Liberty Shoes — shoes sole broke within 30-40 days

I purchased a pair of shoes from sector 23 market liberty outlet in gurgaon. Within 30-40 days, the sole of both the shoes got cracked at the same place. I complaint about the same to the outlet but they denied to replace the shoes saying that the company provided replacement warranty only within 30 days. Then i contacted liberty customer care via email complaining about the bad quality of their product. Instead of resolving the problem, they forwarded my mail to the sector 23 outlet who contacted me again and asked me to pay for the sole replacement. I would like to understand if customer is purchasing a branded product and has already paid for the product as per the mrp, why should customer pay for the liberty bad quality products.

Conclusion Liberty shoes quality is very poor, costumer service is very bad, company policy is one sided & costumer's harmful.

Logic in your point anmolag008, why should you pay again for a faulty defective Liberty Shoes product????

Remember that boss!

I remember it every single day because not only shoes were broken, defective and cheap but I was also mistreated by the store staff when I asked for replacement within 30 days, so they told in 7 days only we replace and that is company policy!

Even small shops give replacement for faulty products within 1 month,

Big brands like other shoe brands, give 30 days time.

These people are cheaters. The CEO Adesh Gupta face is only so cunning and he looks like a Mafia!!!

Liberty Shoes Ltd. is a Shoes Mafia robbing people of their hard earned money!

So cheap quality of such branded shoes. Sole and shoes both get cracked and tear like a rubber. The store doesn't replacing it. They are providing only sole replacement whereas the shoes are torn badly from inside also which are not repairable. They don't have any solution neither they are replacing it.
