    As i understand in a service industry you should be polite and humble to, the customer but here in lic housing finance office asaf ali road there is no employee available upto 11 am also to close a loan account where it is mentioned that it takes 15 days to process it, what is the processvthat takes 15 days. nodal officer no is also not available.

        I had taken housing loan (Home Loan A/C. No. [protected] on 24th January 2014) from LIC Housing Finance Ltd., Asaf Ali Rd., New Delhi & Now the same has been fully repaid in Feb., 2014. The original documents of LIC Policy No.[protected], which were assigned in favour of LIC HFL at the time of loan, are to be returned after re-assignment in my favour by them. (Ref.:- letter No.LA 14012747 Dated: 05th Feb 2014). But till date, the same has not been returned. No response to my e-mails & our personal visits to their office during last one and half years.             Respected Sir, I had submitted claim and all the Hospital Bills and other documents, regarding my Hospitalisation from 11 May 2015 to 13 May 2015, and Surgery (K Wire fixation), (ACCIDENT CASE)against my JEEVAN AROGYA Policy No:[protected], on 11 JUNE 2015, to LIC OFFICE, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA. But till today, I am unaware of the processing status . I am in Huge financial crisis, as I am the only earning member of my family .I am struggling hard with my wife and two children, to make both the ends meet.                   Hello team,
                  I have been trying to pay my premium online and the portal seems to be very unstable. I have been getting multiple errors starting from page timeouts, login errors, payment errors and slowness. The merchant page threw the error "server has a weak ephemeral diffe - hellman public key". I am not sure why there is no action taken to ensure easy access to the website and resolution of issues on priority. I noticed many are facing this issue from many days.

                  I am fed up of wasting my time from past 2 days to make a payment for my lic premium. Request you to check and fix these problems so that we can proceed with the payments on time. If not atleast update the website stating that there are issues and avoid using this till some time. This will help us plan our payments better.

                    Online payment - website not working

                    I have been trying to make payment for 2 weeks through online without any break. Most of the times, it let me login and on the payment page, it times - out. Seeing i clicked back or front or refresh button.

                    This complain is to lic department regarding online e - term policy. I took insurance of 50 lacs on 11 / 2 / 15 and submitted all relevant docs still they are asking me for new docs again and again. And as the rate of tax increased by 2%. So they also demanded 2% extra tax. My proposal no is 9398. Kindly issue me policy asap and return extra tax charged by you as i paid amount before the new service tax date.

                          I paid my premium on 1st September2015 through lic online service using net banking. But also from HDFC account same amount of Rs.3430.40 deducted on 8th September 2015 I had set the standing instruction for the policy no.[protected] and plan no. 827 ( Policy holder name JAYDEEP HARIBHAU PAWAR.) Then after this I removed standing instructions. So please consider this issue and refund me the amount Rs.3430.40.

                            Hi Team, We have taken house loan through LIC HFL. I opted for ECS on 10th of every month. I didn't missed even a single month till now. This month due to some emergency there was no sufficient amount in my account. As today is 10th i received a message from the LIC HFL saying that ECS RETURN CHRS DEBITED. I credited the amount the same day morning only (i.e. 10th September 2015) but still i received this message and amout got deducted. As per the norms, we have time till 12pm of every month 10th. This is not getting executed correctly

                                  My Father, lt. Bidyut Kumar Samadder made a "Money Back Children's Assurance- Without Profits" LIC worth 1 lakh for my sister Ranita Samadder(D.O.B : 6th Sept 1995) on 12th Aug 1996. Policy number :[protected] in Khalari, Jhamshedpur division, East Central Zone (Branch code: 5007) He died on 27th July 2011, and on submitting proofs of the same, we were exempted from the payment of premium from 2012. As per policy, my sister is suppose to recieve the sum assured in 4 installments, at the age of 18, 20, 22 and 24. By now we should have received 2 installments already, but we have received none.

                                    I paid my premium on 10th august through my pnb debit card. As it was an online transaction because of some error my money got deducted twice. Rupees 1542 have been deducted twice from my account. I have called to LIC office numerous times and I have registered my complaint. I have also sent a mail to them. Even after doing every thing I have not received my money back. It has been almost one month. I have enclosed screen shot of the mobile message, i received after my money got deducted. PLEASES HELP
