3 weeks ago the first service man came and said that you were given a defected piece. And the gas will keep on
leaking. I guess he was right as after that we have 2 more come in and suggested that they have filled gas upto
25 points. Yet the fridge is not working.
We are new to mumbai and this is causing a lot of trouble. Not asking for free service but atleast do the job
when you take the money.

    I had bought premium LG G3 phone about 2 years back. suddenly the phone stopped working . Now Service Center team asking me to pay 7000 to repair the motherboard. I learn many customers of LG G3 have faced the same problem. This is because of bad deisgn of LG G3 motherboard. even after writing to LG Management the matter is not solved. LG Gurgaon Service Center Mr Gulshan Sheel is harassing me literally. For fault in LG G3 motherboard customers are being harassed .

      Heloo - even i don't like to say hai lg.

      I am using lg a/c split 1.5 ton - as it given a cooling lost issue, called the technician through lg customer care -
      Handled by - [protected],
      Ak engineering, plot no-7, rose nagar 3rd street, kovilambakkam chennai - 600129..

      1- on[protected]Gas leak)- they took the entire component and went - charged 1000
      [protected] the senior technician directed me to spend 13037 (Thirteen thousand and thirty seven it includes, compressor, capacitor, etc..
      3.[protected] charged me 1000 rs for installation (Again it lost cooling)
      4.[protected] repeat they took back indoor & outdoor..
      5.[protected] again it lost cooling then again i spent - 1380..
      Total - 16, 047 - apart from this on[protected] they took back entire indoor and outdoor for the same issue - now they costing me 2300..

      From the beginning still it doesn't work properly —
      I am requesting one of the senior to take action against (Ak engineering chennai - above mentioned address) almost they spoiled the brand name lg - in my premises there are brand like voltas, onida, haier, - i have still not faced the issues like this -
      Consider on priority to solve this issue asap - i have all evidence and proof to prove on higher official..

        Unsatisfied service and poor product quality.

        I am writing this email regarding an issue raised recently with the LG K10. I am having an issue while connecting to the pc, either it is not being connected nor have a option to chose the appropriate mode for connection, but it do charge while I connected to the pc. I did contacted to the customer service and performed a few technical procedures (tapping on a option in settings 3 times) to solve the problem, but it is failed unfortunately. And later they asked me to reset it to factory default.

        But I cannot do that cause of important and confidential information in my mobile. The major issue is i cannot transfer any document to any other devices or even to the external cards. Whenever I inserted the card it will become a write/ transfer protected- either i could copy/paste nor delete any of the data on the external card and even it won't detect in any other devices while I inserted / connected.

        I explained this situation and they do not have any possible solution to solve this issue. As of this issue raised after the latest LG software update, so there should have a possible solution for his issue from LG itself rather than compromising on my data for this inevitably shameful capability and quality of LG and Lg products.

        This is not the first time I am having issue with Lg, within the last 4 month, i had to replace a brand new LG phone because of faulty parts and incapability to replace it. It shows that the product quality checking carrying out during the production is substantially pathetic or too ignorant. So they processed for a new mobile and I have no choice left than selecting this pathetic brand itself.

        I am writing this email is to have any possible solution to my issue, where selecting an LG device be a worst mistake that I made and it become a pain in my a**.

          Your service team added more pain to my issue. After below email, i got call from Service Manager (Kishore from panjagutta [protected]). He asked me submit my mobile at panjagutta service center. I have submitted my mobile on 02-Mar-2017. Since then i got irritated by LG Service.

          Your customer care numbers never answered the calls[protected]/70/71/72)?
          No updated after i submit my mobile; i am keep on sending my friends to service center check on the update.
          After 2 weeks of my mobile submitting; Now you are saying it is chargeable (around 9, 200 Rs). I stay 15Kms far from panjagutta and it is lot of time waste on travel and keep on trying your service center numbers.( it is really irritating).
          I would rate my experience (0.01 out of 10). I will raise this issue to consumer forum as well. So that new customers aware of this process rather than false hopes.

            We purchase an AC three years ago and its working fine. Two weeks ago its not working and no cooling coming from AC. We have given complaint to LG and no one is coming to fix this even I call to Customer care multiple times. Its worst expeirence I am getting from LG. No body ready to come and each and every time we only calling to that LG customer service which makes really torture. Why the hell I bought it to be paid 30000Rs

              Sir,
              I purchased this ac on 11 th March 2016. vide invoice no. 043/0107899 from
              LuLu connect, LuLu mall Ernakulam, Kochi.
              The performance of the ac is very poor. Say; after running at 18 oC for 2 hours
              the room temp. remains at 27 oC.
              Reported the complaint several times' but the service team could not resolve the problem.
              It has a warranty for the MF condenser for 4 years & the compressor for 10 yrs.
              So I hereby request for the replacement for the defective component or the complete unit. Please do the needful.

                Dissappointed with LG AC and LG Customer Care ([protected]) Services both. We purchased the AC (LG Sac 1.5t 5s Lsa5pt5daWhPe) on[protected] and we have been promised that inner A/C has 1 year warranty and Outer compressor has 5 years warranty. From the day we purchased this AC we are facing Problems with AC as well as the service provided. Whenever we raise an complaint or whenever we call for a service, we are not at all getting proper response. Complaints are been automatically closed without any confirmation. Everytime we raise an complaint we are getting a call stating "AC technician will arrive within 24 hours". But nobody visits our place. For past 2 weeks we are facing bad experience with LG service provider. Today[protected] customer service provided a AC technician no. [protected]. But this stupid made me wait spoiling all my work for whole day stating "sir, we are on the way, will arrive within 15 mins". At last he continuously disconnected my calls which made me irritated and finally he picked then told some stories like "sir not able to come my petrol got over no money will come by tomorrow morning". I really dont know is it LG service provider or government office. When i asked LG Customer service provider for contact to escalate this incident, they provided me a person number who is already resigned the job. Is this the way LG treats there customer ?. Worst service. Need your attention on this or else i am planning to raise an customer complaint through legal advocate

                  Today around 9am i rang up lg toll free no.[protected] and complained that my fridge model no.408yvq4 purchased on 20.06.12 was not functioning properly. I spoke to mr, ziaul and i was told that the engineer mr. Dutta would come in between 11am to 12am. As no came i again rang him around 12 pm and he again told me that the engineer will come. Around 1am i rang again and this time i was told that an urgent message was sent to the repair center. As no one came i again rang around 1:30 pm and this time a lady told me that the engineer would come at 3:50 pm, and gave me the phone number of mr. Chakraborty [protected] and told me to speak to him. His phone was switched off and till now 5pm no one came. I wasted the whole day waiting for the engineer. This is really disgusting and now i will think twice before purchasing any lg product.

                    Despite almost 10 calls to customer care and several calls to engineer no one has still turned up to repair a defective washing machine since 24 hours. What I get to hear is a promise to response but no response thereafter.
                    I am fed up calling on[protected]. They do not even provide me with any ticket number. The engineer on charge has been giving wrong commitments.
                    My entire evening yesterday and today has been ruined.

                    TOLL FREE NO.[protected] is not CUSTOMER CARE NO. OF LG ELECTRONICS. I have lost 4300/- by calling this no. private vendor came and he charged 4300/- actual cost of repair is 1600/- in the market of same LG PARTS. so all ARE REQUESTED TO "PLEASE DO NOT CALL[protected]" and save yourself from fraud.

                      I filed a complaint with LG for my front loading washing machine on 13th March. The same evening, a very rude technician attended. He was rude enough to say " Shut up and listen to what I say". He said I had to change couple of parts and he will order them and change them in 2 days. An appointment was fixed on 16th evening 6pm. But no one came. The person who already attended said he is on leave and cannot come. I called the customer care 6 times and they only made me run in circles. I have taken permission from my office so that the washing machine can be fixed. Now they say they will come tomorrow. Very worst customer service.

                        My LG semi automatic washing machine is under warranty, I made a complaint vide RNP[protected], The techinician came to attend fault on 09 Mar 17, Connectivity of lid part is broken by LG technician which cost Rs. 1200/-.the technician says that I have to pay then only part will be replaced . Once part is broken by LG technician why should I pay. sibmitted for your necessary action.

                          I lodged a request to service my non working LG spit AC, which is not under warranty in feb 2017 with LG customer service toll free number [protected]. They redirected the request to chennai based service center Charm Engineers. The service engineer came and serviced the AC and I was asked to pay Rs.6199/-. I paid the amount and got he bill for the same on 16-feb-2017. They gave the assurance that going forward AC will work. However within a month again it was working and i again lodged a complaint through LG call center on 11th March 2017 and I got the service ticket RNP[protected]. They again redirected to Charm Engineers and they told that there will not any charge and they will do it free of cost since the complaint is within a month. The service engineers came after multiple reminders from my end and now they are again saying they have to change the copper rod and gas has to be filled again and they will charge for the same and still they are not sure whether the AC will work after repairing. If they would have informed me in feb 2017 itself that it not work servicing the AC I would have gone for new AC instead of servicing the old AC and spending so much amount. This is atrocious they have looted repaid charges from me. Pl look into it and refund my repair charges which I paid in FEb 2017. I have attached the service bill for your reference.

                            I bought a LG AC on 12th March, 2017 from a electronics center called Sathya in Namakkal district, Tamilnadu. Two days later, when they called before coming for installation, I could not answer, as my phone was misplaced. I am a doctor and so I was busy. After I found the phone, I received another call from him. As soon as I picked the phone, he started shouting at me. Rudely he asked why the hell I was not answering the phone. He spoke as if he was donating the AC for me and installation is another pain. I paid 32 thousand rupees and waited for two days before he called. Just because I could not answer his phone this man was abusing me. Please take severe action against this person. His name is Seenu.His phone number is +91-[protected].

                            Purchased LG 5star inverter AC, installation boy asked for bill and some water, i went down and in between without my consent he fixed AC at corner of the wall. when i asked "why u fixed at corner?" he said there wont be any issue. but now colling taking time and I am sleeping somewhere in the room, cool air facing somewhere in the room. next day i called to service team, they accepted to fix it. now no one picking up the call. pathetic...i have LG branded washing machine, Refrigerator, tv but with this AC experience, no more LG in future.                                 We just had A service tech come out less the a year ago. The tv went out and the had to put a service board in. The tv went out again and they tell me no warranty. We have less expensive tvs that have lasted longer than this LG . LG does not stand behind there product. I am exstremly upset that we have to buy a new tv for a tv that we just have repaired by and LG tech . I do not think LG stands behind there products. We just had it fix and the same component went out...

                                  I have raised a service request on 20th Jan ( RNP[protected] for my LG front load washing machine and the technician who came had no knowledge of how to even turn on the machine. I don't know how come he become a technician, every min he used to call some other technician giving the details and asking for help. He couldn't even figure out the issue and was making a guess that there's some problem in it's drain motor and it need to be replaced to which I said yes. Almost after a week he came to replace the motor without it's complete parts and he took another 3-4 days to bring all parts and replace it. After testing the issue of outlet error wasn't solved. He took the service fee on his first visit (they are only concerned with collecting their charges) without handing me the receipt of the same. Another technician came after a week from that date and again he was confused too, I doubt if LG has any trained technician, he did the trial run for hours and said the same **** that it is showing outlet error which I was saying it from the very beginning. He said he needs to take my machine to Warehouse for complete service and i said yes to that too. He said it will take only a day in complete service. He didn't come for more than a week to take my machine to Warehouse. I have called him almost daily to which he didn't respond. He took my machine and my old drain motor without handing over me the job sheet or other documents and he gave the excuse that their printer is not working. It means that in case if they deny that took your machine you have no documents to claim it back. I paid the transportation. Again a week passed away after they took my machine (so there's was no one day service which he was claiming earlier) and he keep delaying it and later he didn't even answer my calls and so I had to complain again to the customer care (14th Feb RNP[protected] and their customer executive said that I don't have to pay any service charges and also I'll get a discount of 15% if any part is being replaced. I got my machine back after that and I didn't pay any charges to the technician as I was being told by the customer care executive. After a week that technician's assistant came to me for his dues and threaten me to pay him else it won't be good for me. His actual words were, "service Mene kri h LG ne nai n soch lo Paisa nai doge to machine vapis mere pass hi aayega " . LG technician has no etiquette and also it means that LG services can't be trusted if you have given a bad feedback or if you filed a complaint against them. I addressed this issue to their customer care and every time they keep giving me some senior authority's​ number who have not answered any of my call. They have given me the number of Shalini Tiwari and their Ajmer service center number. I keep calling again and again to customer care and they finally connected me to their area supervisor Panchu Rawat who said that I need to pay remaining charges because technician repaired my machine, for him it doesn't matter that how their technician speaks and one month delay means nothing to him. Till now I have no invoice or job sheet. I even talked to Mr. Anuj LG's other senior, he was just sorry for all this **** and still wants me to pay dues because I asked for invoice.

                                    Customer Care Team,

                                    I am an LG customer for many Years for various products and was quite happy with the experiences. This letter is to highlight a BAD experience I had encountered recently.
                                    I had purchased an LG Washing Machine by paying Rs.50, 000/- in the month of June 2016 and within 8 months, the Plastic drum inside (inside Bottom part of the machine) got leaked and your Kochi Service Center team claims that “ it is customer mistake and would not cover under Warranty”. Let me raise the following concerns to you.

                                    Complaint No.1 : Quality of Plastic items used inside the machine.

                                    1) It’s an part of the machine which is not visible outside anyways and which cannot be touched without opening the Bottom part of the machine.
                                    2) I am told that this drum is made in Plastic and how will I ensure the quality for a part which is inside the machine at the time of purchasing??

                                    Complaint No.2 : Service efficiency/quality of local service staff.

                                    It’s a completely unprofessional way of handling. After lodging a complaint on 7th March ( RNP[protected], they abruptly closed this complaint mentioning that it is out of warranty. (which was not informed to me till a continuously called to enquire status of my complaint). Again I was asked to call to your toll free number and raise another compliant ( RNP[protected] dated 08th March).

                                    Isn’t your basic responsibility to keep the customer informed before closing a customer complaint unilaterally??

                                    The Washing Machine today is NOT A LUXUARY for a family, but a necessity for daily use – I want a solution for this and want LG to address this issue immediately without penalizing me as there is absolutely no fault from my side.

                                    Somebody from LG customer care (No.[protected] and [protected]) called me on 11th March (Sat) and informed that refund of 95% will be done since the part is not available and i will have to wait for another 2 months for the part. He also assured me that Customer Service Manager will be visiting me the same day evening to discuss this...i am still waiting to see your so called "Customer Service Manager " even after 2 days.

                                    Frustrating experience. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. You know very well that a washing machine is an essential thing in our daily lives and each day that passes by without one is extremely traumatic.Let me make it very clear that if this hasn't been resolved by tomorrow, I'll be forced to go legally against LG INDIA.

                                      Dear Sirs.
                                      The problem started when our LG Refrigerator stopped cooling 2 years ago, we have called the formal LG Support in EGYPT through the Egyptian support number and they have replied that they will schedule a visit and come back to us – they never showed up and during that time we have tried multiple times to reset the refrigerator and fortunately it worked around 60 to 70 % of its cooling power
                                      After that incident with almost 2 years (5 Weeks ago) the refrigerator cooling system totally mal function and it was clear that we need a spare part replacement to fix it – This time we have called the support again and kept following up till they showed up and checked the problem – they have confirmed that the refrigerator needs a new electronic cooling mother board (controller) in order to work again
                                      They have left us for almost a 2 weeks without a reply then came back with the spare part that didn’t work on our refrigerator - at that time they have confirmed that they will order (import) the spare part and come back to fix the mal function – they didn’t show up and kept postponing the visit
                                      1 week ago In our last call, LG support have shocked us with the final reply that they will not fix the refrigerator because the spare part is not available any more and they can not do anything to us for our LG refrigerator has passed the 5 years warranty limit
                                      Our main questions is how in less than 6 years we can not fix our LG refrigerator weather through the warranty or not – we believe that the problem was not a miss use or electric outage or any reason from us
                                      If LG support can not help us who could !!! and finally if LG support have showed up 2 years ago when the problem started the refrigerator would have been fixed in the warranty period
                                      We would appreciate if you would kindly help us to fix our refrigerator that is considered to be relatively new with less than 6 years o[censored]sage
