I had purchased a lg led tv on 30th august'14 and within less than two years i am seeing white patches on the screen and upon calling the service center they checked the tv and said that it needs to be repaired and the cost would be approx. 8-10k which i would need to bear. I feel this is not justified as i got a defective tv which conked off within less than two years, please help in getting this issue resolved on top priority

    After having problem of gas refill in lg refrigerator i called up the authorized dealer of lg company. After inspection he said the ice freezer cabinet will need to get replaced and gas refilling is to be done which will cost 2700/-. After getting it done and paying the fees the service person instaled the cabinet of an old fridge plus the same problem of noncooling started after 2days of repair. Again called up the same person, again paid him the inspection charges and got it done. But now again after 7 days the same problem persists. And this time the dealer is asking to pay him for new compressor which now he thinks need to be changed.

      I had purchased LG LED 42LB5610 in October 2014. It has been less than 2 years and I am facing issue of spots on my television screen.
      I had earlier made complaint about this 3 months back after which I was advised to change the LED panel. I decided against changing the panel since I thought this issue is specific to my TV and I can live with the spots for now.
      I later visited MAX India store (Landmark group) for some shopping and realized that they had the same TV models and with the same issue. This is a clear manufacturing defect from LG and needs to be solved by LG for all the customers facing the problem free of cost.
      We spend our hard earned money in buying branded products like LG to be sure of quality and good service.

      I have been writing mails to ‘[protected]@lge.com’ since September 13, 2016 and also calling the customer care number. It’s been almost a month without any proper response. It is clearly visible that no one wants to take responsibility of the same.

        I bought this product 2 months ago. 1 month ago it stopped pumping the water out and won't spin. Contacted LG right away and have been getting the run around ever since. They said it would be 3-5 business days to schedule a repair man. It has now been 3 weeks and nothing. For the last week and a half I have called/emailed and tried having the place I bought it from call as well with no results. Best Buy customer service tried helping me but they did the same things with them. They tried to conference us in and the voice just kept saying "Hello, Hello, are you there, Hello" like they couldn't hear us. They did this about 3 times and then gave us another number to try. The best buy person and I kept on the line trying to talk and then it started over saying the same things. Eventually I figured it out after the 3rd time of hearing the exact same thing spaced exactly the same distance apart and same tone that they actually have a recording playing. Doesn't that just shout great customer service to have a recording setup to deceive their customers into hanging up. So as of right now I have no washing machine and don't see this changing any time in the near future. I have asked to speak with a manager and have been refused. They also wouldn't connect or give me a number to the place they claim is trying to find a person to repair it. I would stay clear of this company and its products as they would rather spend their time deceiving and giving their customers the run around.

          Dear Sir/Ma’m

          Feeling very panic to write to a Brand, for whom I have been a loyal customer for years. Recently I have purchased a fully automatic front loading washing machine, F1496TDP24, serial no. 602PNFS4K419 from your agra dealor – anil electronics on 15th Sep 2016

          I was making mind to purchase the washing machine for last few days and had shortlisted two models one of Samsung and the other one of LG which has been purchased by me later. I have met with your employee Himanshu twice.I told him that I want to purchase the equipment before shraddh.

          Finally on 14th I have told him to arrange a fresh piece of said model, so that I can purchase same on 15th before shraddh

          Very next day I have made the payment and machine has been delivered to my house. It was my mistake I could not provide you the snaps of the machine. It has been send to me so casual, where the Cartoon packing was of some other model in a very poor condition. Anti Rat cover was not available with machine, no other accessory like poly bag(containing screws/washers), Spanner was not available with machine, other supporting manual were not there

          CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING FROM HIS POCKET HAVE A CRAZE OF NEW EQUIPMENT AS HE HAS MADE SOME INVESTMENT BUT MY CRAZE HAS BEEN SPOILED AS I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THE EQUIPMENT, SINCE INSPITE OF PAYING THE HEAVY COST OF RS 40100 – A DEMO PIECE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO ME, I NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY??

          HAVE THE DEALOR /YOUR STAFF TAKEN BENEFIT OF MY COMPULSION
          WHEN I APPROACHED THE DEALOR AND ASKED ABOUT THE ACESSORIES THEY HAVE TOLD ANTI RAT COVER DOES NOT COME WITH THIS MODEL AS I AM A BIG FOOL, ILLETERATE. LATER ON THEY PROVIDE ME RAT COVER OF SOME OTHER MODEL, WHICH IS LYING WITH ME

          Trust the ground staff like Himanshu are spoiling the reputation of of the Big brand like you, he is the only guy who have made my experience bad

          Humbly request you to kindly arrange a fresh piece and get the demo piece replaced immediately as I am not satisfied with the demo piece

            Madam / sir,
            With utmost regret i would like to draw your attention regarding poor service that my micro oven created a problem & i had made a complaint lg center bhubaneswar. They told to replace the touch pad & replaced a touch pad accordingly 7-8 months back. Again it had created the same problem. I had lodged a complaint (Three months back) to toll free number twice & inform the person who had worked at bhubaneswar lg service center & his cell no. Is [protected] but i do not know his name. Thousands time i have been telephoning to him regarding my problem but every time he tells a lie to me / pretends to me very frequently that part is not available in the company & your micro-oven & in my personal capacity i will repair it in manually as the parts is not available. You just wait for one day. Most of the times he shows is busy schedule.
            What can i do sir? Kindly guide me or else. I have never seen any poor service in my life. Being a customer nothing to do. If i will failure i should take shelter of the court.
            Hope you will consider my problem & solve the problem at the earliest possible.

              Have bought LG Refrigerator Model Number LG (GL-M472GNSL) 5 months before from frontier electronics Dehradun. On 22/9/2016 the refrigerator stop working. We Lodged the complain in LG service center Dehradun next the executive came and told that power panel needs to be replaced which is out of stck in their center and part will come from noida which will take another 2-3 days but 1 week has passed, service center executive is giving excuses that 1) Noida people forgot to courier your part in this lot.
              2) Your part will come from jaipur they will courier us.
              3) Sir courier had been done but still we are checking the status.

              I would like to inform LG that in my family there are 3 old-age people and their medicine ( Insulin ) are kept in refrigerator each time they are going to neighborhood house and keeping their medicine. Being the loyal Customer to LG now we are fedup with the nuisance from service center and going to National Consumer Forum Court for asking the compensation for such lame excuses and not providing service on time.

                    I bought 47lb6500 in april 2015. Within 1.5 year, a white spot came on display and when i raised a complaint, technician came and informed me that it would cost 15k to repair it (some backlight prob). Why the hell to spend 80k to buy tv and within 1.5 year again 15k? worst tv and worst company. I looked the same complaint from many consumers and why the company is not taking it serious? if the life of the tv is just an year, why to sell them? i expected lg to be a brand but from my experience it is the worst company with worst customer support.

                      My name is Najmul Hassan and I'm facing an issue with my device lg g4 H818N. I had bought the mobile from a dealer in kolkata on 25th of august 2015 and now the warranty period is over for my phone. I was just surfing the internet but suddenly my mobile restarted automatically and the went into bootloop mode. It is now stuck on lg logo.I've tried to pull out the battery and then restart, made a hard reset but was of no use. I looked up in the Internet and found that it was a common issue with most of the lg g4 users and lg company has vowed to repair all the affected devices.                       My self Bhavin Patel from Gujarat. Brother i am also having the same problem with my LG G4 mobile. I am also trying to contact LG company from long time but there is no any reply to the problem there customer support team is also waste of time. They will just call you and ask you all details but there will be no any solution to it.

                      Brother i think we need to do something more then just posting in consumer complaints forum. Consumer complaints forum is really doing a great job but the company is just a waste of time.

                        Worst response from that manager Shewtha. She has blocked me on phone & not at all response proper. All are stupid people's. Idiots poor support service worst. I have paid 51000 for my tv but now they were asking for 26000 repair cost. What the f#ck is this, they are supplied dummy products &a demanding for extra cost. I can't paid not even rupees.                           I have purchased a LG Plasma TV dated on Feb 2014.After Six months, display panel has been broken.Your Technical person told me that Panel Broken is not under warranty.So it has been charges Rs.19, 000/-. After one year same problem arise.Your technical person again told your panel should be change and it will cost Rs.19, 000/-

                          So could you please explain what is the quality of LG service.Also let us know do you change our old panel and provide us a new panel ??? Because that old panel is with you and new panel purchase details is with us.

                          we are very shocked about poor quality o[censored]sing LG product.So I am mentally harassed. Also Your service person suggest us to purchase a new one instead of provide us the better service.So its a request please check your quality of LG product.

                            This is pertaining my complaint no:[protected] of my lg refrigerator (559 litres and model number: gr 652yspk) which i took around 4 years back (17/03/2012). the issue is with the cooling inside this refrigerator. i have raised this complaint on 30/08/2016 but have still not got any resolution from your technical engineers. this is just "absurd". there has been 5-6 visits by your engineers (mukesh, manoj chauhan, manoj mehta etc.) at my home and all have tried their own theory to resolve this, but all in vain. this has been totally frustrating from customer point of view. hence have taken this into your escalation team's perview. kindly resolve my issue henceforth without further delay. i need to see a permanent resolution from your senior team on the same. if the gurgaon aligned technical team is incapable of resolving this - please ask the more experienced technical guy to get this resolved. i am not going to keep calling customer care and creating n number of complaints for the same.

                            Also need to know your nodal officer's contact number/email for lg (gurgaon area) to whom i can escalate this or else i need to file this as a case in consumer forum. this is just not done. we purchase products from lg by the brand and service and if this is the net result of our trust in you - i will make sure to take this personally with officials.

                              Sir, i have purchased lg tv model no:32lh562 a, serial no: 606plge100655 from garnet marketing pvt ltd vide bill no. 1089 dated 06 jul 2016. The volume of the tv is changing automatically and is not stable . Even after we set the volume at a certain level it suddenly reduces to not audible level and after some time it increases automatically. It appears the tv set has a fault. It is requested that this is a new tv i have purchased two monts ago and it is posing severe problem. It is requested that my tv may be replaced with a new tv and my grievance may be addressed at the earliest. My mobile no. Is [protected], and my e mail id is : [protected]@gmail.Com

                              I have LG washing machine and twice compalint for not working service person visited taken machine at service centre for 15 days and said machine is fine but still its not working i have send mail to escalation dept they replied will solve querry today but no1 even contacted me this is USELESS SERVICE by LG

                                I have not get wall stand for new purchase LED TV on March 2016.Even after call at the center of SHRI SILVER ENTERPRISE, Fatehgunj.I have call for stand on Aug 2016 at above center they have deny to give the wall stand, & ask it require extra pay.

                                The wall stand received parts with TV itself.

                                Pl. look into this & resolve the matter.

                                  I bought lg g4 on a website called www.kliksa.com.tr and this cell phone is guaranteed by importer company. (fonotel iletişim hizmetleri ltd şti) my lg g4 is dead now. fonotel told that it is main board problem as all the series of this cell phone.. they took the phone on 09.08.2016 and they didnt give me another cell phone. up to now they did not give me a feed back. i tried too reach them by phone and email but couldnt until today. today i talked tok them on phone. they blamed lg not sending them new main boards. when i chose this cell phone ı was thinking lg is a company but i am really disappointed. i expect lg to solve this problem. if this is a production failure it s not important where i bought it. the website is one of the turkey s popular cell phone dealer but now it is closed it gives service over teknosa and they dont interest with the subject and neither does lg turkey

                                    I never expected this kind of cheap installation a specially outdoor unit from your representatives. I think He was a very young guy with out proper knowledge of installation.

                                      My name is Pankaj Grover, I am facing an issue with my device lg g4 h818n. I had bought the mobile from a dealer in Delhi on 19th of August 2015, as on the date warranty period is over for my phone. its 20th of September 2016(today), when i open an application at that time the device got hang and turned off automatically and turns on again and got stuck on the lg logo and then i tried to pull the battery out and powered it on again, but nothing happened. I looked the issue up on internet and found that this was the issue with all lg g4 handsets and lg company has vowed to repair all the affected devices. I request you to please look into the matter.                                       My self Bhavin Patel from Gujarat. Brother i am also having the same problem with my LG G4 mobile. I am also trying to contact LG company from long time but there is no any reply to the problem there customer support team is also waste of time. They will just call you and ask you all details but there will be no any solution to it.

                                      Brother i think we need to do something more then just posting in consumer complaints forum. Consumer complaints forum is really doing a great job but the company is just a waste of time.

                                        My old tv model 22ls3700 (bought on 17/7/2012 for rs.15200) was received by lg service centre, berhampur, distt ganjam, odisha on 2/9/2016 & depreciation value calculated for rs.2280/-i. e. rs 15200x15%. new tv model 22lh454a pt costs rs.12300. accordingly i submitted a draft for rs.10020/[protected] to lg service centre. i got new tv on 14/9/2016. but authorised person in service centre denied to give cash receipt for full cost of tv i. e. rs.12300 and also denied 1 year warranty on new product. he told that the warranty has been finished along with old tv & there is no provision of company to give further warranty of 1 year on new tv. i dont know how far it is true. but i believe i should get cash voucher for rs.12300 and 1 yr warranty as it is a brand new item. with regards.
