Dear LG Support,
This is with reference to illegal money collection, fraud and theft by your service technician Sabin (Contact Number –[protected]. I had registered a complaint on 3rd Nov and then again on 04th Nov, as my LG front load washing machine was not working. My registered contact number is [protected] registered under Dr. Ronak Singh’s name who happens to be a Medical Officer, Delhi High Court. After Begging for 4 days, a technician by the name of Sabin had visited my house in Ajeetgarh, Rajasmand, Rajasthan. He took Rs. 1000 as visiting charges, without issuing any receipt. Please note that the customer care executive had informed me that visiting charges will be Rs. 450 only. This means that your technicians are extorting money on the name of your company. He took all the motors, cables, locks and related parts of the machine and said that he would visit my house for further repairs, the next day. However, he never turned up till 17th Nov. My parents who are senior citizens, kept calling him and he kept fooling them that he would come soon. Finally, when I approached him through a lawyer, he turned up the very next day. On the eve of 18th Nov, he again took out more parts of the machine and said he would repair the same come on 20th Nov. Once again for this visit, he extorted Rs. 1000 from my parents and then never returned. Kindly note that he has informed us that the company has asked him not to accept any cheque payments which means that LG has is also partnering in black money circulation, fraud, theft and illegal money extortion from its’ customers. I am still waiting for the machine to be repaired, the receipts of Rs. 2000 and necessary action against your technician Sabin.
I would also like to bring it on records that a copy of this complaint is also being forwarded to the concerned local police for further legal action and records incase this matter is not resolved by LG.
Thanks,
Mrs. Chitra Sharma
