I bought 3 lenovo k6 power mobile in the end of march, 17. All of my phone is not working properly.
One of the i submit in service center because touch and mick is not working on dated 29/07/2017 and they told me that it will take one weak. I called to centre all time they given me same reply"parts not received yet from the company.
It is very irritating and annoying, more than 17 days has been passed but i couldn't get my phone back.

Model no.-lenovo k6 power.

    I have purchased lenovo vibe k4 note with the serial number hnb0ehmx at[protected] from amazon.in. Device is not working properly since last week so i went to customer care "abhinav technologies" in ahmedabad at[protected]. They have checked the device and said that the device connector is broken from inside as per the attached snap along with this email. Please refer the enclosed snap for the same.

    They said that the device seal was broken before came to customer care center. But the question is that, device is in warranty then why we should ask any other local vendor to repair the same? In addition, if the device was opened and seal was broken then why customer care executive had take this device on hand to open and check?

    Apart from this, customer care executive behavior was so rude and he said device no more in warranty. How's this possible? They had tried to open the device and during dissembling the device they broke the joint connector accidentally and not accepting that they had done such things.

      It is the worst smartphone I have ever used with one step more than ridiculous battery and heating issues that sometimes I can't even hold it in my hand. You can't talk on call for more than 10 mins (which I am projecting too high think) continuously without earphones because the speaker side becomes too hot to keep it on the ear.
      Moreover so many yellow patches on the screen which again I am assuming high temperature is the reason.

        I have bought Lenovo k6 note and it is my worst experience in buying a mobile phone. I bought it on 30 March 2017 it hangs too much. Around one week back it's touch was not working I took it to the service centre and they changed the touch. And now there is some problem in the jack may be, coz sound is not coming from the ear phones. So to resolve this I formatted my phone then it started working. And now I am facing the same problem again. Sound is not coming from the earphone.
        I don't have time to go to the service centre again and again neither I can afford to format my phone daily.
        I want my money back.
        Just take the bloody phone back and refund me my money. Ridiculous mobile phone complete waste of money

        I purchased a Lenovo adaptor on 6th may 2017 at Sony systems & services, Airoli Navi Mumbai. The adaptor is burn after 6 times I used. The owner of the shop told me it's not in policy.

          Sir, I have went to an authorised service center with connector problem in Eluru. I have bought the phone in march and the warranty is still applicable. The authorised service centre people are saying that connector is not an hardware part. How can they say like that? Are they bluffing their customers? This is a serious issue. I may file a police complaint against them as their behaviour is also irritating if you don't take an action against them.

            I m using lenovo k6 note phone and got problem in the phone.
            Before 2, 3 mont back i have some issues in my phone battery that tyne they said our work stops for some company issues and told me come after a week i'll go and again he said a different problem.
            So i said ok i can manage.
            But now i got big problem my screen was nt working and again the said we can't take warrant period phone and we can't login aur i. D and u come after 2, 3days i'll go and again he said come after some day..
            So what is this i m not a fool okkkk they r layer blasters..
            I m suffer from your costumer service issues so solve them and change that person.

              I am very upset with lenovo smartphone service. I purchased lenovo p2 on 6/May/2017. I'm fully disappoint with the screen provided. I had a confusion about display has gorilla glass or not.

              05/August/2017 my phone had screen scratches and easily broken the display. I am very disappointed bad quality marital used in this phone. As per my understanding It has not used gorilla glass.

              My phone is under warranty.Please confirm Screen scratches and broken display comes under warranty?

              Please suggest me the authorized Lenovo service centers in Hyderabad.

                Companies do sell high end laptops we consumer do buy them but when it comes to service one question is common that company do not have parts.
                My Lenovo laptop has gone for servicing since 22July 2017 but company does not have parts and there is no deadline for the completion of service only reply is wait parts are not available.
                Somebody should lay down terms for number of servicing days. Or they should be fine for troubling consumers like this.

                  I have purchased Lenovo k5 vibe note on 3/10/2016 through flipcart. In June it has issue with hearing, opposite person can not hear my voice so I drop the phone to vastrepur service center Ahmedabad on 17/06/2017.It was a nightmare to get my phone back with replaced part. I got my phone after one and half month.They gave me phone in discharged condition and I just charged enough to check my complain. But tom my surprise after full charging phone, next day when I inserted Sim it switch off.Due to heavy rain I could not go back to Vastrapur service center.When after 2 day I visited center they told company has closed center so we can't take your mobile.So have go to different service center at Gandhinagar.They returned phone saying that motherboard has been replaced and your phone is OK.Again it home I charged my phone with Lenovo charger and when I inserted simcard again it switched off. Now I am so frustrated with this company so I want to file complain. Lenovo company people are not responding my emails.

                    It is submitted that my daughter namely aakanksha tuli purchased a lenovo laptop ip-310-80sm01hyih from digital dreams, shop no. 34, g. T. Bazar, gaurav tower, malviya nagar, jaipur on 12.08.2017. When she made payment through sbi debit card, the machine showed payment decline, hence with no other option, she made payment 20000/- in cash and 16797 through her another card. But, later on when i opened, my sbi net banking, it showed that payment of rs. 37150/- has been made to digital dreams jaipur.in this way, i paid twice for a single laptop. Hence, i request you to kindly remit my amount

                      I submitted my lenovo zuk z1 at 11 May 2017 at lenovo collection point anpara state UP and then they call me that my phone had repaired but when I reached there phone was not repaired then I have to submit it again at same day 18 June 2017 now after that due to negligence and irresponsible behavior of collection point (Anpara)and service centre (varanasi) I waste my time and money both on under warranty phone.they also make me to visit there service center as well as collection point to collect phone but that is not found repaired every time.

                        Sir in my mobile camera application there is no option to change front camera to rear camera. So only my mobile front camera working .Please help me to suggest what I have to do with the camera application to short out the camera problem of changing from front to rear camera .In my camera application only 4 option available 1setting in which aspect ratio and photo mirror.                           I purchased one of the most costly laptops of lenovo legion y520 and when i started using it, i got to know that the laptop is not working properly i contacted lenovo but they are not doing anything now i am stuck i don't know what to do the laptop is not working properly, lenovo is the worst company, worst after sales service, worst brand.

                            I am writing this in reference to the harassment i faced at the hands of employees at lenovo exclusive store, mg road, goregaon west, mumbai.

                            On 5th august, saturday, i had gone to the store to ask if my laptop, which had some issues, could be repaired. The man at the shop said that he could. I explained the issue to him. I told him that i felt that my laptop was infested with virus because when i was typing, the cursor would go back to the top of the page by itself. Web pages and other applications would scroll up by itself. Folders would get selected by itself.

                            The man said that it was not a virus issue, that the keyboard would have to be changed. I agreed. He said that he has been working for many years and even though people think it is a virus problem, these symptoms are usually related to the keyboard. I agreed to change the keyboard and paid for it. When i checked in the store, the laptop seemed to be fine.
                            I left my old keyboard at the store.
                            The man then said that he also felt that my laptop had virus in it. I told him that i had bought avast antivirus. He said that free antivirus would not work. I repeated that i had bought the antivirus because i indeed had performed an online transaction to avast and had paid them some amount above rs.1000 and around it. He asked me to run a scan on it after i reached home.

                            At home, after twenty minutes o[censored]sing the laptop, the problem started again. All the earlier problems i mentioned resurfaced. I ran a scan. It did not show any results. The store was closed on sunday. I went back on monday. This time it was a different man there. He immediately said that the problem was of virus. I repeated to him that i had told in the beginning to the other man that it was virus infestation and in fact it was his employee/co-worker who had said that it was a keyboard issue. He said that it is a keyboard issue in 99.9% of cases. He then made fun of me saying that my antivirus was free. I repeated that i had bought it. He said again, in a condescending manner that it showed 'free'. I asked him to look into that problem too because it meant that avast had taken money from me but had not given me their product. He said he would look into that too. He said that the laptop would have to be left there for a couple of days. I agreed.

                            On 9th august, they called saying the laptop has been repaired, the system formatted, an anti-virus installed. I went to collect the laptop. Both the men were present there and both of them were hostile to me. The first said that he had from the beginning said that the issue was that of virus. I was shocked at this lie. I reminded him that the first thing i had told him was that i thought it was a virus problem and that he was the person who was absolutely sure that the problem was that of keyboard.

                            The other man, continued in his condescending tone that the keyboard had problems, that the backspace was not working and some keys weren't working. I had not experienced these problems at all with my keyboard. Nor had i even mentioned these. The man repeated that my keyboard was not functioning. 'it is as simple as that' he said. I asked him to replace the new keyboard with the old one and show me the problems that he said the keyboard had. He refused to do that.

                            I was completely aghast. It was impossible to talk to both the men there because their attitude was becoming even more hostile and condescending. When i pulled out my card to make the payment, he said that he couldn't take my card. I told him that the previous time i had paid through card. He then lectured me about how he would incur a loss if he took payment through card.

                            They had not checked what the problem with my anti-virus was and continued making snide remarks about my statement that i had bought an anti-virus. When i asked if the premiere-cut-pro software that i had purchased would continue functioning after the formatting, they refused to provide any answer. I left the shop completely dejected due to this treatment.

                            I have not faced such a behaviour from any of the lenovo showrooms. I don't understand why these men behaved that way with me, their customer. Why were they lying through their teeth? Why were they speaking in such a condescending manner to a customer? If what they were saying was true, why did they refuse to demonstrate the problems with my keyboard?

                            Please look into the matter as soon as possible. No customer should be treated this way. They owe me an apology and should co-operate with me and check the problems with my laptop.

                              Last week, i had a problem with the touch screen of bottom buttons. I went to the service center - shivi enterprises, near patel chowk, bareilly, u. P. My phone has... Year guaranty. But still, they asked 3000 rupees for repairing in spite of many requests. Being your customer for many years, this is not expected from an esteemed company like you.
                              Please clarify me whether guaranty period does not cover repair charges and also please let me know so called terms and conditions for guaranty period.
                              Expecting you will maintain your customer friendly company promise.

                                Please tell me how to block ads in lenovo a6000 plus because they are continuously taking money by sayiny that you are subscribed to this or that... How to stop those things in settings. Ibt annoys me while browsing.. I'm not subscribed to any one of the ads but they are taking money from my main balance... How to stop those ads.. Rply as soon as possible

                                  I ordered a Rs. 45k laptop from www.shoplenovo.co.in on 7 Jul (About 40 days back). The listing promised delivery of the product in 5-8 days. Its been 40 days since then. Neither the product was shipped nor my money was refunded. In the last 40 days, I would have sent atleast 30 mails and would have called them multiple times inquiring about the shipment or refund. Unfortunately I haven't received any response to my calls and emails. The website does not have details on the registered company address either.

                                    I bought a motorola g4plus phone a year back. All though there were no major issues in the beginning i had noticed that there was a small issue i. E., screen retention/shadow display for which i have it for service to the authorised service centre three months back during the warranty period. Once i got back the phone with a replaced touch panel i was facing issue with headphone jack not working and also ghost touch for which i again have the phone for service. Although they replaced the headphone jack the issue of ghost touch had not been resolved for which i had to give it to service once again since it was still in the warranty period.
                                    Till date the issue has not been resolved although i got back the device within two days saying that the issue has been solved with a software issue.
                                    I am facing multiple issues with the phone like these for the past few months even though none of those issues are from my end. Even after visiting the service centre couple of times there is no solution from their end. I hope to get a permanent solution for the issue.

                                      My moto g4 plus charging jack not working and also not connected to desktop through data cable. When i go to the service centre janak puri district center delhi they only clean the phone from inside and jack working for just 4-5 days and now same problem occurs. I request lenovo motorola to change my phone charging jack as soon as possible it is the worst experience that i have ever had for any phone i never go for your company product in future if your service is like that.

                                        I have got the k 6 note phone 60 days ago i have observed that one of the speaker is not working. Kindly do the needful asap.
                                        I have ordered the phone at amazon online.
                                        I was very eager to use the device i was a user of k4 note too and i also suggest my social circle to use the products of lenovo but i am a bit disappointed due to this issue. Hoping to get the issue resolved soon.
