My Oakley frame got rust. I showed at vizag local lenskart center 6 months back. They asked me to submit the frame for 1 week which is not possible to me at that time. Again in December I complained regarding this rust, they spoke to area manager and in a week they're going to exchange the frame. After 1 week I approached and I was told that area manager will come and see the frame, they will inform me at the time of his visit. But still...

I had mistakenly returned a wrong product. Instead of returning Vincent Chase I returned an IDEE product which was brand new and looked similar but was costlier. I initiated a ticket, to re-return the correct product and have mine back. I have spend 30 minutes at Lenscart outlet at somajiguda hyderabad and selected a product and the price tag shows Rs 629, and when i proceeded for billing they are asking me to pay RS 1045, when questioned the manager he says its their policy to change the prices and they dont have resources to change the price tags when the price changes. That to he says they change it everyday for no reason.

I am writing this mail with huge disappointment n regret that I shouldn't have gone to your showroom in fact I should have gone to some local vendors at least they are capable of delivering the promise.
I really don't think you n your management has any idea how much problem I am facing specially when I don't have any spare eyeglasses as it was broken.

I ordered two spectacles from lenskart store hyderabad.. They said to me that u will get your order with in 7 days but first ordered i received in 15 days.. But this was not my order that i placed.. Then they said they will send same frame to delhi (Okhla) office for replacement.. And i paid my whole amount.. And this time after 10 days they said your order is lost by courier company.. I ordered some sunglasses from lenskart, i didnt like them according to lenskart policy i created a return request within 14days but they were not picking up the product. After so many complains they picked up they product but today already a week passed after the pickup but they are not returning my money, i requested them many times to refund the amount but they are not returning my money. I am tired of their services....

Store staff has deducted money from my Credit card for 2 Eyeglass Rs 2975 also not given any receipt/order ID for this money deducted & now after 2 days he is informing me that coupon code as informed by me is not working & I have to pay additional Rs 200 or take your money refund...
This is the most unprofessional way expected from such a company .By this way we are trying to wow customer ( Companies Mission)..??...

I went to the lenskart store last week to purchase contact lenses.The guy at the store should me some products on the website.. I asked him about the Bausch and lomb Iconnect contact lenses(6 lens box) and he told me that they the don't sell this product...To his surprise I showed him the lenskart website where the product was available.His mere reply was sorry... Placed an online order for lens and frame in lenskart with full payment but the agent who handled my request made lot many false promises regarding the delivery. It's been 20 days still i didnt receive my order neither a call from the courier staff.
Very worst service from lenskart and agent is completely irresponsible and made me to suffer a lot.
Because of such agents, customers like me will never return...

I have ordered and eyeglass on 26th of October-2016 and after 7 days they called me and telling the item which I ordered is out of stock and I need to select another item. Alternate eye glasses are not available in same price and they asked me to pay more amount. This is a kind of cheating. If the item is not in stock, they should not take the order.
