Lenovo — Lenovo vibe k5 note not supporting 4G sim not even any other sim

My newly purchased Lenevo vibe K5 note is not supporting GIO 4G sim not even supporting 2G sim, also unable to use internet. Please arrange either Gio 4G sim connectivity or replace my product. Since I unable to use the handset till date.

I am sarwajeet kumar from Punjab. I purchased a lanavo k3 note last Feb 16. I am using of Realince Jio network last week ago. But Reliance Jio network not support of lanavo k3 note Mobile. Network is very poor quality of lanavo k3 note. You are requested to kindly provide of network at the earliest. Pl confirm.

I purchased the new lenevo vipe k5plus mobile on[protected].
Mobile take a lot of time I.e 10-12 hrs for 80-100% charging (when database off) and with database on - mobile batery not change if kee mobile charging lot of time.
