    Hi am thasneem today I visited your lenskart shop trivandrum pattom in Kerala .but am not Happy . Becouse costomer care services is not perfect. There are insults me in front of public. So plz consider it's a request...

      I had ordered my glasses 6 days back at lenskart.. Deshpande nagar, Hubli. Was promised door delivery at SDM medical college Sattur, I had called the manager 3-4 times since morning and the delivery was being postponed from12 pm to 7 pm- and now is said to be delievered at an inappropriate time of 10 pm... I’ve never experienced such undignified responses as in being delivered at 10 pm at the night. Kindly look into this!

        I had ordered a powered spectacle at lenskart through app. I had ordered a frame width of 138 mm but the specs that I got was 140 mm. It keeps sliding off face. There is no use of it when it slides off and does not serve the purpose.

          The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased this product: https://www.lenskart.com/vincent-chase-vc-e13049-c3-eyeglasses.html
          No-where it was mentioned in the product description that this frame have a power restriction of (+3) to (-3). I simply purchased and emailed them my power as they have an option to send power in email. The next day a Resolution Officer Nikunj Yadav mailed me back that this product doesn't support the power I needed (-3.5). I emailed him with a proper screenshot that on lens selection page it was showing I can order up to power +/-12. But no one replied. After that, I called their customer support. I had 3-4 times call with an agent (can't remember his name) who first told me that the "air" category product has a power restriction (though it wasn't mentioned anywhere) so they can not process the order. Then I found some other products on that mentioned category is supporting that power I needed. I again called them for the false information then they rectified their statement and said not all "air" products, but few air products from Vincent Chase does not support that power. I requested him to replace that frame with another supported frame. He said he can not do that. I was simply keeping my patience. My previous order was of Rs. 671. I tried to place a new order with a same-priced supported frame. Now the order value is showing Rs. 1006. The company has several false & misleading information on their product selection page which simply harassing me till now. I asked their representative to add that extra amount to my wallet so that my new order can be placed at the same price. They have issues at their end, still, they have no plan to compensate a customer, RATHER they are trying to make more money!! I am sending emails, calling them they are saying that they will come back to me in 30 mins but that moment never comes.

          It occurred on: 20/12/2020

          Replace that frame with https://www.lenskart.com/vincent-chase-vc-e12695-c1eyeglasses-full-rim-rectangle... this one and proceed with my order.
          OR
          Arrange me something so that I can place a new order at the same price of Rs. 671
          Why I will pay more for their mistakes?

            Hello,
            My order id id [protected], this order is for old product replacement is store that time same product not avail that why select other one ( Product Id : 117892) in Pandari Store Raipur Chhattisgarh there is some difr amount Rs. 1120.00 paid this amount by UPI and Debit Card. Your Store manager told me Sir your product replace with Rs. 00.00 amount and your all amount refund in 48hrs to 72hrs.

            After long conversation your store manager take my bank details for refund but i get any refund from lenskart.

            This is not short out in 22 nov 2020 to 21 dec 2020 in one month.

            I have attached my UPI Transaction details, I need to refund my amount as soon as possible.

              I bought lenses paying over Rs.8000/-. its been over a year. Now shades are forming insidd lense and cant see through the shades. causing eyes to pain if worn. It seems manufacturing defective or sub-standard quality if lenses for such a costly price. i want them be replaced immediately with good ones. please respond to me immediately.

                My problem is that I had placed an order on 19th Dec 2020 I had made payment successfully, amount got debited from account but my order is still showing payment pending so, please help me for this and process my order, this is my first time experience with lenskart and also improve your payment gateway, I had heard too much positivity from my colleagues that lenskart is best for glasses so I also want that service from you.

                  I ordered a yearly pack of aqua lens solution bottles. A total of 900 ml. In which it contained a 60 ml, 120 ml, 360ml and 360 ml solution bottles. I received my order today on 19th December, 2020. A bottle of 360 ml was missing from my order. I have paid an entire amount of Rs 799 for 900 ml. Out of which I have received only 540ml. Where is my 360 ml aqua lens solution bottle which I have paid for ?? I want my entire order to be delivered by earliest or else I'll file a complaint against the incomplete delivery of my order. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

                    I am very disappointed with the product I received today.

                    I had ordered Coloured Contact Lens and I was not able to wear it at all. Both the lenses are defective. My eyes started tearing continuously. I am so unhappy.

                        Yesterday i got my specs. Today one of the specs came out in two parts - lense separately and frame in broken condition. Can you refund the amount and collect your item. This happened today while i drove my car and gave me lot of mental agony to driving vehiicle without specs.

                          I have placed the order and paid the full amount on 30th November, it has been 15 days and the product has not yet been received.
                          Every time i call the customer support they tell me that they will call me within 30 minutes and no one ever calls.
                          The customer support of lenskart is the worst.
                          Every person from lenskart support team tells a different story.
                          I have bought many glasses from lenskart but this time i am fed up with lenskart.

                            As per the offer on Lenskart app to new customers, I should get a frame along with lens only for Rs.299. However, Lenskart agent Achintya Mishra says I will have to pay 999 + 299 + GST which is ridiculous. As I was sure about the offer, I asked him to read the offer again carefully. This is when he abused me and said that I dont have common sense.

                            Such is the quality of Lenskart customer care. If they dont fix this soon, they will lose a lot of business

                              I placed an order for two glasses on 8th Dec, and recieved one of them yesterday. The second product tracking details say that the package is damaged and is undeliverable. The customer care service of Lenskart barely responds. But now lenskart will say that they'll refund half of the amount to me and when I'll place a new order they are going to take the complete money. The package is damaged and it's not my fault but why should I suffer? Please resolve my issue. I need my glasses as soon as possible.

                                  I bought 2 glasses on an offer from a lenskart store at old palasia indore on 27 feb 2020. I wanted it to be gifted to my friend and bcos of covid and lockdown i wasn't able to gift as we are from different cities and the glasses were in Indore. When i gave him in december i found out it has size issue and a Manufacturing default which does not make it look good.

                                  Kindly please exchange the glasses otherwise it would waste all of my 1700.

                                        On his request I ordered for frame +progressive lens worth 3075/- and paid online.You acknowledged my payment. Mr Utsav told me that my new specs will be delivered by 7th latest.
                                        Today, 10/12/20, I'm yet to receive my specs from you and Mr Dutta is casual now.
