Dear Sir, I have taken home loan (A/C No.- [protected]) from LICHFL Varanasi . I have already paid all my dues to LICHFL Varanasi in August 2015. But till date i have neither received my original documents nor any letter from your side in this connection. I have already submitted request letter for the above on 08/10/2015 to LICHFL, Gorakhpur branch. I urgently require all my original documents for other works to be done. When I met the branch manager of your Gorakhpur office for my original documents he mis-behaved me and told me to leave his office immediately. I request you to kindly look into it personally and arrange to send me all my originally documents. Thanking you and hoping for an early response.             Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I have paid LIC Premium twice(Rs.14800+268=15268) on 21 Nov 2015 for LIC Policy No.[protected]. I paid the premium using LIC website online (SBI Bank-Internet banking) and transaction was successful.I also received the receipt. I have also scheduled the Premium payment from CITI BANK Credit Card a/c that is also got triggered on 26 Nov 2015 after online payment of LIC premium. I spoke & mail to CITI BANK customer care executive to cancel this transaction but they cannot cancel this transaction from their end (Trxn Code 10009493 as per CITI Bank email recd by me). I also spoke to LIC of india to do not claim this amount but LIC of india have accepted the claim .               I have corporate Mediclaim Policy through LIC of India, Ranipet Branch . Policy No. 120300/34/14/05/00000001 and Mem Name S.K.Rajarajeswari LIC Agent, Ranipet Branch(735) and zonal office at Vellore. I was admitted in Kerala Ayurvethic Hospital Trichy from 03/03/2015 to 24/03/2015 as an inpatient for complaint of spondyolisthesis L4 OVER L5&L3 OVER L4. My L4/L5 & L5/S1 Disc space were reduced. I was suffered from low back pain and undergone treatment as above mentioned above hospital around 16 days. I have spent Rs.62387/50.                   We have taken a housing loan from LICHFL loan a/c [protected] in 2010 and cleared it on 13 Nov 2015. On the date of our adjustment the out standing loan was Rs. 1, 44, 362.04 and the Interest was Rs. 372.00. When we have gone to clear the loan, the staff in Visakhapatnam - Gajuwaka branch told us to pay Rs. 2, 850.00 extra as "DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL CHARGES" which also we have paid. Then the Madam who was dealing with us told please contact after 10 days for your documents with your ID proof and last six month bank statement. We have gone after 10 days along with all documents bank staement, again she told that you bring the statement of the bank from which you have last paid the amount, to verify that the amount is debited from your account. I told yes the amount is already debited from my account on 13th Nov 2015. She told at least bring the MINI statement for that account. The next day we have gone with MINI statement of the last bank cheque. that day the Madam who was deleaing was not there, another staff told me that the mini statement will not do you have to bring statement from the bank. Though I have already submitted all the ID proof and bank statement with the Madam. Then I have met with the branch manager Mr MB Rajesh, he also not entertained us. Though at the time of agreement there was not mentioned that I have to pay Rs.2850.00 as " document retrieval charge" they asked and I have paid. Till now they have not returned our documents and we find the behaviour of all the staff of LICHFL Visakhapatnam- Gajuwaka branch very very rough may be we are not Telgu speaking. It is requested that please intimate that the "document Retrieval charges" is logical. Thanking you.

                    I have paid the premium online through LIC direct pay for policy number[protected] on 22nd Nov 2015. At the end of the transaction, I did not get any receipt but I was charged. Also, when I checked my status on LIC website, it is saying awaiting confirmation. This policy is on my brother's name Rohit Shukla. I tried to contact the Branch Manager at Allahabad but nobody is trying to help. I have attached the image of the transaction which has transaction ID: 9815834 and the transaction date is 22-Nov-2015.

                            When LIC changes its rules and regulations they need to keep a separate clause for international who are insured, so that they wouldn't I convince them. I have 2 policies that will give bonuses( jeevan jyothi) during the course of the time before maturity. now LIC is coming up with this new rule saying that this bonuses can only be directly deposited in to the insureds acct. they did not have this rule when signing up for the policy. we do not have any banking relationship in India?What do out of country customers do when LIC comes up with such changes? I already have my bonus funds sitting with LIC since January of 2015, since I do not have an acct to direct dep? Why can't LIC accommodate foreign clients by wiring the funds to their foreign accounts or sending them a check in international currency? If this is the case, Howard we going to get our funds when it matures? Some international clients are unable to open acct in other countries due to job requirement. How is LIC going to accommodate these clients? The minute we land in India LIC agents starts coming to our home to hook us up with a 6-7 figure policies and promises are made at that time that they will accommodate us anyway we want.. And the only way they do it is by making sure they collect their payment on time. I need to know how LIC is going to accommodate me with my bonuses and final payments without me having a bank account in India?

                              I have closed my lichfl loan ac.no[protected] on date[protected], and applied for to returned my original documents and my post dated cheques .But till date Lichfl varanasi has not returned my documents and no objection certificate.and they deliberately deducted Rs 24314.00 on 30-11-15.I have contact the area manager in this regard and requested him to returned my all documents and money at the earliest but after 24hrsgone no action has been taken by comany.

As per the agreement with you, you supposed to provide me the Xerox copy of my registration deed after registration done. My registration date was 28.09.2015 and I have submitted the IGR copy in your office in same day. Till date I have not received the Xerox copy of Registration deed. Without this Registration Deed, I am not able to apply for Electricity connection and mutation. If the same continue, then situation will force me to stop the EMI.                                     I have surrender my Pension plus plan ULIP No.[protected] after completion of five years on 28.09.2015 at your Katpadi branch, Vellore-6, Tamil Nadu. I have received a message from your branch office that your request will be processed nadh result will be communicated. Regarding this issue, repeated my phone calls, for the 2 months, they are saying that the server problem and if the problem over the amount will be given. I am retired man leading my life lonely with my pension only. I am chronic diabatic patient. I am badly need of money. So I have surrendered my policy to get money to meet out my day today expenses. But your people simply saying the one reply that Server Problem. I dont want your server problem. But I want my money to lead my life. Please save my life by giving of my money without further delay.
