Battery is going off in 1hr and laptop have a heating issue, getting stuck some time and very bad performance. I am fed up after buying this machine for 50k. It has been only 6 months and from the starting itself i have been complaining but no one is listening. Serial number : pf0ug1px
520-15ikb (Type 80yl) laptop (Ideapad)
I asked for the engineer to visit my property as i have taken the insurance of 3 yrs but still your customer service employees are denying to do so.
I contacted the customer services multiple times and they are just making me fool by doing some checks and after that i have been advised to monitor.

The main issue is with the battery, it's running off after an hour and i am feeling ashamed in front of my colleagues who are using the office laptop and that too lenevo thinkpad a normal laptop whose battery runs for near about 2.5 - 3 hours, i do have that one as well provided by my office but i bought this machine for my personal use but i am very much depressed by it's performance.

    We had purchased one handsets wd53246 lenovo model from flipkart.
    Vide flipkart invoice number : faaawp[protected] dt 09/08/2017.
    On receipt of these mobile within 10 days touch is not worked properly. We had register the complaint pondicherry service center bill lpny[protected]/09/2017. They had take the time for service 15 days and handover to us. Then 09/06/2018 speaker not worked our complaint number : lpny[protected]. These time also take 15 days for service but these time not serviced properly so once again we had handover the mobile to service center on 25/06/2018 lpny[protected]. Now they have told mic and speaker not worked.in continuation we are not satisfied. We request to you kindly give us the new phone. We are waiting for your valuable support..

      I am completely dissatisfied with the laptop as it's a new one and it's been nearly 3 times i have serviced it. I am completely fed up with the laptop. The laptop keeps on hanging all the time and i have formated it almost 2 times. My experience was completely horrible. I never used to get my work done whenever needed. I request you to please take a positive action against it.

      My Lenovo K6 smartphone is very frequently has serious nagging freezing and hanging issues.

      Can anyone offer any solution?

      I already tried resetting to factory settings and turning off animation settings.

      My fast charging is not supported all the time in lenovo p2.As I put my phone on charge it shows normal charging and some times it show fast charging.And the charger gets heat up very quickly.If i restart the phone sometimes it shows fast charging and sometime s doesn't.How can i solve it?gi

        When, i am trying to open any app and sliding the screen, touch screen is not working. Touch screen response very slowly. This is very difficult to handle it, even it creates problem during the restart the phone. I have tried factory reset and reboot the system, but it creates same problem. It's been 4-5 days now, i'm facing this problem. I really want your help. Please kindly suggest me any solution. I'm waiting for your reply.

        My laptop was not able to withhold charging for at least 2 hours . This is major con in Lenovo. please guide me to use the laptop with charging by 3 -4 hours at least.
        Iam getting so much of touch problems in Lenovo k6 note, I have replaced touch screen two times but, iam getting again the touch screen problem,
        Lenovo have somuch of hardware problem in one year I got touch problem in three times, it is the Lenovo .

          R/sir, my lenovo k6 note mobile was software problem then i was submit my phone to lenovo service center at kerala (Trivandrum) in june-13-2018 and after verification by technical person he say me that after software update your phone was ready but the updating time the phone hardware is dead they are asking 3 more days for solving but till the time didnt ghet the phone from service center no massage receive from center till three day's when i will go to the center they inform me that not ready and service product not available. My phone have already in warrenty.

          I went there with a problem with reboot of my phone.They told me that it was a POP case and need to mail the higher authorities and correct the warranty error on their system and that will take 3 days.After 3 days, they delivered as promised but when I inserted my sims, both weren't detecting.I went the next day and they tried updating the software or something but, nothing worked out.So, they said it is a motherboard issue and it needs to be replaced which will take another 3 days max. They said they'll order by mail and will be delivered after 3 days.Now when I call them, they talk like they aren't even aware what was going on there and being irresponsible. When I call Lenovo's head office customer care, they enquired about the complaint no., checked, and said that the service centre agent's haven't yet updated the complaint sheet details after I met them for the IMEI issue.My work is done using my phone and I need it urgently.

            My lenova k8 note phone is not working properly. Its backup is not proper & some time it got hanged. I consulted lenova service center ambala regarding this problem & they told that after formatting it got ok & they repaired. & informed that battery back up problem is coming in this model & after new patch this problem will be sort out.. But still problem exists. Please guide me what will i do. If this problem is not curable in this model pl replace my set as this is under warranty period.

              R/sir, my lenovo a-7000 mobile was get auto updating problem then i was submit my phone to lenovo service center at rajkot in feb-2018 and after verification by technical person he say me that after software update your phone was ready and from us we inform you but no massage receive from center till three day's when i will go to the center they inform me that during software up-dation your phone was totally dead and no our responsibility for it. Then asked it's onwer how it possible? So he take more time from me to repair my phone but after 15 days when i call him then he give me wrong answer like i am on way i call you in ten minutes, i am on leave, i have hospital work and after one month he say me that your mobile mother board was dead, then after that say me that your mobile ringer was not work so i will replace it from my sister old phone, and during this process i can't get any positive response from service center and no information i complaint to lenovo support center and mr. Kush was hendle my case, and owner of service center was try and told me to put-down complain and after four moth he give me estimate to repair my phone
              So i requested him to give me all matter in writing he will not give me, i also request in lenovocare but not get any updation
              Sir during all four month i can't have a single phone from other side

                I have purchased a lenovo k8 note mobile in october 2017.in this product with a problem. This set has dead two times within 15 days.in this set is motherboard problem. Employee of service centre changed motherboard two times. But scratched on screen. I contact lenovo service centre at gwalior dated 20th june 2018 there present recespnist behavior is not good with customer. My mobile set at present in service centre. Kindly do needful.

                  I had called lenovo asking where to get lenovo p2 phone. They had told to buy from flipkart, their authorised distributor. On may5, 2018, i got a phone set from them which was out of warranty and without the bill having the phone imei!!!

                  Since more than one and half months now, i have asked both flipkart and lenovo to give me a proper bill and to replace the handset with proper bill. They have refused to do so. Other companies like xiaomi do help customer in similar circumstances but both lenovo and their distributor flipkart have ignored all pleas to help each is telling to contact the other rather than doing something for the customer.

                    Hi, my lenovo a6000 mobile had charging problem. I purchased new battery online, out was also not charging. I retuned it back. Then visited service center in kukatpally hyderabad. They said problem with battery and asked to purchase new battery. I did so. It was also giving same problem. Again visited service center, they took my mobile for checking. After one week they called to inform it's ready. They told there was problem in charging pin and they had replaced it. I had small argument with guys there, i was asking simple question when there was problem in charging pin why they gave me new battery costing 1000 rupees. I was asking to take battery back. They said charging pin's cost is 950 rupees and they are giving 50 rupees benifit to me. I searched over net charging pin cost was max 350 rupees.
                    You guys made me fool. Is this kind of service you are providing to customer. You guys are really dishonest with customer by making them fool.
                    I have to think before purchasing any of your product.
                    You can earn money but you can't earn customer by doing this kind of nonsense.

                      I had recently bought lenovo z2. Phone was working fine for me. One day i had broken my phone's touch (Although having gorilla glass & glass guard too) due my mistake. So, i went to ludhiana service center for touch replace they replace it. I don't how did they replaced the screen, within a few months screen was broken again in my pocket (I don't know how that time too glass guard). I keep that as it is. After few month i went to chandigarh service center for touch replacement they registered its problem description as "physical damaged handset, touch broken" phone was working fine. They keep my phone for touch replacement. When i approached them to get back my phone they said "your phone is dead (Hardly damaged)". Is it my fault? I gave them a working phone and now, they are saying your phone is dead... I have proof of receipt given by them. Where, the had clearly mentioned problem description as "physical damaged handset, touch broken"...

                          I am purchase a mobile moto g5s plus in dec 2017. After 1 month display of mobile gone black and mobile getting very heat and automatic switch off. I am submitt this handset at lenovo authorized service centre on 24.5.2018 but they said this handset problem not solved by service centre. Again i submitt this handset on dated 29.5.2018 but they said again this problem not solved. Again on dated 05.06.2018 i submitt this handset for last time to solve this problem but they not response me.in future i am not purchase motorola or lenovo handset.

                            I am writing today to complaint against the defective lenovo smartphone delivered by flipkart and the unsatisfactory service provided by the authorized levono service center.

                            I had bought this lenovo vibe k5 note smartphone from flipkart e-commerce portal on 6th june 2017. The smartphone was initially identified as defective due to no network signals coming up and the software being crashed frequently. Hence, flipkart technician identified the issue and replaced the smartphone with a new one on 22nd june 2017.

                            I was using the smartphone until 1st june 2018 despite of the device being heated up quickly and the software being crashed frequently.in addition, the smartphone was taking log of time (Sometimes more than 30 minutes) when restarted/rebooted.

                            On 1st june 2018, i had kept the cellphone for charging as usual for 30 minutes. After sometime i tried to take it out from charging and noticed the smartphone heat up a lot and i was not even able to tough it. Since then, the cellphone is in dead state and the hotness remained for next couple of hours. Currently the smartphone is not switching on since friday.

                            I approached flipkart on the issue and was told to contact authorized lenovo service center. As per their advice, i approached the authorized lenovo service center near marathahalli, bangalore on 1st june 2018 at 1:00 pm. Due to technical issues at their end, they were not able to take the complaint and advised me to approach the service center in koramangala, bangalore for immediate rectification of the issue as well as resolution. I walked-in to the service center located at koramangala on 2nd june 2018 and the service center associates along with the manager informed me that there is a major server outage across india and were not even aware of the tentative date when the server would be up to create the job sheet for their customers.

                            It is highly disappointing to experience repeatedly the defective product and the disgusting customer service from lenovo. I am tired of approaching lenovo service center for the resolution. It has been already 8 days and there was no updates from the service center on the smartphone. After multiple follow-ups by calls, i came to know the motherboard has been replaced and one more item is yet to be replaced.
                            Once if any issue arises with the motherboard, the device is either useless as the issue occurs even after replacing the motherboards or it goes dead. I have faced these type of issues earlier.

                              It doesn't have any updates and found that after its official release.. Lenovo have abundant the device and no updates will be provided. Even in service centre they said that my phone got water into the device and no warranty to the motherboard. How that's possible? I always be careful about my phone and never place in damp or moist area. This is rediculous.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I bought a android mobile phone, Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus[silver, 16 GB] on 03.01.2018 through Flipkart. We have high regard on reliability on Lenovo and Flipkart. But from the 3rd day of purchase hte battery charge % started declining reapidly. Within an hour it got reduced to 40% after fully charged. We thought it may be due to handling problem. But it continues till date. With in 4 to 5 calls made after fully charged the mobile set starts to get switched off. We went to Lenovo Service centre at Coimbatore for service and we were stunned to hear that the IMEI number of mobile is different from that of IMEI number in invoice and returned back the mobile without servicing and the problem is persisting

                                IMEI Number cheked in the mobile set by the service center: [([protected]), ([protected])]

                                The discrepancies in this regard may be sort out according to to the Lenovo Licence Agreement. We request you to do the needful and provide us a better solution for this . High credibility on the part of Lenovo & Flipkart should not be compromised.

                                  Hi my name os pratik chandrakant parab my email id is [protected]@gmail.com my phone number is [protected] as mentioned in the advertisement of the phone moto x4 as it being water resistant under 30 meters for few minutes nd also is weather sealed i bought this phone in the month of march as i was enjoying my vacation we went for sight seeing this was feel into water hardly six inches deep i got the phone out nd made ot dry few functions like screen camera touch microphone nd mosty important things is finger touch sensor being this phone as hightlighted for water resistant i got this phone nd as i went to service station your people are telling i need to pay extra money coz thats an accidental issue how can this be an issue if once you highlighted the feature as water resistant do u actually mean by that word or is it just a marketing strategy i want this phone to be either replaced or my money back m nt gonna pay any sum this os height i need aum one to get back i asap

                                    I have bought the Mobile from SK Cellulars, Pimpri, Pune 17, on 31st December, 2017.
                                    It was showing some yellowish patch on the left-hand side in July end, So I took the same to Service Centre. Initially, I put them a request for repairing the handset on the very same day. but was told to submit it.
                                    So I submitted it on 1st June, 2018. I called to inquire about the handset on Tuesday- 5th June 2018 but was told that it's not under warranty due to damage of some external scratch. I communicated to the reseller, he said there was no such thing as they had checked the device before preparing the job sheet. so he will try to coordinate with a senior. but again when I communicated on next day, they are not taking any actions & repeating the same thing that it is cant be counted in warranty.

                                    Note: On Purchase, the device was curved (bent from the middle) the reseller said it was a design but I feel it was a damaged Product which is causing the heating of the battery. Do correct me on this as well.

                                    I'm closing the complaint not because I got any resolution, but I got to understand that I won't be getting any resolution.
                                    It's not about the service centre, I understood it's about the company Lenovo. They won't consider your device under warranty if your device have a dent or scratch on outer body thou the device will have a software issue. They mix it up all. Thou both the aspects would have no connection. Anyways, we can only do one thing now to regret the purchase n beware of investing any penny in the company which is least interested in serving customers.

                                    Hope my complaint saves someone's time, money & energy which I wasted for Lenovo :(

                                    No person yet have called me.
                                    N I all of a sudden asked today to pay 4000 from service center for touch pad. I'm not getting the device repaired under warranty. Thou it is only 6 month I have bought the device.

                                    Very disappointed with the services.
                                    I'll collect the device today by 6 pm, & henceforth will make sure me or any of my known contacts shouldn't prefer buying Lenovo Products. As the Company no where is concrned about the customer service :(

                                    When i used my laptop continiously 3 hour, then the screen was white or shut down automatically. this problem start last one month. pls solution it as soon as possible.
                                    I have same experience. I am proving comment just because people should be aware that lenovo/moto company is looting customers. don't purchase moto or lenovo phone. after 1 year you will surely face speaker and hardware issue. Service center will inform you that your phone is dead and will not repaired or at least your speaker will stop working. I am providing feedback on the basis of 5 moto/lenovo phone in my family and friends. So people avoid moto/lenovo if you want to save your money

                                      Lenovo service centre contacted, with a delayed reply of 4 days. While they send enginees to site, their fs team does not allow them to replace the spare part of lcd, stating serial number not found. As consumers, its shocking how they put us on hold and make an attempt to harass the customer, that too at the premise of the customer, wasting his time and money. Really devastated at the approach of lenovo towards customers

                                      When I had bought this laptop they said with this pc Microsoft office is free for a lifetime but after resting this pc my Microsoft office was not able to activate it is hilarious
                                      ask the license key, normally builtin office gives 30 days trial period

                                        I got my broken screen display replaced from k. R. K solutions (Marathahalli) which is authorized service center for motorola/lenovo on 29th may 2018. I noticed that the glue which was used to attach the display screen has spread across front camera. This has resulted in improper (Faded) display on front camera (Attached pics for reference), completely a human error done by service engineer.

                                        When i reported the above issue to the service center on 29th may, service engineer (Naveen-[protected]) accepted the error done by them and told me to wait for 2-3 days until the glue automatically clears out. I waited for 4 days and could not see any improvements instead the glue covered the front camera even more than before.

                                        Today on 2nd june, when i reported the above issue again to service enegineer i was told that they are ready to repair the display screen without any extra cost but they dont have the requied tool (Docket) to repair it. They have to order the tool (Docket) which will take 1 more week for delivery.

                                        At this moment, i feel ignored and avoided as i have been asked to visit the service center again and again which is really annoying.

                                        Questions:
                                        Firstly, i would like to know why unskilled service engineers are allowed to work on handsets of such a huge brand like motorola.
                                        Secondly, if you accepted there was a human error then you should be ready to fix it quickly instead of asking customer to wait for another week and visit multiple times.

                                        My humble request to look into this matter and respond as soon as possible.

                                        I have finally got the problem fixed after following up with Motorola Support team([email protected]) who helped in expediting the process and getting it escalated with service center owner. I am satisfied even though it took 1 more week to fix it.
