Hi, myself kutbuddin charniwala i have purchased the refrigerator with the subjected model on 15th Feb 2013 from dev arc electronics SG road Ahmedabad.
Just within 16 months of purchase the refrigerator stopped working & currently having issues with cooling, the first question is that how come with Just 16 months tenure the refrigerator stops working like this? what kind of quality home appliances is the LG India company approving & selling to customers?
The second issue is that i called the local engineer Mr firoz on [protected] as when the same engineer visited for installation & demo he gave his number & told that whenever you face any issue pertaining to service i can contact him & he will come instead of logging a complaint in the company. I called him on 13th June 14 stating that i have started facing the above problem however did not got a proper response from him.
He somehow told me that he will try to come by evening however i started facing extreme issues with the fridge & thus contacted the customer care & lodged an official complaint with complaint number
RNA[protected] at 13th June 2013 15:02 when i again called the engineer stating i have not registered a complaint officially & thus can he please attend to the issue on immediate basis he got angry & told to wait till 24 to 48 hours as per official working hours he will now only come when he will receive the complaint.
My biggest problem is that first of all how could your fridge stops working just in 16 months, secondly how can your engineer behave so rudely & instead of attending the issue on priority how can he get angry & disconnect the call of the customer?
