I have purchased a Lenovo device, Moto G5 plus in march 2017 for Rs 1700/-. This device is a dual sim cell phone. But a few days ago in July 2017 I came to know that the device is not detecting the second sim.

I went to the Lenovo/Moto service center in Vashi Navi Mumbai, They told that I have tempered the sim slot, so there will be no warranty on the mobile and I will be charged Rs 2250+ Rs 150 for repairing the mobile and the process will take 10 days.
I want to inform that the sim slot is inside the mobile and I have not tempered that, so Lenovo should either return my money and should pay the expenses of my travel or it should repair my mobile with in one day with pick up and drop service.

it is Rs 17000/ not 1700.-
I purchased a Lenovo laptop G50-80 core i5, (5th gen) 8 GB, sr. No. PF015MNWPF9XB6509006 through invoice no. #BLR_WFLD[protected] Dated 16.08.2016. This laptop is not working. While I start this, screens appears on monitor but after a few seconds, system shut down. Laptop under warranty. Kindly arrange to get repair the same.

    I am using this model from past 9 months, was good enough had no complaints, last day on 18th may 2017 the mobile stopped getting charged, we tried it by other charger to know, is it an complaint of the charger, but it was complaint from mobile charging point, still when i used getting charged by the external charger, it started charging and charged to 80% and unplugged, after a gap of two hours i tried on the mobile, but unfortunately it was getting on.

    I brought the set to our service centre near kollam ie., city phones. And explained them about the problem, before diagnosing they told its not under warranty as it is physical damage.

    Y was it suddenly happen? Y are the service centre people without checking phone, they say its physical damage, and they said the company says that if you see any sort light dent in mobile you can dis approve the claim of warrenty. Is that true.

    They say it has a board issue, but did not say as it can be rectified or not, instead asked me to take the mobile from the shop, i don't want the people answer to be rude like this, and i did not expect to.

    Since being a brand name and future i opted this phone, but my experience with the service has become very bad, as being in corporate service people, i hope you can help me and do the needful.

      I purchased lenovo k6 note latest smartphone..
      Within 6months of purchase it's touchpad not working..
      & Not any damage from me..
      I get it to lenovo customer care centre in Aurangabad, maharashtra..
      They say that u have to pay 5800 for its touchpad replacement..
      They told me your mobile's edges are damage..!!!
      As they provide 1 yr of warranty but they make silly reason's for providing service..
      They return many of the customers for silly reason's...
      Please consider this complaint as they play with customers..

        I recently perchased a laptop lenovo ldeapad 510, but i was a defective piece.
        So i launched a complain to replace it and i was attended by service and got replacement assurance.
        Now when i returned my old piece to store, the stupid sitting in store said that he was not having another new stock to deliver and asked me to come next day.
        The next day when i went to the store, that very stupid was having a laptop and was ready to give that to me.
        When i opened it it was clearly showing that it was a old a used laptop.
        Now i don't want that.
        And he is not giving another model to me.
        I am now furious and i want urgent refund.

        That wasn't the new laptop it was the old and already displayed on store.
        And then stupid started convincing me that it was not the displayed model in the store.

        I can prove it anytime that it is not the new laptop.
        He is not ready to listen to me.
        Now i am sick and tired to that stupid idiots in the store.
        If you help me solving this problem i will be greatful.
        If you do not help me lenovo i will promice you there will be hell to pay.
        So please i am again requesting you to take some action against cherry corparation, aurangabad.

          I have a Lenovo P2a42 phone, purchased in Jan 2017. The fingerprint sensor stopped working within 2 months then the loud speaker. I then took the phone to Mobiquest Service centre in Kukatpally, Hyderabad and placed a service order no SOIN[protected] dated 10/06/2017. After repeated visits and phone calls the issue wasn't solved. I was told, it will be replaced but till date it has not been done.

            Lenovo is waste of time and money as per my recent experiance,

            I purchased 3 LENOVO D50 80 LAPTOP on 27 march 2017 out of which one
            laptop (serial Number - SPF0LSSPQ) is not working properly, when I
            register a complaint against it (it will take almost 30 minutes to
            register a complaint) after that a engineer hold the line for more
            half hour and told that the model has a problem of wifi connectivity
            with windows 7) still he try some effort to fix it but unable to solve
            and close THE COMPLAINT IDEALLY. When I am trying to call back the
            number, number is again taking 20 minutes to call again with a
            different fellow and it was not a direct number, again same story
            repeated, need to give the serial number again whole problem
            explanation and again same answer that the model has a problem of wifi
            connectivity with windows 7, I don’t have a problem if a know it
            earlier and I can decide whether to go with windows 7 or 8 or 10 but
            at that time the salesman is busy with making deal done.
            I am repeating again nowadays buying a Lenovo product is waste of time
            and money

I had received a call from Lenovo Care at Bhubaneswar near Bhawani Mall on 05.07.2017 that my ordered product has arrived and I need to receive the same. Though I came on 06.07.2017 at about 11.00 AM, they have not yet handed over me the product. Though I sat in the Lenovo Care, without giving me the product, they are wandering here & there and gone for lunch. It's really very poor service & unbecoming behavior of service personnel. I'm very dissatisfied with Lenovo service... Hence the service personnel may be warned to serve with care and behave properly, otherwise customer like me will loose their hope & faith on Lenovo in future. The action taken may be intimated to me for reference.

                I have given my phone to your Authorized Service Center for Repairing. They said to come after 10 days from the date of giving my mobile for repairing. After 10 days I went, They said the spare parts didn't arrive. And they also said that they cannot give a estimated time for repairing.. Please check it and Give my phone repaired as soon as possible. I also have work with my phone.

                I want my phone quick with repaired. I hope you understand my point. What is your Company doing? After 10 days also you are not doing the work? Whats wrong with you?

                My phone model A6020 is touch not working I brought it to near Lenovo service center...on 8-6-2017...they did not provide that now also ...day by day ...delaying by this we get bad impression on your service...

                  I had purchased Lenovo mobile A6600 dt 27.3.2017 from Advance info. Distributors
                  Pvt Ltd form H.O : D-118, fateh Nagar, Jail road New Delhi -110018

                  The problem started from 1 st May 2017, the phone goes auto switch off mode, I went to
                  your authorised service centre Khushi service centre, Tilak Nagar, Opp Police station, Near
                  Metro Piller no 492, New Delhi, They Had give it back after three days with opinion, that
                  some virus in your Mobile, Now deleted, phone is perfectly running condition.

                  But Again with same Problem arises in Mid June, and I had no other option to go to same
                  service station on 23.6.2017, still today they are unable to solve problem, phone are still in your service centre, I had also told them if their is any manufacturing defect in phone,
                  So Kindly relpace my phone,

                  The present sitution is nor they solve this issue nor they replace phone .

                    I had an issue with my lenovo k5 note, the sim card was not detecting, so i went to a lenovo authorised service centre in jayanagar 4th block bangalore. submitted my phone for service on 23-June-2017. After submission, and constant calls to the service centre for more then 100 times those un professional service personnel said the phone has motherboard issue, so i got back my phone from service centre after 10 days. Now i tried with the sim card, the phone started working, this shows how un professional and money minded the people at the service centre are. i want to raise a consumer complaint against lenovo for cheating public.

                      Bought Lenovo vibe k5 plus from Flipkart.

                      This is one of the worst phone which I ever bought.

                      Starting onwards it shows camera problem.

                      Went one time Lenovo customer service and resolved the issue. Though camera quality was not upto the mark, I satisfied for problem resolution.

                      But again after few weeks camera problem shows again.

                      Given IMEI for tracking purpose.

                      Heating also one of the biggest problem in this phone.

                      Waste of money for purchasing this mobile.

Service center people still not hand over my mobile, service center people told to me you will not come to service center when the mobile is ready that time call you. So what can i do. Lenovo mobile and server center is very very worst. Lot off time cal to lenovo care but not use, lenovo care people is not respond properly.

                          I had purchase smartphone Lenovo vibe 5 note in August 2016. After that in fifteen days my smartphone become black screen automatically. So I had go to Lenovo service center. They tell me that there is software problem. They have update the software. but they have not given me any copy. After that I had two time continuous every fifteen day. But I am facing same problem. Then They given me there main address of Service Center which is located at jetalpur, vadodara. Now I have gone for five time to Service Centre but they are not able to solve the problem. They have change mother board two time but the issue was not solved. I have all mail related to it and two video, which can proved that this product is faulty and Seller is refusing to replace it. As per Sales of goods act it is stated that If the products is not doing is work in his state warranty. As customer I am complaint that I want my money back.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have bought a Lenova K power 6 (model no k33a42) on 15/06/17, but i couldn't use because of slot problems. it rectified from your authorized service centre at Payyanur in Kerala.After that it has range problems. As per the receipt no 7657 dt 30/6/17, it has entrusted in your service centre (mob. [protected]) at Kannur for replacing motherboard and will take atleast two weeks to get back.
                              In this circumstances i request you to replace a new one at the earliest.

                                i purchased newly launched lenovo K6 note.
                                and it's touch screen stopped working after 4 months. i went to authorised lenovo service center, patna, Bihar. and they said that it will be delivered to you by 3rd july (i gave on 28th july), yesterday i called they said on 4th, today i called they said that it will be on 11th july!!!

                                i mean what the hell is this? it is complete harassment of your older and regular customer .

                                    I bought a charging adapter and cable for my Lenovo KE Note phone. After a week it stopped working. Cable was working fine but the adapter was not. So, I approached the service centre guy for the same. First they ask me to bring me to bring my mobile. When I enquired the need for mobile, the reply was we want to see whether your mobile is in warranty period
                                    I ask them if you want to know the warranty period, that I can tell you separately. But I don't understand the need of mobile warranty for the charger I bought. Then they said it's ok. We will check the charger. They told that charger is working fine. I told them to show it to me by using my other brand mobile. But they refused. They asked me to bring the Lenovo mobile. When I took the mobile to them, they asked me to wait for half an hour to one hour. When I enquired the reason for such a long waiting they said we have to see whether there is a problem in your mobile. Then I had to forcefully tell them to you people don't have to bother for my mobile. Just show me whether the charger is working with any other Lenovo mobile. I have already used various brands. But this kind of service has never come across me. I am really unhappy and disappointed with the service centre situated at the pin code 711101 in Howrah Belelious Road. Their services really suck us.

                                      I bought this lenovo k6 note mobile recently.. its my first lenovo phone.. and am so disappointed by this ptoduct.
                                      Touch pad is not working.. back button, home button etc..while using the phone the dial pad also getting hang some times. And its very annoying that phone is automatically doing actions by itself while am using phone.. its very annoying and am disappointed with this phone.. this phone is really waste of money.. i just wanna replace this product.. i hope u will understand and solve this problem as soon as possible

                                        I am from gwalior, madhya pradesh i have puchasaed a lenevo vibe k5 mobile on 6 october 2016.my mobile display has not been working since 29 may 2017.
                                        i have contacted to service centre of gwalior "Hello enterprises". they kept my mobile and make a service order to change the touch of mobile and told me it will be ok with in 10-15days . i have contacted them after 15 days and they said your part is coming from company.again after few days they said same reply and finally on 28/06/2017 they returned my mobile without repair and replied me their service centre is now exist and they can not any help and advice me to go to other service centre at jayendra ganj, gwalior.i have gone other service centre next day but they said our process is not start right now and said you can register your complaint after starting our process and after that they make service order to demand touch from company and it will take about 20-25 days.
                                        sir this is a long time of not working of my mobile if service center is changed, where is my fault . this should be repaired by old service centre "hello enprises"with in time period.
                                        kindly take necessory action so that my mobile can rectified as soon as possible.
                                        Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
