Hi,

I have taken home loan from LIC Housing Finance, While applying for loan their executive came and visit my place regarding home loan. So we have given all the require document for processing it. After few days they informed us that your home loan is approved and you need to go ahead of Disbursement and you you need to give cash of Rs.2500, we gave all the document with ECS signature on the form and we gave them Cheque of Rs.2500 not cash.Again at the month end they approached with reason that "Sir your signature is not matching with your ECS Bank so you need to give a fresh ecs mandate with cash of 2, 500, so I have given the same and my loan got disburse". But after some days when I inquire in bank regarding my ECS.I complaint the regarding the same to the particular branch even they did not gave me and solution.So please look into it and and cash transaction why?

    Hi,
    My name is Tapas Sen. My loan account number is[protected]. I applied for a copy of my sale deed on 29/08/2015. When I submitted the application, Customer service person told me that it would take maximum 1 month to receive the copy. He also gave me a contact number and asked me to contact after 1 month.
    I called up in that number after one month. Customer Service person asked me to contact after another 10 days. I called up again after 10 days, they asked me to contact after 1 week. Since then I call them up in every week. Everytime they ask me to contact after 1 week. It more than 9 weeks now since I applied for the document. Today again they asked me to contact in next week. I tried to call the Area Manager. He is not picking up the phone. I am not sure what I will do next. Can you please help me.

          Someone has taken loan against my policy in 2008. I have already requested lic people and IRDA people but all in vain. I had requested that if i had taken loan kindly give me details of cheque you issued in my favour. Till date they are send me the details. I received last letter from Manager (CRM) LIC dated 11.03.2013 that we are seeking into the matter but till date no result. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the culprit otherwise i will lodge fir against the LIC people and will also move to the Hon'ble Consumer Court.

Zonal Officer LIC of India Mumai (Maharashtra) Sub: Misbehave and Harassment by staff of Satellite Office of LIC, Sawantwadi, Dist - Sindhudurg (Maharashtra) Dear Sir, My self Deepak Parab, Resident of Madkhol, Tehsil - Sawantwadi, Dist - Sindhdudurg (Mah) - 416510, taken a LIC policy “Jeevan SARAL” of sum assured Rs. 2, 50, 000 and policy No[protected] through LIC agent. Installment mode of policy is yearly and last year I was not made payment of installment ( 2014) for Rs, 12010/- due to financial problem. On the day i.e. on 28/10/2014 I approach to you above named satellite office to inquiry about the policy status. I personally ask the madam who was in office about status. She said you should be check the same from cash counter clerk. Thereafter I stand in queue of cash counter. When my number was came I ask cash counter clerk to check the status of policy. He again send back me to madam as the policy has been closed. Again I approach to madam and said her to give me correct status of policy. so that I can deposit installment amount at counter. That lady kept me waiting for half an hour and started to feeding new policies in computer . After an half hour again I request her to do help. that time she ask another person of office (office attendance) to check about policy status. The office attendance said I will check and he gone out of office to do another work and no body can help me. Sir I want to inform you that, this lady purposely kept me in waiting . Finally I went out from office gone in Kudal branch which was 22 kms away from this branch and confirm the status form Thesil - Kudal Office . where was the payment due for Rs. 25432/- which was suddenly deposited on same date in Kudal LIC branch . You can check the receipt against above policy. Sir It was not good thing . I am sorry to say that but this is very disgusting and painful that the staff appointed by LIC of India, the biggest Insurance Group of India, don’t know how to deal with the customers, they misbehave and harass the customers despite the customers are ready to give them the complete support to solve the problem if some mistake has been occurred from whom so ever. I request you to please get this matter resolved on the highest priority within a week’s time else I would have to approach to the Consumer Court. And please take a serious action against that lady which was neglect such thing, so that in future no other customer would suffer and image of the LIC will not be hampered anymore like it had been in my case.                 LIC housing website is disgusting, cant do a single transaction in one go. Forget one go, you have to login again and again hundred times to get simple things from the website

                    Refund of default penalty and intrest charged by Greater Nodia industria Development Authority Sir, My loan A/C No. is [protected] and application no. is 14042406. I applied housing building loan for purchase property in Greater Noida which is awarded through lottery to my son shri Anubhav nagar. Lajpatnagar dehi sanctioned me a oan of RS1300000/- and deposited all documents alongwith remaining ammount D.D of RS.77482/- on 01/12/2010 for depositing in GNIDA against their letter no.BHS12/property/2010/606 dated 26/11/2010 for one time payment of Rs.1377482/- up to 05/12/2010. But the D.D. of Rs.1377482/-deposited by LIC on 07/12/2010. When the GNIDA demanded a option to change the property due to some reasons we have alloted theanother 120 sq.meters property.and requested on 10/04/2015 to GNIDA for one time payment.The GNIDA issue me aetter no. property/BHS12/2015/597 dated 22/06/2015 for depositing Rs. 823646/-. After getting information I came to notice that as a default they charged Rs.48945.06.that is a due to LICHousing finance office. IN this connection I met manager LICHF at Greater Noida on 31/07/2015, 06/08/2015 and 05/10/2015 but coud not get satisfactory responce. please look in this matter personally and refund me Rs48945.06.                         We have claimed an amount of approx. 17, 000 of the insurance in the name of B.K.Vasudev and the nominee is his daughter Sagarika jain. After his death our agent informed that we can claim the amount. We had submitted the documents twice through courier as we stay out of Karnataka but they said that they will check and get back to us. But they didn't even help us 1%. And then with the help of our branch agent, we have submitted all the forms with other documents which was informed to us. But the shocking is till now its not settled n its been 5 years since our father's death. And now we get a call from the branch asking for an additional non sense document I.e a consent letter from my father's mother. My question to that officer who called was why do they require that letter when she is not in the picture at all and her answer was... That's the formality. Is this how they give service.. Its as good as saying indirectly that they will not give the money to us.

                                Sir I have taken a loan on 29 July 2009 Amount rs 3, 96, 537.00 under floating rate of interest for ten yrs. but after completion of five yrs, instead of charging floating rate as per market rate i.e.9 to 9.5 % but lic hf is Charging 12% ie. 2.5%extra even after decreasing of rapo rates by RBI.Please do the needfull to fix actual ROI as per RBi norms.                                     I am sorry to inform that loan against my policy nos.[protected] &[protected] is pending with LIC'S 58H (Branch 2) situated in the at Jaydev Bihar, Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange Building.I handed over duly filled application forms along with my original policy documents on 12 Oct 15 and also in the possession of acknowledgement slip. I regret to inform you that as on date 17 Oct 15 i.e after a lapse of 5 working days disbursal of the loan has not been made to my designated bank account.On the contrary I gladly appreciate that I availed similar LIC policy loan from Visakhapatnam LIC Br-5 within one working day. This comparison shows the difference in the efficiency and dedication of LIC staffs in two different states.                                       I am a customer of LICHFL appl No:[protected] Loan A/c No:[protected]. my loan was sanctioned on 27/01/2015 Amt 26, 00000/- through Ganga Block, 1st floor, Koyla Vihar, Near Haldiram Kolkata-700052 West Bengal. My first three EMI was paid by cheques according to my agents version & I submitted my bank mandate in the month of june 2015 for EMI. Also I had given the due charges for Mortgage list. But it is a matter of great regret that neither my EMI has been activated nor I have received the Mortgage list. That is why I am planning to shift my loan a/c to some other company.
                                      On 30th Oct 15 I personally went to LICHFL north kolkata office to hand over the EMI cheques for the month of Oct & Nov 2015. Also I submitted one letter for nonactivation of ECS & nonreceipt of Mortgage list for the said loan/ac no[protected].

                                        1. LIC and LIC CRM that LIC has wrongfully and forcefully issued LIC Policy no.[protected] on my name since October 2012.

                                        2. LIC has taken more than 1020 days to provide form fill-up copy. Whereas I am requesting LIC and Mr. Purud, LIC agent to provide me form fill-up copy from commencement of policy on phone, verbally as well as mail. I referred this matter upto Executive Director (CRM) but Executive Director (CRM) also failed to provide this copy till my notice under right to information act. Please note that on 30th June 2015 I had informed to Mr. Purud if you failed to provide the LIC form filled copy by 2ndJuly 2015 then I will file the complaint to LIC top authority. After this notice he sent Mr. Purud son in law at my home around 9.45pm and he is threatened not to complaint against his father in law.

                                        3. On 11th August 2015 I had send the notice to LIC under Right to Information Act and request LIC to provide me my LIC policy formed fill copy on and before 12th August 2015 because this pending from October 2012 (More than 3.5 years). After this notice on 13th August 2015 LIC has provided me LIC form fill-up copy after 1020 days from commencement of policy under right to information act

                                        4. After receiving policy form on 13th August 2015 and knowing the truth that LIC and LIC has wrongfully and forcefully issued LIC Policy no.[protected] on my name since October 2012 and observed following unethical things on LIC form and same was notified to LIC on 14th August and requesting to LIC return of my deposited amount Rs. 73, 500/ along-with compound interest 18% till payment date. Also reimbursement about my all mental harassment and time loss those LIC given me from October 2012
                                        a. Till date I never visit Solapur then how can I signed from at Solapur on 30th October 2012. On 30th October 2012 I was in Mumbai.
                                        b. At several place this form is over write by the Agent and or LIC
                                        c. This form was signed by TWO LIC agent (Mr. Purud and Mr. Fatate) then how LIC allot the policy to me
                                        d. 1st time I meet to Mr. Purud in October 2012 1st week and till date I never meet and or talk to Mr. Y. S. Fatate then how agents write they known me since 2 years
                                        e. At several location information about me filled by agent is totally wrong
                                        f. Agent fails to write his licence number, issuance date, expiry date, club membership etc.
                                        g. How this policy commences on 28th October 2012 because this form is not completed by LIC agent LIC CLIA/ Development office?

                                        5. From 13th August 2015 LIC and LIC CRM department pressuring and or insisting me to withdraw the case from LIC and file criminal case to police station against LIC agent. This show that LIC want to hide LIC mistake as well as give only pain to me rather than returning my all money along with compound interest 18% till payment date and help. This is not ethical.

                                        6. On 26th September 2015 LIC conducted a meeting at LIC Sion office and LIC has provided report copy through mail dated 30th September 2015 same has attached for your reference as an Annexure 5. Prima facie it is observed that all the points have not been covered in the reports which were discussed during the meeting. Therefore this report is biased. I had sent my observation on the report. Same has attached as an Annexure 6 through mail dated 1st October 2015

                                        7. On 5th October 2015 submitted the copy of paper taken by LIC from me on 26th September 2015

                                        8. I am requesting you please instruct to LIC return of my deposited amount Rs. 73, 500/ and all reimbursement about my mental harassment and time loss along-with compound interest 18% till payment date.
