I have ordered a Progressive lens spectacles from Lenskart, Opp. Jain Mandir, Tembhi Naka Thane in August 16 for my Mom. After waiting for almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered, i received the spectacles from store and there is problem in spectacles. My Mom said that The vision was not fine, and we got found that they just change the vision no. on glass- glass no. is different and actual Checked eye no. from lenscart store is different and they told that she has to give it time to get USED TO the spectacles as progressive usually takes time. Further we test with our eye doctor she told that they have not given the left eye no.on glass (the glass no. and eye test no. not matched or they have give visionless / no.less glass on left side) but she could not use the spectacles for reading as there was a slight double vision lettering she read - on a book or Newspaper or even while using a mobile. I took it back to the showroom as i remembered they had sold me the deal promising there is a free replacement in case the piece has any issues. When i told them the problem - which was obviously to do with the progressive lens, they were very reluctant to accept the issues and kept insisting that she (my mom) has to give it time to get USED TO the spectacles as progressive usually takes time. Since my mom agreed to try it for few more days. After using it forcefully, she found that using it for too few hours was giving me a head ache and water comes from eyes and become watery eyes - possible because of reading wrong vision glasses.And Finally i went back to the store. And they insisted that it was a setting problem and they can adjust the frame and it can be rectified. They did some adjustment with the frame ans asked me to try it for a few more day. After realizing it was not possible for her to use it for reading after couple of weeks i went back to the store.we went store for 3-4 times for same problem.This time i insisted that the problem was with the lens and asked then to replace the lens.They agreed and said they will call you once the replacement comes back. After a two weeks i received message from lenscart and after that the store people didn't call for collect the spectacles, i called them from my side and they told me to it is ready to collect. I went to the store and tried the spectacles and found that the problem was exactly the same - Nothing has changed / improved. When i told them the reading vision is as bad as before, and NOT CLEAR as my eye no. is, they again give the wrong no. glasses for near vision eye sight . as eye test no. state 2.0 and on the glass it shows 1.75 and everytime they showed on their machine it always give fluctuating power no. and different near vision.in between 1.75 and 2.00 fluctuation on the glass.(as we checked the spectacles with other Ophthalmologists she said again they have given the wrong no.glasses as showed in test eye no.she also checked on machine and not showing proper checked eye test no. with glasses no. always fluctuating, any Ophthalmologists said that it should not be fluctuating once the no. is correct ) they said that they will adjust the frame and it will be ok. By this time i realized that it all this a ploy and cheating. I SAID EVEN IF IT IT THE PROBLEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Finally i said i have already wasted 4 to 5 months trying to get this spectacle and - now i have completely lost faith in the LENSKART SERVICE AND AS BAD AS THEIR ARROGANT SALES PERSONS in store. Either give me a Spectacles that has proper vision of take this spectacle back and refund my money. To which they said that wont happened and u have to used it as it is, you have to used to it we cant do any thing - they even said that get the bifocal lenses so i agreed but they ASKED FOR EXTRA MONEY for the same bifocal glasses around 1500 rs. and i have alrady wasted 5000rs. for defective lens spectacles from lenscart .so i realised that they Lenscart people are MAKING FOOLS AND CHEATED TO CUSTOMERS AND MAKING MONEY. This incident happened today. Thought i should post it on the internet - so that other people should not get fooled in this way again.

    Scratches in lens

    I have purchased spectacles (Both frame and lens) from lenskart from malleshwaram branch, bangalore - 560003 and order number is 948898. They sais the lens are scratch less proof. Now with in 10 month there are many scratches. I called the showroon guy and they are saying, they have not promised this. This guys will spoke politely till we buy product from them, then after they won't care this. Can some one can look into this, replace my lens...

    I had order a specs and received the same within 2 working days, but the lens size were large, informed them to resize it. It is been 3 weeks size i returned still no response from them...Very very sick behavior from lenkart. Called them 3 to 4 times, each person says we are very sorry for what has happened, but no action taken till now..Fed up with lenkart.

      I"m using softlens which comes a set of 6 each. The last time my lens of right eye tore I ignored it thinking that maybe I might have done any mistake but it has happened with two other right eye lens of mine. It just tears apart for no reason. I am quite certain that it is due to its poor quality. I'm traveling these days and this has happened. I don't have any more lens left. I'm in Ludhiana and I need you to do something about it soon as it is very convenient, in fact this is the first time that something like this has happened. Kindly help me out through this.

        Regarding order no. 2755916 ordered at Lenskart store at Gaurav Towers, Jaipur. It was placed on 21st March. I recieved the specs on 26th March but it was faulty as one of the lens was broken. And hence the specs were returned and I was asked to check after 2-3 days. I visited the store after 3 days, there was no progress and even the order was not placed. I was again given a promise that they will soon check why the order has not been placed and get back to me. I again did not recieve any call. Finally after another 2-3 visits to the store the order was again placed on 1st April. Again I visited the store thrice between 1st to 6th, only to get fake promises of the order being in process and will be here in a day or two. During this even the store guy lied to me on 4th April that specs was in fitting should be here in a day or two. I called on 7th and the reply I got was astonishing. He told me to take refund as they are unable to process the order. I visited the store in evening where according to store manager the order was not at all assigned.

        Store manager for the first time escalated this matter to his manager on call. This is after 16 days you have recieved my order. The escalation process could have started pretty soon. And to my disappointment he again asked a day to try but made it clear that we are in no position to give you the specs even the next day. All he could offer was again refund. Also all the lies till that day were exposed here as the order was not even assigned forget about fitting or delivery in next two days.

        I have spent more on my fuel and telephone bills than I have on the product. I have to leave for Delhi on 8th April and for that I ordered my specs on 21st March. But on 7th all lenskart could offer was refund of my own money. I had to purchase specs from a local vendor with same day delivery and hence was charged much higher. And with all this the constant frustation, anger and effort of explaining and tackling store guys, customer care people and social media team.

          i want to address this complaint to mr.peyush bansal who is founder of this company .today, i went to lenskart outlet which is located in aditya mall at ground floor in indirapuram in ghaziabad u.p. i finalized my aviator sunglasses in polaraid model. it was so horrible and shocking experience at this outlet. when i reached at billing desk, there was a guy who told me different price for the same product. i felt completely shocked because the price tag which was attached with this sunglasses shows MRP:-999/- bt at billing counter, guy told me to pay for 1199/-(Rs:-200/-extra) for the same sunglasses. That means your company is doing openly cheating with the customer because you are showing different price on tag which is available on display and when customer finalized that same product, you are charging more amount than MRP mentioned on the same product. This is absolutely fraud with the customer.I will never recommended to anyone to buy sunglasses from this company outlet. The long distance vision was fine, but i could not use the spectacles for reading as there was a slight double vision on an lettering i read - on a book or Newspaper or even while using a laptop. I took it back to the showroom as i remembered they had sold me the deal promising there is a free replacement in case the piece has any issues. When i told them the problem - which was obviously to do with the progressive lens, they were very reluctant to accept the issues and kept insisting that i has to give it time to get used to the spectacles as progressive usually takes time. Since i had used progressive before i agreed to try it for few more days. After using it forcefully, i found that using it for too few hours was giving me a head ache - possible because of reading blurred (double) vision. I had another set of progressive which was having crystal clear reading vision. And it used to be a pleasure to shift to that set after using the Lenskart spectacles. Finally i went back to the store. And they insisted that it was a setting problem and they can adjust the frame and it can be rectified. They did some adjustment with the frame ans asked me to try it for a few more day. After realizing it was not possible for me to use it for reading after couple of weeks i went back to the store.This time i insisted that the problem was with the lens and asked then to replace the lens.They agreed and said they will call you once the replacement comes back. After a week they called me to say they have to place a new order and that i had to validate a OTP that will come to my mobile phone and have to tell them the OTP to validate the order.. I obliged. After a week i got a call saying the new spectacles had arrived. I went to the store (after few day as i was away) and tried the spectacles and found that the problem was exactly the same - Nothing has changed / improved. When i told them the reading vision is as bad as before, they said that they will adjust the frame and it will be ok. By this time i realized that it all this a ploy. Deep in my hear i feel that the same spectacles was given back to me - Though i didn't say it, the store exec kept insisting that a new order was generated and this was a new spectacles. I SAID EVEN IF IT IT THE PROBLEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Finally i said i have already wasted 3 months trying to get this spectacle and - now i have completely lost faith in the LENSKART SERVICE. Either give me a Spectacles that has proper vision of tak this spectacle back and refund my money.               Till date nobody resolve this serious matter for sr. citizen's valuable reputed 69 year's old coustemer cum pesent after 50 days till lenscart haven't deposited my amounts rs. 800/-& rs. 4500/-in saraswat bank sinhgad branch pune. 51. No any positive response from any one how customers care pesent customers like this??? I will put up this serious matter to jago ghrahak jago, , , consumer forum, , , ghrahak SURAKSHA centre... There is no way till I am depressed and suffered to f here's mentally dipressed if any maker serious issue hospitalized any serious issue lesnscart. com fully responsible for it??? Mind Well???

                I ordered from on 18th Mar they sent wrong part in five days. When I complained they collect wrong from from me and In formed me that the Frame I selected is not in stock and proposed md to choose different color. I had not option but to choose something else which I didnt like. I selected black. I even knowing the delay the took two days to process the order. Order deli to me on 1st April and I surprised to see again wrong Frame.

                What the hell is this? It seem they are playing a game...

                I complained again and waiting for their action
                To be honest, Lenskart is Bakvas in service. No sense o[censored]rgency. For Lenskart s mistake their customer is suffering. No matter for then, they will keep talking like a they are doing favor on me.

                  Received spectacles after one month and still it is not proper

                  I have received my spectacles one month ago in Lajpat nagar store and found that it is loose to me then one of the lajpat nagar team member asked me to come after they will call me in 2 or 3 days, I didn't received any call from them and I visited store in 4 days and found that lajpat nagar store team was not able to find spectacles. Again they said that give your home address and they deliver to me . But as usual no call...

                  This is to inform you that last night i faced very horrible experience from your side. Actually what happened was, suddenly i got started to receive so many massages having only 'verification codes' on my mobile number. I took it as normally, but i shocked to see it was not getting stopped.continuously i was getting those useless massages until and unless full night. You will also be shocked to know that i had received more than 12003 sms unless full night And because of that my iphone got disabled its not working now. I tried to contact you guys but got no response.your numbers were not contactable.Now i want you to reimburse the entire loss with the compensation what i faced just because of your organisation . because i have a strong doubt that you are misusing my contact number and cheating peoples by my contact details.                     On 19 March lens kart representative tried to place an order on my behalf from his own device. He told me to make payment from account first. I made the payment but he could not place the order. He assured me that my amount would be refunded in 2 days but nothing happened. I continuously followed up but i have not received the refund yet. Had a very bad experience with lenskart in this regard. Product are also not good. I made another order which i used but have to return it within 5 days because it was not worth and comfortable.

                      I had asked customer care to refund the money for above order and they are asking me to visit or speak to the store from where I ordered. This is insane. I am asking for refund of my money and store shouldn't have authority or control to dictate terms to the customer. Lenskart service is apathetic (call centre/email support). For any enquiry you do they give standard reply - "Please visit or call the store"...What are they getting paid for??? Can't they communicate to their store internally??? Isn't your System/Process centralised to process a Refund request??? I will file a case against them in consumer court if they don't process it in 24 hours.

                        Such a bad experience I have been associted with lenskart from 2013 and I found now quality of frams is very poor this is second time my fame broken and not repaired by lenskart team
                        1. I have bought john jacob fram and broken with in 10 days lenskart refused to repair.
                        2. again new fram is boken and refuse
                        now you people suggest where can I put such a expenssive glasses of broken frams because lenskard doesnt have new same frams.

                          I bought 6 pair of Bosch lenses, ordered from lenskart store.two were broken from circumference. I launch complaint on store first within a week. Got revert after a week to contact at customer service desk. Again I contacted service desk twice.
                          Still got no revert.

                          No one responding. Is this service which we lenskart give to its customers. Very bad.
                          As per policy I had login complaint within 14 days still no revert.

                            Placed order for contact lenses, no news or delivery till next 25 days. Called customer care. It's pthatic. They are not aware of order status. Promised to revert in 48 hrs. But no show after 48 hrs. Same story reoeat- call customer care and they are still working to know status again promise 48 hrs to confirm status and again no show after 48 hrs... After 3 weeks, cancelled the order. Lenskart is not bothered to even inform status after repeated complaints... Worst store, they are cheating customers.

                              This is regarding delaying of refund process. I have ordered two eyeglasses but have cancelled/withhold it next morning as u said your power is doubled. So I went ophthalmologist and checked my power again, he replied their is no change u can continue with your old glasses.
                              I informed you about this and asked for refund, you said it will take 10-12 days once we get bank details. I have provided details on 12 of Feb 2017 but have not received amount till date. Since then I have contacted store 4-5 times but their answers were not satisfactory. Now their landline no. is not responding.

                              Kindly suggest if I should escalate this to higher management or consumer court.

                              Order no and Date - 2387236, 1 Feb 2017 (its already more than a month)

                                Dear Team,

                                I brought two lens boxes which I paid was 2185. I am not satisfied with that so, I requested for return. But LensKart customer got one box(i.e 1443 rupees) it seems and I dont have any idea what happened to that another box(i.e 742 rupees box). Now they blamed me that I didn't return my another box but they blindly believed the courier boy.

                                Now, My question is very simple,
                                I requested Two Return Item but the courier boy gave single item. Why they didnt ask any questions to him and me? and moreover I didnt get any message like they received single item what about another one?

                                As per support team said they received single item why they not updated the website? If that happens I could have realize that they received single box. That also not happens!
                                Please give priorities my complaint and do favor.

                                  I purchased 2 boxes of contact lenses(1 right, 1 left) Order ID [protected] from lenskart.com . I paid for the product through cash(COD). Lenskart sent me an incomplete order so I returned it and opted for NEFT refund. But instead Lenskart gave me store credit. I sent a mail to their support team and they told me that they have heard my complaint and will get back to me within 48 hours. They gave me a vague reply that I am not entitled for a refund through NEFT. When you open their site they say that they have a no questions asked return policy. But in reality Lenskart has a very poor support staff. When I used real money to pay for the product I should be entitled to receive that back in the form of real money instead of store credit. Why will I ever buy another product from the site as I have received such a poor response from them? And they have taken my real money which I now can't use for some other useful purpose.
