I am writing about your showroom at Nallasopara east near DMart, I am from the same building, I visited your showroom twice yesterday once at afternoon then at evening but I noticed your staff not even caring to speak to us and in the evening when I asked your person after waiting for nearly 20 minutes the person says he is busy and take time to attend me. He didn't even bother when I started walking out, this is not the type of behavior we expect from a reputed firm like yours this only adds in loosing customers and he was nor other staff we're that busy otherwise I wouldn't have complained, they knew we'll that I was coming the second time but still they were totally careless as if it doesn't matter to them that customers come or not. I was hert and shocker.

    I ordered a lens from lenscart from kolkata fariapukur id no above. They gave me wrong lens through which I could see nothing. At first they were denying the fact. later they agreed and then sent for again giving new power. But they are doing so much late. They are not giving time. I am having problem with my eyes with so high power. Their behaviour is very bad. They are not telling a date when they will give the lens

      This is in regards to the faulty spectacles that I had received and for which a pickup was arranged after so much hassle. My spectacles was picked up from my place and it has been over 10 days and since then I have received no communication regarding the same. I want an update of where my specs is and how much more time will it take for the exchange to be initiated.
      One more thing that I would like to touch upon is the poor customer service. I have called customer executive more than twice only to hear that I will receive a call back on my number for this issue, which I never did. Also dropped a mail to which I have received no reply to as wel. I never really expected this from a company like Lenskart. Decent and responsive customer service is the least I expect from a company as big as Lenskart.

        I ordered my spectacles from the lenskart app.the frame got broken without any physical effort.i thought that the lenskart app is an trusted app.i don't know why I got such cheap quality frame. I barely used my spectacles a week.i don't know what to do.so I'm raising my complaint through this.hope you will respond and resolve my issue

          Order ID : [protected] - Refund not yet received amounting to Rs.1904. Called 8-10 times and asked them the status to which they reply that the refund is completed. Shared my UPI account statement with them but they did not reply. It has been more than 10 working days but the lenskart refund has not iccured into my account. The transaction ID for refund which they gave does not exist with my UPI bank.

Your app shows status that refund is completed and your customer care number says that refund is completed but the refund has not occurred in my account statement which I have already shared with you. Issue and credit my refund to my UPI ID immediately.

              I purchased spectacles from lenskart and after delivery I found that the line connecting the 2 side, it's right side was tilted up and looked awkward and I said them to look into them . They said that they will rectify them by sending to lab and after 2 days they gave the same frame. I want it to be rectified.

                  I got a new progressive lens made from nagpur store. The proportion of power in the lens is not as per mark as a result i am not able to use it. Also side vision is not there which is hampering my vision. I am getting messages for 30% discount on my mobile from lens kart but the same was not applied in my bill

                    I had placed an order on 26th of January amounted 1618 and the amount has been debited from my account. The e statement says success. However, it still says payment pending. I have contacted customer care but they keep asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours every time I talk to them. It's been more than that.

                          In June one of executive of lenskart did home visit to check vision of 3ofmy family members and provided wrong prescription for all which we didn't knew and ordered more than 15 frames online for all o[censored]s. The prescription was wrong which was confirmed by our accidental visit to lenskart Kemp's corner shop. Even Prescription for my son aged 13was without cylinder or axis number and discrepancy was more than 1.5 when we asked lenskart just to change the five lenses of my son's glasses out 15 they denied that. Kindly guide me how to proceed

                            I had ordered contact lens on 16.02.21 vide order ID [protected]...as per process paying the amount desired.On 21.02.21, a delivery boy vide it's mob no [protected] contacted around 4pm for delivery of my consignment. He was guided accordingly with proper location and address herein Bilaspur, CG. But he failed to deliver the item and remain out of contact. Around 8pm yesterday he attended the phone on call from another no and told that the same will be delivered on 22.02.21.I waited all day long but neither delivery was done nor the above no attended phone to respond.                               On 2nd Feb, 2021, I have cancelled the order. It was communicated to me that I will get refund in 24 to 48 hours.
                              On follow up on 9th Feb 2021, it was again acknowledged that the issue is taken up and refund initiated so I should be getting refund within 7-10 working days. Now, every time I contact the support center, I had to give all background and get the same reply but no refund received yet.

                                    Had ordered a glass with lenskart on 3rd January 2021. When I received the glass, the glass had scratches even when I had ordered and paid for anti scratch glass. Now I guess lenskart is making me to visit there store every week to provide the exact same faulty product.
