My 420ltr fridge was damaged by Lg engineers on 11.9.16. The product was under AMC. The company is not replacing my damaged fridge even after 10 days have lapsed. this company is a big cheat!! They are not even responding to my mails. They are making verbal calls and giving different proposals but not replying by mail.The engineers have created a big hole in the freezer compartment and damaged the inner roof too. Now the company says it is beyond repair. As the product is under AMC and damaged by the company personnel, I seek a free replacement by same or a similar model without any financial burden on me. The company's attitude is totally confusing, there is nobody responsible handling the matter and despite escalation on their website only system generated mails are arriving coupled with phone calls by various people. However, none of them has any authority to resolve my issue. Such handling is a shame and I have vowed never ever agin to buy a product from Lg!!

    I have purchased LG TV from your company model LG42LB5510 in the month of Nov.2014. Now after 21 months i.e 10 months after the completion of warranty defect is observed for the panel. Complaint has been registered with your technical team in Goa by complaint no.RNA[protected] Panel needs to change and your service team a local service provider (contact no.[protected]) recommended to replace the panel costing Rs. 20000/-.It is almost difficult for a common person like me to spent additional 20000/- for repair with in a span of 10 months of warranty were not even 50% of of my bank loan is paid to the bank.
    Hence I request your company to replace or repair these TV set with nominal charges. I hope you will give me the right justice .

      Dear sir,
      I purchased LG smart TV with model no. 47LB6500 for almost 85000 it worked well still 1 yr but just after 1 yr one white spot started appearing on TV screen, we contacted local distributor, PRAVIN AGENCIES, HADPSAR, PUNE from where we had purchased the TV, the serviceman for TV came and he told us that it will require almost 10000 Rs for repairing the same & if not repaired TV'S full screen will become colourless like that spot.
      Hence from your sites platform just one question to LG that if your TV is only able to sustain for 1 yr then why LG is asking this much money, keeping this much prize.and this problem is not only with my TV but most of my relatives & friend circle using LG TV'S are facing this problem.
      I wanted to tell LG that please learn something from companies like HONDA, Toyota if there is anything problem with single fuel injector they recall all there cars & repaire the problem, if LG is reflecting themselves as big electronic brand we the customers don't expect such bad experience from your side.
      And with this type of experience I am not going to refer anyone this brand from here onwards.
      Totally disappointed with poor quality provided from LG.
      Local distributor is also asking for money for repairing.

        I have bought a home theater system (HTS) LHB625 on 13 Sep 2016. I also have a LG TV 49LH600T also recently bought. Both the models as per your manual and website clearly state that Simplink and ARC function is there in both. However it is not working. Your technician now is unable to resolve the issue and is saying it is not supported in the HTS. I have checked the manual and your website (http://www.lgbrandstore.com/in/tv-audio-video/audio-video/home-theater-system/l... where it is clearly mentioned that both ARC and Simplink features are supported. Request you to take up the matter on an urgent basis and resolve the issue. My complaint no. with your call center is RNA[protected].             I purchased a fully convection oven 15 months back however to my surprise its not working now. And when i called your customer care number they said that as the warranty has expired i will be charged when people come for inspection I will be charged.

            I am sure that if warranty expires in 12 month then the product is not supposed to work so that you can make more money in servicing your customer. I got to know that i will be charged Rs. 4000 for the replacement of panel hello i cant afford 25% of the cost of the microwave within 18 months. this shows the quality of your product.

            I your webpage the customer complaint page doesn't work, write a mail doesn't work then why are they even there just to fool the customers and authorities,

                Hello, I am using Nexus 5 model. It was having a battery backup of 1 day. 2-4 months back, I received a system update notification for improving the security patches and I updated the system, after that my battery lasts maximum of only 1/2 a day. Is this purposely done so that we will scrap the phone and will go for some higher end phones.. Or is there any remedy for this?

                  This is with utter dissatisfaction that I am writing this to you today. Just to give you a synopsis of my grievance.

                  1) I had purchased a LG OLED CURVED TV 55 inches MRP approx prize 2.5lacs . Dated 9.1.16 - Vijay sales - Bandra Exhibition.
                  2) The TV was installed in the month of 8th May 16 & Delivered by Vijay Sales in April 16.
                  3) In the month of August 16 (within 3 months of installation) the screen turned blank/dead.
                  4) LG people came and opened up the TV thrice post which they decided that the motherboard may not be working and replaced the same
                  5) Even after replacing the motherboard, the TV would not start. At that time they said that we are unable to detect the problem hence we will replace the entire screen and some other part of the TV
                  6) After that the remote was not working, they took another weeks time and sent us a new remote today (9th sept 16).
                  7) After checking out the remote, we identified that the applications (eg youtube, LG Store etc) which were earlier available are suddenly not available now. The entire look of the TV when switched on also changed and we obviously were not pleased with it
                  8) After this the LG technicians are saying that the software is old and will need to be upgraded !!!
                  9) TODAY I WAS ASKING YOUR CALL CENTER TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT BUT FLATLY REFUSED TO DO SO AND KEPT US ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 45 MINS and have not registered the complaint

                  WE ARE TOTALLY FEELING CHEATED BY ENTIRE INCIDENT. WE PURCHASED A TV WORTH MRP 2.5 LACS AND ARE GIVEN A SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT !!!

                  I want an immediate resolution to this matter as it is becoming more and more difficult to have patience especially when it involves our hard earned money !!!

                  Please kindly arrange for the total refund with interests from the date of installation !!!

                  Kindly take this on priority as I am feeling that I am being cheated by both LG & Vijay Sales from where this purchase was made.

                    We had purchased this on 24/09/15 and our first complaint was on 15/10/15. Every time we raised a complaint your service guy said he will rectify it and if not we will replace it. But neither happened. Also we are helpless and forced to go to consumer court. Raised 7 complaints so far and none of the time it has got resolved. We are very dissatisfied. This is not fare we got a new product and it's defective and your person even replaced the spare part still not rectified even after so many complaints you didn't want to replace it. That's not right. Problem was from day one. We are mentally harassed and all our vegs got spoilt.

                    Just got a single ring missed call and after that Your Service Request RNA[protected] is closed.( Reason : Customer cannot be contacted ) & charge collected Rs 0/-, for further assistance call LG on[protected]
                    That's a good way to fool costumers
                    Your customer service guy is calling and wants to repair it again. But how many times you want to repair. This is not right.We want replacement or money back and not repair.                       I was purchased lg led tv (model no 55ub850t) on 3rd april'2015, right now we have a problem in our tv of panel approximately from last 4 years, we have a insurance of bajaj finance, they are ready to pay money for that spare part (panel), but lg company's executive said that they close this tv model . They dont have spare parts of that tv, so now what to do ? i want spare parts or new tv or return my money of that tv, otherwise i will sue against lg company & bajaj finance in consumer forum for the same .

                        Purchased a washing machine serial no HOGPNeB1e652 on 17 August 2014. Since than it is vibrating and displaces when in use . Person who came for installation told it is due to uneven surface . We managed anyhow for 2 years now after change of address and re-installation person repeated similar things but difficult to manage . After R quoting further every person saying different things and asking to change whole body cover due to rust in foot stand. Really sad to see this kind of service . Why I should pay for complaint which is there since date of purchase.

                          I have a mini VRF LG 6HP AC at my residence. It's been around 2 years.

                          2 months back inverter PCB got damaged so I replaced and paid all charges including the pcb charge and fitting.

                          This month the noise filter pcb has issues and needs replacement. I called customer service on 1st September.

                          As per LG it will taken more than a month to get the spare part and I have to be without AC in this hot weather. They say it's not available in india and has to be shipped.

                          THIS IS RIDICULOUS.. IF YOU DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS THEN WHY DO YOU SELL OR PROMOTE MINI VRF ACS.

                          3 of my friends almost agreed to install vrf at their residence.. I will tell them not to get LG AC.

                          I always had LG for all home products but now I have to think.

                            Sir, I had purchased a LG Washing Machine from Viveks, R.T.Nagar on 04/09/2016 making the full payment the same day and the very next day, the machine was delivered. Today is already 10/09/2016 and nobody has still come to install the same. On calling Viveks, i was given the number of an LG technician and on speaking to him, he says he is on leave from the past 10 days. I informed him that this is all their internal matters where customers must not suffer on that account. Just now i got a call telling the technician has changed and another person will attend today. Sir, LG being a big brand should not expect customers to call and remind such things, this will bring a real bad name to the Company

                              Please ban all LG electronics product as there service support team is cheating with customers. Necessary parts are not available and simply denying warranty support.
                              They have closed complaints without any resolution.fake complaint closer by LG service support team.

                              My Issue is pending from 1 week & there is no satisfactory response on open issue.

                                Dear sir,
                                A lg tv was purchaged on 9.8.2016. Model no-43uh617t. Atr[protected]. But due to problem a complaint was registered, no-rna[protected] and engineer was visited and seen a manufacturing defect like power supply. We demand to replace the tv. We contacted lg, baguihati branch, kolkata for that and they (Mr. Souvik and one officer (Madam) are promised to replace within very short period. But yet not deleveried made from your end. Activity of baguihat branch is very very poor. Your lg service is like this? This type bad service not expected from lg. Please take necessary action immediately.

                                  I purchased Lg washing machine which cost me 81000rs on 23/8/16, and when field engineer came for installation on 26/8/16 he informed us that it's drum is broken and it will get replaced by lg service centre within 15 days, so we submitted required documents as such invoice, and after 15 days I called service centre now they are telling machine is out of stock, we will replace it by 6-12 month.. kindly solve the issue am a consumer and will go to consumer court for that.. why such companies do like that only in India.. why these companies don't have guts to-do same in USA.

                                    This complaint, dated 6th August is regarding my microwave oven. After complaint service engineer from Bareilly came within two days and after inspection he decided to take faulty part at service centre for repair but sorry to say that still my microwave oven is out of order & no communication from service canter about the present status.
                                    I am a customer using different products of LG like ac, microwave, automatic Washing machine, etc.
                                    Regarding this I have already book complaint through mail also in your customer care service but till today I have not received any reply from your end.
                                    Hope I will get best service & quick response from LG, to maintain my faith with LG.

                                      Before 1 year i have bought LG G4 mobile from dubai international airport and after 7 months o[censored]se mobile started rebooting on its own when i have shown the mobile to indian service center of lg then they said me that from where is bought mobile there only it can be repaired. and in the month of august i have visited dubai and i have also shown my mobile there they said us that there is less chance to repair the phone and company and if then also if i want to repair it then it will cost me near about 19000 to 20000 INR and after repairing no any guaranty on that mobile. They told me that is the hardware problem in the mobile and i am not the 1 whose is facing the same problem in this G$ series of mobile.

                                      In my life this was my 1st LG mobile and i have a question that does the company do like this to all the clients? As an citizen of indian i thought to buy mobile of indian company but i was totally wrong. After showing in different service station of LG in india as well in dubai now my warranty period is also over. Now what i have to do with my mobile.

                                      If i will not get satisfactory answer or solution from the company in time then i will start to share my problem with my friends and also i will start to go online and share my incident will all my friends in social media too. I will start to do negative marketing of all your products and i will also do in social media too.

                                      I have received a call from the Lg company customer care personal and asked me all the details of my mobile after giving all the details they have ensured me to call back in 2 working days but now its more then 10 days no any reply to it and now even they are not receiving my call to. I am also trying to call back on the same mobile number from which i have received call and i have given all details of my mobile but now they are not even receiving my call too.

                                      Your customer service team is totally waste of time they all are asking the same things repetitively but after that no any answer to it and no any call after that. All are just wasting the time and just calling me for formality. Is there any accountable personal in the lg company or in the customer service team who can speak truth and can do what they say?

                                      Is this you call your customer service team. They all are just wasting the time.

                                      Now i think i need to do something more then just posting in consumer complaints.

                                        Not satisfied with lg led tv. after completing one-year power supply gone. after communicating with lg customer service and complain. lg service person (munish) from bangalore came. and every day he came and give different reason for the tv issue. what the hell is this with lg. he told that part is not available in bangalore, my q is bangalore is not village that we will not get parts. why after one year particularly after completion of warranty issue occur with lg product and lg service is not good.
                                        I'll never ever purchase any lg products in my life time.
                                        I request all the customers not to go for lg led tv or any products of lg.
                                        They are not trustworthy at all. never trust lg.
