I had purchased lenovo k6 note 3gb from a local store in jamnagar, gujarat on 23rd of february 2017.
I had a problem of shaking of screen inside (A touchpad problem). So i had gone to service centre in jamnagar and gave my lenovo k6 note for repairing on 1st of july 2017, and they said that it will be repaired by 8 to 10 days.
I had called (On phone) the service centre on the 9th day to ask about my lenovo k6 phone, the reply was no (We have orderd the parts which are needed for the phone and will take still 4 days more). Then after 4 days i again called to inquire about my phone, still they said that the parts hasn't came, it would still take 3 days extra. And now today i today morning i called them the number was switched off and now at evening i called them again they still said the parts haven't came yet still it would take 3 days more and again they have switched off their number.
Now what to do? Today is 17th day i am without my smartphone.
Really i am fed up with this all.

    I was happy with the lenovo smartphones as i had never faced issue with my devices which i had earlier used i. E. Lenovo k3 note & lenovo k4 note. But now i can say that i was totally mistaken.
    After purchasing lenovo k6 note i faced several issues in phone & frequent hanging problem but still i had faith on lenovo care that they will listen whenever i reach out to them.

    Just after 2 months of purchasing, touch screen of phone started giving uneven responses & unwanted things started happening over phone.

    And when i reach out to service center, they first told me that there might be a software issue. I'd handover my phone to them for almost an hour and afterwards they denied to cover it under warranty and asking for cash rs. 6800/-. Is this what we call a service? They were showing some sort of ectremely minor dent on a plastic corner in my phone and said warranty will not cover as this is a physical damage.

    I used to buy lenovo phones for myself and my family too & also used to suggest lenovo phones to my friends or colleagues as an example i can share that recently i had gifted a lenovo k6 power smartphone to my sister just 2 days before.

    But after this incident i will not suggest anyone lenovo products to buy for anything.

    considering my old complaint, i got a call from lenovo, for refund the money, the executive ask me the bank details, and i have given it. but he didnt refund any single money in account, but my account get deducted some 20, 000/- rs. please help on urgent basis.

      I bought a lenovo k6 note on 03/03/17 and few days ago it showed some problem with it's screen touch. After a day the problem with touch increased so i took the phone to lenovo service centre in okhla phase-2. They people told me that my phone is physically damaged and therefore it is out of warranty. I argued with them because that was just a minor crack in phone bezel's plastic but they didn't accepted the fact and referred it as heavy damage.
      Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Same happens with mee too! These peoples are not accepting the fact about this pathetic quality plastic & showing it as a damage .

      I think we should go with consumer court to get rid of this problem.

        Lenovo — mobile phone repair amit khara pandua hooghly
        I have given my phone to your authorized service center srirampur for repairing. They said to come after 5day from the date of giving my mobile for repairing. After 1 month i went, they said the spare parts didn't arrive. And they also said that they cannot give a estimated time for repairing.. Please check it and give my phone repaired as soon as possible. I also have work with my phone.

        I want my phone quick with repaired. I hope you understand my point. What is your company doing? After 1month also you are not doing the work? Whats wrong with you?...

Athar Ansari was Purchased a lenovo Mobile last December 2016.the Problem lenovo Mobile.in 6th July-2017, and next day I went to Lenovo Service Centre W-88 Shakar Pur Opp. Baba Balak Mandir Delhi-110092.Centre submited My phone for checking and Repair. and give me one week Time, I Went to take My Mobile to the Centre. and give me my mobile un repaired, I asked the Counter, my phone is Ok, the Lady replied, Yes, but i Swiched for charging. the Mobile not taking Charge.my problem is unsoled what i do, tell me.

I have purchased lenovo p2 on april 2017, i was facing some problem in display while playing video (Yellow lines appears), i have discuused the same with lenovo service center (Vashi telecom) but have not solved the issue, instead the mobile tochpad, fingerprint and speaker was damaged, from last 5 week, problem is not solved

                I am very upset with lenovo smartphone service. I purchased lenovo p2. And before some days its display had broken.
                Than i visited service center for replacement of display. He was demanding rs 9.000 rupees from me for screen replacement. I was very shocked that time phone price falling down at flipkart around rs 13, 000 and he demanding 9, 000 for only screen replace.
                So do you think that i should pay you 9.000 thousand inr. Even i can buy best phone in that much money. So please don, t make people fool. Even if i will break my other phone display so they will demand as much money as you are saying to pay you. And i making you sure that i will mentioned everywhere
                Because you are making people fool. Don't play with customers.

                  Dear sir, i had given my mobile lenovo vibe x3 on 16th june, 2017 to lenovo service center at irla near prime mall, mumbai, so when i went there they told me that we will have to change the motherboard and it would take 4 days to do it. So after 4 days i called them up and they were like it would take another 7 days as part (Motherboard) is not available. Yet this was acceptable.
                  But after 7 more days they told me that part has yet not come. So after yaht also i waiter for another week.
                  After that on hearing the same thing, i was furious and then i called up on the lenovo complaint number they told me that part here was showing that it is waiting for pickup, so he kept me online and called up the service center at irla concerning this, where the manager at that center said that the part was lost during transportation so we have requested for the new part.
                  After listening to that, then i was told that if the service center does not do it within 7 days, then we will take strict action against them.
                  Now it is over 7 days and when i called the service center they said that part has yet not come, i was like why so he was like the part has not been delivered (And the last time he said that the part was lost in transportation),
                  So wait for another few days.
                  So i again called lenovo on their complaint number and then i spoke to a person named priya she kept the person at the service center and me on the line (So like a conference call) and during this call the person at the service center told me infront of (Priya) that your mobile is ready for pickup.
                  After that then a call comes from lenovo service center (At irla), sorry sir, your phone has yet not been done as part is not available. They are playing such cheap games to get away.
                  After that i called up the lenovo service center, there the person told me matter has been escalated to a higher team, you will be contacted within 24 hours so i waited, did not get any response within 24 hrs and then i again i called up, then again they told me the same thing, and so it is almost a month and i have yet not received my phone for which i had paid 19000.
                  Today is 14th july, 2017 and yet i get the same reply.
                  Lenovo service center at irla do not have a phone number which works which is another thing which i forgot to mention.
                  Lenovo do not make mobiles for which parts are not available.
                  Lenovo is a company where they do not care about their customers and lenovo is the worst companies with after sales service.

                    With reference to so no. [protected] dated 06 july 2017, i have got my laptop last night from the sysnet and mr. Sanjeev saini from sysnet assured me that my laptop is working fine now and now onward i will not face any problems. But when i started using my laptop the following points i have observed:-

                    1. The hinges of the laptop is losse because of multiple opening of the laptop for the service from past 3 months.

                    2. The speaker of my laptop is burst and producing eco sound.

                    3. The laptop is not packed as it used to be some rubbers are missing.

                    I will also wants to bring to your notice that my laptop motherboard is changed 5 times but still i am facing one or the other issue. I am also attaching some of the slips from the sysnet.

                    I have spent around 1, 70, 000 on my laptop for nothing because i cannot use this as a well because each time am facing one ore the other problem. I am also listing all the so no which i have received from lenovo till date:

                    So you can see how many service request numbers i have received till now and how many times my laptop is being opened and close. I really don't wanna use this laptop any more as i have become a laughing stuff in my office as each time i am in office service engineer is there. If you can replace my laptop because of so many services and still the laptop is not up-to the mark.

                    The lastly, would like to place it on record that it has been a painful experience dealing with your organisation so far, the quality of service provided has been bad in my experience,

                      I bought a new laptop of 72000 and in return i got a dumb laptop... And service is worse.. After investing 72k then allso i git such a worst laptop..
                      My harddrive got crashed within 2 month i bought it... And i was not guided property by customer care and service center... Now my window got crash and no one is helping (Sevice center and coustmer care).. I need help regarding this... But now i don't trust lenovo... And your worse services that i got... If possible please take this laptop back...

                        On july 13, 2017 at 6pm i lost my lenovo mobile a6020a40 (Golden color) from queens stationery shop, thoppumpady. The phone was kept for charging in the shop. A boy between 12 to 16 years of age entered the shop at this time as mentioned by the neighbor shop owner.

                          I have purchased 1 lenovo p2 handset from flipkart on order date 16.05.2017 order id od[protected]. The screen on this handset is bend on two sides thats why screen guard of this handset is not fitting from two corners. I changed 5-6 screen guards of this handset. But no scren guard has been fit no to it then i checked my phone from shop and they said that this phone ‘s screen is bend from bottom of it that’s why no screen guard will fit properly on it. I visited lenovo service centre also & they said no bend on screen. But i am disagree form them.
                          Kindly replace my set or resolve my issue because it a manufacturing defect at the time of making. I am very frustrated i spend rs.13000 on mobile purchase & approx rs 2000 on screen guards. But my issue is not resolve.

                            But i called today but no phone is picking up there.
                            I want to know about my mobile status.
                            Whether my phone is repaired or not.
                            My home is 15 kilometers away from the service center. Therefore, it is not possible to go back and forth.

                                I had to write this post worst service from lenovo guys and the cheap rated lenovo support after sales. Lenovo guys have sent me a damaged product, for which i have paid 1, 16, 000.

                                I purchased a laptop lenovo t470 from your www.shoplenovo.co.in on 19th june 2017 and got delivered on 27th june 2017. Whereas in you guys have sent me a product which will never properly. This is not acceptable at all.

                                I have been getting blue screen error every two hours, why do i need to go through this pain after buying a laptop. The day i received this laptop, i got this error and informed the lenovo support through customer care.

                                After then its long journey for no reason, i had to run around with this issue every day and a engineer from microsoft took 2 weeks of his own time to check & resolve the issue, but finally he couldn’t, he confirmed that it’s a issue with hardware not os.

                                The next step i took is to reach out the lenovo support, they registered a case finally. But this is where the actually story starts, the case has been forwarded from lenovo customer support to lenovo tech team, tech team to wipro team, wipro to some other team. What the hell? Why do i need to go behind all these useless team (I am calling this useless team since none of them were able to resolve the issue).

                                Mr. Alex from lenovo tech support team argues with me that system is working fine and he cant do anything else. He asks me to observe the laptop for 24 hrs sitting nxt to it, what a joke it is. I have attached the screen shot of the error which i got twice again today.

                                Do you guys even know that how much time and productivity have we lost because of this. I don’t care what you guys are going to do, i just need a replacement or a refund today itself.

                                I am here by reconfirming that i will have to take this issue & repost everywhere in social & other networks completely to make everyone understand that they should not buy a laptop ever from lenovo. The third class customer service from a well known company called lenovo.

                                When battery drain to 15%, It will goes to 1% within in few seconds some times.
                                When you try to charge the phone, it stays at 1% or 2% for hours, may be 10 hours some time.

                                There is a huge battery fault with the device battery or the charger provided.

                                  I had some software issue in lenovo k5 note so i went to authorised service centre they said the scanner has to be replaced and assured me to return back it within 8 days now its been over one month and they are saying its still not repaired and giving me lame excuses o[censored]navailability of parts and gst but i have given my phone way much before gst.. My phone is within warranty period i want to claim for its replacement

With in 8 month there is a complaint network ic failure there is no response from warranty support in that mobile shop. I need immediate call from ur company otherwise i ll make a fir in station.                                       My lenovo k6 power had ghost touch problems, when i submit my phone to service centre at vellore, they asked 450 inr to service the phone, time being i accepted to pay - now they say mother board has damages - has to be changed which will cost -6500 inr, when i ask my phone back they ask for 450 inr as inspection charge. Then what for service centres are there, there is nothing serviced/changed on my phone. Then why i should pay them 450.

                                      Even lenovo online support had never reacted to me in favour. I will never trust their products any more.

                                        I have ordered a lenovo all-in-one desktop on www.shoplenovo.co.in (Named as india official online store) and paid close to 70k - around end of june 2017. The order got confirmed and they promised a 5-7 days delivery for metro cities.

                                        From then on, no matter what channel or means i try to reach them... Gets me to no where. I never had experienced such a pathetic and worst online service where you are not able to reach to customer support by phone, online chat and email.

                                        When you call their online customer care number - it's always - busy - 24/7.
                                        When you try getting to online chat, it ends up asking to send email.
                                        When you send email, they send template response. We will inform you.

                                        It's been now more than 2 weeks and i am still unable to reach anyone. Imagine a brand like lenovo and this is the kind of pathetic service.

                                        Why does a company open an online store, when they are unable to service customers?

                                        And the wonderful thing is that you will not find any information about the company whereabouts on shoplenovo.co.in, in case you need to escalate the issue to a higher official.

                                        Anyway, i hope i will receive my product soon. But i want everyone to beware of purchasing anything online on www.shoplenovo.co.in and you will end up with suffering.

                                        I am anyhow also going to put a case against them in the consumer court for lack of support and breach of delivery terms. I have all records for whomever needs more details.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I myself order a laptop last week and seeing the e-retailing trend I was expecting them to dispatch the product within two days as they will be getting far lesser orders compared to major online players but to my surprise, they haven't done anything for last one week. I tried reaching them through various means but the people from the sales team only pickup the call just to inform that they have no information other than product.
                                        I ordered a Rs.45k laptop on 7-Jul and its been more than 1 month since then. The listing promised to deliver the product within 5-8 days. There are no responses to my emails. If I call them, there is either no response or they pick up the phone and give another number which does not work. I would have dropped close to 30 mails till date but haven't heard back on the product or refund. Is there any escalation authority I can reach to?
