Bought lenovo vibe note 5 model no a7020a48 online. The item was delivered on 9th may 2017. Its been only 3 months and already facing problems with touch screen. Apart of screen is not responding. The products calls for a warranty on handset for about year. Also it may be noted that there are no near by lenovo service centers with in 150 km of the place where i am currently residing. Already made many compliants through an app installed in the phone but none of them have been answered till now.

Any suggestions.

    We have raised complaint regarding our 5 laptops keyboard problem and its still 1 month no response comes. Also i have contact region heas for this still he replied me i have forwarded your complaint and waiting for response from lenovo company. It also has been 15 day and no resolution. It better then not to purchase lenovo laptop then its services

        I have purchased vibe x3 mobile through amazon last year april. But battery was not lasting for 12 hours also. Later, the charger was noticed was not working properly. As per the warranty the accesorries has 6 months warranty. But they have charged for replacing the cable and charged for mobile service also claiming that mobile is damaged by considering out of warranty with in 3 months whereas there is no issue with the mobile expect less battery back up. My mobile was never fallen in water neither got any other issue other than low battery back up.

        They haven't done any repair but charged for repair under chargeable repair, checked and returned the mobile.

        After 2 months the battery was still reduced the life and it was getting over by noon while using if i recharge full in the morning. I have sent complaint emails to lenovo for charging for the replacement of charger with in the warranty and for not resolving the issue though paid repair.

        They have asked me to give the phone again in the same service center (Jaya nagar) that they will do the service for free of cost. Later, they sent email that the service will be charged again by claiming that my mobile is damaged and will provide on service on chargeable basis.

        Again, i have given for servicing and they updated s/w and there was no issue found according to them and returned the phone with some charges.

        But, the mobile battery performance was not improved at all. Its been 6 months from the second service and one year 3 months from the purchase. I am using the mobile without any problem except the low battery performance since day one.

        I wonder who did they consider my mobile damaged. If damaged it wouldn't last this long. And i would need to required for and changes in the hardward in case of damage but no problems so far.

        They charged me with in the warranty but didn't fix the issue at all.

        The service levels are worst in lenovo and the mobile battery is coming not even 6-8 hours while using with the battery of 3500mah from long time.

        I would need your help to investigate this issue and do the needful. I need to be compensated for the low quality of product and service offered by lenovo.

        I can provide the details as required.

          Sir, i am getting right information about my phone from last 35 days while i am following the service center and call from 35 days, they are giving wrong information to me, and not giving the backup phone to me after demanding, i never received a phone call from levono side..

          1. Sir, i am from kadi which is approx 50km from your service centre, i am not happy by lenovo service due to unsatisfactory serive of levono team and waste my two days and return my phone without any doing while on resetting the phone data was remain same in phone shown to lenovo team same day.

          2. No call from lenovo team till date, please tell me how much time you required to you repair a simple phone while the warranty of phone is only 365 day in which already you have taken 33 days till 25.07.2017.

          3. Call centre suggest me to pick the phone and give it to other lenovo service centre, if your's this service having not facility to repair the phone than why should i go to do this, why the company/ service centre not did it till. Why customer waste his time and money to do this foolish type of activity.

          4. After a long disucssion of 43 min 48 sec, i was surprised that lenovo service centre has been closed so call centre exceutive said that, he is accelerating the my issue to senior management and some of lenovo responsible person call me in next 24 hrs. I din't recevied any infromation from call centre and service centre or lenovo team about closing of service centre.

          5. When i reached at service centre, than found open and call centre persom misled me and waste my time


          My phone warranty has been over, when i can get my phone and what is its reliability after service while service return my phone without doing and now warranty has expired

          What should in do, please suggest.

            I submitted my lenovo vibe p1a42 at lenovo service center at strength services, wa-88 first floor above icici bank shakarpur, delhi 110092 under the complaint of faster battery drainage problem, the people there had called me twice to collect my phone as it has been repaire but when i went to recieve it they trick me every time by saying that they still observing my phone's issue and they detected some else which needs to be observed; the worst servicing i have ever experienced. Still the phone is not ok, its been 1.5 week.

              Dear sir
              I purchased product number pa5e0174in - lenovo-k33a42-gold-manufacturing dt 3/2017 through online. Due to the following problems, i couldn't use the same since i received
              1. First it was slot problem, which rectified from their authorised service centre at payyanur in kerala.
              2. Though slots replaced, there is no range in some low signal areas like my home.
              3. The mobile companies like nokia, samsung, micromax, xioami, coolpad have ranges in this place.
              4. Then it entrusted their service centre on 30/6/17 at kannur in kerala. As per their opinion it's mother board has been replaced and collected on 23/7/17. Still the problem is existing.

              In this circumstances it is requested to replace a new one.

                I purchased a lenovo k6 power device last month. After use of two weeks the mic creates problem. Mic is not working well. When i contacted to customer care they suggest me to visit service center and replace mic. What the hell is this. I used this phone 60 days only. Why the mic became complaint. I lost my money. I am planning to give a complaint in consumer court.

                  I raised the complaint regarding line on lcd, the issue was resolved but bezel was not fixed properly. The support team replaced the bezel and lid cover at 2nd time.

                  But while changing the lid cover the engineer open and close the system multiple times to fix that properly. Somehow he was able to fix the issue but now the issue is that lid is not moving as smooth as it was.

                  I’m also very disappointed from the behavior of service engineer.

                  Now i doubt the quality of my system’s lid. I have already spent around 1.4 lacks on the system and this quality of service is not tolerable.

                  Kindly do the needful.

                    Its a mobile shop in sector 120, noida (Amrapali zodiac) market area, owner mr. Pawan agrawal ([protected], [protected]). I purchased a lenevo k6 power mobile phone for 11, 500 inr. The shopkeeper assured me about the phone and in case of any problem with the phone, he will return it and will give me another new phone of my choice.
                    I used the phone for 4 days and find it really pathetic with issues like hanging, heating etc.
                    So i went to mr. Pawan the next day to return the phone along with all the accessories and to give me a new one.
                    He took the phone phne with him for 3-4 days and then gave it back to me saying that the phone is working fine and i am making false excuses.
                    I requested him so many times to exchange it or to give my money back but he refused. I even insisted him that adjust this phone for a loss of rs[protected] so that i can atleast buy a new phone.
                    But he refused and kept on saying the he will not take it back.
                    The phone is seriously bakwaas, but i am left with no other choice but to keep the phone with me, though i am not using it.
                    Plz plz share it as much as u can.
                    Let this should never happen with others. These shopkeepers are making fool o[censored]s thinking it wont affect them.

                      I purchased lenovo vibe x3 phone back in september 2016 and from that date i have already visited service center thrice with three diffrent issues,
                      The current issue i am facing is with the networks in the phone. Please look into it asap. I am completely frustrated with the phone's performance. And i request lenovo to change my handset with a new one at the earliest.
                      The service center staff is not very helpful and they always try to deny the isuue i face with the handset.

                        My lenovo k3 note mic and display started malfunctioning all of a sudden for no fault of mine. When approached the service centre, they told me that nothing could be done to set it right. Further, they told me replacement of the spare parts would cost more than 5000 rupees. I had purchased the phone just about less than one and half year ago for 10000 rupees. As such, it is not fair that i will have to spend more than 5000 rupees just shortly after the warranty cover of 1 year expired. This clearly indicates the poor quality of your product. I'm greatly grieved by the poor quality and funtioning of your product. Kindly address my grievance at the earliest. Looking forward to get a timely and fruitful action from your end.

                          Dear sir/madam, i have purchased lenovo ideapad 510s laptop on last month from abudhabi, uae. Unfortunately my laptop keyboard is not working properly from last week onwards. So i gave ii to lenovo authorized service center, hi tech informatics, bangalore on last thursday. After 5 days they told that since it is purchased from abudhabi, spares are not available here. So you need to contact the seller at abudhabi only for correcting the issue.
                          Is this a right warranty policy

                            I bought a lenovo k5 plus mobile phone. It has some issues from beginning, but i can't note those issues. But when it occurs more issues, then i went to service center. And there service agent told me it is a liquid issues, so they can't do anything.. But mobile is in warranty.
                            Then, what should i do?
                            Issues are:
                            Short battery backup,
                            Long time taken to charge,
                            Network problem,
                            Hanging,
                            Backlight indicator problem,
                            Mobile heating.

                              I have given MY smartphone for repairing by suspecting battery issue as it discharging frequently, but the Lenovo Authorised service center "Mobi QUEST"
                              Blindly replaced the battery connector without any proper anlysis and finally after delevery my both the seems are not able detect the network and they are very careless are in response to again repair that issue, finally i lost my good working phone bcoz of those service center

                              I buyed lenova mobile. It is not working ( mic problume). Same problem repeatedly, I visted service centre lenovo. They also not solved problume. And they didn, t know how to solve. I had lose my money, Time.now also my device in service center only.
                              My Lenovo handset k6note found Mike fault when I visit lenove Etawah service centre he says me that some parts will be changed rs930/. I said ok, but he not given me money taken receipt or old parts. when I says him he said that the part will be send to company.

                                Submitted the set at faridabad service center on 14th july 2017 under customer info slip no. / job card no. 5974.
                                Screen broken, set was bought in june 2016.
                                Today it is 10 days and they are still not having any info nor the part availability status. And its the screen, which is i suppose the most changed part for any model, and this model is hardly 1 year old, one of the high end models of your company.
                                V v dissappointed with service.

                                The lenovo company should give a replacement if they do not have part for even one year old bought model...

                                  I have purchased lenovo k6 power smartphone on 25/06/2017) from just talk mobile gallery badlapur maharashtra. Recently within the week it starts hanging issue and some time touch pad not working while receiving incoming call.
                                  After using this phone for around 9-10 days, i am facing some issues with it. Screen suddenly goes dark or freezes and remain like that till i press power button for 5-10 seconds. It happens twice or thrice a day. I done use any big app or game but still such kind of issues are frustrating. Please provide some solution (Other than visit to nearest lenovo service center).

Formal delivery duration is 5-8 working days for metro cities and i have done fully payment via credit card and yet my product has not delivered to me and no response at all from customer service (Literally i could not reach them via customer care contact no). And shipments status was delaying day by day. I need my product in few days or want my money back. Can u guys help me out of this crap situation. Unless i would like log a cybercrime money

                                    I have all the details payment and bills confirmation everything.

                                    Note: i am strongly recommended that do not buy product from this online service.

                                      I have order a battery to my laptop. I was ordered the product on july 14, 2017 and yet now no response from. Whenever i try to contact them via customer care always busy and online chat also no response. Pathetic service i have ever seen. Strongly recommended to do not buy through this lenovo online service.

                                      I would like to raise the cyber crime against them due to money cheater section.

                                        I have purchased lenovo k5 plus against invoice no. F0yqi[protected] dtd 05.10.2016. Recently the cellphone referred above developed a serious issue with respect to touch sensitivity. It was taken to lenovo service centre, indiranagar, bangalore on 04. July.2017, they stated that display has been replaced and returned on 15.07.17. Within a span of few hours, the cell again got switched off abruptly. I had to go to the above centre again where reps told me that services are temporarily closed and had to go to marathalli centre. There they have been keeping the mobile for more than 10 days postponing the delivery saying that problem is yet to be rectified.
                                        This is causing me an untold hassle and lenovo being a global brand of repute seems to be unbecoming on its part.
                                        If this trend of ignorance and torture continues, you will be paying huge for it. Kindly commit yourself to the terms of order of sale. Order id od[protected] dtd 03.10.16
