Dear Officer/ To whom it may concern:

Good day!

I'm writing to inform you about the bad experienced in using the device (LG G3 smartphone) and the services provided by your customer support/ technician on your retail branch at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong Ortigas, Philippines.

Enumerated below my complaint's:

1/ MY HANDSET ENCOUNTERED BLUE SCREEN. When the device reached 15% battery life I decided to charge the battery then after 5 to 10 MINS this problem suddenly occurs. So I panic and immediately switch OFF the unit, however, problem still occurs after LG screen introduction my output display turned on to BLUE SCREEN.

After bad experience happened, decided to turned OFF totally my handset (took 4 HRS after I switched ON again.) Able to access my profile again but during data backup or any tap on the screen display the response become worst (it keep reboot then displayed BLUE SCREEN).

2/ Went to their repair branch in SM MEGAMALL, they re-programmed the unit hoping that it will resolve/ fix the said problem but went worst. The unit no longer responding and no power at all then they texted me (SMS) that they will instead replace the board and require me to pay PHP 13, 000++ to resolve the problem. I'M SO PISSED OFF.

I hope and pray that you may assist/ help me to restore the handset that I purchased (almost PHP 30, 000++ way back 2yrs)

-Desirable resolution: Repair for free (due to bad experienced using the unit that took only 24 mos on-hand but never last at least 3 to 5yrs of life span. Also, bad services that required me to pay PHP 13, 000++ JUST TO REPLACE THE BOARD after they re-programmed the unit and didn't resolve/ fix the problem and output became worst causing unable to charge the battery and unit didn't turn ON anymore).

Machine is not taking water & cloths are not washing. The machine is top loading sigle tob. Rincer is working the machine is only rincing. The machine is more than 10 years old. I have cleaned the water filter but it is still not washing.

    This is a well known issue which both Google and LG Electronics have washed of their hands. The phone which was bought for 36000 INR is now a bricked paper weight after the September Nougat update from Google. The phone started to bootloop in Mid-November nearly a month after the update. Google says its a hardware issue but has not come forward with any official acknowledgement towards LG. Since the phone is out of warranty (Nov 5-expired) LG service centre is charging me 10000 for repair. Irrespective of when the phone was bought many customers have started facing the issue since mid-September post Nougat update. It is unclear if the hardware malfunction was triggered by the update as there is no official report from Google.
    I need a free- repair or an entire refund for the product.

    I am facing the same problem. Lg has scammed us. I had bought my nexus 5x on 10th Nov 2015. Have to spend 10000 for just a repair :/

      I had bought a 24 inch LG LED TV on 8/12/16 from rajeev electronics, gangtok for rs 13000/-. today I got a call from lg customer care pH.no.[protected] for installation. I said the caller to visit me on 10/12/16 but he denied and informed my wife that I have said that we don't need any service from them.

      In this regard it is requested that the necessary service may be provided to me at earliest.

        A window air conditioner was bought in Chennai in Kellys show room in balfor road on 24 3 2015 which had hardly worked well for 10 to 12 months and after that a complaint was made for a service and the service team took nearly 15 days .after the service the unit is not working completely.very poor service and worst product as well.brings only stress to us after spending so much money.either rectify or change the unit

            2 Months back i purchased LG G4 mobile. But Iam frustrated with LG G4 mobile because it restart randomly and i spent rs.32000/- on this mobile. I try to contact the LG customer care but no response. In google i checked the review of LG G4 and every one complaining about the random restart issue.Please take necessary action immediately. Provide the solution.

              Myself is gaurav agrawal, i have purchased a LG Window AC with hot and cool function in 2014. in July 2016 it's gas leaked so i called LG service center. They came and took my AC for their workshop for repairing and next day they install my AC with cool function. when last day i operate its heat function it not works. so i called service center and your serviceman comes and after seeing AC told that in this AC reverse valve is not exists so i[censored] want it than pay rs 3000/- for it. so it shows in your last service of July 16 that part is remove from my AC during repairing. so i am surprised that what is this work culture. so please repair my AC free of cost with all functions.

                Hi l have an LG refrigerator which l bought three years back. It is cooling excessively n my fruits n vegetables get spoilt. Milk n curd gets frozen in the fridge part of the machine. Continuous messages n complaints since June have yielded o result. Someone by the name of Vaibhav keeps promising of heeding to my plea, but nothing has happened till now. June to December is a long wait. Hopefully now someone will actually solve my problem rather than giving me hollow reassurances n then disappearing like Mr. Vaibhav

                  Complaint was pending from 13 days.

                  The poor lg service continues. Your team has changed the pcb trice to fix the issue, still the issue is not resolved. Now team is claiming that there is no issue. It seams you have kept very low quality standards of the product. All that you have given is pain with your product and service. And now not even responding to my mails.

                  1. Latest feed back:- (Mail communication)

                  As per the lg team request, again i have visited the lg repairing centre for the pcb replacement. Lg was replaced faulty pcb and checked all the feature of phone at the time if function test battery was 80% charge and after one hr battery was drain. (In the front of lg representative)

                  So again charge battery was inserted in handset for the function and battery checked but same issue was occurred in handset. (In the front of lg representative)
                  It is clearly indicated the lg g4 handset having issue...
                  As requested again today i have observed same issue and evidence is attached.. (Pfa)

                  2. Feed back after replacement of faulty pcb:

                  Today’s i have charged battery 100% (Time :- 09:11) for the regular check and i found time 13:13, battery drained on 15% and now time 13:46 battery is 2%.
                  After so many r & d conclusion is battery drained is very fast in lg g4.
                  So i request to lg please replaced my lg g4 handset with latest upgrade phone. I don’t want lg g4...

                  3. Total case history:-
                  1. On the camera glass dust found:- replaced with new. (Doa)
                  2. First time bill amount was 39999/- s/n 512kpm2173659 and imei no. Was [protected]-1 & [protected]-9 (Shop name classic world nx. Chembur bill no 9371)
                  3. After doa bill amount had changed:- it was 44900/- (And the mrp cost is 41500) and imei no was [protected] & [protected] (Shop name classic world nx. Chembur bill no 9426) i cant understand how shop keeper can write amount more than mrp cost on bills.
                  4. Again i found problem with charging and service centre was replaced mother board — missed to take imei no.
                  5.2week back again i found problem with charging and display issue service centre was replaced mother board and display. New imei no. [protected] and 88
                  6. And now i have faced issue with battery discharged and bluetooth connectivity. Battery will drain very fast, in a day need to replaced 3times and i have to carried both battery and charger...

                  I am very much disappoint with lg g4. I have waste money to buy lg product.
                  So my request to lg team kindly replace this product (Lg g4) with other good model...

                    I submitted my phone at LG service center for screen damage repair.i called many times them but they are not giving my phone.everything they are giving me excuse.now they are not picking my phone.two times I visited center.they are giving me phone not battery.
                    Today many times call them but not picking my cell phone.
                    Always say 100% tomorrow.but not giving any how.
                    2 month already gone I submitted it on 4 October.
                    It was only display crack.2 month is more than to change display
                    Even lady who is working there say I do not know when your phone will be OK.

                      No proper communication between, service engineer & service van for pick up and delivery. I face this problem
                      I purchase on dated 01.10.2016 LG double door refrigerator, (Model No. GL Q282SGSR and Sr.No. 608PRKX 052221) within one week from backside compressor tun tun heavy sound comes on day or night two or three times, next week register the complain dated 11.10.2016(RNA[protected] next day engineers comes on see the problem watch for 30 minutes, he says voltage problem and record the sound how is it possible to customer, but LG have internal stabilizer for 139 volt to 290 volt…and engineer close the complaint without customer reply..
                      Thirdly for our safety we install Guard VG100 stabilizer, same problem tang tun sound.
                      Again we register the second complain dated 11.11.2016( RNA[protected] for same problem, Engineers came on 12.11.2016 told for this you have to send Fridge to Service Center we agree and given to service center. On dated 15.11.2016 one week under observation at service center they not found any noise. Again they were saying unless sound record we can’t do anything to company policy We said that return back on date 22.11.2016 to home as it is in our place in worst condition scratches for refrigerator body.
                      Now who cover the scratches for refrigerator body damage & Noise.
                      I will not switch on the refrigerator unless your engineers visit.You damage the refrigerator while delivery at home.
                      LG cannot give up with a good services in Goa, provide trained engineers latest technical information explain for customer satisfaction.
                      Find Enclosed pictures while return from service center today dated 22.11.2016.After that Branch manager visit on 25.11.2016 .After discussion we send record sound to service center on 26.11.2016 on email ID concern persons ..Till on words no reply from service center.. Waiting for reply.

                        There was very poor response by customer executives and I made multiple calls but no response till 2 days .

                        even after 2 days, they were telling like executive will visit once free .

                        I dont even get connected to higher level for escalation as there is no such option available to complain.

                          I had purchased the latest model LG Cinema 3D Smart TV 42LM6400 from M/s Girias show room at RA Puram, Chennai-28 through Bajaj Finance by paying Rs.60, 501 on 29/04/2013 (Copy attached) with LG company warranty for one year. On the advice of LG service engineer I have paid Rs.17, 384 for comprehensive AMC through LG Happy Living Plan for four years from 30.04.1014 to 29.04.2018 with HLP No.NK 019017 (copy attached). It was working fine till recently. About 2 months ago the display has gone bad. Thus I contacted LG help line and a complaint with RNA No[protected] was registered. Next day LG Service Engineer Mr. Prakash came home, checked and informed me that the display panel is to be replaced. He told me that he will check the availability of the same. On the next day Mr. Sharif, another service engineer of LG telephoned me and told that the display panel is not available and if I submit the address proof, bank details etc. case will be processed and I will be reimbursed the cost of the TV as manufacturing of the product is stopped. Accordingly I submitted the documents. Next day he told me that if I submit a quotation for available new model of LG make TV, I will get only 80% of the cost of the old TV and difference I should pay in the form of a DD, then the new LG TV opted will be supplied. I told him that I paid Rs.60, 501 for old TV and Rs.17384 for AMC and as per AMC terms you are supposed to repair my TV or replace if not same, similar features as I can not afford more money after paying approx.78000/-. Mr. Sharif then told me that no other option except that. Then I agreed for that also and submitted the quotation for the new model LG TV. After 2 days he says my case is processed and I can get only 55% of cost of old TV. Then I asked him to search for the display panel else where for replacement or provide me with a new TV with similar features (old TV specs enclosed). Since then he stopped responding to my telephone calls and no further communication in spite of desperate attempts by me. My TV is not working for the last two months and there is no response even, from the service provider after taking hefty amount towards AMC. I am a senior officer working for ONGC and I am unable to spend time in pursuing the case due to busy schedule in the office. I request that the case may be taken up with M/S LG and justice to be done for which I shall be highly thankful.

                            Dear Sir, I don't understand why is LG making our life so miserable by always failing on commitments and on the worst after sale service. i have been a loyal customer of LG as i have used different appliances of LG all my life. This is my 2nd post on your page. My TV is not working and after many complains I didnt receive service till i wrote on this page last time. After the post i received some help but that to went in vain as the company changed my PCB Board and speaker costing me Rs.9520 and the problem was not resolved, later i was informed that the PANEL needs to be changed, which is now not available. Your representative told me i will receive the depreciated amount and the money i paid for speaker and PCB. Everything was ok, but know when i suggested them the models which i could get after payment of the extra amount after the depreciation amount and my 9520/-, i received the following amounts as DP for each model:
                            43LH600T : 54600
                            43LH595T : 52600
                            32LH602D : 31800
                            32LH604T : 35800.
                            But the price of the same models if i purchase else where like on amazon are as follows;
                            43LH600T : 42799 difference of 11801
                            43LH595T : 45959 difference of 6641
                            32LH602D : 26504 difference of 5296
                            32LH604T : 27704 difference of 8096.

                            Please tell me why should i pay the huge difference and that to in advance when i can always buy the same stuff online or anywhere else even on 0% finance.

                            Please either make the rate same atleast as available on amazon or refund my money in cash so that i can purchase it on my own.

                              I here by declare that i purchased a refrigerator from one of your vendor Ankit Electronics in bangel Noida. Company Vat Tin num is [protected]. we have called him regarding service as my refrigerator is not cooling he is asking service charge as he not told at the time of purchased. I purchased the product on 19 feb 2012.
                              Product Warranty is fopr five yrs and gurantee is for 1 yrs.
                              The service charge which he is asking is illegal. My invoice number is 2198.
                              Name of customer Kamlesh Kumar Srivastava. Please process my request as soon as poosible. The customer service executive told us about the charge +vat. I want to know as this is under warranty.

                                My phone model LG G3-LGD855, It was purchased during Dec'2014 from QRS, Trivandrum. Almost one month back, screen of my phone got damaged. Touch function not working. I have tried to avail free one time screen replacement offer from LG. But for the past almost one month, though I have repeatedly complainted, no progress I found. Often, I have received call from LG-officials, and informed, the offer is only during the warranty period of one year. But in the offer it is not mentioned it. I have sent the copy of the offer printed in the cover (package) of the phone to them, as requested by them. Kindly expedite from yourside to replace the screen with one time free offer.

                                It is not yet resolved. Almost one moth passed after I had registered the complaint on non repairing of my LG G3-LGD855 phone, but still it was not solved. Please see the image mentioning one time free screen replacement offer. Kindly notice, it was not mentioned as it is applicable only with in the warranty period.

                                Ekdam 3rd class product... i was buy lg tv before 1 year after that that tv is not working and there executive said you'r mother board is totally damaged.. and apke mother board me pahilese hi fault tha.
                                Almost one moth passed after I had registered the complaint on non repairing of my LG G3-LGD855 phone, but still it was not solved. Please see the image mentioning one time free screen replacement offer. Kindly notice, it was not mentioned as it is applicable only with in the warranty period.

                                  LG is such a big brand ... still giving very poor service to its customers.
                                  I have a plasma TV of PM series which i purchased 3 years back. on 21st its screen turned white and i registered a complaint . The person came to my place and chek the TV . He told me some part called PY board needs to be repaired ant it will cost me around 2400/- . He ordered that part . and after 2 days some person from LG is calling me and saying that that part is not available with LG so i have to change my Display which will cost around 19500/- inr. means what is this ?/
                                  i requested him to please take your time but please make that part available ! i cannot afford to pay 19500/- in evry three years of purchase. but he didnt listen . he took the service centre person in conference i requested him that too but again he said i[censored] want to reoair the product u have to pay 19500/- . and they both cut my call ! and after that i recieved a msg from LG that my request has been closed due to high repairing charges . ! i didnt said any of them to close my request ! i mean this is rubbish. if LG is selling some product then its their duty to arrange that part from anywhare .. but they denied .. i only want please make that part availabe for my TV . take ur time 1 month 2 month or 3 month . but make that happen .

                                    We purchased AC from sumaria showroom in Mulund (West) in Mumbai on 20th Nov2016. LG technician came for installation on 21st Nov2016 but we are not at all satisfied by the way he has installed the AC. When call at LG customer care number the executive on line gave me a number[protected] to file complain but when tried on this number we came to know that number does not exist so we called back again on the customer care number and this time we were given another number [protected] when called on this number the person on line said he does not represent or any way connected to LG. if this compliant is not addressed we will escalate it further to consumer court and flash in social media circle. we need immediate resolution to our issue

                                    Tv automatically goes off and comes on. it is with in guarantee.

                                      I have given my G4 Moble for repair at LG Service center, Secunderabad, Telangana and the mobile was kept for 3 days and given back saying there is no problem. As the problem continued, I have shown the mobile at another LG Service center at Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, who said the some parts are not original and there is a problem with mother board and asked us to take back the phone to Secunderabad LG service center.

                                      Request you to take strict action against incharge of Secunderabad LG service center and advise them to replace the mother board with original one.

                                        I bought it last year ...for a year it was a g8 exprience but one day suddenly my partner smelled like a short circutr frm machine than we called to lg serviceman, within time they came & examined it with no problem in machine remark ok...but after that within a month it stop working so again we called up than they came & told us that rat damaged ur machine..as we shocked bcoz this is rat protected machine than how can rat entered in machine. After my demand they show me opened rat protected plastic cover...as immediatly i shocked ..means how can & who opened it????
