Respected sir,

I bought frame from the lenskart store after done eye test from their itself. After three months, i started getting headache and eye pain and consulted doctor, he told because of this lenses only u r getting this pain because this power is not suitable for your eyes soon you have to change it. But store is not ready to care about this. Store saying they cannot able to do anything, they raised support requst and closed by mentioned that they cannot be replaced.

In lenskart store my right eyes sph is.5 power after done eye checkup from their side, from hospital, after put drops and saw my right eye's power is cyl -1.00.

How come this much big power difference issues happened within 5 months. Without checking eyes property, they forced me to buy their frame. Now they are not replacing with new power. Could you please raise a compliant against lenskart? Attached here prescription from lenskart store and hospital, please have a look.

Hi, Now again I got a call from lenskart and again saying same, they will give only 50% discounts for a new order. I denied it, because i dont want to go for again new order within 5 months. As per doctor, this much variation wont happens wihtin 5 month in eye power.

      I placed an order for my contact lenses at lens kart, sector 14 gurgaon branch today. I have lost one of the last pair of my contact lenses pair and needed the lenses as soon as possible. The lady at the store gave me false assurances that i would receive my lenses within 3-4 days even when she was well aware of my situation. I asked her if she was sure as i need a pair as soon as possible. I have my exams in one week and just now i received a message saying that i would receive my lenses within 10 days. My old optical shop has better services and those people never lie. This is really awful. I feel cheated as now my money is locked with lens kart people and i cannot even buy a pair from my old vendor. The reference number for the order is [protected]

        Recently went to buy from Lenskart store in Elgin, Kolkata on 9 Aug, 2017. As is highly advertised, they have plenty of free frames alongwith premium paid frames. I had initially chosen a frame costing Rs 2500.The store representative then ran the entire cost of the spectacle on his iPad and it came out to be 8890 INR. The wider field progressive lens cost 5500 INR. I requested him to go for the free frame and the narrow progressive lens. What was startling is this- NOTHING IS FREE. Lenskart is simply running a misleading campaign and making a fool out of customers. The price of the narrow field jumped to 5000 now since "the frame was free" as quoted by the store representative. How can the same product be priced at two different levels depending on which frame I choose? And even if it is so, why does Lenskart not have the ethics to mention that it actually isn't a free deal. Lenskart is clearly violating the basic ethics of doing business of placing the consumer interests on top and just focussing on its own money making interests. I hope that Lenskart comes out with a clarification regarding this so called offer and comes clean about the pricing of it products.

          I had ordered a spectacles with progressive lens and golden frame in the month of may 2017 costing about rs. 7000. I had bought it for my father who is having problem with his vision in right eye. Executives at the lenskart store in phase 3b2 mohali suggested us to buy progressive lens since it will help proper vision with near sightedness as well as far sightedness (Even though my father had no problem with far sightedness) still i bought it because i thought it will be comfortable. My father only used it for 1 to 2 weeks and temple of the frame broke. He is not able to use it since then. I went to the lenskart store in elante mall chandigarh and they said i'll have to buy another frame since they can't repair it. Buying another frame will cost me rs. 2500. When i said i won't spend more money, they said they will revert in 2 days with whatever best they could do. Till now i didn't get any call from them. Calling on customer care number today was in vain. I waited for 5 minutes till my call got connected, and then i received a hopeless and helpless response of "no".

          This is pure nonsense. Does it make any sense in shelling out another rs. 2500 when i have bought the glasses for rs. 7000 and haven't even used it properly?
          I'm not a fool or an uneducated person to accept this non sense. I have spent rs. 7000 on a glasses, the quality of the frame was so inferior that it broke.

          Let me tell you that it's lenskart's fault and not mine. You have sold me an inferior quality product at a very high cost. Now you are asking me to buy another frame? Give me back my money or give me a repair free of cost.

            I've bought spectacle from lenskart, however they have sent me spectacles of a larger size. When i asked for a right size, they don't have. Now they are asking for more money for choosing another replacement product. Need a resolution for loss of time and effort. Reference # [protected] and #[protected].               I have been trying to purchase a few sunglasses from lenskart since this past week. First off, it prompted me to give me phone number and email id for this 200 rupees of 1000 coupon and at checkout it says that the code is invalid!

              I have tried the process 3 times with different computers and the codes never work.

              Also, i have found other people who have the same problem.

              I will have a screenshot below for additional proof.

              Please resolve this issue asap.

                I went to lenskart shop in cannuaght place new delhi on 08.07.2017.On 22.07.2017 i went to their shop and gave my medical documents of eye checkup so that they can update my power and they told me that atleast one week will be consume in making your glasses i.E. On 28.07.2017. When i chase my order no. The customer care told me that your power is not updated. When i call the lenskart shop at cannaught place new delhi they told me due to some technical issue they couldn't update the power of my lens so they finally updated my power on 27.07.2017. On 28.07.2017 i call them again now they told me that i took so long to update my power of lens due to that reason my order was put on long queue and put me in long waiting list. Now another person in lenskart shop says to me that your power was updated on 22.07.2017 and 27.07.2017 as well. They are not making any confirmation when my glasses will reach to me as i am haviing headach daily. I have paid the money and in return i am getting this type of service from such a reputed company like lenskart.

                If i took so long in updating my power then can't they chase it in between 22.07.2017 and 27.07.2017. They are only curious about paying the amount and not service to their customer.It is really painful just expect life without glasses.

                  I ordered 2 spectacles from lenskart electronics city phase 1 store.

                  First of all i did not get my frames on time
                  After multiple followups when i received frame it was not as per our choice of lens. We ordered both with blue cut lenses but we got one without blue cut.

                  Then they said i will get the refund the difference amount. On 12-march i shared my account detail to lenskart on email as per the request...

                  Hello lenskart,

                  I had bought a vincent chase frame + british optic lens from ur website (Pls refer below mail chain for order number and order date).

                  The thing is that i bought these things from your website is that trust and good review that i got from my friends.

                  Everything is fine but today i. E 23rd july 2017. When i just removed my specs normally without any force one of the frame wing came to hand directly. I thought like some spring have went bad so it can be replaced in store. So by evening i went to show room near by (Bellandur lenskart showroom). I thought atleast i will get free service or replacement with minimal cost because the products age was less than 1 year old. But you guys charged me like anything without any fault.

                  I had clearly explained them what happened. And i want to strongly tell u one thing is like i never forcely handeled the spects nor i wrenched in rain. Or i dropped it from any distance.

                  Even the store people verified the specs and told it has no fault from my side. The model is i ike that.

                  The lenses are good so we are having a free frame, you can use thse lenses inside that. Before ordering they told it was free. But while ordering they told the price is rs:1299/-. Even the lenses was mines.

                  I told is that crazy. Because they told problem is not from my side regarding my specs. And they also told if you drag the wing also it wont break or damage (Even thay had given a demo, but there it was not broken). They told once in 3 months the specs need to be serviced. Even i had done once in 2 months. But still it was damaged. And store people cnt do anything in this case. So im travelling to another place in emergency. So i paid the amount rs:1299/- on 23rd june 2017, 5 p. M. With same email i'd and phn. No:[protected].

                  Really i feel is its waste buying in lenskart. Because i had spent almost 5k to get these specs on 29th aug 2016. Not even 1 tear it lasted. Initially i use to take in local store there the specs are very strong and they used to come atleast 2 years. They didn't damage still. I just changes because to change in eye power.

                  In 2014 i had takem in titan eye plus. Really the specs were to good in terms of quality and cost. Almost 2 years they were like marvelous. These spects were used like anything in rain and everywhere still i have these specs without any damage or even amy color shade. I never serviced thse specs in b/w 2 year's

                  Really the quality given by you guys is very cheap. Its 3rd quality product. Telling free frame and selling it for 1299 is really marketing techniques & cheating & fraud.

                  Really you guys are fraudsters. Sending/disturbing with a sms/email to customers regarding offers and promotins doesn't impact customer satisfaction. Really 1st stop free advertising. Improve quality, if really quality is good customers don't mind about cost.

                  I will post in twitter /fb. And i refer my friends not to buy in lenskart. Better try to get in local store or from titan eye plus. Atleast customers will have satisfaction.

                    cracked and then broken frame, warranty not honoured.

                    I purchased a spec with glasses from lenskart, uttarahalli, bangalore on april 4th with order number [protected]. Within 3 month the frame cracked and broke apart, when taken to the store, the person at the store refused to honor the warranty though it was not a physical damage as there were no scratch mark nor any tear marks or any marks of abuse.
                    The frame are of bad quality and after sales service is also bad. Kindly help me....

                    I ordered specs for my wife on 11 july. The website showed that i can opt for express delivery for extra 99. I chose the express delivery and uploaded the prescription for eye power from asg eye hospital. Next day i got the email that they can not provide the order on express delivery as they do not have one lens in store. They told me that they will ship the lens once they receive it and they will process the order soon.

                    Next day i got the call that it is not possible to have glasses with power -12 and cylinder 0.50. I was surprised as my wife's power are -2.25 and -2.50, why they are telling that they do not have the lens with power 12. I asked that lenskart guy to review the picture of the power i submitted, he then told it was their mistake and the power has been corrected. I wondered, if the power of -12 with cylinder 0.50 were possible, they would have sent that.

                    Finally, after asking every day to send the ordered soon, they shipped the ordered yesterday which i got today on 18. When i opened the package and she tried them on, we were again surprised to see that the specs are irregular, one temple is up and one down. I am now asked to visit lenskart store to resolve the issue. Also, they are not sure if it will be repaired or replaced at the store. They are saying that if the issue is not resolved at the store, you can replace the specs or opt for a refund.

                    Now, i have already spent 8 days waiting for the product and when i receive it, i had to go to a store to get it repaired. And if the product issue can't be repaired at the store, then if i ask for the replacement, i will have to wait another 8 days for that. And who knows that they will send a good item this time. If i ask for the refund, i will have to get the specs through a shop, which i could have done on the day of ordering through lenskart. All the time i wasted on lenskart waiting for the product is wasted.

                    In all this, they only mistake i did was that i trusted lenskart and ordered through it. Before putting the complaint here, i thought i am the only person having problems with lenskart but after reading other complaints, i came to know that many people have the same experience with lenskart.

                    I am hoping that i get the issue resolved at the store tomorrow.

                      It was on 4th april 2017 that iwent to your electronic city bangalore outlet and booked for a photochromatic progressive spectacles vide receipt no. 231 at a cost of rs.11000/. I was asked to come after three weeks. When i went there i found the spectacles non photochromatic. I did not collect and they asked me to come after another three weeks for photochromatic glasses. I had given my own frame which i brought from us. When i again went after three weeks they gave me the spectacles but since the centre was not properly done i was not able to read without lifting the glasses upwards. I tried for 3 days and being dissatisfied went back to them. They took the centre and again asked me to come after 10 days. Strange after 10 days they gave me tha same spectacles without rectifying the defect. I again went and told that since you cannot make a progressive one give me separate ones for distance and reading. Immediately on coming home i realized my purpose was to carry one spectacle at a time and i asked for one for distance and one bi focal both photochromatic without comparing cost of these against rs.11000/ already paid. They gave me one each separate for distance and reading. I am still waiting for bifocal. They asked me for returning one frame. I have given them my old frame. Now they are telling come this day and that day. It is 17th july 2017. Will you justify the delay from april 04 to july end now. Even my number of glasses might have changed by now. It was my first dealing with lens cart. Highly shocking and disappointing. See what can you do.

                        I was misled into buying an expensive unknown italian brand (John jacobs) with gullible one+one offers, committed of horrible 7 days delivery in the age of 24 hours, which again is further delayed in the guise of perfection... To add humility, none at lenskart has the courtesy to call and inform that the glasses are getting delayed. When i call, no one knows why it is delayed except for all groping in the dark. These were not sunglasses for fun wear, but power lenses for day to day usage, required in emergency.

                        And as if the damage was not enough, as a compensation, lenskart gave rs. 300 e-store credits for me to use. Ain't that foolish to use the rs. 300 bait to invest into buying further junk...

                        Also, can lenskart give some more info about thier home grown brand 'john jacobs'. Can they also share any website of this awesome brand and also where it is on sale in other countries? Do they have a physical address?

                        #funfact: had given up on lenskart on the 5th day, and i went to my local store and got a better frame in half the price, and the glasses home delivered in 70 mins flat! Dealing with a bunch of monetary #startup brand!

                        The issues they should fix:
                        1. That all customer orders are tracked proactively and client intimated. If there is any delay, client is called up upfront of the delay rather than client inquiring.
                        2. That you try and improve empathy and sensitivity to clients across your organisation and stores
                        3. Competitors (Local stores) give deliveries in hours, forget days. You have a long trek to do!
                        4. Take back the rs. 300 e-credits and give it to your deserving employees as bonus. I felt humiliated on seeing the amount credited, don't humiliate me further by keeping it.

                        Actually buy one get one offer was their when I saw in lenskart then I conformed once and then I hv booked the product but I got only one so am complaining regarding this need to return it back n I need my amt back if I don't get my money I'll go to consumer board directly

So the services lenskart provide is worse...

                            I had ordered power sun glasses from your Whitefield store.

                            As it was not finished properly, I had to give it back for fixing. Rather than getting fixed, finish was made worse. But the person was gentle enough to understand the issue and took it back to fix.

                            It has been 10 days since then but there is no update. When I call the store, one guy told me that they can't do anything and that I can write to whom I want.

                            Is this how you do business? This amounts to cheating. I made for an order that you accepted you will fulfill but you are not fulfilling. This is pathetic experience..

                              I have ordered john jacobs spectacles on 27 may. The issue is the hinge has come out as it was already loose and i i also visited the store but they are saying it has broken which is no t the same. Plz have an independent examination of the same as it was already loose and being a john jacobs brand due to slight flexibility check it came out. This is in warranty period and only 1 month old. The other hinge is also tight. Plz have a replacement or repair for the same.

                                I have ordered 2 spectacles at lenskart with order number [protected] on 22nd june at elante mall and when i contacted customer care representative at lenskart, he said it was already delivered yesterday, however, i never received it. When i complained them that i have not received it yet they said it was delivered to the wrong person and they don't even bother to call at my phone number and didn't even have my signature when their representative came to deliver. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest else i have to file a legal complaint against the company.

                                  I placed an order for home check up with lenskart yesterday with full payment made. The appointment was today (25th june 2017) @ 3-5 pm. But till now i haven't got any call regarding my appointment. If they can't serve this purpose why the hell you will promote rubbish things in your website. Let me know when my amount will be refunded. Please don't book for home eye check up with lenskart. They will not respond to our bookings. Finally we have to lose our money.

                                    I have ordered spectacles from your store @ Madurai, byepass road on June 4th.

                                    Vincent Chase frames BOGO offer. Paid Rs.4200 for frames + glasses.

                                    When i received the order, one of the frame was misaligned, which I took it to the store, they inspected and put it for replacement. But, the problem is, they had to replace both the frames, even when one of them was fitting well.

                                    When, they placed the replacement order they found, the frame which was suiting me well, was out of stock and i had to find a replacement- for which i again had to spend a day's time. Then i placed my new order, which i went to collect today from the same store. Both were fitting well, but left eye glass on one of the frame had scratches. Now, they again wanted both of the frames for replacement or refund, even though one of it was fitting very well. I opted for refund, because i was told by the store manager, it will take another week to get my replacement.
                                    Now, i have already spent 20 days, (June 4th till June 24th ) in this process, which spoiled my entire plan of getting new spectacles before my travel this week.

                                    Lenskart has caused terrible discomfort for me, with it's manufacturing and replacement process, wasting my time for 20 days and failing to deliver new spectacles. I am still on my old glasses and power.

                                    I relied on Lenskart to deliver good quality frames and I was hoping to get it at least today, but instead i am back on square one after the refund.
                                    When I visited your store, i wanted to buy new spectacles and not just to get the money i paid, back in 20 days!

                                    I have to again start looking for good opticians elsewhere, simply because Lenskart cant deliver with quality and on time.
