I ordered eyeglasses from lenskart on 4th Jan 2021and when I got the delivery on 11th Jan 2021 the frame size was big, so I placed it for exchange at the same time, the pickup facility was arranged and than as I was not able to get the other eyeglasses at same price so the chat agent told me that he'll be placing order on my behalf and I have to choose store credit option so that he can place order on my behalf. I did as the team said me to do but till yet I haven't received any product, no propey answer from their side.I have even raised many complaints over chat, mail and callbacks have been arranged for me but no proper response to my concern.I have already wasted my time over chats, mails and callback.Highly disappointed my the service.

    It was told to me that lenskart will update me about the escalated request to get approval for pickup and replacement of wrongly given eyepower/glass alongwith frame.

    But, it being more than 1 month but no response from lenskart !!!
    I already shown good amount of patience... But disappointed to say that lenskart haven't shown their responsibility yet !!

    I am a gold member of them but getting worst service. I am suffering from eye pain due to wrong eye power provided but Customer care don't provide update for replacement and even no response for email sent.

        Order no- [protected]. Got my product delayed and then found out that I received the wrong products. Been talking to the reps for the last 7-8 days for exchange or refund but to no avail.
        Courier guys coming and saying they cannot take this product as it’s not matching what they have been provided from Lenskart. So frustrating and disappointed. Most fraudulent site ever!

                I ordered 2 pair of glasses on December 19, 2020. As soon as the invoice pulled up, I noticed a problem with what I thought I had ordered for a pair of prescription sunglasses. I immediately e-mailed Lenskart. I got no response. I tried to contact them several more times, even checking junk mail to make sure my server had not kicked it out. Again, no response, except to say my glasses had shipped. They arrived December 26, and as I suspected, the one pair in question was incorrect. I have tried to contact Lenskart just about every day since receiving my order. Still no response. So now I’m out $150 with one pair of glasses I can’t wear because they don’t have the prescription in them.

                  I had gone to Kharadi Lenskart Store in Pune, Maharashtra, at time of sale they told me that you purchase one glasses n frames of john n jacobs n purchase gold membership you will get one free and at time of billing they refused ti give that offer. The glasses n frame was costing me about 6100 INR with one free, at time of boll they were tell 13 k in which i had to purchase gold membership of no use.

                  Very illiterate staff in Kharadi Pune store.

                  Please look into this.

                      Hi Team,

                      On Feb 7 2020, I have raised return request and it was accepted as per policy. And the pick up was suppose to dome by 48 hours. But neither the pick nor any refund done for the order Id [protected]. I have raised several emails to pick and confirm on the status. But no response for my email on feb and mar 12. After that Due to covid I was not getting any update from lenskart and whenever I try to connect them over phone or email no response. I emailed lenskart on feb, mar, aug, nov and dec this month I somehow connected over call. Executive jotsna over call said pickup will not be done straight way without even updating me on the pickup status and not providing response to my emails. Please find attached all the pickup and return details and no response for my emails from lenskart for the continuous follow up.

                      I request you to please pickup the product and process for refund.

                      I have raised for return or replacement on the same day itself when the product received as the quality of lens were not fulfilled. Its antiglare anti scratch, blucut were not at all in the lens I checked in two eye hospitals as well they said the lenses are of poor quality. I purchased fully loaded blu cut lenses that is most premium lens available in lenskart. But that itself not having good quality. Please looking into ASAP and return and refund or
                      if you are sure that you can replace with high quality lenses do it. But ensure you are processing quality lenses not Comprising quality. If that is not also not meeting the quality. Processes refund. Eye lenses are health issue. Please take care of it with your products.

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Beauty & Personal Care

                        The issue that I have experienced was: To the PRO department - Lenskart

                        Had purchased specs (Ref WO number: [protected] dated 01/03/2020:) from a much advertised and branded product with a hope that we would have a relationship which would be everlasting.

                        A week back, had been to your Nitin company outlet Thane (W) with a complaint that one of the arms of the specs was moving 360 degrees. The rep did some rectification, but within 3 to 4 days the problem resurfaced. The representative mentioned that the frame was faulty and the product was defective, but he did not have a similar product hence he referred me to the purchase source which was Viviana Mall, Thane. On 26th Dec the specs was handed over and they noted down my complaint. Today there was a call from the store manager that the specs would be sent to the lab for repair as it required soldering since the frame had rusted inside. When I requested him for written reasoning he mentioned that only verbal communication can be held, instead he quoted the Terms & Conditions for a replacement, by the way, defective specs which was provided, delivery challan was not issued.

                        Company of repute whose advertisement claims that your brand refers sincerity, when a customer brings out a genuine complaint, he is informed that he gets a product repaired which is a manufacturing product defect, after repairs unable to understand how can a rusted frame be okay. Kindly let me know if the customer has mishandled, then from inside how can a product rust with outside coating unaffected .Your product costing is on par with other costly branded names in the market, still we went ahead with your product. Please let me know should I accept a faulty defective product which is malfunctioning before the warranty period. Further more it has been informed to collect the repaired specs on or before 1st Jan'2021, hence suggest kindly resolve this matter asap.

But l think the price would have been 3500 + tax. as one is free. Your staff could not explain the price details. No price invoice is given. Please look into my case. I am a gold card member.                                   I had ordered my glasses 6 days back at lenskart.. Deshpande nagar, Hubli. Was promised door delivery at SDM medical college Sattur, I had called the manager 3-4 times since morning and the delivery was being postponed from12 pm to 7 pm- and now is said to be delievered at an inappropriate time of 10 pm... I’ve never experienced such undignified responses as in being delivered at 10 pm at the night. Kindly look into this!

                                    I had ordered a powered spectacle at lenskart through app. I had ordered a frame width of 138 mm but the specs that I got was 140 mm. It keeps sliding off face. There is no use of it when it slides off and does not serve the purpose.

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased this product: https://www.lenskart.com/vincent-chase-vc-e13049-c3-eyeglasses.html
                                      No-where it was mentioned in the product description that this frame have a power restriction of (+3) to (-3). I simply purchased and emailed them my power as they have an option to send power in email. The next day a Resolution Officer Nikunj Yadav mailed me back that this product doesn't support the power I needed (-3.5). I emailed him with a proper screenshot that on lens selection page it was showing I can order up to power +/-12. But no one replied. After that, I called their customer support. I had 3-4 times call with an agent (can't remember his name) who first told me that the "air" category product has a power restriction (though it wasn't mentioned anywhere) so they can not process the order. Then I found some other products on that mentioned category is supporting that power I needed. I again called them for the false information then they rectified their statement and said not all "air" products, but few air products from Vincent Chase does not support that power. I requested him to replace that frame with another supported frame. He said he can not do that. I was simply keeping my patience. My previous order was of Rs. 671. I tried to place a new order with a same-priced supported frame. Now the order value is showing Rs. 1006. The company has several false & misleading information on their product selection page which simply harassing me till now. I asked their representative to add that extra amount to my wallet so that my new order can be placed at the same price. They have issues at their end, still, they have no plan to compensate a customer, RATHER they are trying to make more money!! I am sending emails, calling them they are saying that they will come back to me in 30 mins but that moment never comes.

                                      It occurred on: 20/12/2020

                                      Replace that frame with https://www.lenskart.com/vincent-chase-vc-e12695-c1eyeglasses-full-rim-rectangle... this one and proceed with my order.
                                      OR
                                      Arrange me something so that I can place a new order at the same price of Rs. 671
                                      Why I will pay more for their mistakes?

                                        My order id id [protected], this order is for old product replacement is store that time same product not avail that why select other one ( Product Id : 117892) in Pandari Store Raipur Chhattisgarh there is some difr amount Rs. 1120.00 paid this amount by UPI and Debit Card. Your Store manager told me Sir your product replace with Rs. 00.00 amount and your all amount refund in 48hrs to 72hrs.

                                        After long conversation your store manager take my bank details for refund but i get any refund from lenskart.

                                        This is not short out in 22 nov 2020 to 21 dec 2020 in one month.

                                        I have attached my UPI Transaction details, I need to refund my amount as soon as possible.
