This mobile is under warranty, this phone is very heating & automatically touch working i am given two time of service center but it is not solved this problem again started. I am very sad for this service & phone.

          My lenovo external harddisk is gone out of order and it's warranty also expired. So i called for help to customer care. They totaly denied to helpe out neither in geing a warranty nor in service of it.
          Mostly i disapointed by the customer care who hang on me on the phone with put saying a word after listen my problem.
          I belive i find out the worst services ever.in my life i never gona recommended anyone on my channel and blog to go for lenovo pruduct.

            Sir i have gone through a big problem due to service failure at lenovo service center branch rdc ghaziabad. I have not seen such a poor service. If consumers will going to sufer like this no one will going to buy lenovo product. This company is at such a gud leave but due to these poo service center will going to make thie company down. It my request to the company not to give franchise to such type of people who dont know how to run it.

              I bought lenovo ip 110- 15 ast amde2 4gb+off bol on 4th july 2017 from croma juhu and i found battery back is horrible so went back to croma centre link rd andheri west on 20th july 2017 anf went to collect on 29th july 2017 still the same problem i found. There was no service at all from lenovo and horrible customer service in croma. I want my money back. I am hampering my work. Horrible lenova as a brand & service same goes with croma.

                Dear sir/ mam i online bought lenovo vibe k 5 note from flipkart in 7-12-16 which is delivered after 15 days, when i am starting using that mobile, mobile having lots of problems like stopping working of apps and applications, over heating, permission on other apps for working for that i complain on flipkart site and lenovo customer care also that my mobile is not working proper replace or refund my money back.
                So many times i went to lenovo service center for that at last they chang my mobile motherboard and gave it back, that motherboard is more damage from that day mobile not connect with mobile network always lost signal and when it's restart again it's working this happens 4-5 time in a day, and power button also not working 2-3 times that has to press then it's works, and vibration of mobile is also not working from that day when they chang my motherboard.
                And know the lenovo service center chittorgarh person not reparing mobile and even not giving job card and told me that you have pay for that but my mobile is still in warranty of one year and company customer care not proper responding for this issue.

                Look in that matter and help me out.
                And i recommend to others to not to buy lenovo vibe k5 note mobile.

                Problems are increase day by day in mobile some time of TOWER also left when it's restart its again working and vibration also not working my mother board of mobile also changed new iemi no is [protected] And [protected]

                But still not take any action on it not a single call on my mobile no or any eals my mobile no[protected] e mail ID [protected]@gmail.com . I am too much problems due to this Mobil. I strictly not recommend anyone to buy this LENOVO company mobile for further.

                    I have given my mobile for repair which is still under warranty 30 days but still no they says it under process
                    Very worst service of replacement from brand like lenovo.
                    When we ark for how much time it will take they says one week i am tired of this. So please solve my problem.
                    There is no phone response when we call then it is always busy.
                    We have to sit too much for our turn to come while submitting or ask any simple question regarding phone.

                      Bought lenovo vibe note 5 model no a7020a48 online. The item was delivered on 9th may 2017. Its been only 3 months and already facing problems with touch screen. Apart of screen is not responding. The products calls for a warranty on handset for about year. Also it may be noted that there are no near by lenovo service centers with in 150 km of the place where i am currently residing. Already made many compliants through an app installed in the phone but none of them have been answered till now.

                      Any suggestions.

Also i have contact region heas for this still he replied me i have forwarded your complaint and waiting for response from lenovo company. It also has been 15 day and no resolution.                             I have purchased vibe x3 mobile through amazon last year april. But battery was not lasting for 12 hours also. Later, the charger was noticed was not working properly. As per the warranty the accesorries has 6 months warranty. But they have charged for replacing the cable and charged for mobile service also claiming that mobile is damaged by considering out of warranty with in 3 months whereas there is no issue with the mobile expect less battery back up. My mobile was never fallen in water neither got any other issue other than low battery back up.

                            They haven't done any repair but charged for repair under chargeable repair, checked and returned the mobile.

                            After 2 months the battery was still reduced the life and it was getting over by noon while using if i recharge full in the morning. I have sent complaint emails to lenovo for charging for the replacement of charger with in the warranty and for not resolving the issue though paid repair.

                            They have asked me to give the phone again in the same service center (Jaya nagar) that they will do the service for free of cost. Later, they sent email that the service will be charged again by claiming that my mobile is damaged and will provide on service on chargeable basis.

                            Again, i have given for servicing and they updated s/w and there was no issue found according to them and returned the phone with some charges.

                            But, the mobile battery performance was not improved at all. Its been 6 months from the second service and one year 3 months from the purchase. I am using the mobile without any problem except the low battery performance since day one.

                            I wonder who did they consider my mobile damaged. If damaged it wouldn't last this long. And i would need to required for and changes in the hardward in case of damage but no problems so far.

                            They charged me with in the warranty but didn't fix the issue at all.

                            The service levels are worst in lenovo and the mobile battery is coming not even 6-8 hours while using with the battery of 3500mah from long time.

                            I would need your help to investigate this issue and do the needful. I need to be compensated for the low quality of product and service offered by lenovo.

                            I can provide the details as required.

                              Sir, i am getting right information about my phone from last 35 days while i am following the service center and call from 35 days, they are giving wrong information to me, and not giving the backup phone to me after demanding, i never received a phone call from levono side..

                              1. Sir, i am from kadi which is approx 50km from your service centre, i am not happy by lenovo service due to unsatisfactory serive of levono team and waste my two days and return my phone without any doing while on resetting the phone data was remain same in phone shown to lenovo team same day.

                              2. No call from lenovo team till date, please tell me how much time you required to you repair a simple phone while the warranty of phone is only 365 day in which already you have taken 33 days till 25.07.2017.

                              3. Call centre suggest me to pick the phone and give it to other lenovo service centre, if your's this service having not facility to repair the phone than why should i go to do this, why the company/ service centre not did it till. Why customer waste his time and money to do this foolish type of activity.

                              4. After a long disucssion of 43 min 48 sec, i was surprised that lenovo service centre has been closed so call centre exceutive said that, he is accelerating the my issue to senior management and some of lenovo responsible person call me in next 24 hrs. I din't recevied any infromation from call centre and service centre or lenovo team about closing of service centre.

                              5. When i reached at service centre, than found open and call centre persom misled me and waste my time


                              My phone warranty has been over, when i can get my phone and what is its reliability after service while service return my phone without doing and now warranty has expired

                              What should in do, please suggest.

                                I submitted my lenovo vibe p1a42 at lenovo service center at strength services, wa-88 first floor above icici bank shakarpur, delhi 110092 under the complaint of faster battery drainage problem, the people there had called me twice to collect my phone as it has been repaire but when i went to recieve it they trick me every time by saying that they still observing my phone's issue and they detected some else which needs to be observed; the worst servicing i have ever experienced. Still the phone is not ok, its been 1.5 week.

                                  I purchased product number pa5e0174in - lenovo-k33a42-gold-manufacturing dt 3/2017 through online. Due to the following problems, i couldn't use the same since i received
                                  1. First it was slot problem, which rectified from their authorised service centre at payyanur in kerala.
                                  2. Though slots replaced, there is no range in some low signal areas like my home.
                                  3. The mobile companies like nokia, samsung, micromax, xioami, coolpad have ranges in this place.
                                  4. Then it entrusted their service centre on 30/6/17 at kannur in kerala. As per their opinion it's mother board has been replaced and collected on 23/7/17. Still the problem is existing.

                                  In this circumstances it is requested to replace a new one.

                                    I purchased a lenovo k6 power device last month. After use of two weeks the mic creates problem. Mic is not working well. When i contacted to customer care they suggest me to visit service center and replace mic. What the hell is this. I used this phone 60 days only. Why the mic became complaint. I lost my money. I am planning to give a complaint in consumer court.

                                      I raised the complaint regarding line on lcd, the issue was resolved but bezel was not fixed properly. The support team replaced the bezel and lid cover at 2nd time.

                                      But while changing the lid cover the engineer open and close the system multiple times to fix that properly. Somehow he was able to fix the issue but now the issue is that lid is not moving as smooth as it was.

                                      I’m also very disappointed from the behavior of service engineer.

                                      Now i doubt the quality of my system’s lid. I have already spent around 1.4 lacks on the system and this quality of service is not tolerable.

                                      Kindly do the needful.

                                        Its a mobile shop in sector 120, noida (Amrapali zodiac) market area, owner mr. Pawan agrawal ([protected], [protected]). I purchased a lenevo k6 power mobile phone for 11, 500 inr. The shopkeeper assured me about the phone and in case of any problem with the phone, he will return it and will give me another new phone of my choice.
                                        I used the phone for 4 days and find it really pathetic with issues like hanging, heating etc.
                                        So i went to mr. Pawan the next day to return the phone along with all the accessories and to give me a new one.
                                        He took the phone phne with him for 3-4 days and then gave it back to me saying that the phone is working fine and i am making false excuses.
                                        I requested him so many times to exchange it or to give my money back but he refused. I even insisted him that adjust this phone for a loss of rs[protected] so that i can atleast buy a new phone.
                                        But he refused and kept on saying the he will not take it back.
                                        The phone is seriously bakwaas, but i am left with no other choice but to keep the phone with me, though i am not using it.
                                        Plz plz share it as much as u can.
                                        Let this should never happen with others. These shopkeepers are making fool o[censored]s thinking it wont affect them.
