I bought a LG AC on 12th March, 2017 from a electronics center called Sathya in Namakkal district, Tamilnadu. Two days later, when they called before coming for installation, I could not answer, as my phone was misplaced. I am a doctor and so I was busy. After I found the phone, I received another call from him. As soon as I picked the phone, he started shouting at me. Rudely he asked why the hell I was not answering the phone. He spoke as if he was donating the AC for me and installation is another pain. I paid 32 thousand rupees and waited for two days before he called. Just because I could not answer his phone this man was abusing me. Please take severe action against this person. His name is Seenu.His phone number is +91-[protected].
