1st of all eye testing was done by ur staff and recommended progressive lens, i had problems with progressive lens, unable to adjust to my eyes.
So i went to my regular eye specialist, said no progressive lens was required, inorder to increase their billing amount they suggested for progressive lens, ... this clearly mentions the unprofessional ethics o[censored]r stores doctor, for which i paid price
And i had changed to SINGLE VISION, during replacement ur stores in-charge mentioned regarding refund
He said difference amount will be refunded at the earliest (because it was his fault)
And now, to my surprise, u have said no refund
I made a bill of 6765 for progressive lens
I have not been refunded the difference amount .
When i called the toll-free no, they asked me to contact store for refund
When i asked the difference amount at store, they placed the mail back end team till now there is no response from your team
Pl find the screen shot of the ticket raised by the stores in charge
Pl look in to the matter and resolve at the earliest,
