I was went service station on 13/07/2017 with many problem of my ph and service center told to me your ph is water damage an saw that in my ph on motherboard some mouth gum in my ph it is like so fresh just like abhi dala ho unke muh se.

And service station refer to me that ki kisi aur service station me dikha lo.

    I bought lenovo p2 5 month back. Accidently the screen of my phone damaged not there is no replacement in the service centers also. Everybody is saying that they don't have the display folder. And 1 service center is saying that the cost of it is 9500rupees. Its not fair, i puchased that on 1st sale at cost of 13500 arround and now the screen is of 9500. Is it make any sense?

      Dear sir,

      I purchased laptop in us, under international warranty and brought to india after 4 months it was making problem of shut down when i shown to lenovo service center they told it's motherboard has gone and started part is not available india so you have to take this to home country for repair.
      It is under international warranty it is responsible of the company to solve issue but telling we can't help.
      How the consumer will go to us for repair one laptop to us. Even it is under warranty.

        My mobile is facing some hardware issue of not charging, mic phone and speakers problem.. When i went to service centre. Their representatives say it product didn't get repaired under warranty.. Due to some sratch on backside. Actually i am not using back cover that's why the colour of my mobile is flying... It's golden colour is going to white some where... No any physical damage to the mobile..

          I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company. I had brought lenovo vibe k5 (Gray 16gb) 11 months before. Previous month we had complaint with back camera (Camera is not working) i gave the phone to the companies service center in ajmer – rajasthan.

          It has been 27 days since i gave my phone to the service center no response\update have been given by your service center till now. I trust this is not the way your company wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

            Hi,
            I bought lenovo k5 note on jan-2017 in india and after 3 month i faced problem in mobile for signal, its stopped to detect signal. I went to the lenovo service centre in pune and they changed the motherboard but after 2 month i faced problem in speaker, it was not working properly and at that time i was in haryana. I went to the service centre and they said we will not repair this phone because imei number is different in bill and what mobile showing svreen. I told him when last repaired they changed motherboard so offcours imei will not be same but after that they saying they had not enter proper entry in the system. So in that case what my mistake, what the entry they entered in the system while repairing it doesn't matter for me because they don't show to us. I am not at that level to go back pune from haryana for to repair mobile in same service centre. What the meaning of lenevo service centre all over india if they not considering like that.

            They had not solved my problem yet..after registered complained I got one call from landline number and they wanted details of my debit card to refund money but they asked other detail also that breach security of my debit card . i can't provide that information .its seems they fraud why asking detail of my debit card.. so still there is no response from Lenovo, I don't know why marked resolve this complained..

            Hi,

            I have given my mobile to customer center for display change on[protected] with service number SOIN[protected], They said it will take 10 days max.. now its almost to complete a month... still they saying parts are not available... i did not expect this from company like Lenovo .please look into the matter
            This site is very harmful because of insecurity what I had faced . I have lodging a complaint about my sbi transaction issue .. But after 1days I have been receiving fraudulent call .There are some people who are trying to collect my debit card and password information with help of some tricky question . so be careful guys . don't Lodge any complaints which meant any transaction problem .

              I had submitted my smart-phone to lenovo authorized service centre in guwahati netsol associate on 3rd july. The technician provided a quick feedback on my product and told me that they will have to inspect the phone and will be calling me next day to inform about the repairing charges. I will have to pay the inspection charges of rs.200/- in case i would not get it repaired after inspection. I agreed and they provided me the attached receipt. On not getting any feedback from them, i visited the centre after 2 days but they said it will take longer time and they will be informing me.
              On 7th july, someone from the centre called up and said that the charges for repairing will be rs.11, 000/-. I was shocked as the cost of my phone is rs. 7, 000/- only. I told him to check again but he said that it will be rs.11, 000/- only. I told him to provide me a proforma on the next day when i visit the centre. He agreed. Next day when i visited the centre, they told me that giving proforma or estimate is not allowed which again was a shock for me and they said they are charging as per company pricelist. They refused to show me the pricelist even. I fail to understand if these are the standard charges as per pricelist, there should be no issue in sharing the pricelist. Finally, they agreed to write it on the receipt (Attached) and told me i can take a snap only and cannot carry it with me.
              Finally, i paid them rs.200/- and took my phone back but again they were not agreeing to provide a receipt to me. They cited the reason that due to gst the receipt cannot be given. They wrote rs.200/- on a loose sheet and told me they could give me that only.
              This was too much and i refused to accept it to which they said i can get proper receipt after one month only without giving any proper reasoning. They said if you want a receipt, then give back the phone and take it after 1 month.
              My phone has been detained by them and i am unable to use it.

              I have requested lenovo over mail to revert with the repairing charges and provide me an explanation as to how for a phone worth 7, 000/- repairing charges can be 11, 000/-. But they are deviating from the issue and have written back to me as follows:

              Dear ankit,
              Greetings from lenovo.
              We regret to inform you that, we further discussed with our management team based on update from them we would not be able to process for discount on repair cost, request you to confirm us on the same to avail the service on chargeable basis.

                Dear team of lenovo,

                I had very very pathetic service from your center.

                After purchasing lenovo k6 power i faced several issues in phone & frequent hanging problem. The charging point damaged and phone is not getting charged. When i reach out to service center, they first told me that this is physical damaged and not covered in warranty. I said ok and waited for 2 hrs to estimate the cost they estimated 1200 rs for that. I agreed for that cost and ask them to repair. (The part cost is in the current market is not more than 250 rs, still i agree to pay rs 1200)
                After 10 days i got call from service center the stating that your phone is liquid damage and need to replace mother board and cost of that is 6700 rs. When i hear that i am in shock, how my phone is liquid damaged, then i visited to service center and checked with person he told me that the phone is physical damaged and need to change motherboard. I ask then there is no connect between charging point and motherboard, still he refuses to explain and told me that they are not authorised to replace part at ic level.
                Is this what we call a service? While inserting charger pin it was damaged is this out of warranty? And why we should we change motherboard if the charging point is damaged??
                The lenovo service center is very pathetic, when i was in service center i observe that they have not taken any phone with warranty, they are just giving some useless reason to every customer and not giving any warranty for any part.

                Hope so you will take any action on it.

                  I recently purchased above phone on 23/05/2017. After 10 days i noticed a problem that voice cannot hear by the receiver when i talk. I call to lenova customer care as per their suggestion i visited their service centre.

                  Service centre person told to replace the "mic" of set (On 06/06/17), after replacement of mic again same problem happened.
                  This time also they suggeted to replace the mic (On 12/07/17).
                  So far 2 mic replaced.

                  I asked customer care person to replace the set since 1st problem. They told we only replace the mic only not handset till warranty period.

                  I asked, if same part of mobile becomes problem repediately, it is a manufacturing fault, why you cannot replace the mobile and can you give assurance for 2nd mic durabilty.
                  But they are not giving correct explanation till today.

                    I am using Lenovo Vibe P1 Mobile for last about 2 1/2 years, product is not good have heating problem - no proper solution from service center for that and it is not recommendable product. it is very danger for health and might be blast when overheating. Company is least bother after sale service and there is no proper response from service center. In my view it is worst products and wastage of money no reason to buy any Lenovo product which may cause danger for heath and environment.

                      I had purchased lenovo k6 note 3gb from a local store in jamnagar, gujarat on 23rd of february 2017.
                      I had a problem of shaking of screen inside (A touchpad problem). So i had gone to service centre in jamnagar and gave my lenovo k6 note for repairing on 1st of july 2017, and they said that it will be repaired by 8 to 10 days.
                      I had called (On phone) the service centre on the 9th day to ask about my lenovo k6 phone, the reply was no (We have orderd the parts which are needed for the phone and will take still 4 days more). Then after 4 days i again called to inquire about my phone, still they said that the parts hasn't came, it would still take 3 days extra. And now today i today morning i called them the number was switched off and now at evening i called them again they still said the parts haven't came yet still it would take 3 days more and again they have switched off their number.
                      Now what to do? Today is 17th day i am without my smartphone.
                      Really i am fed up with this all.

                        I was happy with the lenovo smartphones as i had never faced issue with my devices which i had earlier used i. E. Lenovo k3 note & lenovo k4 note. But now i can say that i was totally mistaken.
                        After purchasing lenovo k6 note i faced several issues in phone & frequent hanging problem but still i had faith on lenovo care that they will listen whenever i reach out to them.

                        Just after 2 months of purchasing, touch screen of phone started giving uneven responses & unwanted things started happening over phone.

                        And when i reach out to service center, they first told me that there might be a software issue. I'd handover my phone to them for almost an hour and afterwards they denied to cover it under warranty and asking for cash rs. 6800/-. Is this what we call a service? They were showing some sort of ectremely minor dent on a plastic corner in my phone and said warranty will not cover as this is a physical damage.

                        I used to buy lenovo phones for myself and my family too & also used to suggest lenovo phones to my friends or colleagues as an example i can share that recently i had gifted a lenovo k6 power smartphone to my sister just 2 days before.

                        But after this incident i will not suggest anyone lenovo products to buy for anything.

                          I bought a lenovo k6 note on 03/03/17 and few days ago it showed some problem with it's screen touch. After a day the problem with touch increased so i took the phone to lenovo service centre in okhla phase-2. They people told me that my phone is physically damaged and therefore it is out of warranty. I argued with them because that was just a minor crack in phone bezel's plastic but they didn't accepted the fact and referred it as heavy damage.

                            I have given my phone to your authorized service center srirampur for repairing. They said to come after 5day from the date of giving my mobile for repairing. After 1 month i went, they said the spare parts didn't arrive. And they also said that they cannot give a estimated time for repairing.. Please check it and give my phone repaired as soon as possible. I also have work with my phone.

                            I want my phone quick with repaired. I hope you understand my point. What is your company doing? After 1month also you are not doing the work? Whats wrong with you?...

                                    I am very upset with lenovo smartphone service. I purchased lenovo p2. And before some days its display had broken.
                                    Than i visited service center for replacement of display. He was demanding rs 9.000 rupees from me for screen replacement. I was very shocked that time phone price falling down at flipkart around rs 13, 000 and he demanding 9, 000 for only screen replace.
                                    So do you think that i should pay you 9.000 thousand inr. Even i can buy best phone in that much money. So please don, t make people fool. Even if i will break my other phone display so they will demand as much money as you are saying to pay you. And i making you sure that i will mentioned everywhere
                                    Because you are making people fool. Don't play with customers.

                                      Dear sir, i had given my mobile lenovo vibe x3 on 16th june, 2017 to lenovo service center at irla near prime mall, mumbai, so when i went there they told me that we will have to change the motherboard and it would take 4 days to do it. So after 4 days i called them up and they were like it would take another 7 days as part (Motherboard) is not available. Yet this was acceptable.
                                      But after 7 more days they told me that part has yet not come. So after yaht also i waiter for another week.
                                      After that on hearing the same thing, i was furious and then i called up on the lenovo complaint number they told me that part here was showing that it is waiting for pickup, so he kept me online and called up the service center at irla concerning this, where the manager at that center said that the part was lost during transportation so we have requested for the new part.
                                      After listening to that, then i was told that if the service center does not do it within 7 days, then we will take strict action against them.
                                      Now it is over 7 days and when i called the service center they said that part has yet not come, i was like why so he was like the part has not been delivered (And the last time he said that the part was lost in transportation),
                                      So wait for another few days.
                                      So i again called lenovo on their complaint number and then i spoke to a person named priya she kept the person at the service center and me on the line (So like a conference call) and during this call the person at the service center told me infront of (Priya) that your mobile is ready for pickup.
                                      After that then a call comes from lenovo service center (At irla), sorry sir, your phone has yet not been done as part is not available. They are playing such cheap games to get away.
                                      After that i called up the lenovo service center, there the person told me matter has been escalated to a higher team, you will be contacted within 24 hours so i waited, did not get any response within 24 hrs and then i again i called up, then again they told me the same thing, and so it is almost a month and i have yet not received my phone for which i had paid 19000.
                                      Today is 14th july, 2017 and yet i get the same reply.
                                      Lenovo service center at irla do not have a phone number which works which is another thing which i forgot to mention.
                                      Lenovo do not make mobiles for which parts are not available.
                                      Lenovo is a company where they do not care about their customers and lenovo is the worst companies with after sales service.
                                      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        With reference to so no. [protected] dated 06 july 2017, i have got my laptop last night from the sysnet and mr. Sanjeev saini from sysnet assured me that my laptop is working fine now and now onward i will not face any problems. But when i started using my laptop the following points i have observed:-

                                        1. The hinges of the laptop is losse because of multiple opening of the laptop for the service from past 3 months.

                                        2. The speaker of my laptop is burst and producing eco sound.

                                        3. The laptop is not packed as it used to be some rubbers are missing.

                                        I will also wants to bring to your notice that my laptop motherboard is changed 5 times but still i am facing one or the other issue. I am also attaching some of the slips from the sysnet.

                                        I have spent around 1, 70, 000 on my laptop for nothing because i cannot use this as a well because each time am facing one ore the other problem. I am also listing all the so no which i have received from lenovo till date:

                                        So you can see how many service request numbers i have received till now and how many times my laptop is being opened and close. I really don't wanna use this laptop any more as i have become a laughing stuff in my office as each time i am in office service engineer is there. If you can replace my laptop because of so many services and still the laptop is not up-to the mark.

                                        The lastly, would like to place it on record that it has been a painful experience dealing with your organisation so far, the quality of service provided has been bad in my experience,
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
