I have ordered spectacles from your store @ Madurai, byepass road on June 4th.

Vincent Chase frames BOGO offer. Paid Rs.4200 for frames + glasses.

When i received the order, one of the frame was misaligned, which I took it to the store, they inspected and put it for replacement. But, the problem is, they had to replace both the frames, even when one of them was fitting well.

When, they placed the replacement order they found, the frame which was suiting me well, was out of stock and i had to find a replacement- for which i again had to spend a day's time. Then i placed my new order, which i went to collect today from the same store. Both were fitting well, but left eye glass on one of the frame had scratches. Now, they again wanted both of the frames for replacement or refund, even though one of it was fitting very well. I opted for refund, because i was told by the store manager, it will take another week to get my replacement.
Now, i have already spent 20 days, (June 4th till June 24th ) in this process, which spoiled my entire plan of getting new spectacles before my travel this week.

Lenskart has caused terrible discomfort for me, with it's manufacturing and replacement process, wasting my time for 20 days and failing to deliver new spectacles. I am still on my old glasses and power.

I relied on Lenskart to deliver good quality frames and I was hoping to get it at least today, but instead i am back on square one after the refund.
When I visited your store, i wanted to buy new spectacles and not just to get the money i paid, back in 20 days!

I have to again start looking for good opticians elsewhere, simply because Lenskart cant deliver with quality and on time.

    It has been 2 weeks since i visited the lenskart indiranagar bangalore store asking for replacement of my 2 different sets of spectacles.
    Unnikrishnan, the executive there took our order for the replacement.
    Later after one week when we were expecting our product then on inquiring its whereabouts we came to know that the order only had not been placed. I was promised that the order will be placed immediately but it has never happened till date.
    All the effort to get the product has been futile till now.
    Not getting vital product such as spectacle for such a long time is frustrating.

Only occuring in left eye. I feel the quality of product delivered was not upto the mark, the left eye lens packed date itself 3 yrs old, i started using because expiry is given as 2019.         I had purchase 2 fame with lens on 02/02/17 order : # 2391800
        Shipment code : # st5807113 invoice: # rst5805779
        They had given me 1 years warranty of frame n lens but it change the frame shape it self and scratches on lens after 2-3 months now its not fitting on my face. I had check out there quality then i come to know that they provide very cheap quality frame n lens and take high price for the same. I had mailed them for this replacement but they neglect and said its not cover in the warranty. I felt that i had waste my rs 2700/- they use very cheap products and in quality and services they are 0. I request here to please provide me my refund or replace the frame with lens. Also requesting to you please do not purchase this products ever its fraud with us.

        My Problem is not yet solved they give me commitment to resolve the problem either with the repair or replace but very worst services of lenskart. They called me and booked a appointment when a excutive come to my place he even don't know anything about my problem. he came for eye check up and when I told him for complain and replacement he don't even know about that but he co-operate to me said talk with customer care. if they will said to replace then he will replace on the spot but after talking with customer care same thing happened which is going on from the day i had raised a complain. it's not come in warranty n all stuff. As i had paid full money for the quality product but they provide very much cheap quality. here I had raised a complain because I wanted to inform all people that this company provide very cheap quality product and services so please think before you purchased. I Don't know what should I do now. because cheating is done with me.

        Recently I bought 2 glasses from lenskart one for myself and one for my mother. They made both the glasses with wrong power and charged me 7000, is that why I spent such a amount for such stupid service. How can you people be so careless ???

          I had given my specs to tighten the sides on saturday afternoon i. E on 10th june 2017 n since than every day these people are saying that my specs not back yet. I was told by your executive on saturday when i gave the specs that i will receive it on saturday evening itself. On sunday i was told again that my specs are maybe still in the lab so please give us a 1 day time n we'll give u a call. N today as well its the same story. The store is koparkhairne one and the store manager is ms. Kirti singh. I should tell u... This is absolutely not acceptable. I have been without specs for 3 days n my eyes r strained n i haven't been to my office today. I am in a loss just because of your staffs inefficiency or carelessness whatever i can say. I want my specs today itself be it a new or an old one but i need it today.

          I purchased john jacob eyeglasses on offer and I am facing problem with the second eyeglasses. Went to the lenskart store and they denied that we won't be able to replace whatever the issue is. If lenskart mentioned 14days return as its policy they shouldn't deny it.
          Pathetic service.

            I have purchased 2 blue coat glass with frame from lenskart karve road, pune showroom in february. B it within 2 month, one of that frame broken. I had given that frame to showroom for repairing. But from last 25 days they are averting discussions and giving me every time a new reason. Although service was good while purchasing new frame, service afterwards is really not satisfactory.

            I purchased frame on 24/1)/2016 same damaged when I contacted they refused to replace the. Please look into the matter 6 do the needful
            I ordered two eye glass my order no. [protected].i received courier from Bluedart..When i opened courier not found bill or any guarantee or warranty card for my both lenses and frame..And also i feel that power is very less in lenses.
            Company send offer message to mobile number everyday. Even if i have bought spec recently. There is no feature to unsubscribe my mobile number.
            Sir i had purchased eye glasses from lenskart four month back one of the temple tipe got broken due to mishandling I contact the store for repair or replace the frame and i will pay the repair cost or new frame cost but they refuse and told to buy new one with lenses and it will cost around rupees 1500.               I purchased a lenskart specs Order No. & Date: 3140876, 6 May 2017. But about the product i have two complaints. The frame i received was not in proper condition and the second thing is my eye sight was incorrectly tested by your executive in your showroom. I have already deposited the specs in your Moradabad branch for replacement on 12 may 2017 but they did not provide me the specs till now. Please cancel the order as per your return policy.

                I order Oakley sunglasses on 10th may from lenskart n paid money 4386₹ through debit card, till today I didn't get any refund, they ask me for bank statement then I given them bank statement still, they says they didn't get my money bt, bank statement says that 4386₹ has been sent to lenskart bt, till today they r not giving my money back, so pls help me !!

                  I Order from Home Eye test and 2 spectacles from lenskart .I want to confirm new power of my eye, so i didnt provide power to lenskart, which i will confirm after home Eye test. But no home eye testing done, i called so much times in customer care, but every time i got answer like within 1 hour i will get call back, i wait whole day, but nothing happen. Same thing for 2nd day and finally i cancelled my order. Everytime customer care saying lie, and this is really time wasting.                     On 14.07.2017, via order no.[protected], i ordered a spherical glasses at your showroom #16, gaurav tower, malviya nagarjaipur.
                    I got delivery in time for which, i paid 7000.00., i was asked for 14% cash back n my next purchage of any amount after one month.
                    I, again visited, on 15/07/2017, & i had a purchage of rs.1625.40, this time i demanded for my due casy back which was committed previously.
                    This time a new story was told to me that company policy has changed, so you have to do a shop of 4000.00. (It was not told me in my first purchage)
                    To resolve the problem my 2 hours were wasted, & even then no one could give me a satisfactory answer, rather every body after listening me slipped out of store.
                    It has wasted my valuable time,, caused me a great mental haressment & insult in front of my wife.
                    Kindly take an earliest action to refund my excess money, cashback, & action over the irresponsible incharge of that showroom.

                      I visited Chandanagar Lenskart store last month to get my eyes tested as I am having slight problem while reading newspaper and watching my laptop/desktop. They suggested me with reading lenses which I received on April 16th and I went back to them on May 6th to complain about the product. They instead of first testing, they said I should have gone for progressive lenses which they never suggested earlier. Now, they say, they have only 14 days return policy which I just missed by 6 days as I was travelling in between for few days and could not return them in time. Please help.

                          I have order a frame from lenskart 2 week back. They delever glass within 1 week first time as per their promis but with wrong power. I had place a complain then they said will replace glass and taken old glass . They commited a deadline to delever since a was leaving for my marriage on a date .At the end movement they refuse to delever and given reason inventry sortage. Now what i will do .                             I have ordered a Progressive lens spectacles from Lenskart, Opp. Jain Mandir, Tembhi Naka Thane in August 16 for my Mom. After waiting for almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered, i received the spectacles from store and there is problem in spectacles. My Mom said that The vision was not fine, and we got found that they just change the vision no. on glass- glass no. is different and actual Checked eye no. from lenscart store is different and they told that she has to give it time to get USED TO the spectacles as progressive usually takes time. Further we test with our eye doctor she told that they have not given the left eye no.on glass (the glass no. and eye test no. not matched or they have give visionless / no.less glass on left side) but she could not use the spectacles for reading as there was a slight double vision lettering she read - on a book or Newspaper or even while using a mobile. I took it back to the showroom as i remembered they had sold me the deal promising there is a free replacement in case the piece has any issues. When i told them the problem - which was obviously to do with the progressive lens, they were very reluctant to accept the issues and kept insisting that she (my mom) has to give it time to get USED TO the spectacles as progressive usually takes time. Since my mom agreed to try it for few more days. After using it forcefully, she found that using it for too few hours was giving me a head ache and water comes from eyes and become watery eyes - possible because of reading wrong vision glasses.And Finally i went back to the store. And they insisted that it was a setting problem and they can adjust the frame and it can be rectified. They did some adjustment with the frame ans asked me to try it for a few more day. After realizing it was not possible for her to use it for reading after couple of weeks i went back to the store.we went store for 3-4 times for same problem.This time i insisted that the problem was with the lens and asked then to replace the lens.They agreed and said they will call you once the replacement comes back. After a two weeks i received message from lenscart and after that the store people didn't call for collect the spectacles, i called them from my side and they told me to it is ready to collect. I went to the store and tried the spectacles and found that the problem was exactly the same - Nothing has changed / improved. When i told them the reading vision is as bad as before, and NOT CLEAR as my eye no. is, they again give the wrong no. glasses for near vision eye sight . as eye test no. state 2.0 and on the glass it shows 1.75 and everytime they showed on their machine it always give fluctuating power no. and different near vision.in between 1.75 and 2.00 fluctuation on the glass.(as we checked the spectacles with other Ophthalmologists she said again they have given the wrong no.glasses as showed in test eye no.she also checked on machine and not showing proper checked eye test no. with glasses no. always fluctuating, any Ophthalmologists said that it should not be fluctuating once the no. is correct ) they said that they will adjust the frame and it will be ok. By this time i realized that it all this a ploy and cheating. I SAID EVEN IF IT IT THE PROBLEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Finally i said i have already wasted 4 to 5 months trying to get this spectacle and - now i have completely lost faith in the LENSKART SERVICE AND AS BAD AS THEIR ARROGANT SALES PERSONS in store. Either give me a Spectacles that has proper vision of take this spectacle back and refund my money. To which they said that wont happened and u have to used it as it is, you have to used to it we cant do any thing - they even said that get the bifocal lenses so i agreed but they ASKED FOR EXTRA MONEY for the same bifocal glasses around 1500 rs. and i have alrady wasted 5000rs. for defective lens spectacles from lenscart .so i realised that they Lenscart people are MAKING FOOLS AND CHEATED TO CUSTOMERS AND MAKING MONEY. This incident happened today. Thought i should post it on the internet - so that other people should not get fooled in this way again.

                              I had order a specs and received the same within 2 working days, but the lens size were large, informed them to resize it. It is been 3 weeks size i returned still no response from them...Very very sick behavior from lenkart. Called them 3 to 4 times, each person says we are very sorry for what has happened, but no action taken till now..Fed up with lenkart.

                                I"m using softlens which comes a set of 6 each. The last time my lens of right eye tore I ignored it thinking that maybe I might have done any mistake but it has happened with two other right eye lens of mine. It just tears apart for no reason. I am quite certain that it is due to its poor quality. I'm traveling these days and this has happened. I don't have any more lens left. I'm in Ludhiana and I need you to do something about it soon as it is very convenient, in fact this is the first time that something like this has happened. Kindly help me out through this.

                                  Regarding order no. 2755916 ordered at Lenskart store at Gaurav Towers, Jaipur. It was placed on 21st March. I recieved the specs on 26th March but it was faulty as one of the lens was broken. And hence the specs were returned and I was asked to check after 2-3 days. I visited the store after 3 days, there was no progress and even the order was not placed. I was again given a promise that they will soon check why the order has not been placed and get back to me. I again did not recieve any call. Finally after another 2-3 visits to the store the order was again placed on 1st April. Again I visited the store thrice between 1st to 6th, only to get fake promises of the order being in process and will be here in a day or two. During this even the store guy lied to me on 4th April that specs was in fitting should be here in a day or two. I called on 7th and the reply I got was astonishing. He told me to take refund as they are unable to process the order. I visited the store in evening where according to store manager the order was not at all assigned.

                                  Store manager for the first time escalated this matter to his manager on call. This is after 16 days you have recieved my order. The escalation process could have started pretty soon. And to my disappointment he again asked a day to try but made it clear that we are in no position to give you the specs even the next day. All he could offer was again refund. Also all the lies till that day were exposed here as the order was not even assigned forget about fitting or delivery in next two days.

                                  I have spent more on my fuel and telephone bills than I have on the product. I have to leave for Delhi on 8th April and for that I ordered my specs on 21st March. But on 7th all lenskart could offer was refund of my own money. I had to purchase specs from a local vendor with same day delivery and hence was charged much higher. And with all this the constant frustation, anger and effort of explaining and tackling store guys, customer care people and social media team.

                                    i want to address this complaint to mr.peyush bansal who is founder of this company .today, i went to lenskart outlet which is located in aditya mall at ground floor in indirapuram in ghaziabad u.p. i finalized my aviator sunglasses in polaraid model. it was so horrible and shocking experience at this outlet. when i reached at billing desk, there was a guy who told me different price for the same product. i felt completely shocked because the price tag which was attached with this sunglasses shows MRP:-999/- bt at billing counter, guy told me to pay for 1199/-(Rs:-200/-extra) for the same sunglasses. That means your company is doing openly cheating with the customer because you are showing different price on tag which is available on display and when customer finalized that same product, you are charging more amount than MRP mentioned on the same product. This is absolutely fraud with the customer.I will never recommended to anyone to buy sunglasses from this company outlet.                                       I have ordered a Progressive lens spectacles from Lenskart. After waiting for almost 2 weeks for it to be delivered, i received the spectacles. I took it back to the showroom as i remembered they had sold me the deal promising there is a free replacement in case the piece has any issues. When i told them the problem - which was obviously to do with the progressive lens, they were very reluctant to accept the issues and kept insisting that i has to give it time to get used to the spectacles as progressive usually takes time. Since i had used progressive before i agreed to try it for few more days. After using it forcefully, i found that using it for too few hours was giving me a head ache - possible because of reading blurred (double) vision. I had another set of progressive which was having crystal clear reading vision. And it used to be a pleasure to shift to that set after using the Lenskart spectacles. Finally i went back to the store. And they insisted that it was a setting problem and they can adjust the frame and it can be rectified. They did some adjustment with the frame ans asked me to try it for a few more day. After realizing it was not possible for me to use it for reading after couple of weeks i went back to the store.This time i insisted that the problem was with the lens and asked then to replace the lens.They agreed and said they will call you once the replacement comes back. After a week they called me to say they have to place a new order and that i had to validate a OTP that will come to my mobile phone and have to tell them the OTP to validate the order.. I obliged. After a week i got a call saying the new spectacles had arrived. I went to the store (after few day as i was away) and tried the spectacles and found that the problem was exactly the same - Nothing has changed / improved. When i told them the reading vision is as bad as before, they said that they will adjust the frame and it will be ok. By this time i realized that it all this a ploy. Deep in my hear i feel that the same spectacles was given back to me - Though i didn't say it, the store exec kept insisting that a new order was generated and this was a new spectacles. I SAID EVEN IF IT IT THE PROBLEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Finally i said i have already wasted 3 months trying to get this spectacle and - now i have completely lost faith in the LENSKART SERVICE. Either give me a Spectacles that has proper vision of tak this spectacle back and refund my money. To which they said that dive us 2 days time and they will get back in touch with me - This incident happened today. Thought i should post it on the internet - so that other people should not get fooled in this way again.

                                        Hi Please help i did a transaction in lenskart on 24th february i made the payment by swipping the Dbs bank debit card, Amount of Rs.2034 has been debited from my account and now Lenskart is claming that they hadnt received any Amount from Dbs bank account like that.
                                        But when i checked with Dbs bank they r telling that amount is Successfully settled on 28th february please check with lenskart merchant like that. Both r palying with me by giving false info.No one r responding Properly...please please help me on the same...
