Wrong product received

The John Jacobs specs got delivered without any problems.

But the lenses...

Optima 38
2 lenses (Rs 727+Rs 727 = Rs 1454) was not received instead they sent Specs lens cleaner of Aqualens worth Rs 150. It was delivered by Delhivery and the delivery code worked.

Where are my LENSES?! Tried multiple times to contact the consumer...

Poor quality spectacle frame

I have bought spectacles from your Bangalore, Anantha Nagar show room and given complaint multiple times regarding the quality issues where I didn't get any solution. There is no value for complaints in lensecart. I am going to consumer court with whatever proof and recorded phone calls I have. Disgusted service...

Not Refund - Money debited

I ordered from lenskart on 20/07/2020 (order id [protected]), with successful payment RS 766.41 through UPI. Transaction ID:[protected].

As per last request I contacted my ICICI bank for dispute, but they are saying transaction is successful and credited to beneficiary account. Lenskart not refunding my amount they cancelled my order.

I am attaching my bank statement and Lenskart order details....

Customer care not pick up phone call

Customer care not pick up the phone all and they will not call back after 30 minutes

This is very big problem of lenskart, I think linked doing waste of time and dealing customer properly

I trusted to lenskart and so I purchase a product from them but the team are making fools to the customers. They marked the product delivered with the name of someone else and I didn't get a single call from courier guy i.e. bluedart for delivery. Then I am unable to understand how can they delivered the product to a person whose name I never heard.

1st day of delivery I mentioned the bluedart team...

Lenskart — Payment successfully done but still showing pending

I have ordered 1 eyeglass from lenskart and successfully done the payment through upi worth rs 893.89 but the payment is still showing pending.
Please resolve the issue asap. Please didn't expected such a hassle from lenskart....

Frame get broken during wearing .

I purchased product before 2.5 month.
It get damaged during wearing .
I returned to store .I discussed with store people regarding warranty .they told mostly you have to pay RS 300.within few minutes after frame given to store
I received mail from insurance that your request received.after few minutes received mail that claim is rejected due to reason vsm.
I want to know why they rejected.
Please look into...

Sending advertisements even after DND

Lenskart is scamming me with lot of advertisements. I have tried their so called DND option but of no use. Their customer service people are the worst and a bunch of incompetent people. I have tried calling them 4-5 times and each time they would either hang up the call or try giving some other set of numbers. Please dont ever buy anything from them or donot at any cost give your contact number to them....

Every Time we call customer care they say we are processing.
Its really shame on Lenkart for doing such things to customers which has to addressed in public sites....

Made payment for the order 8 days before and it's still not processed

I made an order from Lenskart on 20th October 2020. The purchase was for Rs. 5332.23

On 23rd one of the executive called me and said that they are going to cancel the order and they will refund the amount which I paid. I asked for the reason and he (executive) said that the order is cancelling because of the high discount which unexpectedly added on that order (very funny. rit?). I said OK and I didn't receive any SMS or email...

Utterly unprofessional

Hi,

I got my new specs done at Lenskart Jeevan Bima Nagar, Bangalore store in September 2020. One day accidently the specs slipped on to the ground when I was trying to open my mask and the left side glass developed a crack.
