The annual pension due in march, 2018 hasn't credited to my bank account so far nor advised me the reason thereof despite personal follow up and repeated emails to lic of india, patel circle, udaipur, customer cell, jodhpur and ipp cell, new delhi.
Please arrange to get the pension credited to my bank account or advise me the reason for non credit at an early date.

I was trying to enroll my policy number in https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html for Cognizant for which I had to register my policy number first. When I tried registering my policy number in LICOnlineServicePortal I am getting invalid policy number.

    Our lic policy no.[protected] fell due for replacement in march, 2018, as per intimation received from lic of india. (The last instalment premium was due on 20/9/2017, and was duly paid well before due date). All required documents were submitted in april, 2018, and the concerned staff member said the payment can be had after a week. We got an sms that the bank account given in the application for repayment had been registered, some 15 days back, but the proceeds on maturity is yet to be got. There is no response from the branch over phone, and nobody cares to reply when approached in person. On top of it, i am an advocate myself! Will the proceeds be repaid only through court intervention? I have also sent a complaint to bar council of tamil nadu and pondicherry, attached to madras high court.

    I have posted my complaint on 15 may 2018 about non receipt of group pension but till date there is no action has been taken since last six months i.e Jan 2018 I have not received same pension after giving existence certificate
    As earlier have posted my complaint on 15 May 2018 about non receipt of group pension I have also posted my existence certificate .There was reply from Lic that my complain has been notified but after month my pension amount has not disburse. No reply any action is done against the same case . since seven month i have not receiving the pension I have approached local office then mailed given complaint . I have sent my all details by email Register AD as well as posted on this site but there is not taken any action against it . Pl tell me what should I do .I have send scan copy of existence also . Please release the pension since it has been stopped.

      Our fdr with the above company fell due for payment in november, 2017. We sent it for renewal on 23/11/2017, but there is no response from the company. Nobody picks up the phone too. The local city office friend of mine says lic is bankrupt, and worse still is lic housing finance ltd. We sent the above fdr (No.646539) through bajaj capital. On 23/11/2017. After 3 months, lic housing finance ltd. Asked for a cancelled cheque leaf, which was also duly sent through bajaj capital (In february, 2018). There is no response from lic housing finance ltd. Even over phone. The renewed fdr is yet to be sent by them, and now, bajaj capital ltd., adyar, chennai says that lic housing finance, though an arm of lic, is a bogus company, and is bankrupt like lic. Kindly help us get the renewed fdr or our money back.

          It is intimated that my policy no[protected] matured on[protected] and lic policy along with all connected documents were submitted with lic of india loharu road charkhidadri haryana pin127306 branch code 17k vide their invord no 1203 dated 7 march 2018. However the dealing officials ie aao satyanarayan, hga shashi sharma and senior branch manager sh sharadkumar did not take any action and even after 2 months, i have not been paid the maturity value of the said lic policy. The maturity value of the policy has not been paid mainly due to lackadaisical and careless attitude of lic of india loharu road charkhidadri haryana pin123306 branch code 17k officials namely aao satyanarayan, hga shashi sharma and senior branch manager sh sharad kumar. These officials here are least sensitive to the problems of customers and they take no interest to settle problems of customers. They are deliberately delaying and denying my dues. It is thus requested that necessary taken against the erring officials ie aao satyanarayan, hga shashi sharma and senior manager sh sharad kumar. Further it is requested that i should be paid my maturity amount at the earliest.

            I (Ch v v narayana murthy) have paid lic premium through online for the policy no[protected] jeevan saral, of rs. 28, 824, on[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. But i have not received receipt. Error page is occurred. Hence, i request to do the needful. The branch office of lic of india is located at eluru. So i request to please send me receipt of the same.

              Hi,

              I registered my lic policies and registration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

              "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
              Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

              But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                I am having a money back policy with lic, the refund is due on march 2018. While contacting got the information that refund was done on 31 march 2018 which was not credited to my account till date. While again contacting they informed they issued the cheque instead of neft payment. Today is 5th of may, but i did not get neither the cheque nor the amount.

                My 20000 of money back is stuck with lic against my policy[protected] which was due on march 2018.
                They are not refunding my amount after so many follow ups.
                The lic employees are such a careless that they are not responding properly.. They told that they transferred the amount on 31st march 2018, then again informed that they did not transferred now they are sending cheque.in the age of digitalization why they are not paying through neft. Kindly resolve the issue.

                    After submitting that information, I am getting the error

                      I'm really pissed at the this portal and app login. I had registered my policy account few years back and forgot the userid and pswd. The user id recovery options are not working. It asks for premium amount (Is it yearly or quarterly??), i tried entering following
                      Amounts, but couldn't reset pswd or recover my user id:
                      1. Last paid premium amount
                      2. Last paid premium amount minus gst collected
                      3. Original premium amount before it was revised

                      I'm really clueless as to how to solve this. Lic doesn't even have a customer support number to reach out. Since mar 2018, i have sent 3 emails to [protected]@licindia.com, but there's no response.

                          मेरे पति श्री ईश्वर सिंह ने LIC से इन्शुरन्स पालिसी ली थी उनकी मृत्यु 9 /9 /2017 को हो गई थी जिससे उनका मूल बिमा का क्लेम मिल गया था परन्तु LIC ने टर्म राइडर का क्लेम देने से मना कर दिए परन्तु हमने प्रपोजल फॉर्म मैं टर्म राइडर माँगा था LIC ने यहे कहते हुए मना कर दिया की हमने टर्म राइडर का प्रीमियम नहीं लिया है परन्तु जब मेरे पति ने फॉर्म भरा था तो उन्होंने टर्म राइडर माँगा था ओर मेडिकल भी करवाया था परन्तु कर्मचारियों ने लापरवाही बरती और टर्म रिडर पालिसी मैं ऐड नहीं किया

                            I have paid my lic premium for march 2018 (Policy no[protected] &[protected] amount of 4291. Oo & 3372.00 thru lic online premium pay on dat 4/4/2018 successfully & received premium receipt

                            But unfortunately for the same policy again premium amount of 4291.00 & 3372.00 has been debited from my hdfc bank account since the standard instructions made be me was not closed

                            Hence i request pls adjust the same amount for next premium period for october 2018

                            Today I visited to LIC branch 91N for revivals of my policy when I go to cash counter I meet (Madhu Bhat) officers on cash counter this lady's was say I am not receiving payment & playing on mobile & say I am not taking 3 payment from you I want clarification from Madhu Bhat otherwise I am going to Ombesman
                            I am unable to login lic new login portal. i could not even find out the old portal also

Inmy other policy acceptit and link sucessfully. So please consider in above policy when i took the policy policy agent fillup some different spelling word. So consider it. It was not a false matter.                                 This is to raise a complaint for the non- receipt of LICHFL Property original doc, i have cleared all payment on 12- Mar-2018 & it was assured to me that the document will reach KASBA office withing a month, & they will call me once the same is received. I did multiple follow ups & the personnel who pick the call dialed at[protected] LICHFL KASBA office is clueless on the query & always tell me to call me after some time, or dial when the AM is in office, also when i requested for AM contact details he denied, not sure what is the problem with transparency.

                                The response from this branch is pathetic & the employees most of the time rely on AM for any basic communication ton customer, It has been more than a month & still i have not received my LOAN ORIGINAL DOCUMENT, i would like to escalate this to concern for expdiating the delivery of the LOAN original documents, not sure when full amount is paid what is the challenge with the BANK to release the documents on time

                                I would be glad if someone from LICHFL can assist me on this.

                                      Dear madam/sir,

                                      Ref. To my complaint no[protected] with lic against policy no.[protected] dated 28/10/2017 is not resolve till date as the complaint is below:

                                      Your sale team pooja, kanika khanna and vivek they were assured me to give for cash back 10%, diwali bonus 15-20 %, credit card, term insurance 10lac and referral bonus 10% if you purchase the policy, then i was purchased the policy and also refer a friend for the same policy, after that they were switched of there phone and not contracted by me, i also recorded there phone calls for these facility, i will send it if you needed.

                                      The branch said on the comment that there are no such person but who was called me for policy and who collect cheque from me and submit in lic, i have the call record which was received from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], i will show at police station. Who is the agent on my policy and lic give commission for the policy.

                                      Please beware of the call for lic.
