    I west to the store (Lenskart fazir bazar shibpur shop no 493 GT road ground floor Howrah pin 711102 West Bengal) ist time on 11th this month because one screw of my John and Jacob spectacle has been came out and they fixed it in that store though it was loose and they told it will not come out but it came out on 17th I again went to the store and told I want to buy the same frame just change my glass to that new frame they told they will send that to their lab in kolkata and fix it max to max by 21st and will call me but they didn't call I called the store on 22nd ist time they told they will inform me soon but they didn't call 2nd time I call and they told me that my spectacle is not in their store and they will conform with their back up team but they again didn't inform me anything and 3rd time when I called they told it's in their lab it will take another 2-3 day minimum. There is lockdown going on in West Bengal it's difficult to go repeatedly to a store and it was my only spectacle with adjusted power

      Hi team,

      I visited Lenskart store of Nagori garden - Bhilwara, rajasthan.

      At the time of store visit, the store manger - Prateek Chauhan made us wait outside the store considering the covid situation which was understandable and we waited for almost half an hour outside the store.

      After half an hour when I went inside the store I asked Prateek Chauhan for eye checkup so that I could choose the glasses and spectacle incase of any change in my eyesight for that he made us wait for more than 2 hours just for the eye checkup even when he himself along with the 2 staff were doing nothing and sitting idle.

      And even after making us wait for 2 hours he was not sorry and started arguing as we requested him for the checkup and reminded him the same .

      The behaviour shown by store manager PRATEEK CHAUHAN was PATHETIC, UNAPOLOGETIC AND EGOISTIC. Attitude was very bad and negative .

      He even made fun o[censored]s for waiting infront o[censored]s with his fellow staff prasant .

      I would never ever recommend my friends and family to visit that store ever again if the staff is not given proper lesson for his inappropriate behaviour.

      And if he stays there as store manger for too long I am 100% sure that store will be shut down very soon.

            Lenskart father’s day sale is on
            And when we try to order frames only under sale
            Then they say u have to buy lenses also
            They have not mentioned anywhere that frames only cant be bought
            In fact when we select frames from sale section they are added to cart but discount is not being applied
            If only frames cant not be ordered from sale section then why are they giving option to order it

                Received notification from Lenskart for CORP program, as part of which after registering with my company email ID I will receive CORP offer code.

                Which I did as they mentioned in that mail, after which I received offer code.

                After some days I tried to utilize that voucher code, but notice that it is not working & raise concern with Lenskart, where they gave reason that CORP program offer has been discontinued.

                Which is not making sense, as you already dispatched voucher code & it should work.

                  I have purchased 2 spectacle with frame from lenskart near Victoria college, Palakad, Kerala showroom in December. But within 2 months one of that frame broken. And I had given it to the showroom for repair but they told me that they can do nothing and also asked me to buy a frame which cost the same as new spectacular. And I was forced and I had to purchase another pair. Although service was good while purchasing new frame, service afterwards is really not satisfactory.

                  As I visited the showroom at Palakkad and requested for the repair which was denied and I was convinced to order another pair which is just creating volume. Your people utilised the situation for more business. It's nothing but cheating in all sense.

                  Lenskart need to improve the way service is provided. I am a gold member and has been purchasing for a while. But that was an annoying experience.

                  Training has to be given for those who deal the customer

                  So please do the needful.

                    I bought 2 specs from Lenskart under Gold Membership scheme of one Plus one, I paid Rs 2800. I guess Rs 1400 per glasses for computer glasses is above average.

                    I bought Gold membership to do this.

                    Now, they delivred one of the glasses but did not deliver the other one citing that courier partner returned it.
                    How am I as a consumer supposed to believe this kind of stuff?

                    I called them on 09th June and was told by the customer care that I will get my order in 2 days. Then later during the day I got an email stating "Refund request approved".
                    I never asked for refund and that store credit of Rs 840.

                    Couple of things:
                    1. Why run a scheme if they cant fulfill it?
                    2. Why did they lie to me?
                    3. I never requested for a refund
                    4. The same glasses will cost me double of the store credit they have given me i.e. Rs 1680.
                    5. I wrote to them that I need the product as it is. But, only store credit email has been sent to me.

                    Still, they have gone ahead and processed the refund without my consent and without any further response to my mails dated 09th June.

                    I need help with this.
                    This is an utterly disappointing experience for me. I am not happy at all with what has been done and might be happening with other customers too.

                      I am Deepanjali from satna.I have to raise a serious complaint about satna rewa road satna.Me and my sister went to a shop for eye checkup today and employees at the store acted so weirdly, I told them to get my eyes checked and they were like first select eye frame and I was like I ordered eye frame 1 week back so I have to make that frame into power then the lady told we can not get your eyes checked because there is the electricity and I bet she was lying as I have seen electricity.What type of service you are giving to your customers, We are the regular customers we are taking frames every 8 months .

                        With reference to this subject order,
                        I asked for width of 135mm instead of 131mm. Employee advised he can make it 134mm for sure and will try but cannot promise for 165mm

                        Height alone make it to 28mm instead of 33mm which he said he will drop email and take care. Not to worry about it.

                        Pls note I spoke to Rajan employee id 54242 via screen share did the placement. I asked him to clarify and since he committed I went ahead. He said he will drop email to take care. I believe your calls are recorded. He called from lenskart sales number only [protected] on this Tuesday ar 1.50pm for 10 minutes and 30 seconds. Post which I discussed one more time where he called me and clarified that he is dropping email to take care.

                        I have attached what's app proof to support He said 29 he can take care. I asked for 28 and he said it's fine. But they didn't care about all these and was like a broken record.

                        Let me know the below

                        Width go with 133mm instead of 131mm (ideally he committed 134mm but fine for 2mm you have given)

                        Height I need 28mm. Or atleast 29mm as he has committed.

                        I tried this multiple times with them and after almost a month thought they wouldn't change

                          I am Raghavendra, Since there was Lockdown I wished to purchase Eyeglasses from Lenskart.com...I have selected few eyeglasses and added to cart but there was continuous calls and notifications insisting to place order...Then i had a chat with their representative and he placed an order of 2 JJ Eyeglasses with Blu cut fully loaded antiglare thin lens package and 2 fogg Lens cleaners...
                          they promised that within 3-4 days it ll be delivered...
                          waited waited waited finally received the courier collected it and opened the package but i was fooled by getting empty packages...
                          Just i found 2 empty cases with cleaning cloth pieces and empty boxes...
                          Previously we use get eyeglasses and respective informative & Warranty cards and Tools.

                          But oly now just empty boxes...

                          Since we have Migrane and eye issues if they do such things whom should we ask...

                          I have mailed them regarding this stating as please look into this and solve this as soon as possible and please provide me eyeglasses by their offline store since my mother is facing severe problems...

                          Since i have already travelled to their offline store which is 40 kms away ...
                          but it was closed.

                          Since they asked I have shared the images and a filled form...
                          But till now no response through mail or call also.
                          Meanwhile i have enquired through their App chat and then they are saying that they have sent eyeglasses they checked so they are helpless.
                          So I have paid money for Empty boxes nearly 5k.
                          Really disgusting with the service from lenskart.
                          I ll not leave this here until i get solution.

                          Actually I have placed for 4 eyeglasses in tat I got 2 eyeglasses but 2 were missing.

                            Hi Team,
                            With due respect, i am upset to share this.
                            I had purchased eye glasses for myself & my husband in the last year lockdown. As we could not go out for the eye test & glasses.
                            The marketing guy came to our house, did a eye test for both o[censored]s and got our eye glasses with - in 4-5 days.
                            Unfortunately since then we were facing a eye problem after using the glasses. Even my husband went for a another eye check up and the glasses number provided by Lenskart from the actual one was way too different.
                            He had exchanged his glasses and at a a relief now.
                            But in my case i am still suffering a lot with eyes burning sensation/itching/dark circles cause of rubbing as i am still not able to exchange my glasses due to current lockdown.

                            I need immediate assistance on this/ or if refund is the only option. Else i ll have to try other way arround.

                              Hi, I had purchased lens for 1 year about 3-4 months ago. But the quality of lens is very bad. I have been purchasing from lenskart for a very long time and this has never happened. The lens keeps tearing and i have to change within a week. This has never happened before.                                     I paid Rs. 951 for a pair of Vincent chase eyeglasses with anti glare and it says payment pending though I paid the full amount. I’m worried as many customers having similar problems still haven’t had their problems solved even after the representative said wait for 24 hrs. This was my first time buying form lenskart and I really thought it was a genuine website and never thought I’ll be facing such silly payment issues on first try. If customers complaints of such issues for long, shouldn’t something be done to solve it by now?

                                      I order spectacles and done payment on 25 April 2021. I have raised the issue with Lenskart support team and also with bank support team.
                                      Lenskart says they didn't recieve payment and bank says the amount is debited from your account and credited in merchant account.

                                      Its been now one month but the issue is not resolved.

                                        I have very tried to blocking number leanskart getting lots of promotion massage . I had block lots of number . But again and again getting same massage.
