no refund or exchange even after providing poor quality frames and after 2 months from pick up via lenskart delivery guy.

Dear team,

With respect to the attached document, i have mailed you ‘n’ number of times with respect to order id #[protected]. Due to poor quality of frame, the coating of the specs started getting removed. I got this particular specs for 3700 rupees and even after your pick up from last two months i have not got any reply neither refund. I dont have spare specs and such poor service from your end has really put me into...

Lenses not received more than 14 days gone past

Sir/Madam,
I had ordered for two pair of lenses having order no 17365272 dated 06 Jul 2020 from MP Nagar Zone 2, Near Raymond Showroom lane, KRK Electricals and Electronics, but only Item ID 34742436 has been received today and item ID 34742432 is not received yet. I ordered an eyeglass in February. Unknowingly, by some manual slight force a side of my eyeglass got damaged. I contacted the store, I clearly mentioned them the reason of damage and they told me that if the damage is repairable they will do so or else they would exchange it. Not received right product even after one month around

I had placed a order on 21st june and received a deffected product. After making a number of complain, product have been pocked up on 12 july. Even after picking up the product, on your app, you have not updated the same and even after generating tickets and riasing multiple complain no one is reponding with a solution and just writing that they are working on this.

Now major problem is i am facing pain and not able to see...

Not refunded my money and legal expense

Despite sending legal notice for refunding my money alongwith my legal expense and compensation for not delivering our spectacles after delivery date, this company neither refunding my money nor answering to me. I have been harassed by this company for the past four months....

Specs Lenses

I need the bifocal lenses but the option is not there.

Infact I placed an order without knowing the differences between them since the option is not listed there.

I placed an order and after a day got a call from customer care that the lens power needs bifocal lenses...

Eye glass

I ordered a pair of eye glasses, 1 i kept with me, one more eye glass quality was so bad so i sent it back by raising exchange product request, they took back the glass from me, it been 4 months i havent got replacement product, am just done with writing mails, calling them its, am not able to place replacement order with their application and they are not placing any order behalf of me. I just want a replacement of product....

Address:SHOP NO 11 BESIDES JOCKEY SHOWROOM PRADEEP PLAZA GANGA PLATINO EAST WING V BLDG NEAR EON IT PARK.

Visited lenskart at kharadi outlet which is in pradeep plaza with my mother. I am the regular customer and i got good service that is the reason i took my mother to the store. After selecting the frame we were waiting for for eye-test as there was a power cut we waited almost 1 hr at the store that's totally fine.

After an hour when power comes one executive take us for the eye check up, and suddenly another executive name...

My lens is missing from the box

I ordered the lenskart air blu lens product on 03 july 2020. When i opened the product i found the item missing in the box which i received. The packet in which i have got was sealed. But lens box that was sent by lenskart was empty. I was not expecting this from lenskart. Please guys i want my order to return please refund me the money asap. Unexpected thing happened first time with me on lenskart.com....

Lens specifications

I ordered a spectacle on 24/6/20 that arrived at 1/7/20. The specifications of the lens was given but the delivered product was defective. Instead of cylindrical l -1. 5 and r -1. 75, it is spherical.
I have tried both email and phone options to contact lenskart, but no answer.
I want quick resolution of this problem as i don't have a spare glass at the moment....

The glasses are not made to order

The spectacles were ordered on 8/5/2020 and order id no: [protected] and product id no.136816 the power of the spectacles was also sent. The spectacles are not made as per the power sent. Which makes it difficult for me to see....

I ordered two spex for my son from amritsar store on jan 13, 2020

But im very much disappointed from leskart both the spex's got scratches n one frame is broken.. Now how he will study or see.. Tears in eyes never shop again from lenskart worst services...

Damage Lens of my specs while tightening

Today afternoon i visited lensekart store at patlipada near hiranandani estate, thane west to buy a reading spec for my daughter. While i was looking at the right frame, i requested the salesmen asfaq and unish to tighten my existing spec, he verified my details in the system and agreed to do so.

After 10-15 minutes he returned my spec and i was shocked to see that layer on the lens has got damaged because of heat he applied...

No response regarding replacement for under warranty specs

Hi team,

I had purchased lenskart specs from lenskart store in bomanhalli bangalore.

There was a problem in spec in one side stick so i went to the store last week to fix it.
Store people asked me to wait for 2-3 days to get a replacement confirmation.

Its very unfortunate that i haven't for any information regarding that yet.
Please reply me regarding this...

Specs not delivered and height of miscommunication

I ordered the spectacles on 10th june and got the confirmation that it will be delivered on 15th june.
After waiting for the product, i made a call on 16th june. Then i got to know that my order has been cancelled due to payment issue. There was no communication made to me about the payment issue prior. I checked with my bank and there was no issue with my payment. Next day i get a call from customer care and they are saying that there...

Ordered lens of john jacobs black silver full rim aviator john jacobs supreme steel jj e11545 - c1 eyeglasses worth rs. 3360. I was told by the store representative that my item will be delivered by 12th june 2020. Today is 16th june 2020 and i have not still received my package. I neither heard anything from lenskart nor from the courier partner 'ecom express'.

Store representatives are also not having any idea on the package...
