On 14.07.2017, via order no.[protected], i ordered a spherical glasses at your showroom #16, gaurav tower, malviya nagarjaipur.
I got delivery in time for which, i paid 7000.00., i was asked for 14% cash back n my next purchage of any amount after one month.
I, again visited, on 15/07/2017, & i had a purchage of rs.1625.40, this time i demanded for my due casy back which was committed previously.
This time a new story was told to me that company policy has changed, so you have to do a shop of 4000.00. (It was not told me in my first purchage)
To resolve the problem my 2 hours were wasted, & even then no one could give me a satisfactory answer, rather every body after listening me slipped out of store.
It has wasted my valuable time,, caused me a great mental haressment & insult in front of my wife.
Kindly take an earliest action to refund my excess money, cashback, & action over the irresponsible incharge of that showroom.
