My Oakley frame got rust. I showed at vizag local lenskart center 6 months back. They asked me to submit the frame for 1 week which is not possible to me at that time. Again in December I complained regarding this rust, they spoke to area manager and in a week they're going to exchange the frame. After 1 week I approached and I was told that area manager will come and see the frame, they will inform me at the time of his visit. But still...

I had mistakenly returned a wrong product. Instead of returning Vincent Chase I returned an IDEE product which was brand new and looked similar but was costlier. Charging double than price tag

I have spend 30 minutes at Lenscart outlet at somajiguda hyderabad and selected a product and the price tag shows Rs 629, and when i proceeded for billing they are asking me to pay RS 1045, when questioned the manager he says its their policy to change the prices and they dont have resources to change the price tags when the price changes. That to he says they change it everyday for no reason.

AS per law these guys are not...

Placed an online order for lens and frame in lenskart with full payment but the agent who handled my request made lot many false promises regarding the delivery. It's been 20 days still i didnt receive my order neither a call from the courier staff.
Very worst service from lenskart and agent is completely irresponsible and made me to suffer a lot.
Because of such agents, customers like me will never return...

Alternate eye glasses are not available in same price and they asked me to pay more amount. This is a kind of cheating. If the item is not in stock, they should not take the order.
