Hi Team,

On Feb 7 2020, I have raised return request and it was accepted as per policy. And the pick up was suppose to dome by 48 hours. But neither the pick nor any refund done for the order Id [protected]. I have raised several emails to pick and confirm on the status. But no response for my email on feb and mar 12. After that Due to covid I was not getting any update from lenskart and whenever I try to connect them over...

I had ordered my glasses 6 days back at lenskart.. Deshpande nagar, Hubli. Was promised door delivery at SDM medical college Sattur, I had called the manager 3-4 times since morning and the delivery was being postponed from12 pm to 7 pm- and now is said to be delievered at an inappropriate time of 10 pm... I’ve never experienced such undignified responses as in being delivered at 10 pm at the night. Kindly look into this!...

Got a big frame width

I had ordered a powered spectacle at lenskart through app. I had ordered a frame width of 138 mm but the specs that I got was 140 mm. It keeps sliding off face. There is no use of it when it slides off and does not serve the purpose.

Shades formed inside lens

I bought lenses paying over Rs.8000/-. its been over a year. Now shades are forming insidd lense and cant see through the shades. causing eyes to pain if worn. It seems manufacturing defective or sub-standard quality if lenses for such a costly price. i want them be replaced immediately with good ones. please respond to me immediately....

Product missing

I ordered a yearly pack of aqua lens solution bottles. A total of 900 ml. In which it contained a 60 ml, 120 ml, 360ml and 360 ml solution bottles. I received my order today on 19th December, 2020. A bottle of 360 ml was missing from my order. I have paid an entire amount of Rs 799 for 900 ml. Out of which I have received only 540ml. Where is my 360 ml aqua lens solution bottle which I have paid for ?? I want my entire order to be delivered...

Contact lens/ Defective

Hi,

I am very disappointed with the product I received today.

I had ordered Coloured Contact Lens and I was not able to wear it at all. Both the lenses are defective. My eyes started tearing continuously. I am so unhappy....

Not received my order. Support team not at all supporting.

I have placed the order and paid the full amount on 30th November, it has been 15 days and the product has not yet been received.
Every time i call the customer support they tell me that they will call me within 30 minutes and no one ever calls.
The customer support of lenskart is the worst.
Every person from lenskart support team tells a different story.
I have bought many glasses from lenskart but this time...

As per the offer on Lenskart app to new customers, I should get a frame along with lens only for Rs.299. However, Lenskart agent Achintya Mishra says I will have to pay 999 + 299 + GST which is ridiculous. As I was sure about the offer, I asked him to read the offer again carefully. This is when he abused me and said that I dont have common sense.

Such is the quality of Lenskart customer care. If they dont...

I placed an order for two glasses on 8th Dec, and recieved one of them yesterday. The second product tracking details say that the package is damaged and is undeliverable. The customer care service of Lenskart barely responds. But now lenskart will say that they'll refund half of the amount to me and when I'll place a new order they are going to take the complete money. The package is damaged and it's not my fault but why should I suffer?...
