Dear Sir/Madam,
Even after so much exercise of evaluation of various LED brands in Indian market like Sony, Samsung, Videocon & LG, I have chosen & purchased LG 42 inches LED on dated 25th Oct, 2014 assuming its goods services & less maintenance cost for future. However, within warranty period I have faced bad services of an improper quality product I have ever experienced as per my below sequential observations:
1.On dated 5th Sep, 2016 while watching LED I have observed a bulb light suddenly reflecting from inside of LED display screen which continuously increased on frequent basis from 1 bulb light to 4 bulb lights in a rectangular form on the screen (refer attached Video No-01as an evidence).
2.Upon such failure I have called LG customer care wherein after my continues follow up over phone on Customer Care an Service Engineer has visited & conveyed us that the captioned issue in display has occurred due to failure in Panel & confirmed that the issue in LED is due to Panel failure which needs to be replaced within next 3 days upon its availability. More so at same time it has been informed to us about the estimated cost of Rs. 6, 000.00 towards such Panel replacement in lieu of LED under Non-warranty period.
3.Upon my own re-confirmation on warranty I found my LED has covered under 1+1 years extended warranty and is effective till 25th Oct, 2016 and same has been informed to your Service Engineer wherein on dated 17th Sep, 2016, your another service Engineer has resolved the above display issued by replacing all the LED bulbs of the panel with no extra charges considering above Warranty Coverage (refer attached Video No-02 as an evidence).
4.On dated 04, Oct’2016, it has been observed that again in my LED a new issue has occur wherein the display while in running will be become blur at multiple time (refer attached Video No-03 as an evidence).
5.On dated 09, Oct’2016, it has been observed that in addition to above issue in my LED for some times the display will be become suddenly half screen (refer attached Video No-04 as an evidence).
As cleared in above that LG Customer Service section has rectified my LED only one time by considering Warranty coverage however above are the continues issued still persists which upon after this month if called to their Service Team will be chargeable on heavy basis considering LED will be out of warranty and the issues are due to BAD quality Product.
Hence in view of above ground I request you to kindly instruct the manufacturer to either exchange my LED TV or extend my warranty period till further two years since I am not in a condition to pay on frequent basis errors arising in LG LED and being a customer I am fad up of such bad quality LED TV purchased from LG & I am feeling regret of my decision of purchasing LED of LG brand.

LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As there is automatic ON-OFF (for power consumption) to equipment - but there is small blasting sound during OFF time.
Request you to please send your service person to fix this problem on urgent basis.
