I used to be a big fan of lg products but i am so much disappointed with its service provided for my microwave.
I bought a lg microwave model ml-3281cg from r. K distributors, moradabad (U. P) on 11 nov 2012 and bought amc which is valid till 9 nov 2018. The pcb is causing problem and so i contacted lg customer care infinite times. They always locked my complaint but technician visited only once and that too on his visit he said he would return within a week once pcb is available. But he never turned back. I had to again lock the complaint. Now the response i am getting is that pcb is not available at the company and if you want it replaced, you will have to bare 45% depreciation of the cost of the microwave, only then it will be replaced.
This is such a ridiculous service. Firstly if the pcb is not available in the company, then from where will you get the pcb if i bear 45% depreciation. That means the company has pcb available if i bear the cost, but it is not available if they need to get it changed in my amc. Secondly, when my amc includes issues with pcb, then why will i bear any cost.

    I brought LED TV 43inch on 29/08/2015 Poonvel Stores, Gummidipoondi Bill No : 5015... last week i had problem display not working.. i called customer care and they had sent service person to my home and service person came told to me there is display problem. after that service center says simply you have to pay Rs.23500/-.. with in 1 year 03 Months how i can pay this amount.. kindly help to resolve this issue... In my home all LG brands Ex: TV, Refrigerator, AC.. How we can trust the LG brands in future.. i request to, kindly do the free replacement immediately. with out television there is no entertainment in my home.. Thanks for understanding..

      I had ordered the Smart TV display a month ago and i have yet not received the display
      I am following it up every now an than no proper response.

      This is worst experience i had in my life just for a simple display it is taking more than a month and no revert till date.

      will i be getting the resolution or i have to keep on following it up.

        We bought a new Refrigerator from Relish Enterprise in Chengannur, Alleppy Dist., Kerala on 11.11.15 worth 32000, - INR. The refrigerator was defect after one months use. Its basic functions cooling and freezing was no more there. The matter was reported through the dealer to LG, and we requested for an exchange of the refrigerator. It was refused arguing; ut was against the Companys policy. It is repaired in the first week of Jan. 16.

        As we work in germany we left for Germany on 16.02.16, and came backon 16.11.16 backmto India. we switched on the Refrigerator it didnòt function. No cooling, No Freezing. Again we complained to LG on 18.11.16. Their Technicians had been to us; once they took the Fridge with them, brought back as repired and collected fees. But till today it is not working.

          Dear all

          This is to inform that i had lodged a complaint some 20 days back for repair of my lg led tv but till date the same has not been repaired, the tv goes faulty now and then and i had informed this to lg customer care for replacement of my tv as it gets faulty after every 3 months but they have not replaced it, neither are they servicing it properly, they want to earn money from me and i assure them that they have to repay, i will be posting msgs on this forum and such forums till the day eithermy tv is repaired properly or i get a replacement.

          Below is my complaint no. Which was lodged on 28th nov 2016 and nobody has attended till date:

          Also i have relodged a complaint yesterday rnp[protected] but nobody has reverted till not

          The technician who had visited for the repair of my tv last time had informed that the repaired product was installed in my tv evertime due to which the tv had gone faulty, if this time too such thing happens i will put up all this issues on consumer complaints for sure.

          This shows that the lg service centre in deoria, up has gone corrupt.

          On dec 6th 2016 i had given complaint at lg service centre (christian college) calicut, Kerala. After 4 days service guy came up and he told adapter complaint. Today 17th dec thery didint replaced me adaptor.

            Company stop parts in 4-5 years and they don't want to give me depreciation. I buy led tv in 68000/- rs but now its value is zero(0).

            my led tv model no. is 42le7500.
            purchase date is :- 09/11/2011.

            its main bord is failed tell by service engineers of lg electronics.

            i want repair my tv but lg service manager tell me that parts discontinued and now not possible.

            he also tell me that if your product 5 year old then no depreciation on that.

            please help me in this if company do like this then many people worried about it.

            please do needful earlier.

              On 5 dec, 2016 i lodged a complaint regarding leakage of black substance in my freezer. No. Rnp[protected].
              On 10 dec, 2016 i receive an sms saying that my service has appointment has been re-fixed whereas i never received any call from your end. No. Rnp[protected].
              Today is 15 dec, 2016 and its been over 10 days since i lodged a complaint but no action has taken place so far despite my priduct still being in warranty period.
              Also i have raised complaints on same issue twice earlier since september but none of your technicia s have come out with permanent solution.
              Let me know if you are at all interested in carrying out the service or not.
              This was the first time i purchased any lg product and trust me this will remain the last. Such worst products, worst service and 0 level of knowledge of your technicians.

              Raised complaint 1 month back and still my washing machine board was not replaced and I again raised another complaint 3days(RNP[protected] back and for the god sake the problem is going on the way. issuesIf we are calling no answer from the people.

              This will be the last time and never and ever get back to 'LG' products.

                I have brought the lg washing mashing in jan 2014, which is still under warranty. This machine has caught fire twice after short circuit, and the lg service center is not listening to our complaint. As this product is defective and have manufacturing defect.

                  This phone was just 3 weeks old when it shattered in my ear. I've made a call to customer service hand to no avail have I received a call back hand its been almost 2 weeks. The phone's battery was fully charged but would somehow register half full or below on the battery indicator. No prior damage was done to this phone. I'm in needed of a new device. Since I didn't inflict damage nor cause this incident to occur, I feel I shouldn't be held reliable for the damages to this device. Nor should I have to resort to filing a claim with my insurance carrier hand being made to pay a deductible in order to receive a new device.

                  This is the 7th time i am taking it to repair center since i bought my LG g4 mobile last month. I am planning to take a legal measure against LG company.

                      No audio, no video. Date of the incident, 08/12/2016. The TV power light is blinking when it is on and after few seconds the light is not seen and then the TV is off then the light is seen. Please provider repair. The set top box is getting power and it is working, but the TV is not getting power. Stabilizer is also working properly. Please provide repair as early as possible.

                        Dear Officer/ To whom it may concern:

                        Good day!

                        I'm writing to inform you about the bad experienced in using the device (LG G3 smartphone) and the services provided by your customer support/ technician on your retail branch at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong Ortigas, Philippines.

                        Enumerated below my complaint's:

                        1/ MY HANDSET ENCOUNTERED BLUE SCREEN. When the device reached 15% battery life I decided to charge the battery then after 5 to 10 MINS this problem suddenly occurs. So I panic and immediately switch OFF the unit, however, problem still occurs after LG screen introduction my output display turned on to BLUE SCREEN.

                        After bad experience happened, decided to turned OFF totally my handset (took 4 HRS after I switched ON again.) Able to access my profile again but during data backup or any tap on the screen display the response become worst (it keep reboot then displayed BLUE SCREEN).

                        2/ Went to their repair branch in SM MEGAMALL, they re-programmed the unit hoping that it will resolve/ fix the said problem but went worst. The unit no longer responding and no power at all then they texted me (SMS) that they will instead replace the board and require me to pay PHP 13, 000++ to resolve the problem. I'M SO PISSED OFF.

                        I hope and pray that you may assist/ help me to restore the handset that I purchased (almost PHP 30, 000++ way back 2yrs)

                        -Desirable resolution: Repair for free (due to bad experienced using the unit that took only 24 mos on-hand but never last at least 3 to 5yrs of life span. Also, bad services that required me to pay PHP 13, 000++ JUST TO REPLACE THE BOARD after they re-programmed the unit and didn't resolve/ fix the problem and output became worst causing unable to charge the battery and unit didn't turn ON anymore).

                        Machine is not taking water & cloths are not washing. The machine is top loading sigle tob. Rincer is working the machine is only rincing. The machine is more than 10 years old. I have cleaned the water filter but it is still not washing.

                          This is a well known issue which both Google and LG Electronics have washed of their hands. The phone which was bought for 36000 INR is now a bricked paper weight after the September Nougat update from Google. The phone started to bootloop in Mid-November nearly a month after the update. Google says its a hardware issue but has not come forward with any official acknowledgement towards LG. Since the phone is out of warranty (Nov 5-expired) LG service centre is charging me 10000 for repair. Irrespective of when the phone was bought many customers have started facing the issue since mid-September post Nougat update. It is unclear if the hardware malfunction was triggered by the update as there is no official report from Google.
                          I need a free- repair or an entire refund for the product.

                              A window air conditioner was bought in Chennai in Kellys show room in balfor road on 24 3 2015 which had hardly worked well for 10 to 12 months and after that a complaint was made for a service and the service team took nearly 15 days .after the service the unit is not working completely.very poor service and worst product as well.brings only stress to us after spending so much money.either rectify or change the unit

                                    Myself is gaurav agrawal, i have purchased a LG Window AC with hot and cool function in 2014. in July 2016 it's gas leaked so i called LG service center. They came and took my AC for their workshop for repairing and next day they install my AC with cool function. when last day i operate its heat function it not works. so i called service center and your serviceman comes and after seeing AC told that in this AC reverse valve is not exists so i[censored] want it than pay rs 3000/- for it. so it shows in your last service of July 16 that part is remove from my AC during repairing. so i am surprised that what is this work culture. so please repair my AC free of cost with all functions.

                                      Hi l have an LG refrigerator which l bought three years back. It is cooling excessively n my fruits n vegetables get spoilt. Milk n curd gets frozen in the fridge part of the machine. Continuous messages n complaints since June have yielded o result. Someone by the name of Vaibhav keeps promising of heeding to my plea, but nothing has happened till now. June to December is a long wait. Hopefully now someone will actually solve my problem rather than giving me hollow reassurances n then disappearing like Mr. Vaibhav

                                        Complaint was pending from 13 days.

                                        The poor lg service continues. Your team has changed the pcb trice to fix the issue, still the issue is not resolved. Now team is claiming that there is no issue. It seams you have kept very low quality standards of the product. All that you have given is pain with your product and service. And now not even responding to my mails.

                                        1. Latest feed back:- (Mail communication)

                                        As per the lg team request, again i have visited the lg repairing centre for the pcb replacement. Lg was replaced faulty pcb and checked all the feature of phone at the time if function test battery was 80% charge and after one hr battery was drain. (In the front of lg representative)

                                        So again charge battery was inserted in handset for the function and battery checked but same issue was occurred in handset. (In the front of lg representative)
                                        It is clearly indicated the lg g4 handset having issue...
                                        As requested again today i have observed same issue and evidence is attached.. (Pfa)

                                        2. Feed back after replacement of faulty pcb:

                                        Today’s i have charged battery 100% (Time :- 09:11) for the regular check and i found time 13:13, battery drained on 15% and now time 13:46 battery is 2%.
                                        After so many r & d conclusion is battery drained is very fast in lg g4.
                                        So i request to lg please replaced my lg g4 handset with latest upgrade phone. I don’t want lg g4...

                                        3. Total case history:-
                                        1. On the camera glass dust found:- replaced with new. (Doa)
                                        2. First time bill amount was 39999/- s/n 512kpm2173659 and imei no. Was [protected]-1 & [protected]-9 (Shop name classic world nx. Chembur bill no 9371)
                                        3. After doa bill amount had changed:- it was 44900/- (And the mrp cost is 41500) and imei no was [protected] & [protected] (Shop name classic world nx. Chembur bill no 9426) i cant understand how shop keeper can write amount more than mrp cost on bills.
                                        4. Again i found problem with charging and service centre was replaced mother board — missed to take imei no.
                                        5.2week back again i found problem with charging and display issue service centre was replaced mother board and display. New imei no. [protected] and 88
                                        6. And now i have faced issue with battery discharged and bluetooth connectivity. Battery will drain very fast, in a day need to replaced 3times and i have to carried both battery and charger...

                                        I am very much disappoint with lg g4. I have waste money to buy lg product.
                                        So my request to lg team kindly replace this product (Lg g4) with other good model...
