This particular company has been harassing me for the last three months by not refunding my legal expense (For sending them a legal notice during the lockdown period) along with my fully paid amount of rs 4628 along with compensation for not delivering the spectacles. I had ordered my spectacles to himalaya optical on 27/5/2020 and received the specs within 6 days.

      Hi team,

      I completely lost trust in lenskart. I am a loyal lenskart customer but this one incident has spoiled my trust and tested my patience to the core. I know its covid 19 situation and you are working with less resources available. But still what i had expected was a simple status of my product. See i have provided for a repair work even a local specs dealer would have given me a call for an update but what's the purpose of you people having an it team or department when i customer don't get updates on his product. If you people couldn't repair please let me know its a simple bend only i can repair it myself but please don't make a customer frustated by making him waiting for 90 days. Its a power glass so understand my feelings living without power glasses try living for 3 months without power glasses then you will understand my headache pain.

        Refund not received, no message or callregarding the delay. During covid time an open/unsealed package was delivered which was not accepted. Lenskart team has full support until you make the purchase and after purchase they are just unavailable. I tweeted and found that their social media team is pathetic and nobody cares.           In my sunglasses there was a repair needed so I mailed to support team of lenskart and they assured me that they will fix it post lockdown.Now when I visited the store representative there told me that it is not possible to repair the glasses and we have to initiate a replacement for the the same and they taken my request for the replacement but my request got rejected and the reason given is physical damage but it was not so a screw has got struck in arm which cannot be taken out and the frame other was ok.When I contacted support team to know about the reason they told me that it is branded product and such things and will not able to provide me a genuine reason.Please help me out . I intimated about the Same during the warranty so you cannot cancel the request on the basis of warranty being void. I have attached order number and request ID along with this mail .Please provide a resolution at the earliest.

            I ordered 2 specs on 28 june 2019 having 1 year warranty order no. For that pirchase is. [protected] and out of which 1 frame is damaged and i submited the frame at lenskart store in indore race course road and for which they told me that i can replace new order of another product worth rs 999 without any extra payment and for which i am trying to place the order but i am not able to place it because only rs.548 is added in my store credit and had not recieved any gift voucher and due to this balance payment is demanding.
            I also consulted custome care support for the samw issue 3 times and everytime they told me that request is raised and within 48 hours our executives will contact you but evertime i havr to contact them and explain the issue again and again but i am not getting any resolution.
            The product i have to order is having product id - 141184
            Kindly resolve my issue because everytime i complaint i did not get resolution and product is being sold out.
            I also faced the issue with previous orders with lenskart but this time i am loosing my temper so kindly solve it asap.

                I ordered eyeglasses from lencekart with the help of an agent through whatsapp chat. He orders eyeglasses on behalf of myself and say complete the payment of 894 rs. Now without seeing the actual product i was make payment then after 1 hour i checke the product it was a kid eyeglasses and ehen i wanted to complain about this to an agent he block me on whatsapp. Then after i wanted to cancel my order and want refund. On 6 may i ordered and from 6 may to 23 may they are delayed by some excuses and all the time they only say plz wait for 24 hours... Now they are saying that your product is delivered from our side... I want my refund

                  Oct 2018 i purchased an expensive pair of progressive glasses with a new frame. Everyone i wore i had a discomfort hence when visited a doc lately he opined that the glass is not cut properly. The reading focal center is off. I visited the vikaspuri outlet from where i made the purchased but they refused to address the issue.

                    Yesterday i had placed order for power glass for my son through lenskart chat help. The complete chat attached for your reference. I had started the chat asking to order powerglass. I made the payment on assurance from him that power technician will contact me and power glass will be delivered to me. Proof avl in the attached chat.

                    Contacted customer care also. They are putting the blame on me and saying that i have ordered normal glasses. The order is made by ur rep through chat services. I shred the otp for him to access the order. I made the payment as told by him. Shared the power prescription with him and he told me dont worry at all and lenskart will take care of power req... And now you have send glass without adhering to the power and putting shamelessly the blame on me.

                    I want my money back and i am disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour i[censored]r so called specialist team.

                    I am attaching the screen shots of my chat with ur expert who assured me power glasses for your reference. Request pay back my damage because o[censored]r incapable expert team. They havegiven me, worst service which anyone can expect during a lockdown situation. Poor show lenskart...

                            I am writing to you regarding deficiency in service by lenskart, when i have failed to get redressal from resolution officer. Please refer order reference no [protected].
                            I had purchased a sunglass by redeeming toi/lenskart voucher of rs 700/.
                            The sunglass was defective. I approached lc consumer complaint. They told to send pictures of defective piece, which i did. They called me and told, yes it is defective and they will change it. They arranged return pickup. It reaches to them. Then
                            They wrote me that they are giving voucher of rs 700 which can be used for fresh purchase.
                            Since there is no sunglasses available in that cost and i do not expend more, i request them to give me sunglass of lower value for which they don't agree. Then i asked him to return the same piece which they have collected from me. For which they don't agree.
                            They want that i go for higher value of sunglasses and pay the difference. For which i am not comfortable.
                            In today's mail mr manas denied to return the product. Mail is appended below-

                            I could not understand my fault. Why a customer is i'll treated. How can lc hold my product /not return the product. It is a gross negligence from his part as well as deficiency in service in the eye of law.

                              I ordered two spects from mahim (Mumbai) store of lenskart 0n 09/02/2019 and paid rs.15990. As usual i was told that specs will be delivered after receiving from workshop. On repeated follow up, the store was not able to deliver the satisfactory product and hence i was diverted to bandra store being a bigger one and have more varieties. Accordingly i did. But there too they were able to deliver both specs after repeated visits one in march and other in april 2019
                              As per the website details all products are subject to warranty for one year from the date of delivery.
                              Both the specs were of poor quality.in one case its glass got chirped and for other frame got broken into two pieces as it got rusted, both within a period of one year i. E. Warranty was available and accordingly on contacting their customer care, i was advised to visit the nearby store and get the products verified. Accordingly i visited their atria mall (Mumbai) store and got the product (S) verified. On getting satisfied the store manager told me to go for replacement one by one looking to avoid any inconvenience to me. Accordingly the replacement for one was delivered on 04/03/2020. The second one (Which was broken into two pieces) and is lying in store since 15/02/2020 was taken into consideration for replacement. With lot many calls and follow up some of the executives were ready but some are refusing and has created lot of confusion not only for me but for their own also. At last for second one the company is refusing to honor and saying that it is out of warranty.in the meantime the one which i got delivered on 04/03/2020 its glass again got chirped within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. This indicates the poor quality of the product supplied by the company and also disowning their own warranty conditions informing that my product is out of warranty by counting it from the date of order and not from the date of delivery. Thus company is acting against their own policy.

                                I ordered a eye glass before 16 days and the promised delivery date was 27th march. Due to lockdown the delivery got delayed and after that they gave me delivery date that i'll receive the glass within 5 to 7 days but again some executive called me and told that i'll receive the glass only after lockdown.
                                Finally i received on april 6 and which i received was empty parcel and again i called to customer care and complained about the same and after 2 days they placed a replacement order and they promised me that i'll receive the glass within 7 days but it's been more than 10 days i haven't received the glass and the parcel has not yet reached my destination. This shows that lenskart is very worst in their services and giving fake communications to customers. I want lenskart to cancel this order and refund the full money i have paid. I'll never receive the order if it reaches my location... I don't want anything from lenskart hereafter.

                                  I'm hereby requesting a refund as soon as possible due to the cheap quality of frames being sold in lenskart store, kammanahalli branch next to naturals icecream store.
                                  I bought 4 frames, buy one get one offer spent rs.32, 000/- out of which 3 are progressive and being a progressive lens user my line of sight shouldn't move, frames after 15 days o[censored]sage is falling of my face, it doesn't sit well on my ears at all. I'm unable to drive it keeps falling off. I cant climb the stairs when i look down it falls, as a matter of fact i cant do any work because it's constantly sliding and falling off. I've tripped and fell several times because of altered vision and frame keeps coming off. I'm suffering with this problem with all 4 of my frames due to this i'm getting severe migraine headaches whenever i'm using any one of the 4 frames instantly all thanks to lenskart for providing me with such horrible quality of frames which cant stay in its place as intended. How can a frame get loose within 15 days o[censored]sage? This shows the utterly cheap quality of frames being sold at unbelievably higher price, i'm getting the same frames on sheen for less than rs.500/-
                                  I went to the store regarding this issue all they had to say was use both your hand while taking off or while wearing your specks. I've been using specks even since i was a child from 2nd grade until now i. E. Approximately 30 years plus since i'm using specks i know how to handle it! I've bought frames throughout my life but never have i encountered such a problem.
                                  Staffs at the store tightened the screws which i thought the matter was resolved at the moment, frames got loose again within the next day, the frame which i was wearing to drive back home fell by the time i got back home! I visited the store the second time all they did was tightening the screw again which was of no use at all even the second time. The staffs are not taking this issue seriously and washing their hands off by giving careless response but when i was buying frames they were all good showing me all the frames and options i have at their store and carving a bill amounting to rs.32000/-
                                  I'm very disappointed with lenskart and feel robbed after spending rs.32000/- at the store i'm not able to use the frames as it's not serving the sole purpose. Is this the kind of quality and response i get from lenskart? I feel i've made the wrong choice by choosing your brand over others!
                                  Im hereby kindly requesting a full refund of my amount i'm not one bit satisfied with my buy failing to which i'll be forced to go to the consumer court.
                                  When i reviewed on play store your people gave me the wrong email address '[protected]@lenskart.com'. Is this some kind of diversion to avoid a customer's issue?
                                  I even spoke to customer care they were very ignorant and i wasn't heard my problem isn't solved and made me feel i've made a big mistake by choosing lenskart frames.

                                    My specs has damaged on and it's been date for 11 months. Now they are not ready to give replacement, saying only 25% can be paid out of full.. really very cheap service. Now customer care is telling its already 1 year completed. So we can't give replacement. On that they said they can't give.. Really poor communication

I'm suffering with this problem with all 4 of my frames due to this I'm getting severe migraine headaches whenever I'm using any one of the 4 frames instantly all thanks to lenskart for providing me with such horrible quality of frames which cant stay in its place as intended. How can a frame get loose within 15 days o[censored]sage ? This shows the utterly cheap quality of frames being sold at unbelievably higher price, I'm getting the same frames on sheen.com for less than Rs.500/-
                                      I went to the store regarding this issue all they had to say was use both your hand while taking off or while wearing your specks. I've been using specks even since I was a child from 2nd grade until now i.e. approximately 30 years plus since I'm using specks I know how to handle it ! I've bought frames throughout my life but never have I encountered such a problem.
                                      Staffs at the store tightened the screws which I thought the matter was resolved at the moment, frames got loose again within fe hours o[censored]sage, the frame which I was wearing to drive back home fell by the time I got back home ! I visited the store the second time all they did was tightening the screw again which was of no use at all even the second time. The staffs are not taking this issue seriously and washing their hands off by giving careless response but when I was buying frames they were all good showing me all the frames and options I have at their store and carving a bill amounting to Rs.32000/-
                                      I'm very disappointed with lenskart and feel robbed after spending Rs.32000/- at the store I'm not able to use the frames as it's not serving the sole purpose. Is this the kind of quality and response I get from lenskart ? I feel I've made the wrong choice by choosing your brand over others !
                                      Im hereby kindly requesting a full refund of my amount I'm not one bit satisfied with my buy failing to which I'll be forced to go to the consumer court.
                                      When I reviewed lenskart app and commented my problem their team gave me wrong email address I cant even contact lenskart.
                                      Lenskart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
