U r torturing us mentally and physically we will be bankrupt. if we go like this I will be paying a new fridge amount. every time they come I have to pay.i will not pay a penny.

I have purchased LG fridge 2 door model GL-302 M RLTL PZ on 15 /05/2014 . the fridge has shown cooling problem from March 2016, freezer was not cooling  and the food started getting spoiled we thought that it was because of the high heat condition so we increased the temp of both doors still the food got spoiled and the things kept in the freezer were watery so we called th helpline centre and through them the branch thiruvalla (kerala) They came and checked out fridge on 11 /04/15 and I paid 1508. It was not  high temp cooling then  we were not here  but my sister kept a bottle of water in the freezer to check it was working, but the water was not at all freezing . so again we called the same people who we paid 1508 and they  took the fridge to their workshop and the brought it back after 5 days and I paid up and down charges 1000 .after bring from the workshop it starting making sound similar to thunder every 5 min which our neighbours could hear . I recorded it and showed the technician and he changed something, I have the part he  had Changed I paid around 200 I dont have the receipt for it .it was ok for less than a month  . Again I called them they came and did something I paid 289 and I have the receipt and now it's less than month again I'm facing the same problem I have called for about 5 days continue they keep saying they will come but till today 1/11/2016 nobody has come .    

So I wanted to know what is the solution for this, I have been struggling with this fridge from March 2016 till date . They only thing my telephone bill is increasing I keep paying the technicians they have no idea what's the problem .

From my side I will never recommend anyone to buy LG products . This is the worst service I have ever Experianced.

We purchased LG55 inches TV 1 year back. However within few weeks the net wasn't working. Now the picture tube and volume is gone. We called and gave so many complaints. No proper response till now. A 2 lakhs worth of TV is just lying as a show piece in my house. Attached are the screenshot of numerous complaints given.

your service center and all other air condition engg also agree that life of aluminium condenser is 1 year to 2 years
were copper condenser is life time because it can be repair

why LG sold me a machine 2 year back for 28000/- + rs 1500/- installing cost me around 29500/-

as i was not aware what is aluminium condenser & copper condenser

as i have use many ac in pass i never knew this as old time only copper condenser use to come this 10 years brand company to save some 2000*/- make aluminium condenser which have less life
.

my mail feedback is compare any brand rates with LG, LG is still selling 30% costly all products because he have his brand name and as customer i also think may be its LG make good products compare to local brand .

my feedback for air condition is only please close aluminium condenser and make only copper condenser so customer dont face issue and can trust your air condition for min 5 years life and max 10 years

now coming to service in india.

i been using many item of many brand, i have check service center have habit of swapping the parts were LG or any brand give all parts as per warranty or non warranty then also they have habit
i study why they do. they do to make money

example

1- here a air condition come for leaking issue
( they will swap the pcb board or condenser and return customer saying this was issue it solve)

now after some days customer call same service center you took my machine for leaking now my PCB board is not working.
what service center say that 20 days back we have given machine for leaking issue were he solve now machine have a PCB board so they make money this way

when PCB board is change they do some other part swap and this way the customer life go on wasting money

to stop this AMC is best option because in AMC service center know that customer will come back and create this and that issue.

my aim to write all you a email is please save LG.

1 - bring a copper condenser only small brand videocon have close all aluminium condenser and now check they only selling copper condenser on videocon brand. as they manufature themselve so they know hardly a diffrent of prices
2- AMC rates of LG are very high this is why after warranty over i did not go for AMC + if gas leak in AMC they said no warranty for GAS and they charge 3050/- to gas, so what is a sense, as in AMC if gas is leak of any part like condenser leak, pipe leak . LG should do free as customer paid a AMC charges and hardly such issue came.

please forward this to save LG as i took oath never go for LG brand as i feel cheated and i am thinking to disposable my air condition and buy new for around 21000/- to 23000/- of any other brand

    हमारे पास का ओवन का ऑपरेटिंग का बटन ख़राब हुआ, ओवन एल.जी कंपनीका है इसीलिए उनका टोलफ्री नंबर पे फोन करके २४.१०.२०१६ को कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर की . उनके सर्विस सेंटर्स से सुदेश जाधव नामक आदमी आया उसने देखा और कहा पार्ट बदली करना पड़ेगा २ दिन में पार्ट मिलतेही बदली करके दूंगा, उसी टाइम उसने विज़िट का फि २८७.५ रुपया लिया उसका मेरे मोबाईल पे रसीद भेजा, ८ दिन तक आया नही इसलिए मैंने उसको फोन किया लेकिन आया नहीं इसीके लिए वापस कल ८.११.२०१६ को कस्टमर केयर फोन नंबर १८००३१५९९९९ पे फोन करके बताया, तो शामको सुदेश जाधव का फोन आया की आपका पार्ट नहीं मिलता आप ओवन नया लेलो .
    लेकिन मेरा ये सवाल ही की मैंने जब कंप्लेंट दी तभी उसका मॉडल नंबर बताया था तो पहिलेही बताना चाही ये था पार्ट नहीं ही, हमारे से देखनेका पैसा लिया बादमे बोलता ही की ५ साल ओवन को हुआ अभी मॉडल बंद हुआ, लेकिन मेरा २८७.५ रुपया गया उसके लिए क्या करना चाहिए आप मुझे बताये, धन्यवाद.

      I lodged a complaint regarding sound issue of one of my ACs, they asked if it more than 1yr and I told them yes its more than 1yr and I also told them that I also complained of this same previously then he told me that I no need to pay any charges for the same as it was not cleared properly.Now the technician came, he just cleaned the mats and told that everything is fine even though we can hear the sound and demanded charges of Rs.575 and we we enquired the same with customer care they told the person who informed me told wrong and was like you have to pay even last time also they just cleaned and took Rs.575.We have about 5 LG products-2 split A.c., 1Refrigerator, 1 32inch TV, 1computer and till today no service were done to rest even during the warranty period.

        1. LG service person took my AC for repair on 29th october giving estimatation of Rs.3100. I recieved call from service centre saying the cost will be Rs.6500.

        2. Even After paying Amount of Rs.6558/-, I am not satisfied by service. The display of AC has been blurred, which was not there before service.

        3. I have been sending emails to the company on a daily basis but the complaint has not been taken care sincierely.

          I brought Nexus 5 phones on Aug 2014. I got no sim card error and unknown IMEI number after update to marshmallow. (which is official update from google).

          I tried all below options which is discussed with google support team
          1. Turn airplane mode on/off.
          2. Reinserted sim card.
          3. Did factory reset.
          4. Try to run in safe mode.
          5. Try to check the access point names but field is read only after update so i cannot modify the access points.

          LG care told me to replace the motherboard for 8000 rs. But I just do official update to marshmallow so i would request to company should provide a fix or replace a new phone for free regardless of warranty.

            Dear Team,

            Attached is the copy of Bill and Receipt of T.V taken for Service.

            My concern is that in past some days some small white dots starts appearing on my T.V.

            After complaint of the fault on customer care the service guy came and he took the T.V with him without even inspecting.

            Now they are demanding Rs 5000 to repair that Television saying that it was damaged by us(Customer).

            But in my home there is not even a small scratch in that T.V.

            It was just 4 month of purchase.

            Because LG is not Compliying to warranty, the same is causing me undue hardship, depriving my family of not able to watch the the T.V, Not allowing me to watch news and current affairs for which I get embarrassed in society in office. I am made to suffer financial losses, mental agony and loss of prestige which makes you liable for damages.

            If you do not fix the Television soon I will have no other option than to move Consumer Forum and explore other legal avenues.

              i had bought one LED tv from LG exclusive dealer in chandigarh on 8th Oct2016 but the same is not working properly and the colurs are blured and remote is also not properly functioning. i am very disappointed with this product and same is under the notice of the dealer but he is not responding to my complaint and ask me to lodge a complaint with LG India. i am purchasing this product of LG due to some of the good offers are giving by LG but at the end it is very disappointing situation for me as i already sold off my old TV also and my family is unable to see the TV. Please do the needful at the earliest and give the solution for this.

                Dear lg team,
                I had bought 2 new led 43"inch and 32"inch from the dealer modern sales, chandigarh last month around 23rd or 24th oct'16 and they promised to provide the free gift with 43"inch led which is a bluetooth speaker but due to non availability of the gift they ask me to get the same in a week but till date they didn't provide me the same and blaming the lg india for not delivering the bluetooth speakers to the dealer. if lg india is not viable to stick on their promises then why lg india is sitting in the market to compete with other competitors. this is a very negative impact of lg india in the market for not fulfilling their promises with the customers as customers are the only pos (point of sale) option for the survival of lg india in the market to sale their products through various dealers.

                Now if lg india is not able to fulfil their promises then they have to refund/return the amount to the customers amounting to the bluetooth speaker cost.

                  I am having a fatal issue with my device LG G4 h818n. I had bought the mobile from Bajaj Electronics on 2-Jan-2016, as such it is still in warrantty.My mobile powered off and got stuck on the lg logo and then i tried to pull the battery out and powered it on with additional battery provided with the kit, but nothing happened. I looked the issue up on internet and found that this was the issue with all lg g4 handsets and lg company has vowed to repair all the affected devices. I then went to lg service center.They issued this as a motherboard problem. I request you to please look into the matter.

                      I have visited yesterday i.e. 6th nov 16 to PAI International Kormangala Branch to buy one Refrigerator, we have decided to buy I320RPZL model. And after discount and all calculation it was decided and agreed with 26900.we hv done all formalities and when we came down the executive again started calculation n said you hv to pay 28600 without reason as he doesn't know hw to calculate n quote. Then when we approached again he said it will come 27600 n for multiple times he changed the amount finally when we got angry he was throwing the paper in front o[censored]s and showing attitude as if we have done smthing wrong n telling everyone that let thm go..he doesn't know to speak hindi english or any other language.we have requested to talk with the manager bt he was also not there.
                      They dnt know the behaviour n worst sales people are there who doesn't know how to talk with a lady n with customer..dont go to kormangala branch it is worst.

                        Lg mobile company replace faulty mobile in most of countries.. but in India they repaired device with Refurbished parts.. when asked about their policy they don't reply in written.. not able to raise grievance on their website...my mail id [protected]@gmail.com... complaint is registered before one month...I have sent emails to their media contact person..meets Linz..rajeev jain..etc but no response...have tried to contact them via Twitter N Facebook but still no response..I want written response N resolution.. they are cheating us N their policy is anti-indian.

                          Dear LGIndia,

                          I am Kamalakar Powar, I have taken AMC service for my water purifier on 09 April 2016 by paying 6444/-. for which I have submitted the cheque. and amount has been deducted from my account.
                          But Till today I have not got actual/Original receipt for that .,

                          After calling to customer care I got response saying " Contact the dealer person who came to give the AMC", The person who came to do water purifier servicing has done the AMC.
                          Now that person phone is switched off, His details : Mr Anthony number : [protected].

                          Please find below email which i got after submitting cheque to him, Request you to please refer the same. and

                          Provide the Original receipt for the same. and also dealer details from which I have taken the AMC.

                          Kindly do the needful as my Warranty period is getting over.

                            The worst customer service by midnapore, west bengal lg india service station. I made complains rna[protected] & rna[protected]. They charged rs. 517/- but now they are saying the parts not available and its not repairable. Its really ridiculous and they are saying now the washing machine has to be destroyed and no other option available. Its not even 10 years and a parts not available from a renowned company? My product model no. Is: wft8014hn. I will not buy any products from lg india going forward and it may be a way to promote new products. I want to repair this parts or will put negative feedback to all social channels.

                            As I have mentioned my TV of LG LED 3D is not working since 5 days.
                            My LG LED 3D TV of 45" is not working. If I switch on the TV bottom light shows that TV is on but we don't get picture or sound since 5 days. I don't have purchase voucher but I purchase this from local Giriraj Furniture, Agartala.

                              Sir, i purchased lg led tv model 32ln4900 serial 0178 on 16 jun 2014 and it was repaired twice this year. Few months ago usb socket pin repair the lg customer service staff tiruvannamalai attended and asked to pay rs 4500 for replacement and i paid though the socket cost below one hundred but receipt/bill has not yet received for this.. Now the tv is again repair as screen picture not displaying but voice is coming, the same lg service centre staff attended and told as for bulb change rs 5000/- for full screen change rs 9000/- i asked the servicing branch manager tiruvannamalai who first told rs 12000/- and now tells rs 15000 without physically seeing the tv as actually what fault not known to any body. The service branch manager who first told it cost 12000 for a actual cost of 26000 tv, the repairing cost within two years rs 20000/- hence it is clear that the servicing staff of lg are openly making fraud to customers as a whole and hence criminal case to be filed against the lg company for duplicate manufacturing as well as their servicing staff. Further my tv still not yet repaired despite i requested. Hence, please advice me as why explanation should not be asked for from the company and why criminal case should not be lodged against the lg company and their servicing cell staff at tiruvannamalai the dealer dhanapal electronics arani must also be booked under criminal case for duplicate tv sale which was manufactured by lg company by capt m settu arani 632301 cell [protected]

                                Please be updated that i purchased a new lg tv bearing model no lg 32lf554a te btryljl in march this year. I used it via the wall mounting style but now that i have got transferred to bangalore from delhi where i initially purchased this tv set, i have to get it fixed on the tv stand. Please be updated that there is a stand in the carton of the tv but there are no screws provided.

                                Would appreciate lg to arrange for the screws for the model lg 32lf554a te btryljl at the earliest.

                                  Hi there,

                                  I have a lg 42 inches 3d led tv which is still in warranty. i had faced some problem in its display, there is some green color lining is coming. i had registered the complaint for the same on 23/10/2016 and on the same day the lg engineer visited my home to check the tv.

                                  He checked the tv and said that your product will be replaced as it has major problem in its display. his mobile number is +91-[protected]. he told me that the product will be replaced within 2-3 days.

                                  I did not receive any call within 2-3 days after the engineer's visit so i called back to customer care to know the status. when i called the customer care service, it was informed to me that the part to be replaced is not available and you will be contacted once the part is available.

                                  After that i have not got any call or updates, then i called back on 03/11/2016 to know the status of my complaint.

                                  When i called, the customer care service said that there is no complaint registered in your name and there is no information available with your number (+91-[protected]). i got shocked that how it is possible. i also gave the complaint number to him and what he told me this time was more shocking.

                                  He told me that this complaint number is for microwave instead of tv for which i have registered, the registered mobile number was also different and even the address was different. all the information was changed there.

                                  I have recordings of my first interaction with customer care service where i registered the complaint for tv. now, they are saying that there is no information available and whatever the information available was totally different.

                                  Now, i had to file a second complaint with customer care forcefully.

                                  The way lg's customer care service talked with me was so rude.

                                  Earlier every information was available with my phone number and now they are saying no information available. it is really hard to digest why and how the information is changed in such a big reputated company.

                                    On 15.09.2016. ive bought a washing machine model fh2u2hdm at tehno shop located at tc 'etna' in gračanica, bosnia and hercegovina. when the machine is on a spinning cycle it shakes so vigorously that the floor in a next room shakes, in turn causing dishes to move around - this is visible in the video bellow. we have contacted our seller tehno shop on 20.09.20016. who put us in touch with their repairman working for their service from doboj to help us out. repairman came couple days later and examined the machine while not turned on, wrote down the numbers from service book and left without giving us anything in writing. when we contacted tehno shop they responded that the repairman notified them that nothing is wrong with our machine and that as far as they are concerned machine is fine. when we asked that company sends another repairman to examine the machine while turned on they informed us that we used up that option last time. lg service center we reached at telephone number[protected] who we spoke on numerous occasions kept sending us back to contact tehno shop directly. tehno shop strung as along without any concrete information, they refused to send us anything in writing even though we specifically asked them to. we understand the rights afforded to us under the laws for consumer protection but we would like to add that we own a whole lot of lg products. we own lg flat screen tv 49' bought in april 2016 at tehno shop for the price of 650 euro, we bought our son and his wife lg washing machine that was bigger then ours in april of 2016 also at tehno shop for 800 euros, lg refrigirator with 10year warranty also in april for 450 euros, also at tehno shop, 42' lg television flatscreen in 2015 also at tehno shop for 600 euro, and finaly few weeks ago for 50 euros a lg dvd player. my wifes sister on our insistence also bought 49' flatscreen tv like ours as well as the washin machine like our sons. we send photos of warranties for our other equipement as well as for the broken washing machine, as well as the video of the problem. we would like a new machine that works properly which is our right under the law. we would also like to insist you influence the level of customer service provided in your name. being such a great customer we feel humiliated. we do not intend to stop using lg products, but we are definitely never shoping at tehno shop again. we hope you will act to resolve our issue in resonable time. we would like to add that using this machine could end up causing structural damage to our house since it shakes the entire floor. respectfully, hamdija ćerimagić.

                                      Sir two year old lg sidebyside fridge freeze compartment coil gone past ten days the part is in service centre but no one coming to attend work i informed call centre also the person says coming but still did not attend.

                                      This is not expected from reputed brand like lg

                                      Why coil is gone

                                      In spite o[censored]s calling repeatedly the person is not coming pincode of our city 517001

                                        Bought a 43" tv which they advertise will be installed in same day. I bought on 1st nov. After 2 days follow up, they still say it will be done later. No proper response or action. Bought in vasanth & co, chennai and the service centre name is seyon customer care. Service number rna[protected].
                                        Will never buy a lg product and beg them like crazy!
