Lg india pathetic services and pathetic service managers – listen in…
Part – 2
My earlier grievous story has stored in part-1 which comes later part of my narration.
It all started on 31st march 2017, the support #s that i dialed in [protected] and [protected], their connections are so fluid that they are very hard to be connected. After a long struggle, i could make a connection establish thru them and a service case id was generated – rnp[protected], the date was 01/april/2017… because of the size of my family this refrigerator (Side-by-side) plays a significant role in our lives, it pays a role of a ‘life’ (A member) in my family… it’s dead for more than 48 hours now and i’m not seeing any customer courtesy in any of the eyes of lg support personnel, the only sweetness i get it from the 1800 support #s, but service managers, service personnel’s on the ground and custodians of customer support doesn’t seems to have any emotions towards customer’s pain what he/she is going through and his/her kids who are home (Summer vacations) are deprived of ice-creams, water, vegetables, curd, milk etc. This ruthless summer…
The more embarrassing moment for me that i’m requesting space in my neighbor’s refrigerator to store my essentials, like medicines, cooked food and even ice-packs used for my physiotherapy treatments.
Buying a product is matter of pride for anyone and at the same time he/she gets lashed at the after-support services, it’s deplorable! I have started to generate a negative feel about lg and it’s services. I will keep my efforts on until it is spread across the communities, sectors, districts, capitals, states and finally at a national level.
The more i think on service industries, in my honest opinion, it should start eliminating the accountable/responsible people who in truth handles the customer satisfaction engine, it runs with their passion, their willingness to serve, their ability to move things, their acceptance on exceptional cases and the list goes on… here are few so called managers from lg support world and their behavior…
The first one i called was cs babu - area service manager ([protected]), i call him pathetic babu, who i thought would recognize my problem, he did not give a damn, however he asked me to sms my rnp #. Which had no effect, because my refrigerator is still dead. I followed up with a feel that he is my savior, and i followed up with calling him at least a dozen of times, smsing him, but all in vain. I have also stated there is a rogue company out there and they are fooling people on lg’s brand. He gives another damn, and his comment was astonishing - “lg cannot do anything about them, it is consumer who have to take action against them”… are we living in the world that we have such annoyingly non - service oriented people for my ‘home-brand lg’, it was real pain in my heart.
I was given another hope by support people over the phone, after i had a fatal failure with pathetic babu - her name was shwetha – branch office service manager ([protected]) who in my view should not be into any service industry, till date i have made around 28 calls and 4 smses but no responses, i have gone back to the lg support phone asking them, if this lady is still active in the lg ‘or’ left the organization, i was made aware that she is still into the lg system and very much active. So this lead me to urge lg support authorities (Super leaders), please consider this lady to be removed from her services immediately.
I was then shown another way, that made me think, i would be lucky this time - i was given rajkumar tk’s - area service manager ([protected]) contact, support team on phone ensured me that i would get help this time… i called him about 6 times this morning, but this guy doesn’t pick up the phone. I hope this guy wakes up when my note makes circles around the internet.
I’m not over yet, then i find mohammed - service engg. ([protected]) who has done his job by visiting my place on 2/april/2017 and diagnosing the problem, which will serve no purpose, i would oblige if some act from lg support make my lg side-by-side work and my family is up and running again. So no gain there either.
His supervisor balasundaram. R – ([protected]) was the only person i have interacted who heard me over the phone and picked up my phone (I felt truly lucky and i thought god listening and talking to me), who again did not give any commitment which was frustrating, but at least he mentioned the process of part procurement which was fair. And he committed to call me back with more updates. Waiting. On him.
It is not always about the service restoration, it is about listening to customers, able to make a right judgement on customer for who the product is his/family’s life. And any delay would cause him big time grief.
Giving a damn to customer’s emotion, calls, messages is flagitious crime by nature to any service industry. I strongly recommend to either demote or fire people who are sitting on a ‘client - sat ‘ throne and sleeping. I urge… replace them with people like supervisor balasundaram. R – ([protected]).
As a consumer i would give my heart and soul to my home-brand, but people who lg gives them a livelihood, salary, great perks, facilities - is it not their responsibility to be loyal to the brand that is feeding them and their families.
I just dropped my last penny on loyalty for lg brand. I would look forward for a brand which is not lg. I would sign off with lg after my refrigerator is back on.

    I have registered installation and demo service of my new A/C which i bought from M/S Bihari Traders Satna in the above service request no, which is still not completed after 80 hrs, but in your website it is showing completed.
    Two persons have visited today they have installed inside and outside unit but while open gas valve of thinner pipe line with Allen key they have slipped the head of valve and went back without giving demo of the A/C.
    I am requesting you to kindly resolve the matter immediately with brand new valve so that I should not face any problem while any servicing or reinstalation.
    Your local service center chief Mr. Navin's response on phone is not at all satisfactory/ customer friendly . Your Local service co- coordinator no [protected] is switched off. Your toll free no representative Mr. Rohit confirmed that there is some other no and name is registered against my service request ?

      I have purchased LG split AC through Vijay Sales in Faridabad. The product is delivered and still lying at my home uninstalled. I received a call 2 days back that the service guy will be calling coming, but still nothing on ground.

      Vijay Sales guy assured LG service is best but now they only blame the company and say they can't do anything

      LG customer care numbers are continuously busy, could not connect single time. Very annoying. Please help.

        Pathetic after sales service. Called customer care yesterday they committed ac will get installed today in the morning. But till now no call from them. Then i called customer service number which got connected after 30 minutes hold.
        They have different words now. I will get call in 24 hours then appointment also they gave me a mobile number is not connecting at all.

          Hi,
          I raise request for servicing my window AC around Feb 26, 2017. LG Servicing Engineer came at my address to servicing my Window AC. But During Servicing, he broke my AC's plastic Grill. He and His supervisor confirmed me that it will be replaced at any cost and also I mentioned this on Service engineer Job Sheet. But till now, I haven't got any solution. Please help me to get replaced my Window AC's plastic grill.

            The above set has been purchase by me on 02.01.2016 and after installing the same its appears that the cooling capacity of the machine was not working properly.
            I started complain to the shop and they send their technician so many times to my house after a few moths later they open the out door unit and move for repair and install within a few days. again the same problem araise and they came and again do the same and ensure me that all the parts have been replaced and promise to work properly. again the same problem araise and now they take my out door unit for one month for repair. After repair they came to me to install the unit, But now I m helpless and ask them to change the same with a working unit. Because I am living alone at my residence and I don't have a lots of time to open and install that set.
            Please advice your concern to change to out door set or else what ever it needed and promise me to work it properly.

              I own an LG NEXUS 5×. Due to the Boot Loop hardware issue, which had happend on 27th of February 2017, I had given my phone to the authorised service central for repair. They had promised to solve my issue within 10 days of time. I had called after 10 days and they asked me to wait for another 10 days. But even after several days from the promised date, I had not received my phone and no improvement. They saying phone parts are not available and waiting.In most of the country due to this problem LG is refunding but here they saying after motherboard change it will fix.But parts are not avilable too.This is soo upset me .This is important and I need the solution to it at the earliest or I would be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court.

              i am facing the same issue with my nexus 5x. My phone works fine if i keep it cool (say refrigerated), but goes into bootloop as soon as it warms up.
              I had submitted it to LG service center(Plot No 36, Rama Road Moti Nagar Industrial Area) for repair. They kept on saying that it is a software issue and kept the phone with them for over a week and were not able to fix it. They are not even acknowledging that this is a hardware issue, which I easily found after few google searches.
              It is very disappointing that despite knowing the problem is with there motherboard, LG in not even informing there own service centers about the issue and how to resolve them.
              I am facing same issue.i have used my mobile for 20 months.now I got problem, service centre people are saying that 18 months warranty is completed for my mobile.i have a small question for LG support team, if issue is happening because of manufacturing defect how the customer is responsible??
              Why I should pay to fix manufacturing defect??
              same is the case with me and they are asking me for 15000 INR and we as a customer are suffering due to this and there is nothing we can do as the company knows that its their fault but they are making the customers pay for their poor hardware and as far as i know LG accepted the issue but are still not supporting their customers as the device supports minimum of 2 years update from google and during these 2 years the device goes into bootloop after every major update so what we can do if the hardware is poor for the company itself.
              please repair our phones.

                Subject: Problem with the LG LED TV audio

                I am writing to express my concerns about the recent incidents I have experienced with LG TV. I bought this LG TV in November 2015 (Model no: 42LF560T) with extended warranty. Earlier it was the TV screen and now the problem is with the TV audio. Since yesterday there is no audio on the TV. I checked the audio settings myself and then called the customer care. A LG representative visited my place yesterday and without checking anything on the TV, he informed that there will be a service charge of Rs 1000 and if anything is to be replaced there will be further charges as TV sound related problems are not covered under extended warranty (which was never told to me).

                This is not the first time I am experiencing trouble with LG as I mentioned earlier.

                1) In October 2016, it was blue lines coming on the right side of the screen. LG representative visited and cleaned the carbon accumulation and when I asked about the reason, he said it is because of the bad air quality in Noida.

                2) Then the very next day the problem occurred again. LG representative visited and changed the TV cables.

                3) After 2 days the screen went out completely and the LG representative said that the screen has to be replaced. Multiple calls were made to LG customer care department and to the technical team head and finally the screen got replaced. All of this happened 4-5 months back.

                Is there any solution to my problems with this LG product??

                When the LG representative visited my place for the first time for TV screen issues, he said that this type of problem occurs with the TV because of bad air quality in Noida. Does that mean I should not buy a LG product because of bad air quality in my city? In that case, I should inform my friends, relatives, neighbours and even the Resident Welfare Associations in Noida not to buy LG products.

                Also, when the LG representatives took the TV for screen replacement they said that everything (motherboard and other parts) will be thoroughly checked so that no other issue would occur in future. When asked, I was not given anything in written by the LG representative about what all work has been done on the TV.

                Is this the kind of service a customer expects from such a reputed organization as LG?

                No terms and conditions were explained to me. Complete information should be provided to a customer before selling the product.

                A customer buys a Television for entertainment and I am experiencing mental harassment because of this product. I never expected such bad quality product and service from LG. What would be the life of such product?

                Please get this issue resolved in next two days.

                  I had registered a complaint on LG about a faulty microwave door (Model MC-8087ABR) last week through their authorized service site. LG service request number is CNP[protected].
                  A service engineer came for checking the issue and informed me that a spring of the door lock has got damaged. I either need to change the spring or the door itself. A day later, I got a call from their service center saying that they checked at all their facilities and they cannot get me a door for my microwave. They also told me to buy a new microwave. I am shocked that for a appliance bought hardly 5 years ago, they have stopped providing service.
                  Their website shows that complaint is closed without any comments.
                  Is it fair of them to ask me to buy a new microwave for a simple faulty spring?
                  Please help me address this issue. The mail I sent them two days back as escalation has also not been acknowledged or addressed so far.

                    We have fully automatic washing which gone bad it is not starting many times the, we lodged complain at customer care, the service guy came and could not find any fault but later he told that he will take out board for checking after a week he did not reply then we received a call that board is burnt and need replacement and it will cost rs.6800+ service charge, we asked lg invoice which he is not ready to give and now he is not returning our old board also.

                    Its absolutely pathetic frustrating with no help.

                      This is my painful duty to inform you that We, MMCS Pvt. Ltd ( FD-413, Sector-III, Saltlake, Kolkata: 700106) being an old & existing client / customer ( User of 9 Split AC machines in our Saltlake office since last 6-7 years ) are being continuously harassed by your representatives against a service request of 3 AC machines for almost last 15 days. Whenever we are knocking your customer care people or asking your service persons for the servicing of those 3 machines ( of which there is one of our server room & other is of our director's chamber ) they are refusing the same because they are not finding any update of our AMC renewal of this year.
                      We payed our full AMC amount of Rs. 27, 846/- on 28th February, 2017 ( more than one month ago ) and it was collected / received by your representative Mr. Noimuddin Molla [ Phone No : [protected] ]. We really don't understand how is it possible. We faced this service denial more than 4 times in last 2 weeks. We even informed this to Mr. Goutam Biswas ( Kolkata Regional Head, Ph. No : [protected] ), who instead of cooperating with us refused to take any step / action.
                      I request you to intervene this issue and look into the matter and take the necessary step if possible. Please send us the AMC renewal documents as well which is also yet to receive and do the needful to repair / service for the 3 AC machines at our office ASAP.

                        My Nexus 5X phone is not getting switched on., It froze while using an application and system update and after that restarted automatically many times.Since the phone is out of warranty (purchased on Dec 2016)
                        When I got my phone checked at LG service center, LG service center asked me to pay Rs.10000 for changing the motherboard
                        This is most unfair. This is not what you expect from Google brand. When I am spending so much for this phone, I expect a good service.

                          Dear LG support Team,

                          This is chandra nath jha from Pune, purchased your LG brand split AC in year 2009. There was some issue observed in AC . i register request in june 2016 and one LG service enginner called mw on registered mobile no [protected] with your data. He earlier asked issue then offered to me that i have own service center and will resolve your all issues. He assured that charges be less than company charges that time. This service engineer name is Sanjay Paul and visited at my house in LG service uniform. i was double assured tgat he is geniune guy and will fix my AC issue. He started to work privately and brought out issues one by one. He charged total around 8000/- covering one more AC installation and promised to will check leakage within 90 days again. He never visited and again my AC has same issue due to poor installation. His team is not picking my phone also despite several request reminder. My biggest mistake is to not realized his false offer and accepted his point. His mobile number is [protected]
                          I urge you to take strict action against such service engineer to avoid making fool for your customers.

I also tried all possible techniques by changing WiFi settings but no use .I don't understand what problem is going on with my mobile. When i use the mobile data i am able to browse any thing but it is not happening with wifi connectivity. So please help me to resolve the problem

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have visited to lg brand store (Aanjaneya enterprises) on mar 19-2017. After checking production availability & delivery of lg washing machine (T7071tddl) & lg refridgerator (B201asox) and manager confirmed delivery will be done on mar 21-2017. So i have billed for both the home appliances and paid rs.27000/- but dealer did not delivered the product not all. Store manager answered the call 2-3 times and said within 1-2 hours product will be delivered but not at all done. After several followups washing machined delivered to my address on mar 23-2017 but still they didn't deliver my refrigerator. When ver i call to the store number [protected] they are ignoring my call.
                              I am totally frustrated with lg brand store aanjaneya enterprises behavior. Even i complained to lg customer care but they are also advising to deal with dealer only. I have attached my purchase receipt for your reference. Please help me on getting this issue addressed from dealer and the dealer should punished for the mental torture for followup regarding this purchase.

                              I have called LG Customer care several times from March 24-2017 onwards and reported about product non-delivery issue & ignorance from LG Brand Store dealer Aanjaneya Enterprises & their non responsive but LG customer care didn't raised any complaint against the dealer. They just informed me that they send internal notification to dealer and will resolve the this delivery issue within 24 hours but didn't receive any response from LG customer care itself.

                              After multiple calls with LG customer care I have got this Call Reference No: VCT[protected] regarding this issue I have reported but still I didn't get any response from LG customer care as well.

                              I didn't expected this kind of ignorance even from such big brand LG. I totally frustrated with LG & LG brand store ignorance of customer purchased product delivery. I have got so much mental torture with LG & LG Brand store Aanjaneya Enterprises after making purchase & payment paid for the product LG Washing Machine (T7071TDDL) & LG Refridgerator (B201ASOX). After billing & payment LG brand store simply start ignoring customer without delivering the product for longer time and LG also supporting their dealers on their action & behavior.

                                I went to the lg dealer at berhampur, Odisha on 25th March 2017 and selected a washing machine of model T7577TEEL1 and even have placed the order for the same and have paid the full amount.
                                However today on 26th March 2017 the dealer has delived the wrong model washing machine to my home. And additionally he is not responding me.
                                The person who showed me the washing machine and the person who billed it both were different and Even in the bill they have placed the wrong model number.
                                Please suggest me.

                                  I bought fully automatic washing machine model - t8067tedlr. Afspeil for 21000 rs (Invoice no - k472067). From a nearby snehanjali showroom. First time we bought a washing machine and i am so frustrated buying this machine, i used it only 5 times till now after buying it. Everytime we washed clothes, it took no less than 2 hrs when the machine load is full even if the water is in full force. When we put 4-5 pieces of clothes then it takes around 1.5 hrs. I lodged complaint 4 times, with lg customer care but their customer care people are worst. Once it took 1.5 hrs for 5 clothes even after pouring water manually in the machine in their demo, he said it will take that much time only. These people are not ready to accept the time taken and i am tired of complaining for this. I told them that i want to replace the machine but they are not ready for it. I bought lg machine after a lot of research thinking they are best for maching machine but i am frustrated like hell buying lg machine and putting so much money for it. I do not understant why they are not reday for replacement, i am not asking for return. I want this machine to be replaced, if lg is listening and if you have little care for your customers then accept my request and replace it. I only want to replace and no repair or any more demos as i have had enough demos with you and it's been just 1.5 months buying this machine. If you can't then i am not going to spare you because i am frustrated buying from you and you will have to face legal proceedings.

                                    Motor covered under warranty the companies has details of date of purchase OCT 2010 as they gave on phone but not replacing motor as we do not have original bill. They said without original bill will not replace.Called customer care says get from the dealer you purchased warranty covered for 10 years and it is only 7 years. Also they have serial number and date of manufacture so if no fault of ours why we have to suffer it is putting lot of strain to my wife as this product is of daily use

                                      We recently bought front load 7 kg washing machine.
                                      1.From the first use, we started noticing holes in clothes and ignored it to be old tear. But its making holes even in new clothes.Very disappointing.we checked drum for any improper surface but it looks good. Not sure what to do. Lost hope on LG.kindly help
                                      2. Also, machine is creating noise when draining.we called customer care and booked appointment, technician came and told its common in 7kg machines.
