Dear Sir, Two years back I had taken a 10 year Bima Nivesh policy through your LIC agent Mr. Bhavesh Chandra Kshyap (working with Jehanabad Branch, Patna-1 Division) with a starting premium of Rs. 100, 000 yearly. At the behest of your LIC agent the amount was paid to your agent' account as LIC doesn't accept first premium by cheque according to him. But till now I have not received my policy documents or the payment receipt. Upon inquiry from your branch manager at your Jehanabad Branch I came to know that he has no information about any such policy and is not responsible for the misdeed of the LIC agent. I have all the evidences of payment to his bank account as well as recordings of telephonic conversation with your LIC agent Mr. Bhavesh Chandra Kashyap in which he has admitted that he has already deposited the premium with LIC, whereas your branch manager denies it. In above mentioned circumstances, I'm left with no option but to file a consumer case against LIC and your agent for recovery of this money with interest as LIC doesn't make any endeavor to make their customers aware of procedures for payment of first or any subsequent payment of premium to LIC and taking advantage of this your agents claim that they are authorized to receive money on LIC' behalf. Later on these unscrupulous agents dupe your customers and you watch all this as mute spectators just as your branch manager. However, I'm still looking forward to resolve the matter amicably which will save the face of your branch, division as well as the brand name LIC. I will choose not to take the matter to consumer court strictly on following two conditions. 1. LIC or your agent return my money with interest. 2. LIC takes punitive action against such errant agents who mislead and cheat your customers. Awaiting yours on an urgent basis as I'm running out of patient. Please find below mentioned idiotic reply from LIC. The agent is lying it is evident. But why the jehanabad branch manager is shielding him. Why would I give money to an LIC agent for purpose other than life insurance? He is not my father in law. He had submitted the proposal for LIC but didn't deposit the money. I know at least 3 more persons he has cheated. I have all the evidences including recordings of telephonic conversation but the branch manager is not interested in that for reasons known to him only. If he wants to escalate the matter I will make sure he gets his lesson. Meanwhile IRDAI had called and has taken cognizance of the matter and they too are investigating the matter from their side. This time I'll not let him get away Scott free.

      My EMI has been revised recently (changed from floating to fixed, 10 to 11.5%) I got a letter dated 16-May-2015 but which reached me on 4-Jun-15 which says that LIC will advise my bank for revising the payment. But . 10-Jun-15 my due EMI bounced, my bank has charged me penalty. Plus LIC has charged me late payment fees. That too when it is their mistake, they told me that they will talk to my bank. When I went to the LIC office - the manager was shocked to see the letter and assured me he will look into it but has not responded back even after a month

        I am receiving Rs.873/- P.M; regularly from the year 1996 from above mentioned company.But from Feb.2014 my monthly pension has been stopped without any information.               Sir,
              I took home finance 3 years back from LIC HOUSING FINANCE from Bangalore JP NAGAR OFFICE. I asked their employee Vinod Radhakrishnan to give me floating rate of interest, but while the finance is sanctioned he issued me fixed rate of interest for 3 years and then floating and promised me that he will convert my finance from fixed to floating immediately. But days goes on and he did not convert, so i had to wait for 3 years and now when it automatically came to floating rate, they have increased my rate of interest from 10.7% to 11.75% without information also. First of all i want to say is it a personal finance ?. i took home finance and current market rate for floating finace is ~9.75, so how they are charging 11.75%. Is it a institution ? . I have been cheated like anything from LIC employee Vinod and LIC itself.

              My wife is very angry with this and she said we will go to court for resolving this and by that time we will not pay any EMI. We can not pay home finance interest like personal finace. We need proper resolution of this issue.

                I have purchased Online LIC Term policy, my policy got completed(bond for same I have received) with this policy no[protected] and Access id of same was[protected], this was my second application with no medical test(as the same was done in first application). First Application id was[protected]got rejected because of insufficient income), but after closing my further cancelled policy my second application got successfully completed without taking medical checkup. Now LIC has to pay me refund for medical charges which was deducted for first policy application, for which I have wrote the mail and they have ensure and confirmed me that will be eligible & once policy got competed the same will be done automatically. The refund is still not done and I am trying to call & follow up with LIC online Marketing team, but there is no reply from their end. Every time if i have call then i have to give them all details and after giving all that details they are just asking simple answer this will take time. I just want to know that is there any Turn Around Time or any responsibility to response the customer query by mail??? Now what can i do if the same will not done even if i am waiting for some more days???                     I want to inform you that Mr. Kamal LIC agent of your branch branch unit -11D, plot no. Jeevan Pragti Bulding 3 rd floor dist. centere Delhi-110092 i were told him that i have need a LIC policy for my doughtier i want 20 lac Rs. from LIC policy after 20 years when that time my daughter become 24 years age he was asking me can i afford the 25000/ Rs LIC premium per year than he will provide the such type of LIC policy I were saying him ok and and give him the amount by cheque and cash.

                    But he was cheat me and after some time he was sending me 06 nos of policy different -different premium amount i have need a single policy not 06 no. of LIC policy.

                    He is cheating with me, kindly take the immediate action against this LIC agent and cancel his agent right and provide him my money from this LIC agent.

                      Hi guys please do not buy any policy from LIC agent "MR. Nimesh N. Anandapara". And was operating by his father called “Navin Anandpara” Agent code “01542927”. He was agent of Branch 927. As he was doing fraud by not giving proper adequate information regarding policies. Before 7 year he has opened 3 policies of Money plus – growth fund on 2008 year & not gave information regarding its was market policies. Also he gave me details as you have to pay Rs 2, 500 on quarterly basis from 5 year’s which come to clubbing Rs. 50, 000 & after that LIC was going to use that amt for 2 Year & will gave you a RS 1, 00, 000.And now it’s is time to maturity of that policies & he took all polices & other related documents & I have received only nearby 49, 000 amt in my accounts. When I m calling the agent he was not replying to my call & continue dealing to meet. LIC should take strick action against this agent hope it will work & beneficial to the customer.

                          Respected Sir / Madam, I Mrs. Kamlesh B. Nirmal having LIC Agency as my Side Business, my LIC agency Code is – 03243921. I had opted an ECS facility for Direct credit of Commission with my Indian Overseas Bank, Chakala ( Andheri ) branch, my Account no is - [protected]. I had not received any LIC Renewal Commission from December 2012 ( Details attached). I had enquired with LIC office they ware saying that they are depositing my Commission regularly. So I requested them to provide me account now in which they are Crediting my Renewal Commission. As per my request they provided me account no [protected], which is not belongs to me. So now Request you to Kindly help me with this matter on urgent basis as I am following from my Money since more than year.                               I have opted for 3yrs fixed interest plan for finance on july 2012. Interest rate applicable on it was 10.7%.

                              Now when 3 yrs are completed and current market interest rates are way down than 10.7%. I have called the jabalpur branch ( from where it is sactioned) @ the number present on website. Person there first of all not giving me the details o asked like:
                              New applicable interest rate? And misguiding me by saying yes for new lower rates you have to apply via application and you have to pay 0.5% of processing fee for that. Then ur rate will be 10.5%

                              When i repaetedly asked for required information and enquired why application and processing fee for the same. He (area manager) transfered my call to accounts department after long discusion with the accounts guy he informed me that are still is on fixed interet rate and will convert in flex plan next month august and after stressing a lot he said new rate will be 12%.
                              What is this !!!

                              I asked how it will be implimented as RBI rates are way low to this and as per guidlines rates should be lowet than 10.7 for now.

                              He said all these interest are for new customeers for existing you have to give 12% once you falls in flexi plan next month.
                              Else pay 0.5% of existing outstanding principal and then take 10.5% interst ratea for next 3 months and after that as per RBI changes we will change it in reduced way.

                              It is totally a case of mis guiding customers and providing wrong information.
                              And at the same time there is a discrimination between new and old customers. Its a fraud. As per NHB notice no HFC can discriminate between new and old customer.

                              Please look into this issue and reply as soon as possible.
                              Else i will tranfer it and lodge a complaint legally

                              I paid processing fee of 0.5% to convert my EMI as 10.5 from 11.1%

                                    My A/C no[protected], Amount sanctioned but not giving disbursement. They have deducted processing charges also and now no response from Agent. I tried to call Regional manager and Corporate office Mumbai but no body is responding. I want disbursement or refund of my money already they have taken even all required documents, Builder payment receipts etc.

                                      I appeared for lic ado exam. In paper 1 (Numerical ability) , there was 1 question with all incorrect options as per my knowledge.

                                      The question stated " the 3 angles of a quadilateral are 9:11:17 in ratio. The 4th angle is 138 degree. Find the difference between the largest and the smallest angle?

                                      According to me answer to this question is 48 degree.
                                      But it was not in any of those 5 answering options.
