I bought 2 glasses on an offer from a lenskart store at old palasia indore on 27 feb 2020. I wanted it to be gifted to my friend and bcos of covid and lockdown i wasn't able to gift as we are from different cities and the glasses were in Indore. When i gave him in december i found out it has size issue and a Manufacturing default which does not make it look good.

Kindly please exchange the glasses otherwise it would waste...

I have ordered one spectacle from lenskart and done payment through phone pe UPI .payment is successful and it is showing pending in the lenskart app . When I called customer care he is showing it is stuck with bank without even verifying . Please help...

On his request I ordered for frame +progressive lens worth 3075/- and paid online.You acknowledged my payment. Mr Utsav told me that my new specs will be delivered by 7th latest.
Today, 10/12/20, I'm yet to receive my specs from you and Mr Dutta is casual now.

Lenskart products has poor quality Order : # [protected] dated 27 JUNE 2020 lost less than a month lens developed scratches - while contacted they slapped vague warranty details. Wondering how fiber products has corrosion in warranty ?
Order : # [protected] dated 27 June 2020 start using Aug-20 frame handles came out in 2 months. Surprisingly no replacement for this.
Any local shop provide warranty and guaranty effectively, Lenskart...

Lenskart employees don't follow covid guidelines testing customer eye without social distancing and don't wear a mask every time in the shop...

I has purchased the eyeglass 20/04/2020 order number is [protected]. The quality of the frame is so much bad. Yesterday i was wearing that and suddenly the side of the frame is got brake. The company is just fooling the people and earning the money from customer and provide the pathetic quality and service to the customer. Online portal of this company for for only cheating and fooling the people to showing the bad quality of the eyeglasses....

Not even worth a star . I purchased two glasses . Requested Return for both as the eye test lenskart took was incorrect. They took one glass and refunded the money. The other glass is still with me . There is no response from their team . It is been 35 days . When I call they say will arrange a call from customer care. But no one calls . They send a email every two days . First they said it ll take 3-5 . Then 7-10 . Then asked 48 more hours....

My spectacle's frame become fading...

Sir, refer order no.[protected] product is deffective with respect to power for far distance vision. i am unable to see far distance . seems, power of glasses or cylendrical axis is not correct. causing headaches when used. money gone wasted. should have ordered from local optician. 3 days before I paid my amount through phonepe for lenskart .but still getting payment pending in lenskart .
Phonepe clearly said that the amount has reached the merchant, but lenskart is saying there was no amount credited......

The refund amount was made to store credit instead of refunding it to the bank....

Worst Service I have ever seen where my mother has to stay outside because of corona period who is aged (59 years) and also have critical operated eye situation, why you have opened the showroom just close it if your seller is not able to respect a women aged above 50. I have visited it 3 times what the hell!!!.
Previous experience is also very bad about purchasing a spectacle from you . No Response No Action . Well done

Less than 2 years back I got myself a pair of Powered Sun Glasses from Vincent Chase.

I maintain my Glasses very well and am very careful and there has never been any physical damage to the product from...

She did not mentioned it's for gold membership later in asking for it she mentioned it's for only gold membership...

But medium size glasses is not perfect for me then I request to return on 6 nov 2020 . My product pickup is done on 11 nov 2020 .

I have purchased John Jacobs Gunmetal Rimless Rectangle John Jacobs Pro Titanium JJ E10399-C3 Eyeglasses from Lenskart store at Rourkela, Odisha on[protected].

There is a severe issue in the frame especially right side of temple and nose pads (Nose Pad is putting pressure on nose).
Right side of temple is not straight as well. Nose Pads are also not aligned with each other.
Requested please arrange for collection...

I had bought this specs in aug and they are broken within 3 months. Even after repeated follow ups.. the frame is not yet picked up for repairing. Kindly refund the amount if you cannot take care and provide such poor quality. Really unhappy with all this interaction....

I bought one Vincent chase glass from Lenskart, whwn I opened it it screw came out from frame. When I tried to reinsert the screw the leg is not even matching with frame. Then I contacted Lenskart still now after 17days no one have came for the return pickup. Lenskart people are still saying another 48 hrs 72 hrs and it goes on.
