I have purchased LG fridge 2 door model GL-302 M RLTL PZ on 15 /05/2014 . the fridge has shown cooling problem from March 2016, freezer was not cooling and the food started getting spoiled we thought that it was because of the high heat condition so we increased the temp of both doors still the food got spoiled and the things kept in the freezer were watery so we called th helpline centre and through them the branch thiruvalla (kerala) They came and checked out fridge on 11 /04/15 and I paid 1508. It was not high temp cooling then we were not here but my sister kept a bottle of water in the freezer to check it was working, but the water was not at all freezing . so again we called the same people who we paid 1508 and they took the fridge to their workshop and the brought it back after 5 days and I paid up and down charges 1000 .after bring from the workshop it starting making sound similar to thunder every 5 min which our neighbours could hear . I recorded it and showed the technician and he changed something, I have the part he had Changed I paid around 200 I dont have the receipt for it .it was ok for less than a month . Again I called them they came and did something I paid 289 and I have the receipt and now it's less than month again I'm facing the same problem I have called for about 5 days continue they keep saying they will come but till today 1/11/2016 nobody has come .
So I wanted to know what is the solution for this, I have been struggling with this fridge from March 2016 till date . They only thing my telephone bill is increasing I keep paying the technicians they have no idea what's the problem .
From my side I will never recommend anyone to buy LG products . This is the worst service I have ever Experianced.

your service center and all other air condition engg also agree that life of aluminium condenser is 1 year to 2 years
were copper condenser is life time because it can be repair
why LG sold me a machine 2 year back for 28000/- + rs 1500/- installing cost me around 29500/-
as i was not aware what is aluminium condenser & copper condenser
as i have use many ac in pass i never knew this as old time only copper condenser use to come this 10 years brand company to save some 2000*/- make aluminium condenser which have less life

my mail feedback is compare any brand rates with LG, LG is still selling 30% costly all products because he have his brand name and as customer i also think may be its LG make good products compare to local brand .
my feedback for air condition is only please close aluminium condenser and make only copper condenser so customer dont face issue and can trust your air condition for min 5 years life and max 10 years
now coming to service in india.
i been using many item of many brand, i have check service center have habit of swapping the parts were LG or any brand give all parts as per warranty or non warranty then also they have habit
i study why they do. they do to make money
example
1- here a air condition come for leaking issue
( they will swap the pcb board or condenser and return customer saying this was issue it solve)
now after some days customer call same service center you took my machine for leaking now my PCB board is not working.
what service center say that 20 days back we have given machine for leaking issue were he solve now machine have a PCB board so they make money this way
when PCB board is change they do some other part swap and this way the customer life go on wasting money
to stop this AMC is best option because in AMC service center know that customer will come back and create this and that issue.
my aim to write all you a email is please save LG.
1 - bring a copper condenser only small brand videocon have close all aluminium condenser and now check they only selling copper condenser on videocon brand. as they manufature themselve so they know hardly a diffrent of prices
2- AMC rates of LG are very high this is why after warranty over i did not go for AMC + if gas leak in AMC they said no warranty for GAS and they charge 3050/- to gas, so what is a sense, as in AMC if gas is leak of any part like condenser leak, pipe leak . LG should do free as customer paid a AMC charges and hardly such issue came.
please forward this to save LG as i took oath never go for LG brand as i feel cheated and i am thinking to disposable my air condition and buy new for around 21000/- to 23000/- of any other brand
