I submitted my lenovo zuk z1 at 11 May 2017 at lenovo collection point anpara state UP and then they call me that my phone had repaired but when I reached there phone was not repaired then I have to submit it again at same day 18 June 2017 now after that due to negligence and irresponsible behavior of collection point (Anpara)and service centre (varanasi) I waste my time and money both on under warranty phone.they also make me to visit there service center as well as collection point to collect phone but that is not found repaired every time.

    Sir in my mobile camera application there is no option to change front camera to rear camera. So only my mobile front camera working .Please help me to suggest what I have to do with the camera application to short out the camera problem of changing from front to rear camera .In my camera application only 4 option available 1setting in which aspect ratio and photo mirror. In down the screen face beauty camera and video camera . Plz help

      Never purchase any lenovo product!
      I purchased one of the most costly laptops of lenovo legion y520 and when i started using it, i got to know that the laptop is not working properly i contacted lenovo but they are not doing anything now i am stuck i don't know what to do the laptop is not working properly, lenovo is the worst company, worst after sales service, worst brand.

        I am writing this in reference to the harassment i faced at the hands of employees at lenovo exclusive store, mg road, goregaon west, mumbai.

        On 5th august, saturday, i had gone to the store to ask if my laptop, which had some issues, could be repaired. The man at the shop said that he could. I explained the issue to him. I told him that i felt that my laptop was infested with virus because when i was typing, the cursor would go back to the top of the page by itself. Web pages and other applications would scroll up by itself. Folders would get selected by itself.

        The man said that it was not a virus issue, that the keyboard would have to be changed. I agreed. He said that he has been working for many years and even though people think it is a virus problem, these symptoms are usually related to the keyboard. I agreed to change the keyboard and paid for it. When i checked in the store, the laptop seemed to be fine.
        I left my old keyboard at the store.
        The man then said that he also felt that my laptop had virus in it. I told him that i had bought avast antivirus. He said that free antivirus would not work. I repeated that i had bought the antivirus because i indeed had performed an online transaction to avast and had paid them some amount above rs.1000 and around it. He asked me to run a scan on it after i reached home.

        At home, after twenty minutes o[censored]sing the laptop, the problem started again. All the earlier problems i mentioned resurfaced. I ran a scan. It did not show any results. The store was closed on sunday. I went back on monday. This time it was a different man there. He immediately said that the problem was of virus. I repeated to him that i had told in the beginning to the other man that it was virus infestation and in fact it was his employee/co-worker who had said that it was a keyboard issue. He said that it is a keyboard issue in 99.9% of cases. He then made fun of me saying that my antivirus was free. I repeated that i had bought it. He said again, in a condescending manner that it showed 'free'. I asked him to look into that problem too because it meant that avast had taken money from me but had not given me their product. He said he would look into that too. He said that the laptop would have to be left there for a couple of days. I agreed.

        On 9th august, they called saying the laptop has been repaired, the system formatted, an anti-virus installed. I went to collect the laptop. Both the men were present there and both of them were hostile to me. The first said that he had from the beginning said that the issue was that of virus. I was shocked at this lie. I reminded him that the first thing i had told him was that i thought it was a virus problem and that he was the person who was absolutely sure that the problem was that of keyboard.

        The other man, continued in his condescending tone that the keyboard had problems, that the backspace was not working and some keys weren't working. I had not experienced these problems at all with my keyboard. Nor had i even mentioned these. The man repeated that my keyboard was not functioning. 'it is as simple as that' he said. I asked him to replace the new keyboard with the old one and show me the problems that he said the keyboard had. He refused to do that.

        I was completely aghast. It was impossible to talk to both the men there because their attitude was becoming even more hostile and condescending. When i pulled out my card to make the payment, he said that he couldn't take my card. I told him that the previous time i had paid through card. He then lectured me about how he would incur a loss if he took payment through card.

        They had not checked what the problem with my anti-virus was and continued making snide remarks about my statement that i had bought an anti-virus. When i asked if the premiere-cut-pro software that i had purchased would continue functioning after the formatting, they refused to provide any answer. I left the shop completely dejected due to this treatment.

        I have not faced such a behaviour from any of the lenovo showrooms. I don't understand why these men behaved that way with me, their customer. Why were they lying through their teeth? Why were they speaking in such a condescending manner to a customer? If what they were saying was true, why did they refuse to demonstrate the problems with my keyboard?

        Please look into the matter as soon as possible. No customer should be treated this way. They owe me an apology and should co-operate with me and check the problems with my laptop.

          Last week, i had a problem with the touch screen of bottom buttons. I went to the service center - shivi enterprises, near patel chowk, bareilly, u. P. My phone has... Year guaranty. But still, they asked 3000 rupees for repairing in spite of many requests. Being your customer for many years, this is not expected from an esteemed company like you.
          Please clarify me whether guaranty period does not cover repair charges and also please let me know so called terms and conditions for guaranty period.
          Expecting you will maintain your customer friendly company promise.

            Please tell me how to block ads in lenovo a6000 plus because they are continuously taking money by sayiny that you are subscribed to this or that... How to stop those things in settings. Ibt annoys me while browsing.. I'm not subscribed to any one of the ads but they are taking money from my main balance... How to stop those ads.. Rply as soon as possible

              I ordered a Rs. 45k laptop from www.shoplenovo.co.in on 7 Jul (About 40 days back). The listing promised delivery of the product in 5-8 days. Its been 40 days since then. Neither the product was shipped nor my money was refunded. In the last 40 days, I would have sent atleast 30 mails and would have called them multiple times inquiring about the shipment or refund. Unfortunately I haven't received any response to my calls and emails. The website does not have details on the registered company address either.

                I bought a motorola g4plus phone a year back. All though there were no major issues in the beginning i had noticed that there was a small issue i. E., screen retention/shadow display for which i have it for service to the authorised service centre three months back during the warranty period. Once i got back the phone with a replaced touch panel i was facing issue with headphone jack not working and also ghost touch for which i again have the phone for service. Although they replaced the headphone jack the issue of ghost touch had not been resolved for which i had to give it to service once again since it was still in the warranty period.
                Till date the issue has not been resolved although i got back the device within two days saying that the issue has been solved with a software issue.
                I am facing multiple issues with the phone like these for the past few months even though none of those issues are from my end. Even after visiting the service centre couple of times there is no solution from their end. I hope to get a permanent solution for the issue.

                  My moto g4 plus charging jack not working and also not connected to desktop through data cable. When i go to the service centre janak puri district center delhi they only clean the phone from inside and jack working for just 4-5 days and now same problem occurs. I request lenovo motorola to change my phone charging jack as soon as possible it is the worst experience that i have ever had for any phone i never go for your company product in future if your service is like that.

                    I have got the k 6 note phone 60 days ago i have observed that one of the speaker is not working. Kindly do the needful asap.
                    I have ordered the phone at amazon online.
                    I was very eager to use the device i was a user of k4 note too and i also suggest my social circle to use the products of lenovo but i am a bit disappointed due to this issue. Hoping to get the issue resolved soon.

                      I n.pandurangam. approach near your care. Your care take my mobile nearly ten days but care decide mother board failure, &certified and return to me my mobile and take money 1500/-. but I went to normal mobile hard ware shop but he solved my network problem with in one hour as a amount five hundred... But your care told to me mother cost around five thousand... I say very pity for your care... At the your care center very negligle work and takes much more money without work.. This is worst care in your mobile company... Little problems takes much more time without work...please take action ..

                        My phone has been submitted at B2X mobiles, Pitampura on 27 April 2017 for a repair. There was an issue with the IC of the phone. It has been 3+ months and I have not received it back.

                        The phone has been shifted to Khushi Comm. Tilak Nagar. It has been there for more than a month. The shop staff has been telling me one week since the past one month and its a very unfriendly behavior that they have. Very bad service in both the stores.

                        Please get me the phone in a week as I am facing a lot of problems without it. Otherwise, I would want a complete refund from Motorola for the phone and the inconvenience caused to me.

                          My mobile does not switch on. So i went to the lenovo service center in chandmari, kamakhya communication, guwahati. After looking at my lenovo phab plus they said that it had sub board and battery issues and would call me after 10 days and also said that it would cost around 2500/- (Twenty five hundred only). After 10 days they called me and said that the tab has a damaged main board which if i change would cost me what a new tab would cost. I just want to know, why is it that after 10 days they are saying this. How should i believe them? It’s really hard to understand how lenovo is continuing with such kind of customer care at guwahati. Please give me a solution, i have not collected my tab from the service center, right now i can’t afford a new phone and i do want to continue with my tab.

                            Request an exchange since 6th august where order was received on 3rd august. No follow backs by flipkart even after technician sachin (From flipkart) checked my product on 8th august. Issue is both (Rear and front) cameras resolution is not up to mark as per specifications of product. Infact the charging takes a lot time "then whats use of 10w charger". On your technician visit he recorded battery growth from 69% to only 71% that to in 10 minutes... On complaining and asking on suggestion for product "hiteshkumar" blocked my call and rejected my refund and return request on saying that problem is resolved on technician visit. Please help my product is still under 10 days replacement offer...

                              I had purchased a lenovo phone (Vibe k5 note). That is under warranty period. And the phone starting to have some issues.

                              Issue-1) the phone sometimes vibrate and sometimes not (When i put the phone on vibrate mode).

                              Issue-2) the phone automatically switches off.

                              Issue-3) the phone is not getting charged.

                              I went to the service center on 5/aug/2017 and they submitted my phone. And on 8/aug/2017 they made a call to me to receive my phone. When i went there the phone was not even switched on and when i switched on the phone that was only 2 % charged. How shame less this is that they people are delivering the phone not in the running condition. And when i switched on the phone the same problem arised. It's not vibrating. It's not getting charged. It's not even getting switched on. Will somebody tell me what to do in this situation. Going to the service center again and again is not possible for me at all. And what's the surprising point is "the phone is not getting switched on". Unhappy with your service. Lenovo seriously disappointed me.

                                I have registered for back to school offer which provides additional 2 year warranty. After confirmation form lenovo i have paid the inr 800 to avail this benefit on 14th june and on 19th june 2017 i have received the confirmation mail for payment receipt. But till date i have not received any warranty certificate from lenovo even after multiple follow up. Only they are repeating same wording every time as below or give some date

                                  Sir i had bought lenovo k3 note from flipkart on 19.11.2015. On the first three days o[censored]sage i face network problem, then i contacted flipkart to exchange my device but they rejected my device to exchange, so i take my device to service centre, they repaired the problem using invoice. After that i am facing so much of problems, like touch screen problems etc... Then now i am facing battery issue likely when my device reaches to 40% my device shut down immedietly.                                     I am writing this after being totally dissatisfied, annoyed & disenchanted with lenovo mobile service center in chandigarh-sant rameshwari enterprises. I was facing a software problem (Apps permission issue) & gave my lenovo vibe x3 mobile to the service centre on 20th july’17 but they could not resolve it. After numerous visits & a hundred calls i was forced to take back my mobile from them after 20 days on aug 8th’17. As per them they have not been able to understand & diagnose the problem till now after downloading new software 2-3 times.
                                    Now the problem.
                                    I am not able to access my contacts, make calls, see videos or access some of the apps on the mobile as it is not giving permission (Apps permission issue) to access. The particular programme/app is first saying:
                                    “one or more permissions need to be set on manually in settings if you want to use this application”.
                                    Then on pressing the setting button & accessing the app permissions it is showing:
                                    “screen overlay detected”
                                    “to change this permission setting, you first have to turn of the screen overlay from settings apps”
                                    Thereafter it is not giving permission.
                                    Please help.

                                      I purchased a lenovo ideapad 310 for our organization from shoplenovo.co.in on july 5th and i have been following up with emails stating that the laptop has not been shipped and even escalated the matter to sudipto ghosh (Executive director - services, lenovo india) and other support or shop lenovo emails id's, all i get from the director also copy paste electronic emails informing the team to look after the issue but nothing has been done. Last week i received an email stating that the refund is being processed but still the refund has not been credited and i dont know whom and where should i complain against lenovo.

                                      I purchase Yoga 720 from shoplenovo.co.in on 9th of August 2017. After so many emails, i got the prodcut in sep first week. it was some damge from a corner. i give them call and email, afetr so many deliberation it is taken back from my home. now i call and email the company about the refund, after the laptop return to their ware house.
                                      the last status is showing of 21 Sep, after that nothing happen till now against order. i am waiting for my refund.
