My phone lenova A7000 haveing problem in incoming and outgoing voice very slow, I gave it in the service center CCI communication Solution Dated 10.05.2016 in Delhi they said the part is to be replaced and 12 days passed. I am not receiving any proper answer from them, I contacted in phone for 5 times. But there is no response. My Imei no is [protected] and my job sheet number is 322. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

even after 13 days problem has not been resolved yet. As per [protected]@lenovo.co demand i forwarded the job sheet today.

even after a month the company not resolving the complaint. they diverting the issue by introducing new problems such as water log found in charging port .
i am forwarding a copy of my letter send to lenovo today.

thank you for your response. but I hereby intimating the following fact for your perusal..

1. The phone was in the service center from[protected]. On time of submission service center inform me that charging port has slight physical damage due to the use o[censored]n-authorized charging device. I handed over my charger, they certified that it is an original lenovo product and it was got along with the purchase of my mobile.

2. On that time until today they never pointed about the 'PRESENCE OF WATER LOG'in my mobile.

3. They have charged me Rs.680/-for physical damage of port now you you inform to pay Rs.450/- for water log.

4. No trace of water is seen found any of the internal parts of the handset or charger yet.

It is not the problem of paying money. It is the breech of belief in your brand name' LENOVO'

As being a bona fide customer think it is my privilege to go before the consumer protection court to comply the conditions laid in the warranty.

It is also inform you that, it is my responsibility to inform this issue of claiming illegal service charges by this company to the customers, through internet and costumer rating so as to give a warning to the buyers who think to purchase the brand' LENOVO'.

Any how this my last letter to your office regarding this issue, I think you might be look in to this matter seriously.

I purchased a Lenovo Edge laptop on the 9th of January 2015 with great zest and enthusiasm hoping for it to be a class leading product from a world leading brand like IBM.
But to my disappointment within 3 months o[censored]se the computer developed technical malfunctions and heating issues, which were resolved by your service partner Wipro which is a trusted brand as well. Service Ticket Number - [protected]. Let me take this opportunity to let you know that getting the problem resolved through your centre was no easy task, which did consume at least a month’s time and rendered me helpless by affecting my work.
The system nearly posed a fire threat and melted some of its own components due to the technical malfunctions causing abnormal heating.
Shortly after resolving the aforementioned Service Ticket Number the system has now again started to pose the same difficulties with a few more added performance issues.

Such poor product quality and service is not what customers expect when they invest not in a product but a brand value like Lenovo.

I would highly appreciate if you could arrange to have this life threatening product either replaced or returned with due compensation.

I hope to hear for a positive outcome from this whole debacle and hoping that I would not have to escalate this issue to higher authorities and social media.

Also find attached copies of the original purchase bill and service bill.
