Dear concern,
We have purchased the lg side by side refrigerator gc β c237jggv, serial no - β604trhz0k145β, cash memo no:[protected], sales order no:- [protected], in month of 8th may 2016 and we surprise to get several issue like
1. we have received the damage refrigerator through several request and engineer visit they have changed after one month.
2 we lost the one month warranty from the date of billing.
3. we actually started the using this refrigerator but we received again faulty machine.
4. we are unable to store vegetables and fruits because it going to spoiled.
We register our complain to lg service centre, engineer visited to our place more than 10 times and they told to us your problem will get resolve within 24 hours but nobody is turn back, after that, when we called in service centre they told to us that complain is closed, you have t make the complain again. no one is come back to listen our response whether our problem is resolve or not. i haven't received any kind of demo for my refrigerator or no lg person were coming to guide us but when we register the complaint every engineer told, "you haven't got any kind of demo??"
We are facing the delivery issue, service issue and no one come for demo. no one is bother for that why consumer complaining again and again, any issue is there or not??? even when we asking about our problem and losses they are coming to argument level. they don't have any devices for checking refrigerator hygiene and moisture level, is this your international quality services?? who will be responsible for our losses??
Your sector -14, gurgaon service centre technical head mehata visited in sunday and told to us our working is not in sunday but as you complaint many times so i thought "ek baar dekh aate hain". one of amit branch head told us this area belongs to mr. neeraj so i'm not responsible.
We need proper solution from lg. hoping for positive response.

I have purchased LG TV 42' Model No: 42LF553A from Noida sec-18 on .1.1.2016, dealer name: Value plus.
Today suddenly lining issue started and TV stops working.
