Lg mobile company replace faulty mobile in most of countries.. but in India they repaired device with Refurbished parts.. when asked about their policy they don't reply in written.. not able to raise grievance on their website...my mail id [protected]@gmail.com... complaint is registered before one month...I have sent emails to their media contact person..meets Linz..rajeev jain..etc but no response...have tried to contact them via Twitter N Facebook but still no response..I want written response N resolution.. they are cheating us N their policy is anti-indian.

    Dear LGIndia,

    I am Kamalakar Powar, I have taken AMC service for my water purifier on 09 April 2016 by paying 6444/-. for which I have submitted the cheque. and amount has been deducted from my account.
    But Till today I have not got actual/Original receipt for that .,

    After calling to customer care I got response saying " Contact the dealer person who came to give the AMC", The person who came to do water purifier servicing has done the AMC.
    Now that person phone is switched off, His details : Mr Anthony number : [protected].

    Please find below email which i got after submitting cheque to him, Request you to please refer the same. and

    Provide the Original receipt for the same. and also dealer details from which I have taken the AMC.

    Kindly do the needful as my Warranty period is getting over.

      The worst customer service by midnapore, west bengal lg india service station. I made complains rna[protected] & rna[protected]. They charged rs. 517/- but now they are saying the parts not available and its not repairable. Its really ridiculous and they are saying now the washing machine has to be destroyed and no other option available. Its not even 10 years and a parts not available from a renowned company? My product model no. Is: wft8014hn. I will not buy any products from lg india going forward and it may be a way to promote new products. I want to repair this parts or will put negative feedback to all social channels.

      As I have mentioned my TV of LG LED 3D is not working since 5 days.
      My LG LED 3D TV of 45" is not working. If I switch on the TV bottom light shows that TV is on but we don't get picture or sound since 5 days. I don't have purchase voucher but I purchase this from local Giriraj Furniture, Agartala.

        Sir, i purchased lg led tv model 32ln4900 serial 0178 on 16 jun 2014 and it was repaired twice this year. Few months ago usb socket pin repair the lg customer service staff tiruvannamalai attended and asked to pay rs 4500 for replacement and i paid though the socket cost below one hundred but receipt/bill has not yet received for this.. Now the tv is again repair as screen picture not displaying but voice is coming, the same lg service centre staff attended and told as for bulb change rs 5000/- for full screen change rs 9000/- i asked the servicing branch manager tiruvannamalai who first told rs 12000/- and now tells rs 15000 without physically seeing the tv as actually what fault not known to any body. The service branch manager who first told it cost 12000 for a actual cost of 26000 tv, the repairing cost within two years rs 20000/- hence it is clear that the servicing staff of lg are openly making fraud to customers as a whole and hence criminal case to be filed against the lg company for duplicate manufacturing as well as their servicing staff. Further my tv still not yet repaired despite i requested. Hence, please advice me as why explanation should not be asked for from the company and why criminal case should not be lodged against the lg company and their servicing cell staff at tiruvannamalai the dealer dhanapal electronics arani must also be booked under criminal case for duplicate tv sale which was manufactured by lg company by capt m settu arani 632301 cell [protected]

          Please be updated that i purchased a new lg tv bearing model no lg 32lf554a te btryljl in march this year. I used it via the wall mounting style but now that i have got transferred to bangalore from delhi where i initially purchased this tv set, i have to get it fixed on the tv stand. Please be updated that there is a stand in the carton of the tv but there are no screws provided.

          Would appreciate lg to arrange for the screws for the model lg 32lf554a te btryljl at the earliest.

            Hi there,

            I have a lg 42 inches 3d led tv which is still in warranty. i had faced some problem in its display, there is some green color lining is coming. i had registered the complaint for the same on 23/10/2016 and on the same day the lg engineer visited my home to check the tv.

            He checked the tv and said that your product will be replaced as it has major problem in its display. his mobile number is +91-[protected]. he told me that the product will be replaced within 2-3 days.

            I did not receive any call within 2-3 days after the engineer's visit so i called back to customer care to know the status. when i called the customer care service, it was informed to me that the part to be replaced is not available and you will be contacted once the part is available.

            After that i have not got any call or updates, then i called back on 03/11/2016 to know the status of my complaint.

            When i called, the customer care service said that there is no complaint registered in your name and there is no information available with your number (+91-[protected]). i got shocked that how it is possible. i also gave the complaint number to him and what he told me this time was more shocking.

            He told me that this complaint number is for microwave instead of tv for which i have registered, the registered mobile number was also different and even the address was different. all the information was changed there.

            I have recordings of my first interaction with customer care service where i registered the complaint for tv. now, they are saying that there is no information available and whatever the information available was totally different.

            Now, i had to file a second complaint with customer care forcefully.

            The way lg's customer care service talked with me was so rude.

            Earlier every information was available with my phone number and now they are saying no information available. it is really hard to digest why and how the information is changed in such a big reputated company.

              On 15.09.2016. ive bought a washing machine model fh2u2hdm at tehno shop located at tc 'etna' in gračanica, bosnia and hercegovina. when the machine is on a spinning cycle it shakes so vigorously that the floor in a next room shakes, in turn causing dishes to move around - this is visible in the video bellow. we have contacted our seller tehno shop on 20.09.20016. who put us in touch with their repairman working for their service from doboj to help us out. repairman came couple days later and examined the machine while not turned on, wrote down the numbers from service book and left without giving us anything in writing. when we contacted tehno shop they responded that the repairman notified them that nothing is wrong with our machine and that as far as they are concerned machine is fine. when we asked that company sends another repairman to examine the machine while turned on they informed us that we used up that option last time. lg service center we reached at telephone number[protected] who we spoke on numerous occasions kept sending us back to contact tehno shop directly. tehno shop strung as along without any concrete information, they refused to send us anything in writing even though we specifically asked them to. we understand the rights afforded to us under the laws for consumer protection but we would like to add that we own a whole lot of lg products. we own lg flat screen tv 49' bought in april 2016 at tehno shop for the price of 650 euro, we bought our son and his wife lg washing machine that was bigger then ours in april of 2016 also at tehno shop for 800 euros, lg refrigirator with 10year warranty also in april for 450 euros, also at tehno shop, 42' lg television flatscreen in 2015 also at tehno shop for 600 euro, and finaly few weeks ago for 50 euros a lg dvd player. my wifes sister on our insistence also bought 49' flatscreen tv like ours as well as the washin machine like our sons. we send photos of warranties for our other equipement as well as for the broken washing machine, as well as the video of the problem. we would like a new machine that works properly which is our right under the law. we would also like to insist you influence the level of customer service provided in your name. being such a great customer we feel humiliated. we do not intend to stop using lg products, but we are definitely never shoping at tehno shop again. we hope you will act to resolve our issue in resonable time. we would like to add that using this machine could end up causing structural damage to our house since it shakes the entire floor. respectfully, hamdija ćerimagić.

                Sir two year old lg sidebyside fridge freeze compartment coil gone past ten days the part is in service centre but no one coming to attend work i informed call centre also the person says coming but still did not attend.

                This is not expected from reputed brand like lg

                  Bought a 43" tv which they advertise will be installed in same day. I bought on 1st nov. After 2 days follow up, they still say it will be done later. No proper response or action. Bought in vasanth & co, chennai and the service centre name is seyon customer care. Service number rna[protected].
                  Will never buy a lg product and beg them like crazy!

                    Micowave - opened the door and side fell apart in chunks.

                    Range - 2 yrs after purchase, part need replacing, same part had to be replace exactly one yr later, decides to pay a new lg stove.

                    Refrigerator - ice maker never worked right, ice always jammed and just don't use it anymore

                    Dishwastes was great for 3 years, no noice, now it make noise and doesn't lean good

                        Had issue with micro wave oven generating noise, raised the complaint, charged visitation charges - rs. 350 and informed that magneto has to be replaced. Replaced the magneto and charged rs. 1450, further to replacement of the magneto, there was no change in the noise being generated. Have been raising numerous complaints, no proper response. The warranty for the magneto is 3 months and it is obvious that they are not taking it seriously and pushing to complete 3 month warranty period and once again for replacement of magneto. This is fraudulent method adopted by lg and customer service team who receives the call logs in the complaint and provides complaint number and further we go back with the same number reference, they inform that this number refers to some other complaint. Have mailed to lg directly they have also not respond.

                        We have purchased LG make fridge in the month of May 2016 with subject mentioned serial number.

                        As there is automatic ON-OFF (for power consumption) to equipment - but there is small blasting sound during OFF time.

                        Request you to please send your service person to fix this problem on urgent basis.

I had purchased lg fridge 3months and trust me within 2 months of purchase the fridge started showing problem. No cooling at all. Even after several repeated follow with customer care no action has been taken. I urge LG on this public platform to take away the fridge its a pure cabbage.

                            The complaint was booked alogwith model of the microware and the need to replace the TOUHPAD and the plastic ring under the TURNTABLE. I was told that an Engineer would visit at a cost and do the needful. The Engineer turned up and noted the Model MC 808 WAR (which was already informed to the Customer service ) and gave me a bill for inspection Rs.300/= and told me that the part is not available and I should buy another Microwave . Interestingly only the microwave function is not working but Oven and Grill are all in proper order.
                            Can I get help as the company is actually trying to do a sales call at my expense . Why is a company like LG indulging in such actions . What is my recourse.

                              This I have already lodged ( on 13th October 2016) but as on date they ( LG customer care) just called to say that their regional team will call me to resolve the issues buut as on date no action taken.

                              "I have bought this TV in the year 2011. In the year 2014 the TV stopped displaying the picture. As My Daughter was studying 10th std I also not much worried about making complaint about the TV.

                              However when I complaint about the problem to LG they visited and informed about the mother board failure.

                              I told them I have bought this TV by paying Rs 88000 ( 42") which is costing half the price now.Also the TV was to display 3D picture special feature but it never shown that functionality when reported about that they said we have to buy Blue ray disc player which is additional expenses we paid to buy Rs 5000/- Ultimately it did not work but the TV stopped working.

                              As a agitated customer I told them replace the mother board free of cost. Main reason is LG being reputed organisation rather than accepting their product problem they mentioned about electricity supply which is lot of fluctuation etc., when I asked about when you know there is electricity fluctuation you should have provided proper protection in your product and there cannot be mother board failure which is not acceptable.

                              They kept giving lame excuses and they offered 25% discount on the spare to be replaced but I was asking them replace free of cost.

                              I kept complaint logged continuously but they respond but some time they said it is obsolete model there is no spares available when I started asking about how they can not provide spares for the product sold within 4 years then some how they managed to identify the spare but they insisted me to pay 100% cost this time and service charges. Again I said I cannot pay and LG has to replace free of cost as this is their product design failure that's why this design is stopped in the market.

                              But still I am keep on making complaints they simply provide automated service registration number and mention some one will call no one call and complaints more than 3 nos is pending to be answered.

                              Hence I request this forum take this issue and provide me proper justice. I have kept this TV in not working condition for the past 2+ years.

                                Its been more than six month i had purchased LG split AC and as per company norm i am eligible for 3 free service within one year and 1st free service was supposed to be after 4 months of purchase.But its very unfortunate that nobody has contacted me for the service till now.Seems quite unproffesional attitude of LG executives.
                                Now i have observed that a huge sound is coming from the AC compressor and unable to use the same.Please do the needful to make the AC issue resolved at the earliest and make customer feel that their preference to LG brand is justfiable.

                                  I had bought lg split ac bsa24beyd on 13/10/2016. during installation test it was identified that both
                                  Indoor unit and out door unit are not working. engineers from v-tech services (part of lg services) visited multiple times, tried to
                                  Check pcb sensors, replaced mother board, but no luck. still it is giving error "ch 05". i did follow up with dealer
                                  (videotronics, indiranagar, bangalore, v-tech services, sahakarnagar and lg services at kh road, bangalore.
                                  Repetitive follow up did not yield any result. i have been promised for replacement, but no action so far has been
                                  Taken.

                                  This is very disheartening that lg being such big company, but very poor customer service and very lethargic
                                  People around it. nobody bothers about customer.

                                  With no other choices left, i am going to initiate legal action against lg electronics india including its dealers,
                                  Ervice partners.

                                  Please do not buy any products from lg. very frustrating.

                                    Lg led tv picture not coming
                                    I am extremely disappointed with lg service centres, i bought lg led 3 years before, we are not getting visual whereas audio is fine. The technician who came and said the led bulbs can be replaced which may not cost more than 4-5000 on 29th october, 2016. On 30th october, he calls up and says that the entire panel has to be replaced which will cost around rs14000. We are absolutely disgusted with the product.in a matter of 3 years the entire product has gone defunct which is highly unacceptable.

                                    Given the circumstances, we will stop using lg product and we will not recommend this product to any one.

                                    Please look into this problem and solve it at the minimal cost.

                                    Now it is left in your hands to restore faith in your product,
                                    I need a solution immediatey.

                                      I went to LG service centre today for enquiry of spare parts.
                                      First of all, the addressing of customer is worst. None of them has respect towards customer and customer queries. If at all to rate my experience, my rating would be '0' (Zero).

                                      I purchased refrigerator last year from store at anantapur and now they are saying that model is not in market and they cannot get spares for that it seems.

                                      I need a freezer door which is broken for my refrigerator. But as per his conversation with me, should I stop using that refrigerator?
                                      He told me to change the freezer door along with the frame which is used for next model. He also given price for freezer door and frame and I doubt that price as MRP is missing on that. Moreover it is written 'Not for retail sale'. But he is selling it to me at Rs. 1070/-. And frame for Rs. 587/-. Attached scan copy for your reference.

                                      And also I suspect the price of the vegetable tray lid which is Rs. 921/- given by him as there is no MRP. on that. He just written the price with pen. If it is original LG product, then MRP should me mentioned on it. Why is it missing? Attached scan copy for your reference.

                                      Also he has given me the bill without any details mentioned in it. Also he spoke very rudely which I cant mention here. Instead of providing details, he says "What should I do? You should ask LG for this?"

                                      If a dealer talks like this, who is LG representative other that him?

                                      What a worst response from the dealer?

                                      No concern about customer queries...

                                        We purchased lg wm frl fh296hdl24 from kohinoor kandivali west branch they sold it for rs. 32, 500 however it's market price is rs. 41, 390 so they discounted and then supplied manufacturering defective machine. further they send another one to replace the defective one immediately and inform that lg company has supplied to such defective machine to kohinoor, so what i understand kohinoor is buying defective products from branded company and selling as fresh products to customers. am requesting to please verify whether kohinoor television pvt ltd is doing so? my machine chassis no. is [protected]lspepl pls. confirm.
