Sir, I purchased LG Mobile KG 195 on April 2008 but now it's Key pad is not working so I gone to Kolhapur Service center[protected] but they told me that there is PCB problem & now they do not have new PCB & also they do not have Standby Mobile to give me.
So please solve my problem & give me Standby mobile from them.

LG Mobile — Charge in warranty period

I purchased Reliance LG mobile before 11 months from Reliance Communication, powai, mumbai. And there was 1 year warranty on mobile.

From yesterday there was some problem in mobile (keys were not working), so I went to LG service center in Ghatkopar, mumbai. They told me that I need to pay 165 Rs/- for repairing charge. I told them still 12 months are not completed and warranty period is there then how you can ask me for charge?

Person at LG service center told me warranty is applicable on manufacturing date not purchase date and that is expired according to manufacturing date. And I paid them 165 Rs/-.

Is this correct way? Warranty should applicable on purchase date. As a customer Why should I worry about manufacturing date.

When I purchased mobile from reliance communication why they didn't tell me such things? Why they are not giving proper details.

Now who is responsible for this? When I asked in reliance communication they told me to contact in LG service center and when I asked in LG service center then told me contact in reliance communication. So what to do?

reliance/LG RD 3510 — outgoing calls barred

Sir/mam, despite i have balance in my LG RD 3510 reliance mobile, i am unable to make outgoing calls.Please make sure it will get sort out.

when charger inserted it is showing full battery indication on display always.after removing charger display is going to off condition.but incoming & outgoing calls are coming.pls give me solution.

I have LG KP220 mobile phone, the phone became dead during the rainy season because some water went inside the phone..

I showed it to the service center they are charging me 950 rupees for the PCB.
I hope that they install a new PCB. After reading out the complaint section i really hope that they insert a new PCB so that I will get the worth of my money which i earn by working...
And also i really wonder why servicing the mobile is so costly...

LG — LG KP220 in warranty problem in phone

Don' get connected with PC Via phone suite , not connected with blue tooth dial up networking , poor service, repaired many times in service center but problem not solved

I fully agree with Mr Karmarkar and i too had bad experience with my LG refrigerator. I had to switch over to samsung and pretty happy with the performance and the prompt customer care. LG better pull up their socks or else have to close shop soon.

I have had nothing but trouble with the shelving in my LG fridge--very cheaply made! Plastic parts in various parts of the fridge keep breaking/cracking--never had a fridge being held together by duct tape. Would not purchase another LG anything.

I fully agree with you. My LG refrigerator 181PP4 also had same problem. Kept on cracking. Freezer lid, bottle racks. Very fragile and low quality material. In Feb 2008 it suddenly stopped cooling. I lodged complaint and a person so called engineer but in actual mistri came and said gas has finished and your stabilizer is not O.K. He took it with him to his one room service centre and after 2 days returned it saying now its O.K. He charged 750 Rs. On 20th april 2008 it started same cooling problem. I called them continuously for 3 days but they didn't come. On 28th April 2008 I exchanged that antique piece of LG with Samsung RT28. Let us see how it will be. Till now I am impressed with Samsung interiors and its Mr. Cool pack.

even i m facing same prob. vegetable tray of the LG refrigerator got broken in the middle. so i had gone to LG service center to purchase new tray. they noted down my contact no. and item no. of tray. And asked me to wait till the product comes. After 15 days i called them to know abt the progress. But they again asked me the item code. That means they didn't bother to keep keep previous costumer records. And again told me to wait for more days. Then after few days, i called them, the lady on the phone said, I[censored] come personally instead of complaining on phone the work will be done faster. Then I again went to so called LG service center. They did the same thing again, noted my contact no. and item code of tray.It was my 3rd time to do so. I asked them to give me my complain number. But they refused to give me. And said, there is no such provision of giving complain no. It shows the irresponsibility of LG.

I am the customer who is purchase all electronics goods like T.V., Micro oven, Refrigerator etc. in my home.Why because I like ur Service & Quality.

My complain details:- I am belongs to WARANGAL, HANAMKONDA (NAIM NAGAR)& already inform to Service Center as wel as Customer Care As on date 3d June-2008 (Request ID No. S8C[protected] for repair of Double Door Refrigerator. Service man Came 4th June 2008 and commited to come after 2 Hrs for rectification .

But till to date there is no Response from your end though I am getting 2 nos. of request ID ( S8C60704513, Dt. 7 th June, S8C60903293, Dt.9th June )

Your Customer Care Assured me to come & rectify the Refrigerator.

Please Give me the Possitive answer. If this is your Customer Satisfaction then How can I beleive LG goods.

I have purchaged intellocool refrigerator LG make from PAI international Indiranagar Banglore. compressor having Very high noice level which is not tollerable also defrost water collecting tray (Funnel may be costing of Rs 5 to 10) was missing. After complaint no any response from LG and PAI. after about 38 days funnel provided but till to day no any response for very noice level. Before 15 years there are fridges having no noice. But it is surprise that to day in advanced technology too much noice is coming from fridges. Very poor quality with very very poor services.

I prefered LG due to its quality and bought a TV 2 months back. Suddenly it stopped functioning. Then I lodged a complaint against it with request id : N8C70907461 on 9th July 2008.
But Its a matter of regret from LG, as this complain has not been closed yet, even there is no follow-up of my complain.
When I called LG-helpline, those people say that there is a part need to be replaced in TV but that part is not available in LG.
I dont know when this part will be available in LG & when they will close this complain.
Now I am now regretting my decision of trusting the LG brand as it has a very poor quality with very very poor services.

i too was a sucker for LG.. i thought it was a name brand that would stand behind their products.. i have six cracks in frig.. the vegtable drawer, folding shelf, and in the removable shelf.. fool me once..

i have Lg refrigerator . When purchase of refrigerator we found damage in body. we complain in lg office. person was come and tell us company replace machine who was fill up the form.After three i talk to authorized person first he committed replacement of machine but after a week he refused. we have realized very poor service and they can not give better response customers, and his complain.

I have an LG refrigrator 310 litres model GR 312 GV. The shelf plastic material is really unsuitable. Within few months of purchase one shelf broke and with great difficulty we got it changed from LG after payment as they do not guarantee plastic parts. Now the chilled compartment crystal has broken.

I am strongly agree with the above mentioned complaints. I too purchased a LG Refrigirator from the dealer(Harjeet electronics, west patel nagar) and from the begining only we faced problem in cooling. The complaint has been logged on to the dealer and also to the area manager Mr. Goel and they committed to get it replaced the same.

Youre immediate action would be highly appreciated.

LG Refrigerator — Refrigerator Body breaking up

Dear Sir,

1. I purchased an LG Refrigerator in Oct 2006. Almost 6 months back its body started developing cracks, handle broke into pieces, door stopped closing automatically and cooling went down.

2. On approaching LG vide Complaint No[protected], they responded of sending there representative to check the fault. However after long wait for the representative asked for money to even see the plight of the fridge. Besides being so negative, he was rude enough not to give his full name and contact number. He promised to come between 12 PM and 8 PM and that time never mentioned his money condition. At 0830PM he called and asked for money. We cancelled all out scheduled programmes for the day for him and he not only asked for money but disgusted us with his attitude.

3. The company should change the refregirator and take disciplinery action against such employ.

See that the authories who have sold him such a refrigirator shall be punished under law and appropriate compensation shall be paid to the owner along with a new refrigirator.

Coolpack Technologies — Do Not Trust This Guy, He Is A Fraud

I made an AMC contract to service my company AC and we've paid him the amount for this service in advance. Now its almost two months since the 1st service is due but they are not providing the service. We demanded our money back but they are not ready for that also. Now we are planning to go to consumer court against them. Customers please be aware of this person. His name is Mr Ayaz Ahemed-[protected], his shop's name is Coolpack Technologies. Tried to call 100s of times but he is not picking up the phone

I have got repaired it by private service person.

I had logged a complaint with request id W9C42705968 dated 27/04/09. Engineer came on 30/04/09 & written a report saying he will come back after week with the circuit. But he did not turned up hence I logged a complaint once again with request number W9C52600262 on 26/05/09. Engineer came on 30/05/09 & he said the same will come back with the circuit. Till today my probel is not solved.

I purchased, at different occassions, one TV, two window ACs, one microoven, one front loading automatic washing and one 295 litre fridge from LG. I was satisfied with their products till such time the plastic shelve in the fridge (purchased only in 2007) got broken. My all efforts to replace them, even at a cost, remained unsuccessful till date. Their customer service is awfully bad. Even the dealer from I purchased three of the aforementioned five items, refused to help.

I want to attract the notice of higher ups in the Company.

D - Timer fitted in a double door refrigerator is failing very frequently. To overcome this company is suggesting for AMC in whcih case they hope the problem will not occur again.

One refrigerator was bought three months ago. Severe problem was arised from last three days.
Compressor is woking. Refrigerant is leaking outside and bad odour is coming out side. Complain has already been lodged yesterday at 12 pm.

Don't Buy LG products. I bought an LG refrigerator named intellocool thinking that it is something great. But its bad quality is easily revealed. its keys have rusted, revealing the attitude of LG and lack of quality consciousness. I remember 35 years back when i was a child i had allwyn refrigerator in my home, which had stainless steel keys. there is a tray in the back of LG refrigerator where a liquid of very bad odour is collected but it cannot be easily removed. The products are becoming poorer quality as time pass by.

Hey guys! I was searching the net for any LG service centers here in our area and suddenly drop by on this site. Whew!!! I was about to complain about the broken shelf on the Freezer... I reviewed all the complains here and its the same as mine. Btw, I'm here in the Philippines, so I think those LGs sold at India and Philippines are of the same material quality.

Besides the poor quality of the shelves, I think they also have design shortcomings on the Freezer area. They have not anticipated that the ice would eventually formed on the pivot area of the shelf due to its very close proximity, if you open the shelf then it will break, its more fragile than the ice!
If you replace it with new shelf, the same thing will happen again.
They should find a fool-proof solution for their new models of Ref.

I had bought a 230 Liter 2-Door White Refrigerator (Model No.GLT242GPD) few years ago. About two months back, the Vegetable Box & its Cover-tray were cracked from many places.

When I called up the Helpline, I was told that a representative would visit our house to check the model and do needful for which they will charge Rs.330 as visit charges (The cost of the box and tray will be extra). I am shocked that the company charges for a self-fitting spare part.

When I told them that I can collect the Vegetable Box and Tray myself from the service centre to save the visit charge of Rs.330, I was given an address of Digital Care-Rajan Society, Naranpura. I have visited this service center after calling them thrice in last 2 months but everytime I visit them, they inform me to come back after 4 days since they cannot find these parts. When I call the helpline, they tell me that since this model is old now, there are no spare parts available easily.

Your claims of customer satisfaction and prompt After Sales Service fall flat when it actually comes to delivering the end-user. The models selling today will definately become old few years later, does that mean that parts will not be available ?

I was planning to buy a 40" LCD in a week's time for Diwali and thank god it will not be LG as your pathetic service centre dealer has opened my eyes.

There was no customer care reception or attendant at your Digital Care Service Centre which is located inside a old bungalow in Naranpura which has no chairs or fans for visitors and the computer operators are holed up in a room which is actually a kitchen where a maid was washing utensils and the whole area was strewn with filth and defected spare parts. I hope LG management will atleast appoint a customer friendly service centre. The behaviour of the service centre staff was very careless and rude.

I totally agree with each and every person who have complanet above, i had purchased the LG cabinet refrigerator of 850 liters capacity i am using it since last 6 years, but whenever i have complanet for any problem they had given a complent no. from custmor care, and they were making reason like their is no one in the house so we had gone back. But they have not even call and comformed the persone is at home or not. I had purchased Lg 466 Lts refrigerator on 15/08/09. On delivery we found in bad condition i.e. both the doors damaged. We recd the delivery in bubble wrap & not the cartoon pack. Hence we informed Croma Mr. Jenitton Lobo & Miss. Nisha. who promised us they will look into the matter. Ultimately Mr.Nadeem visited our res.& confirmed that the Fridge supplied was a demo piece, he tried various efforts to remove the stains on both the doors, but to no positve results. Ultimately he confirmed with his service superiors that both the doors will have to be replaced. I had bought a LG refrigerator on - 8.4.2009 - :LG Freeze 478 YLQ, 440 cc from Kunal Electronics, (0 [protected])

In July - Aug.2009 - insufficient cooling - temperature around 20 C

Nov 2009 - stopped cooling - Complaint no. C09B0104681 - complaint registred on 1.11.2009 and no response till 36 hours. On severe following a person came and found that the circuit box is not working and that he will get back by day end. the circuit box was not in stock. He did not come that day & even the next day. On again follwoing gave a time of the third day morning. He came with a box which was not relevent to the refrigerator we have. It took another 24 hours for them to bring the correct box. In he mean time they had promised a temporary replacement of the fridge. there was again a failiure in this - the transport could not be arranged and hence they could not replace on the scheduled time. The service center had offered to then replace it after 3 days. this was not working as the circuit box was to be replaced within the next 24 hours.

this the condition when the refrigerator is still in warranty of all parts till april 2010 and 5 year warranty of the compressor.

I had purchased a lg refrigerator model no.19TMTon 5.9.05 from s.g.complex Thrissur. Before one year of purchase its plastic shelves broken. But i don't post any complaint against it. now i am not using that shelf.

came for its repairing but only minor works were done by him. We again filed

Compressor and again charged us for Gas filling.

You kept the refrigerator under your supervision for a month or so and delivered it to us on 14/15 May and stated that “now your refrigerator is in proper working condition”
7. Further, just after 15-20 days the problem again supplemented, for which we filed complain at your place. Your company sent 2-3 person/executive to our home and after checking the product they said that
“Now the refrigerator is not in the working condition.”

What happened to the product in 15 days that your opinion changed for it?

Disappointedly, we want to state that we are not at all satisfied by your response. We have incurred repairing charges and other misc. charges amounting to Rs.10000/-(approx) (some of the bill no. are 5522, 7145, 7223), and freight amounting to Rs.2000/- on it and after so much of our input, your company’s’ workmen are stating that refrigerator will not work further. This won’t be entertained by us at any cost.
We don’t want any sort of money refund from your end. Since, it has just been 4 years from date of purchase of the product which is not a long time, so we don’t want any sort of refund, just we want is our refrigerator in working condition as soon as possible. Breakdown of the product in such a short span of time shows the poor quality of the product.
I would advise you to take care of the quality of product rather than just marketing them which would help you to stop ruining your company’s image in the open market.

It is amazing how so many people have the same complaint pertaining to the poor quality of the plastic shelving system in the LG fridges and yet there's no official response to any of these complaints and grievances. Our shelves have been held together by adhesive and wires for the past 5 years now. I would be glad if someone could tell me, where in Delhi I could find a possible replacement of for the shelves. I have no hopes from the company!! Atrocious is the only word i can associate with LG at this point !!!

LG refrigerators are junk - why any manufacturer would make a shelf that attaches to the fridge with metal brackets which are then attached to cheap plastic brackets which then attach to the glass shelf - definitely wasn't an Einstein who thought up this crappy shelving. All of the plastic in this fridge gets brittle and cracks or breaks everywhere - I think there were meant to fall apart to force you to buy again. I tried replacing the shelves but the US won;t ship to Canada and the repairs shops here want $200 for one shelf - may as well buy a new fridge for $400

This is absolute fraud, no one can pay so much without an interview too. This is deeply regretted that naukri.com has directed these scammer with our CV's. Didnt expect it from an indian site.

But its very clear that this person is fake and trying to lure people into paying the travelling expenses and fool them. My message to all of you'll who read my comments or have got a similar email is that we should do something about these people inorder to stop this nonsense and save other people from getting into this kind of a trap. 6.0 GRANTS & LOANS

7.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL

Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay GBP£1, 720.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class.
However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.


8.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES

Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will re-imburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee’s expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.

Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee.

The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
On no account will Employer accept to shoulder costs for Affidavit of Guarantee, Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job Offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses


9.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES

LG ELECTRONICS U.K LTD IS RESPONSIBLE OF EMPLOYEE TRAVELING DOCUMENTS INCLUDING AIRFAIR FROM HOME COUNTRY TO U.K. THIS MUST BE UPON THE CONFIRMATION OF AFFIDAVIT OF GUARANTEE FROM THE BRITISH HIGH COURT HERE IN LONDON.
Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 2 MONTHS UPFRONT SALARIES are paid as soon as Employees Procure AN AFFIDAVIT OF GUARANTEE FROM THE BRITISH HIGH COURT HERE LONDON and submit same to the Human Resources Department for Verification for further processing of your traveling document. All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UK shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in UK.This is in line with the UK Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

10.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION

All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate.
There are Single Bed-room and Flat options for Employees to choose from.

Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.


11.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

12.0 OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER

Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.

Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

13.0 SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Engineering Sector.

All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Engineering Sector.

14.0 TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES

There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service
Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.

15.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA.

The Employee is requested to contact the below office who shall be responsible for the process or his or her Valid UK Work/Residence Permit Visa and then should forward it to the Human Resource(HR) Department/Contact Center Department of LG for Verification and authenticity confirmation.

I had booked a LG Microwave Oven model 607 through the dealer on the 1st of January ' 08 and was promised delivery within 15 days as shipments were expected from the manufacturer. LG Airconditioners — Product not serviced

I had bought a AC From Sumaria Electronics in First week of April on Gudi padwa which was installed on 8th April. SInce 22nd its not working. I filed a complaint with the service centre on 23rd April. Complaint Registration No. W8C42300324, till date (8th May 2008) the compalint has not been attended to, and i receive assurance everytime i call up that the complaint will be attended within 24hrs.

When I contacted on LG servicing centre on dated 25.07.2009 they told me that service personnel will visit your house on monday. I have 1.5 Ton Window AC working since 2004, with minor problems, But at the start of this summer season i.e. 15 May09, I planned to get my AC checked/serviced. I have logged my request to customer care center . After few days of followup representative from - COOL CARE SERVICE CENTER Faridabad, visited my house and told that there is no gas in AC, so my AC was taken to Cool care service center to fix above problem. Then this AC returned back to me after almost one week after many follow up. But after few days, I felt that AC is not doing cooling as expected so again I lodged request on August 5, 09, vide request ID-N9C80502440, but the representative from Cool care Center who visited our house was demanding visit charges, for which I refused due to reason that Gas filling is having a minium guarranty of one season or three month. After nobody turned up for closing this service request. But in system I hope they might have closed this service request. Again on 10 August I made a request to custemer care - ID- N9C81014515, and had spoken to executive who was also not clear about payment terms and conditions. Next day I had spoken to sr. executive customer care Ms Supretee, She was also telling me to pay visit charge if there is compliant after one month. But kept on asking logic for the same. Finaaly she had checked from her seniors and agreed her mistake, and confirmed me that if it s same fault i.e. gas leakage then there is no need to pay service charges and now agreed to send cool care representative.
But why there is no clear guidlines to service centers or customer care, this is surprising, they can ask for any charges any time. such companies / centers should be penalised for harassing customers. Earlier I was a fan of LG products and services as I have at least4/5 products from LG- AC/Refrigrator/Washing m/c/TV and about to buy few more home appliances/AC, but looking at this situation I have to change my mind and go for other brands.

When there is no response from your side I launched another complaint on 11/08/2009 request id. N9C81107588, the tele customer executive told that your complaint will solve within 2 hours. But till date there is no call from service engineer.
According to your website they claim "PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER SALES SERVICE", but this not suits to LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.

I have been told that a call for appointment to check your Ac will come from our faridabad service centre with in two hours and check up time would be settled to reslove it in 24 Hours. I was very happy to hear the sort of service from lg. But happiness gone when I found the unprofessional attitude of lg people. After the tall claim of 24 hours tag, I contacted customer care next day and assured the job be done by evening. Again same, no body turned out. On 31st march, I contacted costumer care and insisted to talk sr.of the concerned department, got the gurgona office incharge no. same day I contacted him again the assurance statement comes and proved futile. on 1st april I tried at diffrent intervals of time but the officer didn't pick my call. Then I contacted the Senoir of this officer, he also assured me to solve this problem. Yes, this time a representative of service center visited and checked it and told me to come next day 2nd april to fill gas. This next day hasn't come till yet. on 3rd of april I again contacted the same 2nd officer to make him aware the attitude of faridabad service centre people, he convinced me to look into matter but no results. I would like to know from lg guys if this sort of Amc they provide to costumers then better to make wide & tall claims of 24 hours tag. I have been using the lg products for last ten years, but this time lg after sales insisted me to say "no to lg products" in future. what range of product lg is making, i am having all. if this sort of customers are unsatisfied then think the future of lg sales? when lg will understand the importance of aftersales service?

My LG Split AC remote is not working. I called the toll free number they asked me to contact the local LG service center to repair the remote or buy a new one. The person also advised me that I can visit the service center to avoid the service charges and I need to pay only the cost of the remote. I called the LG service center in Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar and went there with my defective remote. They accepted the defective remote for repair and promised to complete the job by next day. The next day, i went there again as per the promised time, but even after waiting for 30 mins, they could not advise me on the status of the repair...reason the person (Anand) who aacepted the remote from me was not in. After that I have been calling them eveyday and sometime 3 - 4 times a day to follow up on the repair status, but they just keep on promising next day. After I pushed very hard, Mr Anand agreed to send a new remote or the repaied remote on the 5th day. But even after that and after another 5 calls from me, finally the serviceman arrived with a remote. My goodnes...he did not even check if that remote was working. that was a dead remote and the was asked by Mr Anand to collect Rs.643. Rs 202 for the remote and Rs 441 for the service charge. First of all, as advised by LG, I drove to the service center to avoid the service charge...secondly, they sent the remote after 20 odd follow up calls from me and now Rs 441/- for delivering the remote???? Is this the way reputed company like LG want to make money??

I had asked for my first service on my 1.5ton LG Window A/c and the service man, a young boy 20 yrs old came to my house and just cleaned the front frame and asked me to sign the service confirmation copy, when I telephoned my husband and asked him to wait, he just dissapeared. He had told me that the 1st service is a dry service. The A/c is logged with too much dust and the shafts are all blocked.
My suggestion is that LG cannot provide you the after sales services, I have decieded that I will never buy any LG products and request everyone not to buy any.

Never buy LG again. Worst part is no escalation forum. it means its' a LG management approved sytem of handling customers. I was a big fan of LG products but now i take an oath, will never buy it again.

I lodged a complaint on 3 May 2011 but till date LG is not able to send its service personnel to attend the complaint. LG is not able to attend all complaints as it has sold the products more than its capacity to handle. LG should be banned for selling its products till it is able to provide services to all its sold products.

I have done a blunder by goign with LG Split AC which was purchased on 4th May 2011 from Arvee Sales, South Delhi with the assurance to installed it with in 24 hrs time. But till date i.e on 10th May 11 I am waiting for the same. A number of call had been made to the LG and Arvee Sales but without any result. I will sugggest my friends not to by any LG products.

I have lodged a complaint of my A.C. not working with L.G. customer care on 29/4/2011, on 3rd of May 2011 they picked my window A.C.to workshop at noida for gas filling as gas is leaked the complaint no.given to me is RNA[protected] with the assurance that it will be repaired and delivered by 5th May2011.Till date I have not received my A.C.and the phone given are never picked by the workshop, on my personal visit to the workshop i was told that compressor need to be changed which will take some time as machine is under warranty. I have reminded the customer care umpteen no. of times but only assurance are given, i fear that these workshop people might have given it on hire & only will deliver in winter.

Dear Mr. Ganesh,



Today two employee of lg ( 1) Mr. Monty Tyagi (2) Mr. Manish visited to my home and demanded Rs. 331.00 as service charges. as i had already explained in my complaint that two free service of my lg air conditioner are still pending. every time when we complaint for service they asked us to pay charges. On phone Mr. Mohit Rathi ( Superviser ) confirmed that no service will be executed without money. I have taken in writing from the both of employees.



I had very bad experience with lg and their customer support deptt. Please give me in writing why lg denying to provide free service as committed on papers or at the time of buying of air conditioner by return mail.



I again requested to lg to resume my 2 free services as soon as possible, otherwise we have no option to file complaint in consumer court.



Any loss and damage caused due to lg negligence, lg would be responsible for that.

I called to your esteed organisation for service of my air conditioner, on your call centre no.[protected]. a person come and denied to for service as bill of our airconditioner were lost, i show him a police ncr but he refund to service the airconditioner and asked us to pay for them. for your kind information this is first service of our lg ac. now i personally request to you to send the person and get in serviced free of cost because this is the first service and in your terms and conditon three services is free for customer, otherwise i have no option to file suit/complaint against you in consumer form/court. this is the iind remainder to you.

i am fedup with lg

after switching on the machine, there is ice or snow formation on the fins. if i increase the temperature, it disappears. but there is no cooling. pl.give me a solution

LG — No product and charged me

Greetings!

I had bought a LED 47 Inch in January. I had requested for the TV to be delivered a little later as my house was under construction. When I later requested for the TV, I was told that they do not have that TV, as they gave it away to some other customer and cannot give it. I have paid a down payment of around Rs. 30000 and paid 3 installament and 4 installment is due. The total cost I paid for the TV was around Rs 77000 and was suppose to get a free gift of blue ray DVD player. Even after paying huge amount and still dont have TV. Even after 6 months of booking the TV and paying huge amount, I dont have the product with me.
I was promised I would be getting a TV the next day so I bought a refrigerator as well. I was given this refrigerator with lot of problems the next day.
Having said that, they asked me to buy a TV at higher rate instead of the TV that I booked.

This is highly unethical and unacceptable and making customers losing trust in the BRAND. How can LG just give away one customer's product to some one else and say, cannot give as we dont have...
Please do the needful of providing me the product I booked and reduce my hardship that I am going through to get my product.

I am completely unhappy about this kind of service provided.

Pathetic installation service in Pune & they are ovecharging for installation
They are looting customers while reinstalling AC in Pune. I have recently relocated to Pune & called customer care to send their ppl for installation. On phone they told me the charge of Rs 1500. But after fitment they charged me Rs5000 for installation & they did not even gave receipt. They charged Rs 3000 to drill a hole in a wall. Then I called customer care to complain but they replied that we don't file complain for overcharging. But we file complaint only for AC issue.
Even the AC is not working well. I will never buy LG brand in future..worst experiance!!!
