Hi,

Today again lenscart guy had called me to ask if i can visit a lenscart outlet. Instead of sending their refractionists to my home after giving me appointment twice, making me wait, attending c their calls, answering patiently, updating them, no use.. Except coming home as promised, everything else they are talking, calling me, wasting my time, irritating & harassing me from 4 days..
If they are not attending people...

This is the second time i got appointment from lenscart after they checked my area pin-code.

Lenscart wasted my 4 precious days, no respect for my patience to attend 15-20 phone...

Firstly, ordered one sunglasses it was of medium size than exchange order placed by lenskart team itself, received the order but product was defective, returned order but yet received the status of exchange order.
Product was broke, scratch marks were there it was defective
No proper actions been taken

I got a call from lenskart on the 16th and i ordered the contact lens on the phone then i did not like cash on delivery for delivery, then they sent the link to the e-mail then i pay money 603 rs on google pay. However, when they come to my massage e-mail that the payment is pending, make payment continuously and they have not even processed the order yet....

I was offered a frame which was not physically available with the salesman who came to my house. I ordered a bigger frame as per the size of my head, which was committed, however a smaller frame has been delivered. On requesting for a change, it is not getting picked up for 3 days now. I wnt a full refund of the same against the same. Else i will be compelled to move to appropriate authorities for a resolution....

Even after getting appointment to my pin code 560049 address, refractionists not coming to home for checking eyes saying this is village, it's showing some village etc.. Wasting my day.. Customer care called me for update thrice, instead they should update me.. Executives not working sincerely, very lazy.. Instead of wasting time on phone, they could've come & gone..

It is sorry to say that till date the issue has not been solved to the customer satisfaction. The details of incidences after the email registered by the customer are as under:
1. An email sent on dated 06.02.2020 dated 10.42am explaining my grievance,
2. A call received from [protected] lenzkart.com and mr mayank sharma listened to my grievance and assured for redressal.
3. On dated 07.02.2020 i received my discount...

Sir,
I had ordered an item (Id:[protected]) but due to size issues, i returned it but refund hasn't been processed yet. Initially i ordered the different item (I'd:[protected]) but returned it due to size issues and got store credit, that i used for above mentioned order. I talked to customer care but no resolution was provided. Kindly look into the matter.

I had made an order for the amount of rs.4591 and cancelled after the amount was deducted. I have been requesting refund since 3 months and it has still not been processed.
I have been contacting customer service, they always tell me to give them 48 hours which is a week in their dictionary.
My tickets always get closed stating my refund has been processed but it does not reflect in my account.

Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As...

I bought 3 pair of lens and i have used two pair of lens without any complaint, but when i opened the 3rd pair of lens, the left lens was broken and when i talk to the customer care of lenskart, they said that they can do nothing for that . I have also bought and used lens earlier, there was no problem at all . Lenskart should replace my left lens because without left, right lens will also of no use . I hope that some actions would be taken...

I have recently taken your eye check up services at home. Then a number is given by your executive. I was asking him continuously that number given by you is correct or not. He doesn't reply. After getting specs of that number, i get meibomitis infection in my eyes within three days o[censored]sage. Then i visit to doctor he told me that the number given by your executive is not right. Please take action in this regard....

It's been two month I am not getting my refund for your mistake, just getting the mail we will refund, sorry for inconvenience, and provide the bank details. Several times I had provided the bank details but still the sam. And whenever I call the customer care, the customer care people talk very arrogantly.

Today on 1-1/2020, i visited lv prasad eye institute for regular eye check-up. There upon diagnosis, doctor said that left eye glass has incorrect power than what is there in the prescription. It has sph -1.00 and axis 160, but the glass has sph:+0.50 and axis 75. To my shock when doctor asked me to see only with my left see, i can't see anything. This is complete blunder my lenskart. I ordered 2 sets of spects from lenskart no. 1, gds complex, green circle, new katpadi road, vellore, tn, & paid rs. 14000/-. It took 17 days to deliver the articles and to my surprise the spects are giving blur vision & need to adjust my focus by moving the spects here & there / front or back. The earlier spects which i am still using does not have the same issue. I request to replace the spects as i am not able to use it if i use i get...

When i visit a shop with doctor's prescription about my eye speaks my no is for short vison but i got a long distance vison speak which is not useful for me i go to shop about this problems but they never try to solved my problem i have a near no 0.75 but i got long vison 0.50 about same problem when i know i went lenskart shop in airoli sec 7 but they respond vary rudely and even not solve my problem...

I have given my spectacles for the frame change in lenskart.com kengeri satellite town. Initially he said 1 day then it's already 8 days passed and everyday i go to store and the people there tell me different reasons everyday. Not even refunding my amount and returning my spectacles back. I seriously fed up with those people and i am seriously suffering from headache without using specs. I just lost my trust and should take this issue seriously....

I had given my specs to change the glass/lens. It was told that i will get it in 3 to 4 days. Now 8 days passed i have not got my specs. They don't even bother to call and tell what is the status of the delivery. And when we try to contact the store first of all the have network issues they just keep saying hello hello and hello after that when you tell them the problem they will say we will get back to you in 2 mins and their 2 mins never...

It is just a worst experience with lenskart that they just sell the product and doesn’t want to resolve the problem, if any customer is facing for around 3 months.
I have been escalating the same over phone and on email but in vain. They just reply a copy & paste mail, that’s it. They are just not willing to resolve my issue, but dragging.
