My name is Pradeep Singh. I placed an order on 30th, Oct, 2020 for Soflens 59 and Soflens Toric contact lenses at Krishna Nagar Delhi Store. My order number is [protected]. I visited the store on 4th, Nov, 2020 to know the status of my order as In my lenskart App, "Order created" was only showing. The store team assured me that we have raised a ticket for the same and said that Order will be delivered by 5th, Nov, 2020.

Then I visited the store on 5th, Nov, 2020 at around 7:30 PM and I got to know that my order is still not yet received. What lenskart is doing? as this is known for the best company in this sector. Are they worried for customer support? I have contacted on call too and the advisor was saying that the order may be delivered within 2 or 3 days that means still you are unable to provide an exact date of delivery. I needed the product on 5th, Nov, 2020.

You have crossed the delivery date and only the customer has been affected due to this trouble. No one else. Today is 7th, Nov, 2020 and no update for my order.

    I have ordered a product..(order no :-[protected], Malalkpet, hyderabad, v.sagar, mobile no :-[protected]). I got a msg to collect the product..after reaching the store they given me
    Wrong sight spects..the employee (women) said she will rectify the mistake..within two days she will call to me ..but i didn't get any calls yet..i have been trying to contact the store from the number which is showing on Google..but nobody answering the call..
    I am feeling very disappointed with the Malakpet branch service..

      Customer care not pick up the phone all and they will not call back after 30 minutes

      This is very big problem of lenskart, I think linked doing waste of time and dealing customer properly

        Hello Team,

        I trusted to lenskart and so I purchase a product from them but the team are making fools to the customers. They marked the product delivered with the name of someone else and I didn't get a single call from courier guy i.e. bluedart for delivery. Then I am unable to understand how can they delivered the product to a person whose name I never heard.

        1st day of delivery I mentioned the bluedart team that "I don't know anyone near to me because I was not available on the 1st day of delivery so please do not deliver on 1st day" but on 2nd day I was waiting in my room for delivery because I got a message regarding delivery but suddenly it was showing delivered.

        I complaints many times to lenskart customer care but they need every time 24-48 hrs.. and not resolving the issue. I have shared every single details with them but they are not resolving the issue. Now I am going to hometown and the same thing I mentioned to the team but instead of resolving the issue they are extending the date to resolve it.

        They shared proof of delkivery where the name mentioned is "Nihal" but the question is "who is Nihaal?". I am living in a flat where I do not know anyone near me whose name is Nihal and I am very less connected with my near by people.

        The lenskart is looks like a fake brand and they neither delivering the product not refunding the money.

        Lenskart thinks that because of this is a brand so they can do anything whatever they want but this is a Fraud and untrusted company.

        And the most funny things when i already complaints about the undelivery of the product then they are sending me mail for the feedback of product. SHAME on Lenskart.

        I am attaching the screenshot of the order and also where they requesting for feedback.

        Right now I do not need product, i need refund because I am going my hometown and so I request ypou to please investigate on this and resolve this as soon as possible.

          I purchased product before 2.5 month.
          It get damaged during wearing .
          I returned to store .I discussed with store people regarding warranty .they told mostly you have to pay RS 300.within few minutes after frame given to store
          I received mail from insurance that your request received.after few minutes received mail that claim is rejected due to reason vsm.
          I want to know why they rejected.
          Please look into matter.

            Lenskart is scamming me with lot of advertisements. I have tried their so called DND option but of no use. Their customer service people are the worst and a bunch of incompetent people. I have tried calling them 4-5 times and each time they would either hang up the call or try giving some other set of numbers. Please dont ever buy anything from them or donot at any cost give your contact number to them.

              Every Time we call customer care they say we are processing.
              Its really shame on Lenkart for doing such things to customers which has to addressed in public sites.

                  I made an order from Lenskart on 20th October 2020. The purchase was for Rs. 5332.23

                  On 23rd one of the executive called me and said that they are going to cancel the order and they will refund the amount which I paid. I asked for the reason and he (executive) said that the order is cancelling because of the high discount which unexpectedly added on that order (very funny. rit?). I said OK and I didn't receive any SMS or email reg that.

                  So on 24th I contacted the customer care again and now another executive told me that is was not able to view my order, so she is going to raise a complaint to the corresponding department and asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs.

                  I waited till 26th and I contacted the customer care again. The executive again asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs for a resolution.

                  Today on 28th, I contacted the customer care (4th time) and I heard the same thing from him too. I need to wait for 24-48 hrs for a resolution.

                  I made the purchase on 20th by paying an amount of Rs. 5332.23. Today is 28th. Till today, there neither processing the order nor refunding the amount. Can anybody suggest me what should i do?

                    Hi,

                    I got my new specs done at Lenskart Jeevan Bima Nagar, Bangalore store in September 2020. One day accidently the specs slipped on to the ground when I was trying to open my mask and the left side glass developed a crack. When we went for replacement to the store, the store person said it is within warranty and they would request for glass replacement and call us once they get confirmation from the corporate office. We did not get any call from them and when we went to the store after a few days, the store person said the request has been approved by the corporate office for complete specs (both frame and glass) and requested us to select a new frame and glass. After we spent almost half an hour while selecting at the store, they informed that there was a mistake on their part while placing the request for replacement and that only the frame replacement has been approved. The irony is that my glass was broken, not the frame. The store person said they will make a fresh request for glass replacement and will give us a call once they hear from the corporate office.

                    When we did not get any call from them again, we called the store, the store person this time informed that the request has been rejected by corporate office. When I asked them what best can be done, they said that I need to replace both the glasses, which sounded ridiculous as only one glass needed to be replaced and why I should bear costs for complete set (I know many leading stores in banaglore replace single glass in such cases). MIND THAT IT IS 2 WEEKS I AM WITHOUT MY GLASS.

                    I was totally unhappy with the quality and service of Lenskart by now, so I told them to return my broken glass and the store guy agreed to deliver at my door step. It is now the 3rd day and I still have not received the glass, even I have reminded them in between.

                    This was my first ever visit to Lenskart as a customer and it will be my last visit for the reasons -

                    · Very poor product quality

                    · Utterly unprofessional behavior

                    · Misleading customers

                      On October 20th 2020 I had been to kormangala store and ordered lenskart eye glasses worth Rs.3000/- .On 22nd October I received SMS from bluedart that my product would be delivered but after receiving the package I was shocked I only received the box not the glass however I have raised the complainant and wana dispute it further so that customes don'ts get cheated and my oder number is [protected]

                          I had ordered a pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses with my prescription provided on Sept 13, 2020.
                          They said the sunglasses which I had chosen does not support my prescription and please switch to magnetic clip-on. I did that and chose one magnetic clip-on. The order processed and I received the package on Oct 1, 2020. I was fine with the eyeglasses. However, the sunglasses (magnetic clip-on) was not the one which I had selected. They selected on their own and did not even consult with me and the magnetic clip-on was bigger in size and therefore loose on my face.

                          I raised a complaint on Oct 1 and since then I have been suggesting magnetic clip-on of small size or sunglasses of small size. And, every time I suggested any sunglasses or magnetic clip-on, I always received an excuse, saying either quality problem or prescription does not support. And, I don't believe that sunglasses don't come with my prescription, as I did get one 4 years back with the same prescription.

                          Now, I am simply tired of all chasing. If you guys just take a customer for granted I cannot do anything. But, completely unsatisfied with the service.
                          Still, if you can address my request, kindly exchange it, at least I can use the sunglasses because I know that wayfarer magnetic clip-on does support my prescription.

                              Dear Concern,

                              This is to bring to notice that product purchased by me under Order ID: [protected] on 12th Jan 2020, from one of Lenskart store from a Mall in Nashik, was supposed to be replaced.

                              With understanding of situation around I have given them enough leverage to delay until now but now they are not replacing but sending returning amount that too in their store wallet, so that I have purchase product from them again and under compulsion

                              I went for original purchase because of promotion and offers at store to buy 2 spectacles at Rs. 1680/- (Inclusive of GST). However single spectacle with lenses now at their website will cost me higher.

                              Until now, they has been asking to return the damaged product and once in there custody they are least bother to entertain and not even bother to call to understand my grievance, despite of my request to give call rather than raising tickets.

                              I can't tell you how many tickets have been raised, for each communication done new ticket used to come up. People might get lost to keep such ticket from May 2020, in my case.

                              Would appreciate if you look upon the request, that make such online platforms accountable to revert to customers by interacting at escalated levels as customer representatives don't have enough powers on decision making.

                                  Different pricing at different platforms for same product

                                  Dear Team

                                  I bought a sunglasses from lenskart Lajpat Nagar store on 02/10/2020 for 4130/- rs (Bill attached ) . Also when I asked for the price the sales person told me 2500/- but billed me for 4130/-
                                  When I asked why the difference she quoted sir by mistake I said 2500/-
                                  I ignored it and paid 4130/-
                                  Yesterday I saw this ad of the same sunglasses for 1700/- on john jacobs page(screenshot attached) ....

                                  I had ordered sunglasses on 15/09/2019 and used it for 6 months. After march 2020 as we all know due to covid we were not able to go out, i did not use the frame and never checked on it. I opened the box on 10/10/2020 and saw the frame covered with rust. The frame for which i paid rs 8000 aprox of jhon jacobs. On raising complaint i am told that your 1 year waranty is over. Rusting can never happen due to mishandling also out of 12 months i did not use it for 6 months. If i am paying rs 8000 for a frame and such product quality is given, i would never recommend to buy from lenskart. I want resolution of the issue as this is not expected from lenskart
