I bought a new laptop of 72000 and in return i got a dumb laptop... And service is worse.. After investing 72k then allso i git such a worst laptop..
My harddrive got crashed within 2 month i bought it... And i was not guided property by customer care and service center... Now my window got crash and no one is helping (Sevice center and coustmer care).. I need help regarding this... But now i don't trust lenovo... And your worse services that i got... If possible please take this laptop back...

    On july 13, 2017 at 6pm i lost my lenovo mobile a6020a40 (Golden color) from queens stationery shop, thoppumpady. The phone was kept for charging in the shop. A boy between 12 to 16 years of age entered the shop at this time as mentioned by the neighbor shop owner.
    Please lock the phone so that the culprit wont be able to access the phone and help me to trace the mobile.

      I have purchased 1 lenovo p2 handset from flipkart on order date 16.05.2017 order id od[protected]. The screen on this handset is bend on two sides thats why screen guard of this handset is not fitting from two corners. I changed 5-6 screen guards of this handset. But no scren guard has been fit no to it then i checked my phone from shop and they said that this phone ‘s screen is bend from bottom of it that’s why no screen guard will fit properly on it. I visited lenovo service centre also & they said no bend on screen. But i am disagree form them.
      Kindly replace my set or resolve my issue because it a manufacturing defect at the time of making. I am very frustrated i spend rs.13000 on mobile purchase & approx rs 2000 on screen guards. But my issue is not resolve.

        But i called today but no phone is picking up there.
        I want to know about my mobile status.
        Whether my phone is repaired or not.
        My home is 15 kilometers away from the service center. Therefore, it is not possible to go back and forth.
        Pls make me aware of my phone status.

            I had to write this post worst service from lenovo guys and the cheap rated lenovo support after sales. Lenovo guys have sent me a damaged product, for which i have paid 1, 16, 000.

            I purchased a laptop lenovo t470 from your www.shoplenovo.co.in on 19th june 2017 and got delivered on 27th june 2017. Whereas in you guys have sent me a product which will never properly. This is not acceptable at all.

            I have been getting blue screen error every two hours, why do i need to go through this pain after buying a laptop. The day i received this laptop, i got this error and informed the lenovo support through customer care.

            After then its long journey for no reason, i had to run around with this issue every day and a engineer from microsoft took 2 weeks of his own time to check & resolve the issue, but finally he couldn’t, he confirmed that it’s a issue with hardware not os.

            The next step i took is to reach out the lenovo support, they registered a case finally. But this is where the actually story starts, the case has been forwarded from lenovo customer support to lenovo tech team, tech team to wipro team, wipro to some other team. What the hell? Why do i need to go behind all these useless team (I am calling this useless team since none of them were able to resolve the issue).

            Mr. Alex from lenovo tech support team argues with me that system is working fine and he cant do anything else. He asks me to observe the laptop for 24 hrs sitting nxt to it, what a joke it is. I have attached the screen shot of the error which i got twice again today.

            Do you guys even know that how much time and productivity have we lost because of this. I don’t care what you guys are going to do, i just need a replacement or a refund today itself.

            I am here by reconfirming that i will have to take this issue & repost everywhere in social & other networks completely to make everyone understand that they should not buy a laptop ever from lenovo. The third class customer service from a well known company called lenovo.

            When battery drain to 15%, It will goes to 1% within in few seconds some times.
            When you try to charge the phone, it stays at 1% or 2% for hours, may be 10 hours some time.

            There is a huge battery fault with the device battery or the charger provided.

              I had some software issue in lenovo k5 note so i went to authorised service centre they said the scanner has to be replaced and assured me to return back it within 8 days now its been over one month and they are saying its still not repaired and giving me lame excuses o[censored]navailability of parts and gst but i have given my phone way much before gst.. My phone is within warranty period i want to claim for its replacement

With in 8 month there is a complaint network ic failure there is no response from warranty support in that mobile shop. I need immediate call from ur company otherwise i ll make a fir in station. With in 1 yr ur product will failure na y u manufaturing.. I need a call and i need a replace mobile and take immediate deccisions to that fantastic mobile shop.

                  My lenovo k6 power had ghost touch problems, when i submit my phone to service centre at vellore, they asked 450 inr to service the phone, time being i accepted to pay - now they say mother board has damages - has to be changed which will cost -6500 inr, when i ask my phone back they ask for 450 inr as inspection charge. Then what for service centres are there, there is nothing serviced/changed on my phone. Then why i should pay them 450.

                  Even lenovo online support had never reacted to me in favour. I will never trust their products any more.

                    I have ordered a lenovo all-in-one desktop on www.shoplenovo.co.in (Named as india official online store) and paid close to 70k - around end of june 2017. The order got confirmed and they promised a 5-7 days delivery for metro cities.

                    From then on, no matter what channel or means i try to reach them... Gets me to no where. I never had experienced such a pathetic and worst online service where you are not able to reach to customer support by phone, online chat and email.

                    When you call their online customer care number - it's always - busy - 24/7.
                    When you try getting to online chat, it ends up asking to send email.
                    When you send email, they send template response. We will inform you.

                    It's been now more than 2 weeks and i am still unable to reach anyone. Imagine a brand like lenovo and this is the kind of pathetic service.

                    Why does a company open an online store, when they are unable to service customers?

                    And the wonderful thing is that you will not find any information about the company whereabouts on shoplenovo.co.in, in case you need to escalate the issue to a higher official.

                    Anyway, i hope i will receive my product soon. But i want everyone to beware of purchasing anything online on www.shoplenovo.co.in and you will end up with suffering.

                    I am anyhow also going to put a case against them in the consumer court for lack of support and breach of delivery terms. I have all records for whomever needs more details.

                    I myself order a laptop last week and seeing the e-retailing trend I was expecting them to dispatch the product within two days as they will be getting far lesser orders compared to major online players but to my surprise, they haven't done anything for last one week. I tried reaching them through various means but the people from the sales team only pickup the call just to inform that they have no information other than product.
                    I ordered a Rs.45k laptop on 7-Jul and its been more than 1 month since then. The listing promised to deliver the product within 5-8 days. There are no responses to my emails. If I call them, there is either no response or they pick up the phone and give another number which does not work. I would have dropped close to 30 mails till date but haven't heard back on the product or refund. Is there any escalation authority I can reach to?

                      Hii am amal i show my lenovok4note to kerala karungapally pulliman jn service centre atfer 3 monts my motherboard changed due to camea complaint and after 8 months they changed my mother board due to mic issue... After i told them when i use my set over 20minutes my display slightly begam to blink i requested they to change my display they told me we changed ur motherboard... Only after 3 monts we can change ur display... I dont know why they told to me like... And they dont give my new motherboard warranty...                         I brought lenovo k6 note in december 2016 and after using only for 2 months its speaker issue started then i submitted it in lenovo service center orchid plaza, borivali west and they gave estimated time of 15 days but after 15 days they just used to told part is not available and after almost 2 months i got my mobile back then again in last month mobile gave me another issue that is half touchscreen not working & i again submitted it on 20 july 2017 but still not getting back again same reason they are not getting its parts thats why ita taking longer time this is not fair please take some immediate action on it otherwise i will do police complaint against this service center this service center is just ridiculous.

                          I submitted my lenovo k4 note phone to lenovo service center shakarpur new delhi on 8th of july. My complain was that wifi, bluetooth and hotspot none was working any how. Other wise my phone was perfect.
                          Representative submitted my phone and asked to come on 10th of july.
                          When i went for my phone to center on 10th of july. She said that will need to change mother board which will cost 7000 approx.
                          I refused for that service and asked to return my phone. I found that my phone is switched off. I asked rep to switch on the phone. After some time rep said that phone got dead and cannot do anything now.

                          I do not understand that what type of service is this. Really very disappointed.
                          Please do something and sort out my problem.

                                  I have purchased a Lenovo device, Moto G5 plus in march 2017 for Rs 1700/-. This device is a dual sim cell phone. But a few days ago in July 2017 I came to know that the device is not detecting the second sim.

                                  I went to the Lenovo/Moto service center in Vashi Navi Mumbai, They told that I have tempered the sim slot, so there will be no warranty on the mobile and I will be charged Rs 2250+ Rs 150 for repairing the mobile and the process will take 10 days.
                                  I want to inform that the sim slot is inside the mobile and I have not tempered that, so Lenovo should either return my money and should pay the expenses of my travel or it should repair my mobile with in one day with pick up and drop service.

                                  I purchased a Lenovo laptop G50-80 core i5, (5th gen) 8 GB, sr. No. PF015MNWPF9XB6509006 through invoice no. #BLR_WFLD[protected] Dated 16.08.2016. This laptop is not working. While I start this, screens appears on monitor but after a few seconds, system shut down. Laptop under warranty. Kindly arrange to get repair the same.

                                    I am using this model from past 9 months, was good enough had no complaints, last day on 18th may 2017 the mobile stopped getting charged, we tried it by other charger to know, is it an complaint of the charger, but it was complaint from mobile charging point, still when i used getting charged by the external charger, it started charging and charged to 80% and unplugged, after a gap of two hours i tried on the mobile, but unfortunately it was getting on.

                                    I brought the set to our service centre near kollam ie., city phones. And explained them about the problem, before diagnosing they told its not under warranty as it is physical damage.

                                    Y was it suddenly happen? Y are the service centre people without checking phone, they say its physical damage, and they said the company says that if you see any sort light dent in mobile you can dis approve the claim of warrenty. Is that true.

                                    They say it has a board issue, but did not say as it can be rectified or not, instead asked me to take the mobile from the shop, i don't want the people answer to be rude like this, and i did not expect to.

                                    Since being a brand name and future i opted this phone, but my experience with the service has become very bad, as being in corporate service people, i hope you can help me and do the needful.

                                      They told me your mobile's edges are damage..!!!
                                      As they provide 1 yr of warranty but they make silly reason's for providing service..
                                      They return many of the customers for silly reason's...
                                      Please consider this complaint as they play with customers..

                                        Hello
                                        I recently perchased a laptop lenovo ldeapad 510, but i was a defective piece.
                                        So i launched a complain to replace it and i was attended by service and got replacement assurance.
                                        Now when i returned my old piece to store, the stupid sitting in store said that he was not having another new stock to deliver and asked me to come next day.
                                        The next day when i went to the store, that very stupid was having a laptop and was ready to give that to me.
                                        When i opened it it was clearly showing that it was a old a used laptop.
                                        Now i don't want that.
                                        And he is not giving another model to me.
                                        I am now furious and i want urgent refund.

                                        That wasn't the new laptop it was the old and already displayed on store.
                                        And then stupid started convincing me that it was not the displayed model in the store.

                                        I can prove it anytime that it is not the new laptop.
                                        He is not ready to listen to me.
                                        Now i am sick and tired to that stupid idiots in the store.
                                        If you help me solving this problem i will be greatful.
                                        If you do not help me lenovo i will promice you there will be hell to pay.
                                        So please i am again requesting you to take some action against cherry corparation, aurangabad.
