I ordered the spectacles on 10th june and got the confirmation that it will be delivered on 15th june.
After waiting for the product, i made a call on 16th june. Then i got to know that my order has been cancelled due to payment issue. There was no communication made to me about the payment issue prior. I checked with my bank and there was no issue with my payment. Next day i get a call from customer care and they are saying that there is no issue with the payment now. Height of mismanagement!!!
Till date i have not got any reason why the order was cancelled, why the communication was made to me about it will de delivered on 15th june
Now they are saying, it will take another 5 days to deliver the product as they will now process the order again.
Being a leading seller this is how you are managing the orders of the essential items.
