I had given my Laptop for repair for Laptop not switching on. I was told that the power IC and one more IC had gone faulty. When I went to collect the laptop after repairs I was told that I cannot be given the bill as the spares purchased for the laptop has not been entered in the book and thus bill cannot be given. When I insisted for the same I was told to wait for 30 minutes. After sometime I was given a bill for Rs 3200-/- showing the details as Service charges. I am entitled to a bill showing what parts have been replaced and what type of repairs have been carried out.

Non showing of exact nature of repair with spare parts consumed shows either that the parts have not been replaced or your srevice people is trying to hoodwink the government by avoiding payment of tax etc.

If the complaint is not sorted out I will be lodging complaint with IT and ED department against the service centre/ your dealer.

I am enclosing the copy of the bill for your ready reference.

On 7 th aug 2017, i had submitted my lenovo phone to your service centre defence colony. They said that tomorrow we will inform you total charges, but today after long time someone pick up my call at 2.52 pm nd told me that after half an hour they called back to me with detail of charges. But till 4.20 no one call back to me. Even your number on website is also not reachable. Pls update your current no so that anyone can contact you easily...

My mobile lenovo vibe k5 note had complaint of delayed charging. It was taking long time to charge and not detected in any laptops when connected.
I contacted near by authorised mobile service centre at thrissur, kerala.
They said, their is problem with sub - board and need to change it. I said ok, and changed. They charged rs. 1400 for it. After 10days of repair again the same complaint has come, that is of charging issue. I'm cheated by service & charged simply for improperly done service.
I'm fed up with company mobile, service centre service. Full of cheating.
I want to get it repaired immediately and i won't pay single rupee back otherwise i'l go to consumer court

I purchased a lenovo laptop almost a year ago, which is still in warranty.

I've been experiencing a display issue with my laptop. So i raised a query to lenovo customer care. It took almost 45 days for an engineer's visit. Engineer found a slight damage on my laptop which is nowhere related to the display issue and refused to offer any service on the laptop. I've been reaching out to lenovo with no success. I even have contacted their escalation team @ [protected]@lenovo.com multiple times and did not receive any response from them.

This is to inform you that i had purchased lenevo vibe k5 note on 28th jan'17 and till 2nd aug my mobile was working properly.
Now suddenly on 2nd aug'17 evening my mobile got switched off and it was not getting on. The next day i visited lenevo service center at noida sector 10 and after checking they informed me that the mother board of the mobile needs to be changed as it is not working. They took my mobile and gave me a receiving.
On dtd 5th aug'17 i received a call from the service center saying my mobile is ready for pickup as they have resolved the problem.
Now, immediately i went to lenevo service center at sector 10, noida to receive the mobile.
Now comes the actual shock. After getting the mobile i saw that there is some color mark in the display of the mobile. I pointed that problem immediately but the service center guys told me as when i deposited the mobile in switched off mode this problem may be from earlier also.
When i told them there was not any issue with the display of the mobile earlier and as it is within guarantee period it should be replaced by them.
They pointed out slight mark (I could not see that mark in the mobile) on the mobile and said it is physically damaged and it is not covered under gauranee and i have to pay rs. 6000/- for changing the display.
I also found that the speaker of the mobile is also not working properly. It's sound getting distorted on call as well as in the ringing volume.
In my opinio the service center people have changed the display and speaker as the mobile was submitted to them in switched off mode.

Extremely shocked and disappointed by this treatment from lenevo.

I am sushil tiwari i purchased lenovo k6 note on 27th july 2017 i have seen that some problem in this product i also compare to lenovo customer care and the shop shop of mobile what company and the shop owner top 10 mobile kalyan maharashtra is never support me that's why i need the lenovo company is return back my amount of rupees 15000 immediately because the product is useless that's why i complain here

As per the other complaints, i'm also facing the same problem regarding video call. I ordered lenovo k5 note through amazon but after using the the phone i came to know that i'm unable to make video call through jio sim.

I tried every formula to make it work but still not able to make video call.

Pls make lenovo to update the features so that we'll b able to make video calls.

My mobile is not charging property. The service center in tirupati is too horrible too worst. They took almost 8000/- though it is under warranty but still dint resolve the issue. Now they are demanding 6000/-more, don't know for what. They are not capable enough to get the issue resolved. Technically they are very poor and also the way they respond to the customer is tooooo worst. Not able to really understand how lenovo is continuing with such kind of customer care at tirupati, ap. I have purchased this phone lenovo vibe k5 plus i have many issues with this phone and it's in warranty period can anyone help on this to repair.

I purchased lenevo 310 laptop. Today laptop does not working. It was totally wast product. Disply does not working. Laptop was lack in games or havy software. Laptop in warranty. I buy from global computer at amritsar. Laptap was is warranty. This type of complaint come in 3th time. Somae time laptop will start but display does not working. On the deel time the shop keeper sad that the is onsite. But now he does not take any responsability.

Mere lenovo k6 power purchase kiya that 11/3/2017 ko phone k 1 month k bad hi phone me charging ka issue aane laga aur me charger ko change karke le aaya aur wo data cable change kar k de diya aur phir jo data cable di h wo 6 day to work karti h uske bad phir waisa hi ho jata h aur mobile aur service center wale her bar data cable hi change kar k dete h me har week me data cable change karne jata hu to itna ghatiya mall kyu banate ho jo ki 6 din me khrab ho jata he warranty​ se out hone k bad mujhe data cable purchase karni hogi 250 rs ki usse bhi badalne k liye per week round lagao request h ki ya to phone ko change kar k do ya phir problem ko solve karo

I gave the laptop for service in lenovo registered service center located at fc road, pune. During service they damaged the laptop screen, which first they didn't accepted but later accepted and told me they will replace the laptop screen. Laptop was under warranty.

My concern is/was - if service center has damaged the screen which is physically visible then there is a chance that they have done something else also to the laptop and as laptop is damaged by them then why should i accept the repair? I asked them for machine replacement. They didn't agreed to that.
I dropped countless email to service head of lenovo india, but i didn't get any resolution. All they say is, we can't provide the replacement to you.
Laptop is in service center from last one month. I'm not accepting the repair and they are not providing the replacement.

I have clearly told them laptop is damaged by you, i will not accept the repair, i want replacement but they are threating me by saying collect the laptop from service center, lenovo will not be liable if any further damage is done to your laptop.

Sorry to say and it is my bad luck that i have purchased a lenovo smart phone.
I had ordered a lenovo vibe k5 gold android phone on 2nd day of december 2016 in amazon online and my order no is[protected]. And in due time i had received the phone.
Naturally, this time, the product belongs to the warranty period,
Just three weeks before, i found that the screen was rolling if touched, display was not working properly.
As sequence, on 20/7/2017, at 12.52pm, i visited your service center and submitted my phone, for which, sevice no is: soino[protected].
The service center has given a phone nos also, but the number is just for given, not for receiving, several times i called to the given numbers, it was only ringing.
After 12 days, again i visited to the service center, and they told me to get another 8 days.
What is this? If you can't give the service, you should stop selling tour product! It is nothing but harassment!

I am really upset with lenovo after sales service.

My lenovo p2 phone screen broke and i went to indranagar bangalore authorized service center to get my phone fixed.

They informed me that the spare part is not available at that moment and they have to order it. It would cost 6000 inr. I submitted the phone for repair. They informed me that it would take around 2 - 3 weeks to get it fixed. I agreed to that.

However after 3 weeks after several follow up, service center informed me that the screen replacement part is not available and the phone cannot be fixed. Then again they made me wait for another week and said that to wait. After a week and several follow up they again informed that the spare is not available in hq delhi and the phone cannot be repaired.

Why do you even sell phone whose spare parts is not available

I purchased lenovo k5 note on 4 august 2016 everything was working fine but after 10 months phones microphone is not working. The product is under warranty so i go to lenovo service centre at jabalpur they told me that board will be replaced and it will take 15 days (Wtf) i dont think problem is as big as it take so much time. But i hv no other option so i gave it for repairing. And it is 20th day there is no response from that centre i am living without mobile after paying 12000 rs. This is so disgusting... Kindly help me...

I have given my lenovo z2 plus mobile in vastrapur, ahmedabad service center on 07-june-2017. Till now i have not got my mobile back. They are not even picking up my phone call. When i went there the service center, there was no response from the personal. My mobile is still under warranty. Please do the needful immediately.

My product id is @lenovo_in z50-70 yb0624318 and my laptop is in warranty of my product and recently i am facing some charging and hdd also usb ports issue and i am going to service centre and your centre manager start blaming me try to convince me it's a damage we can;'t do anything and their behaviour is very rude and aggressive please help me in this.

My smartphone lenovo vive k4 is in warranty period, there is heating and some other problems, i complent to service center in my city lakhimpur kheri, they spent approx 3 week to resolve it but the main issue is they can't return me my phone in proper working condition. Heating issue is same to same and also battery not charging created
So plz take action toward company.

I am not able to use mouse and keyboard of my laptop which is purchased on 26th jan 2017 and facing issue from last 3 weeks. And now i am not able to use my laptop at all.

Request you to help me in it as i am really facing multiple issues from the day i purchased this laptop.

I am expecting the resolution asap as i need to complete imp tasks

My is name is rajat rana. I have purchased lenovo mobile phone model no. Lenevo a6600 plus on the date 07june. 2017.
My phone is under warranty but i was facing battery issue in my phone.
