I bought a LG Nexus 5x phone in March 2016. After 2-3 months I started facing this camera problem where it would crash 8 out of 10 times, hang for few seconds and then switch off the phone. I have been very patient with this problem and tried to search it around the internet for the solution. I even reset the phone but still facing the same problem. At last I waited for Android Nougat 7.1.1 update and was hopeful of a fix for this issue but still no luck.

Yesterday I went to their great customer support center and got the camera replaced. Within few hours same problem of camera showing black screen and phone hanging came up again. They are asking me to submit the phone for 3-4 days. I don't have any other phone so what should I do now?

Thank you for the mental harassment and selling defective phones to customers. I paid 32000 rupees for this piece of junk. I want my money back now. I would rather buy a phone worth 5000 rupees that atleast have the basic functionalities of scanning a barcode or taking pictures.

    Hello sir/ madam
    Here after many phone calls, I am writing my complain. I bought LG washing machine on 30/11/2016, item # LG T7577TEELJ from Reliance digital, procube complex, Nizampura Road, Vadodara- 390002 Gujarat INDIA. The sales person name is Prajesh, while selling me the product he never said about the service limitation. I purchased the product and I am totally unaware of the 7 days notice I took 10 days of demo. when the demo technician came to my place that time they told me u don't have proper tap for water so we cant give u demo with water, so I replied its ok I will buy new tap and then u come for demo. even though without my permission they open the box and took the pictures of bar code of washing machine and I repeat again and again don't do this but they replied we have to show our manager we visited your place. one of the technician named is Raju. Then after 10 days of purchased of washing machine I bought new tap and called them again for demo. This time another technician came and connect the machine with the needed parts to make work, when they stared the LED light display is not working properly. I argued and put written note in their complain sheet with his and my signature and they told me we cant take any decision so LG technician will come and tell u. then after a day a technician came to my place told me he is from LG company and want to check the machine. He checked found out the washing Machine LED light is not working properly and I requested, I bought a brand new washing machine I don't want any repair, I want a brand new nice properly washing machine from LG. Please exchange it. He said I put your request on the company and you will get the answer soon. same day I called the Reliance Digital where from I LG product bought and talked with Prajesh. and explained everything. then he gave me one number, which is LG Krishna service center, NIzampura Vadodara 390002 Gujarat where I talked with Shailesh Baria constantly about the washing machine. but he said me I have your complain and I email about your complain and request to our head office of LG and they will answer me and then only I gave you the service which is written from the head office LG. I said him please update me with SMS or email, if possible email me too the same email which you send to Head office but none of these done by Shailesh Baria. He talked with me very rudely and never update me. if I called him he always told me I didn't received any email from our Head office. I don't know his is tell me lie or making story to getting me more angered. Till today I don't have any positive reply from him or LG company. its started on 2 dec 2016 around 4 pm. On 15/12/16 I requested for company demo where I found the LED is not working. MY request # is [protected]. after found by LG technician the LED is not working they put complain on 16/12/16, my complain # is RNT[protected].

      I bought a Lg tv from Jharia on 1/9/2015. Some hardware got damaged inside the LED tv sometime on July 2016 and was covered and repaired under warranty same time. Now the same hardware got damaged in Dec.2016 and the warranty has lapsed till now. My point being, how can the same part get damaged on regular interval or may be the company engineer has put some faulty part when he repaired it the first time.

        1. It is brought to your kind notice that the LG G4 phone was purchased on 29 Dec 2015, I was very happy that I had a phone with latest specifications, and best in the market as claimed by LG, but after few month my happiness was ruined as battery performance was very poor and phone was also generating ample amount of heat also, when I contacted LG service Centre APK technology at Pune they told me that being smart phone this heat is normal and battery does not last for longer hour, I have no option left and only to make up my self to accept this bitter truth.

        2. In the month of Aug 2016 one day phone suddenly hanged and switched OFF, I try to switched it ON by ON/OFF key but there was no response from phone, then I went to LG Service Centre APK Technology Pune and there they told me that they needs to replace the motherboard, then I asked them why this has happen then they told me that Sir “This model phone is having this problem and now we will replace this motherboard with updated motherboard as company has rectified the existing problem in new motherboard”. Service Centre rep told me sir it will take 3 to 4 days to replace the mother board but they took approx. 15 Days to replace the same and return the phone.

        3. On 17 Nov 2016, the Phone again started giving trouble and this time issue was with the display, Sometime half display become blank and after some time again become OK, I observed this for few days, some days it works perfectly and some day it does not works. Then finally on 25 Nov 2016 I went to LG Service Centre APK Technology Pune then they took over the phone and told me that tomorrow we will be able to tell you what is the exact problem. They did not call me next day after waiting till afternoon I called Service Centre and then they told me that once again motherboard needs to be replace then I asked them it was replaced in Aug 2016 with latest updated motherboard then why this has happened again within 3 month whereas earlier motherboard last for 08 month. There was no satisfactory reply from them. They told me that we shall be able to repair your phone by 3 Dec 2016. I was shocked and very much disturbed as after investing so much of amount the quality of product was not at all satisfactory and ruined my peace also.

        I called service centre on 3 Dec then they told me that your phone still not repaired we have some problem in system so we shall be able to repair it by 07 Dec. even on 07th Dec also it was not repaired. I requested them to replace the phone as they were not able to repair it even after lapse of 13 Day. They told me to contact LG Customer Care, then I called LG Customer Care and explain my problems and requested them to registered my grievances but again it was a shocker to me when customer care rep told me that they can not registered your grievances here you approach LG Service Centre then I told that Service Centre told me to contact You and you are telling to approach them now what should I do. Then customer care rep told me that he will speak to Service Centre and revert to you but till today i.e 22 Dec 2016 and never received a call from LG Customer care. Then I again called Service Centre and told them what happen with me. After that Service Centre agree to take up my case with LG for replacement of Phone on 16 Dec 2016. On 19 Dec 2016 I received a call from Service Centre APK technology and they told me that LG has turn down your request for replacement of Phone and your existing handset will be repair with extended warranty on motherboard only.

        4. It is also brought to your kind notice that Charger Cord was also replaced by Service Centre by charging Rs 500.00 in the month of Aug 2016.

        5. After 25 days of struggle what I got
        (a) Mental harassment.
        (b) Loss of all my data earlier and this time also.
        (c) Loss of connectivity with my friends and relatives.
        (d) Loss of 4G data charges as I am unable to use my 4G sim.
        (e) And Most importantly my Time which will be never come back again at any cost.

        6. I analyses the entire situation and noticed that a Phone which is having serious manufacturing defect is not at all usable at any cost. Moreover, there is no hope that other accessories and connected item will not be defective due to frequent repairs and replacement of motherboard. The warranty will also be over on 29 Dec 2016 for other parts except motherboard (on motherboard its will only be 06 month). Anything can happen with this phone and its parts in near future and then who will be responsible for that loss. Is the life of this phone is only 07 to 08 Months?. In last 12 Month, this phone is in Service Centre for approx. 40 days till 22 Dec 2016 and continue. Can LG can return those 40 Days and my mental harassment and other losses as stated above in para 5?

        7. In view of above it is my request to LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, to replace this Phone immediately, I will not accept old phone after repair at any cost and will claim all my loses through Court of Law from LG if this Phone is not replaced in next 07 days.

          My complain number with LG service centre was RNP[protected]. the said complaint has been closed without any resolution. The service engineer who visited my house said that I have to pay 1200/- for the replacement of the fibre glass top which has bend and due to which the door of the dryier is not opening properly. when I had purchased the WM, I was told that it was the design only . Now the service engineer who visited my house states that it is damaged. I would like to know if it is damanged, will the fibre not break instead of bending and if it is bending, is it not inferior quality material used. why should I pay 1200/- when the prduct has 2 yrs warranty. your senior customer care Arika Bhosale whose mobile number was shared does not receive calls and only sms's . She provided me the contact number of Mr Balaji, some senior service engineer who never bothers to even call back or receive my call. In such a scenario, I find a sms stating that my above complaint number has been closed .

            I have to purchase above tv from flipkart october, 16 big billion sale. After 2 months tv's picture colour shown dark. I was filed a complaint about it in lg cutomer care. Serviceman said that panel has been damaged and it should be replace. Is there any provision to replace my above tv because only after 2 months from purchase panel is damage.

              We bought LG twin door, and its damaged one from beginning, allthough after many complains and repair they said that company will replace it in November 2014, but still that fridge in my house and no one come to take it almost after 2 years, Worst kind of experience with LG hence we decide to never buy and LG product onwards, but we lost our almost 1.2L on our fridge, they won;'t come even after consumer court order!!

                We have front loader lg washing machine, model no. Being f1480tdp25. Alspeil. Recently it stopped working so we raised a complain with lg company and accordingly service engineer came to visit n checked the machine. He than specifically told us that two parts are not working and as such, it has to be changed. He also told us that if we can produce the invoice of purchase, one parts will be free n the other parts will cost near about 3000inr. So we sent the machine to service centre for repair. First of all they took a lot of time to repair and we have to call frequently to ask about the washing mahine. Than one day they called us n said that machine has been repaired and we have to pay more than 10000 inr. When we told him dat the service engineer said it would cost only 3000inr.. How come its so high. He than said that they hv changed some other parts so its 10000/-
                My complain is when the service charge is too high, how come the service people change the parts without informing me. Instead of paying more tham 10000/-i would rather prefer to buy a new washing machine.
                After that, the service people didnt gv us any feedback about the machine and doesnot respond properly when we cal them. Its still lying in the service centre. Please kindly solve my problem or else i will be bound to escalate with your higer bosses.

                  Several times i registered my complaint about the technical fault in my LG LED TV. No body of customer care ready to forward my call to seniors and did not trying to solve them self also. its a worst condition of customer care persons. it is the facility to misguide to customers only and nothing more than its. if not agree so, its my complaint no.                     I went away from my house for few days and when came back i found that all the goods lying in general lower section of fridge are frozen. I informed on customer care no and the technician came to check and advised me to keep the fridge off overnight and he will come next day.This thing started in the month of nov 2016. Techi advised that one part has to be changed and i should keep the fridge off for twenty four hours. I had no option but to follow him though all the goods started decomposing. Techi came abd did some adjustments and asked me to start using. I went outside and when i came back i found that the lower portion is not cooling and all goods are deicomposed. Again i contacted the techi who again advised me switch off it for 24 hrs and he will come after that to check. I had to do so and he came cleaned the fridge and adjusted. Next mornin.g we noticed that again the goods are frozen. We informed hi and he promised that he will come next day which inspite of calls to him complaining to call centres nothing has happened and no body came. I was advised that somebody will come ib 24 hours but that was only making fool of customer. I am not able to use the fridge for last one week. Why do you advise the customer diffeerntly when he goes to buy your product and behave differently after sales. I am unfortunate to buy all house holds even mobile ph of L G. pl let me know why customers are harassed by sending people who can not solve the problems.and how to resolve this problem Iam brijesh kapoor from Lucknow My ph no is [protected].

                      No repair service available for lg g4 h815 mobile phone at bodakdev ahmedabad lg service centre the funny reason they gave was that they don't have the compatible software for the model as it has been bought in foreign country. Infact the phone has been bought a year back. And the guy in charge informed that i can get it repaired outside from any street vendor. Quite surprised how lg provides after sales service. The problem with the phone is that it got stuck with a bootloop meaning it stopped booting and this is the well know problem which i came to know from the internet that most of the lg g4 model are suffering from this hardware failure.

                        Am writing in to urgently raise my issue that in grossly mishandled by outsourcing staff. Am a High end LG product user and am being made to doubt the Brand reputation. From user end have tried every contact channel from Service Center to your center to followup my complaint now pending for many day.

                          I used to be a big fan of lg products but i am so much disappointed with its service provided for my microwave.
                          I bought a lg microwave model ml-3281cg from r. K distributors, moradabad (U. P) on 11 nov 2012 and bought amc which is valid till 9 nov 2018. The pcb is causing problem and so i contacted lg customer care infinite times. They always locked my complaint but technician visited only once and that too on his visit he said he would return within a week once pcb is available. But he never turned back. I had to again lock the complaint. Now the response i am getting is that pcb is not available at the company and if you want it replaced, you will have to bare 45% depreciation of the cost of the microwave, only then it will be replaced.
                          This is such a ridiculous service. Firstly if the pcb is not available in the company, then from where will you get the pcb if i bear 45% depreciation. That means the company has pcb available if i bear the cost, but it is not available if they need to get it changed in my amc. Secondly, when my amc includes issues with pcb, then why will i bear any cost.

                            I brought LED TV 43inch on 29/08/2015 Poonvel Stores, Gummidipoondi Bill No : 5015... last week i had problem display not working.. i called customer care and they had sent service person to my home and service person came told to me there is display problem. after that service center says simply you have to pay Rs.23500/-.. with in 1 year 03 Months how i can pay this amount.. kindly help to resolve this issue... In my home all LG brands Ex: TV, Refrigerator, AC.. How we can trust the LG brands in future.. i request to, kindly do the free replacement immediately. with out television there is no entertainment in my home.. Thanks for understanding..

                              I had ordered the Smart TV display a month ago and i have yet not received the display
                              I am following it up every now an than no proper response.

                              This is worst experience i had in my life just for a simple display it is taking more than a month and no revert till date.

                                We bought a new Refrigerator from Relish Enterprise in Chengannur, Alleppy Dist., Kerala on 11.11.15 worth 32000, - INR. The refrigerator was defect after one months use. Its basic functions cooling and freezing was no more there. The matter was reported through the dealer to LG, and we requested for an exchange of the refrigerator. It was refused arguing; ut was against the Companys policy. It is repaired in the first week of Jan. 16.

                                As we work in germany we left for Germany on 16.02.16, and came backon 16.11.16 backmto India. we switched on the Refrigerator it didnòt function. No cooling, No Freezing. Again we complained to LG on 18.11.16. Their Technicians had been to us; once they took the Fridge with them, brought back as repired and collected fees. But till today it is not working.

                                  This is to inform that i had lodged a complaint some 20 days back for repair of my lg led tv but till date the same has not been repaired, the tv goes faulty now and then and i had informed this to lg customer care for replacement of my tv as it gets faulty after every 3 months but they have not replaced it, neither are they servicing it properly, they want to earn money from me and i assure them that they have to repay, i will be posting msgs on this forum and such forums till the day eithermy tv is repaired properly or i get a replacement.

                                  Below is my complaint no. Which was lodged on 28th nov 2016 and nobody has attended till date:

                                  Also i have relodged a complaint yesterday rnp[protected] but nobody has reverted till not

                                  The technician who had visited for the repair of my tv last time had informed that the repaired product was installed in my tv evertime due to which the tv had gone faulty, if this time too such thing happens i will put up all this issues on consumer complaints for sure.

                                  This shows that the lg service centre in deoria, up has gone corrupt.
                                  LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  On dec 6th 2016 i had given complaint at lg service centre (christian college) calicut, Kerala. After 4 days service guy came up and he told adapter complaint. Today 17th dec thery didint replaced me adaptor.

                                    Company stop parts in 4-5 years and they don't want to give me depreciation. I buy led tv in 68000/- rs but now its value is zero(0).

                                    my led tv model no. is 42le7500.
                                    purchase date is :- 09/11/2011.

                                    its main bord is failed tell by service engineers of lg electronics.

                                    i want repair my tv but lg service manager tell me that parts discontinued and now not possible.

                                    he also tell me that if your product 5 year old then no depreciation on that.

                                    please help me in this if company do like this then many people worried about it.

                                    please do needful earlier.

                                      On 5 dec, 2016 i lodged a complaint regarding leakage of black substance in my freezer. No. Rnp[protected].
                                      On 10 dec, 2016 i receive an sms saying that my service has appointment has been re-fixed whereas i never received any call from your end. No. Rnp[protected].
                                      Today is 15 dec, 2016 and its been over 10 days since i lodged a complaint but no action has taken place so far despite my priduct still being in warranty period.
                                      Also i have raised complaints on same issue twice earlier since september but none of your technicia s have come out with permanent solution.
                                      Let me know if you are at all interested in carrying out the service or not.
                                      This was the first time i purchased any lg product and trust me this will remain the last. Such worst products, worst service and 0 level of knowledge of your technicians.
                                      LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Raised complaint 1 month back and still my washing machine board was not replaced and I again raised another complaint 3days(RNP[protected] back and for the god sake the problem is going on the way. issuesIf we are calling no answer from the people.

                                      This will be the last time and never and ever get back to 'LG' products.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have brought the lg washing mashing in jan 2014, which is still under warranty. This machine has caught fire twice after short circuit, and the lg service center is not listening to our complaint. As this product is defective and have manufacturing defect.

                                        This issue is not solved, no one from the LG company has tried to contacted us. The machine is still faulty. We are still struggling to get the support from LG, as no one has taken any steps to solve our issue.

                                        When we switch on the television it is working for 5- to 10 minutes. After that display disappearing and t.v will not work.
