Doesn't take water properly, dirt is not going on clothes we bought this washing machines just two days ago just yesterday a helper came and he set every thing and he give total demo and he go away but after complition of wash it's doesn't remove dirt on clothes and its also taking water very slow please send a helper as soon as possible

    I have purchased LG led TV model number 42LB5 on 24th May 2015. After my purchase no LG representative came for demo and i got my tv installed by cable operator on normal stand. Later after two month i called LG service center for wall mounting, since i was living in a rented room the LG person said for wall mount they have to drill so i said since it is rented my be once if i move to my house then i can have wall mount. during this conversation the LG representative never disclosed that wall mount bracket is free only one year from purchase. Neither he gave any other relevant information on this and he went away.
    Later yesterday i asked LG customer care for wall mounting. The person from service center came and said since one year has been lapsed everything will be charged. I had a discussion with his supervisor about this that since no information was given to me on bracket that if i do not consume it in one year i have to pay for what belongs to my TV officially. I have all electronic items from LG just because of quality and good service but this time it is not good as proper information was not given about wall mount and due to which i was asked to pay for thing which officially belonged to me.This is very bad impression i had on LG. Those people just to make money did not informed me on this and now asking me to pay for the bracket which belong to me and should have done free of cost. Kindly look into this issue and please do the needful.

        We had purchased gcb 217 bp jv.. Lg 581 lts side by side refrigerator on 14.10.2011. It has been working excellently but on 19.09.16 its freezer side door was not locking properly. So we asked the customer care to send a technician to check the fault and set it right. One sardar virender singh reached to attend the complaint on same day. Instead o[censored]nderstanding the problem, he dismantled the fridge door thrice and getting confused asked us to show him the operating manual as he wanted to read it first. As we didn't have any such manual he told that he would come again with gasket and display board to replace the existing and fix the problem. He left the fridge door partially assembled. As his workmanship was not upto the mark we reported back to the customer care with a request to send some competent technician. The next day another technician came and after examining told that the machine is okay and trays inside were to be placed properly thats all. After few days we noticed that the display was not visible properly and we again called the customer care on 08.10.16. They again sent the company's engineer today. After examining he noticed that one nut on the top fitting relating to the display part was missing and had probably taken along by the first representative sardar ji on 19.09.16 when he had dismantled the freezer side door. Now today it has been fixed and machine is faultless.
        In view of above its amply clear that the company has untrained incompetent substandard technicians who can mislead, mishandle and damage even a faultless machine like our above expensive machine if they are given freehand by innocent customers. Thank god our machine has been saved by our alertness and presence of mind!! We afraid that had the company not gets rid of such untrained and incompetent workers, they would be continuing to cause avoidable loss and hardships to other innocent customers too!! Hence this complaint in larger interest of the public as well the company.

          Since morning of 8oct 2016 our lg 3d 55" led tv screen is blacking out intermittently. Sound is fine. When we restart the screen is working. When called lg customer care they said tv is only on 2 years warranty hence need to pay 1000 rs only for their technician visit. This issue has been persistent with majority of their led tv which is programed to work only 2 year til the warranty is active. This brand led tvs should be published as ban for benefit of consumers who put in so much of the money use the product only for 2 years.

            I have bought lg 22m37d 21.5 led monitor in feb. 2016.
            All of a sudden display stopped working, so i have switch off the power and when i switch it on only half display was coming.
            So i complaint lg customer care about this issue, technician came and check the issue and told that this is a physical damage and it does not covers under warranty, you have to repair it.
            I assured him and his manager that there is no physical damage happen nor the monitor has been hit with some hard particles but they are not ready to listen.
            So i complaint again and talked with the area manager and the head of the service center and explained them about the problem but even they told the same thing that this is a physical damage and you have to repair it.
            They quote rs. 8500/- to repair the led monitor which is equal to new led monitor.
            I hope this forum will help in resolving the issue which i am facing with the lg service.

              I had purchased a microwave oven whose model No. is 7255 from Bulandshahr(Mohit Muskan ). They said we will give you 1 year additional warranty apart from 1 Year product warranty with LG Microwave Oven . I chose LG over whirlpool and when i asked for warranty card so answer was no need just give a call to us we will provide it.
              Now, There is a problem of no heating and they are saying no additional warranty will be entertained.
              If LG is spending huge amount for customer satisfaction but, there are some dealers who are cheating with the customer...how Can LG ensure that customer will get satisfaction and not to be cheated.
              I am a genuine buyer of LG products using so many products of LG. I don't know somebody will answer it or see it but, will you do any action against Mohit Muskan (Bulandshahr) because he already spent money to being your dealer.

                We have purchased an lg dishwasher d1452wf on 13 oct 2013 given the events that have happened after, i am sure a defective model has been sold to me. i want lg to take responsibility and do a buy back of this model. this is the first lg product i purchased, and now i am wondering why i purchased it.

                In the first two years itself (under two year amc) one ancilliary motor had to be replaced. salt container had to be replaced as sensor stopped working. and there were a few other issues. mr krishna (mobile no [protected]) attended during those times. i did not renew amc, which was my big mistake given the history of the product.

                Since last two months, i am facing another issue. “ne” error. plus the mcb was tripping once we started the dishwasher. mr sukumar (mobile no [protected]) came. tried fix. did not work. took the machine to service center (rna[protected]. paid rs. 3100 for parts and service. machine came back. problem continued. tripping and ne error. machine taken back to service center (rna[protected]. paid rs. 1300 for parts and labour. machine came back. problem continued. well, does not trip now but ne error continues. have been lodged complaint again (rna[protected]. however no one is willing to come. i understand mr. jagdeesh ([protected]) is service manager from lg in bangalore or in my area. spoke to him. he said he will send someone. since then no one has come and he does not take my call anymore.

                Complaint satisfaction rate on this site shows as 13% so not confident on it. now tell me, what do i do?

                  As a senior citizen, we become upset at such attitude of your service centre.

                    I purchased lg washing machine model - top loading w/m t7568teel. its been a long time the machine is not working properly, we have got it repaired still it is not working properly, the problem is tears the clothes and rip off the hooks and zips from clothes after putting complaints so many times still the problem isn't solved and there is no further response from your team. it was purchased from ram kumar ajay kumar. ludhiana, tin no-[protected]. it was purchased on 8th novemeber 2015. kindly look into the matter and do the needful. product purchase was done by ashok ahuja. please help me with this problem

                      I had purchased a lg led tv on 30th august'14 and within less than two years i am seeing white patches on the screen and upon calling the service center they checked the tv and said that it needs to be repaired and the cost would be approx. 8-10k which i would need to bear. I feel this is not justified as i got a defective tv which conked off within less than two years, please help in getting this issue resolved on top priority

                        After having problem of gas refill in lg refrigerator i called up the authorized dealer of lg company. After inspection he said the ice freezer cabinet will need to get replaced and gas refilling is to be done which will cost 2700/-. After getting it done and paying the fees the service person instaled the cabinet of an old fridge plus the same problem of noncooling started after 2days of repair. Again called up the same person, again paid him the inspection charges and got it done. But now again after 7 days the same problem persists. And this time the dealer is asking to pay him for new compressor which now he thinks need to be changed.

                          I had purchased LG LED 42LB5610 in October 2014. It has been less than 2 years and I am facing issue of spots on my television screen.
                          I had earlier made complaint about this 3 months back after which I was advised to change the LED panel. I decided against changing the panel since I thought this issue is specific to my TV and I can live with the spots for now.
                          I later visited MAX India store (Landmark group) for some shopping and realized that they had the same TV models and with the same issue. This is a clear manufacturing defect from LG and needs to be solved by LG for all the customers facing the problem free of cost.
                          We spend our hard earned money in buying branded products like LG to be sure of quality and good service.

                          I have been writing mails to ‘[protected]@lge.com’ since September 13, 2016 and also calling the customer care number. It’s been almost a month without any proper response. It is clearly visible that no one wants to take responsibility of the same.

                            I bought this product 2 months ago. 1 month ago it stopped pumping the water out and won't spin. Contacted LG right away and have been getting the run around ever since. They said it would be 3-5 business days to schedule a repair man. It has now been 3 weeks and nothing. For the last week and a half I have called/emailed and tried having the place I bought it from call as well with no results. Best Buy customer service tried helping me but they did the same things with them. They tried to conference us in and the voice just kept saying "Hello, Hello, are you there, Hello" like they couldn't hear us. They did this about 3 times and then gave us another number to try. The best buy person and I kept on the line trying to talk and then it started over saying the same things. Eventually I figured it out after the 3rd time of hearing the exact same thing spaced exactly the same distance apart and same tone that they actually have a recording playing. Doesn't that just shout great customer service to have a recording setup to deceive their customers into hanging up. So as of right now I have no washing machine and don't see this changing any time in the near future. I have asked to speak with a manager and have been refused. They also wouldn't connect or give me a number to the place they claim is trying to find a person to repair it. I would stay clear of this company and its products as they would rather spend their time deceiving and giving their customers the run around.

                              Feeling very panic to write to a Brand, for whom I have been a loyal customer for years. Recently I have purchased a fully automatic front loading washing machine, F1496TDP24, serial no. 602PNFS4K419 from your agra dealor – anil electronics on 15th Sep 2016

                              I was making mind to purchase the washing machine for last few days and had shortlisted two models one of Samsung and the other one of LG which has been purchased by me later. I have met with your employee Himanshu twice.I told him that I want to purchase the equipment before shraddh.

                              Finally on 14th I have told him to arrange a fresh piece of said model, so that I can purchase same on 15th before shraddh

                              Very next day I have made the payment and machine has been delivered to my house. It was my mistake I could not provide you the snaps of the machine. It has been send to me so casual, where the Cartoon packing was of some other model in a very poor condition. Anti Rat cover was not available with machine, no other accessory like poly bag(containing screws/washers), Spanner was not available with machine, other supporting manual were not there

                              WHEN I APPROACHED THE DEALOR AND ASKED ABOUT THE ACESSORIES THEY HAVE TOLD ANTI RAT COVER DOES NOT COME WITH THIS MODEL AS I AM A BIG FOOL, ILLETERATE. LATER ON THEY PROVIDE ME RAT COVER OF SOME OTHER MODEL, WHICH IS LYING WITH ME

                              Trust the ground staff like Himanshu are spoiling the reputation of of the Big brand like you, he is the only guy who have made my experience bad

                              Humbly request you to kindly arrange a fresh piece and get the demo piece replaced immediately as I am not satisfied with the demo piece

                                Madam / sir,
                                With utmost regret i would like to draw your attention regarding poor service that my micro oven created a problem & i had made a complaint lg center bhubaneswar. They told to replace the touch pad & replaced a touch pad accordingly 7-8 months back. Again it had created the same problem. I had lodged a complaint (Three months back) to toll free number twice & inform the person who had worked at bhubaneswar lg service center & his cell no. Is [protected] but i do not know his name. Thousands time i have been telephoning to him regarding my problem but every time he tells a lie to me / pretends to me very frequently that part is not available in the company & your micro-oven & in my personal capacity i will repair it in manually as the parts is not available. You just wait for one day. Most of the times he shows is busy schedule.
                                What can i do sir? Kindly guide me or else. I have never seen any poor service in my life. Being a customer nothing to do. If i will failure i should take shelter of the court.
                                Hope you will consider my problem & solve the problem at the earliest possible.

                                  Have bought LG Refrigerator Model Number LG (GL-M472GNSL) 5 months before from frontier electronics Dehradun. On 22/9/2016 the refrigerator stop working. We Lodged the complain in LG service center Dehradun next the executive came and told that power panel needs to be replaced which is out of stck in their center and part will come from noida which will take another 2-3 days but 1 week has passed, service center executive is giving excuses that 1) Noida people forgot to courier your part in this lot.
                                  2) Your part will come from jaipur they will courier us.
                                  3) Sir courier had been done but still we are checking the status.

                                  I would like to inform LG that in my family there are 3 old-age people and their medicine ( Insulin ) are kept in refrigerator each time they are going to neighborhood house and keeping their medicine. Being the loyal Customer to LG now we are fedup with the nuisance from service center and going to National Consumer Forum Court for asking the compensation for such lame excuses and not providing service on time.

                                      Hi i have lg split ac since last 4 years. Since last 4 months i have observed issue with a/c censor where i am not able to use remote to start stop or even change the temperature of a/c

                                      I had filed complaint with lg and 3 different engineer visited my place but no resolution and no-one has visited after that

                                        I bought 47lb6500 in april 2015. Within 1.5 year, a white spot came on display and when i raised a complaint, technician came and informed me that it would cost 15k to repair it (some backlight prob). Why the hell to spend 80k to buy tv and within 1.5 year again 15k? worst tv and worst company. I looked the same complaint from many consumers and why the company is not taking it serious? if the life of the tv is just an year, why to sell them? i expected lg to be a brand but from my experience it is the worst company with worst customer support.

                                        I had an AMC with LG india since Auugust 2016. On last week of august My ac went on out order. ON ist sept, 2016, I lodged a complain and thus thrice. one month going to past but nobody is listening my problem from LG india. what to do.
