Dear sir this is surrender gautam [protected] /[protected]@dtdc.com having lic two ulip policy market plus and profit plus taken on 2008/2009 respectively market plus no[protected] /[protected]/- rs each when the market was on 12000 and now sensex is on 28000 ...now lic is showing these policies value 24000/ means 4000/- growth in 7 years and market is double so needs to be clarify where lic has put my money and why profit is very low

    We have claimed an amount of approx. 17, 000 of the insurance in the name of B.K.Vasudev and the nominee is his daughter Sagarika jain. After his death our agent informed that we can claim the amount. We had submitted the documents twice through courier as we stay out of Karnataka but they said that they will check and get back to us. But they didn't even help us 1%. And then with the help of our branch agent, we have submitted all the forms with other documents which was informed to us. But the shocking is till now its not settled n its been 5 years since our father's death. And now we get a call from the branch asking for an additional non sense document I.e a consent letter from my father's mother. My question to that officer who called was why do they require that letter when she is not in the picture at all and her answer was... That's the formality. Is this how they give service.. Its as good as saying indirectly that they will not give the money to us.

Visited the concerned branch and contacted he was assured that you have get payment by cheque and cheque will be send in you home address . But till date we have not received any cheque.

      You are therefor requested that kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Otherwise i have only one way that to put this issue in consumer forum.

I have forgot my LIC on-line password and I'm not able to reset as I was not able to access the email address.             Sir I have taken a loan on 29 July 2009 Amount rs 3, 96, 537.00 under floating rate of interest for ten yrs. but after completion of five yrs, instead of charging floating rate as per market rate i.e.9 to 9.5 % but lic hf is Charging 12% ie. 2.5%extra even after decreasing of rapo rates by RBI.Please do the needfull to fix actual ROI as per RBi norms.                 I am sorry to inform that loan against my policy nos.[protected] &[protected] is pending with LIC'S 58H (Branch 2) situated in the at Jaydev Bihar, Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange Building.I handed over duly filled application forms along with my original policy documents on 12 Oct 15 and also in the possession of acknowledgement slip. I regret to inform you that as on date 17 Oct 15 i.e after a lapse of 5 working days disbursal of the loan has not been made to my designated bank account.On the contrary I gladly appreciate that I availed similar LIC policy loan from Visakhapatnam LIC Br-5 within one working day. This comparison shows the difference in the efficiency and dedication of LIC staffs in two different states. Pse undersdtand that a Secured Loan is demanded only when it is badly needed and when it is demanded and if not paid within a reasonable time IT IS A CRIME AND IT SHOWS LIC BHUBANESWAR BR-2 DOES NOT VALUE THE CUSTOMERS.                   I am a customer of LICHFL appl No:[protected] Loan A/c No:[protected]. my loan was sanctioned on 27/01/2015 Amt 26, 00000/- through Ganga Block, 1st floor, Koyla Vihar, Near Haldiram Kolkata-700052 West Bengal. My first three EMI was paid by cheques according to my agents version & I submitted my bank mandate in the month of june 2015 for EMI. Also I had given the due charges for Mortgage list. But it is a matter of great regret that neither my EMI has been activated nor I have received the Mortgage list. That is why I am planning to shift my loan a/c to some other company.
                  On 30th Oct 15 I personally went to LICHFL north kolkata office to hand over the EMI cheques for the month of Oct & Nov 2015. Also I submitted one letter for nonactivation of ECS & nonreceipt of Mortgage list for the said loan/ac no[protected].

                    1. LIC and LIC CRM that LIC has wrongfully and forcefully issued LIC Policy no.[protected] on my name since October 2012.

                    2. LIC has taken more than 1020 days to provide form fill-up copy. Whereas I am requesting LIC and Mr. Purud, LIC agent to provide me form fill-up copy from commencement of policy on phone, verbally as well as mail. I referred this matter upto Executive Director (CRM) but Executive Director (CRM) also failed to provide this copy till my notice under right to information act. Please note that on 30th June 2015 I had informed to Mr. Purud if you failed to provide the LIC form filled copy by 2ndJuly 2015 then I will file the complaint to LIC top authority. After this notice he sent Mr. Purud son in law at my home around 9.45pm and he is threatened not to complaint against his father in law.

                    3. On 11th August 2015 I had send the notice to LIC under Right to Information Act and request LIC to provide me my LIC policy formed fill copy on and before 12th August 2015 because this pending from October 2012 (More than 3.5 years). After this notice on 13th August 2015 LIC has provided me LIC form fill-up copy after 1020 days from commencement of policy under right to information act

                    4. After receiving policy form on 13th August 2015 and knowing the truth that LIC and LIC has wrongfully and forcefully issued LIC Policy no.[protected] on my name since October 2012 and observed following unethical things on LIC form and same was notified to LIC on 14th August and requesting to LIC return of my deposited amount Rs. 73, 500/ along-with compound interest 18% till payment date. Also reimbursement about my all mental harassment and time loss those LIC given me from October 2012
                    a. Till date I never visit Solapur then how can I signed from at Solapur on 30th October 2012. On 30th October 2012 I was in Mumbai.
                    b. At several place this form is over write by the Agent and or LIC
                    c. This form was signed by TWO LIC agent (Mr. Purud and Mr. Fatate) then how LIC allot the policy to me
                    d. 1st time I meet to Mr. Purud in October 2012 1st week and till date I never meet and or talk to Mr. Y. S. Fatate then how agents write they known me since 2 years
                    e. At several location information about me filled by agent is totally wrong
                    f. Agent fails to write his licence number, issuance date, expiry date, club membership etc.
                    g. How this policy commences on 28th October 2012 because this form is not completed by LIC agent LIC CLIA/ Development office?

                    5. From 13th August 2015 LIC and LIC CRM department pressuring and or insisting me to withdraw the case from LIC and file criminal case to police station against LIC agent. This show that LIC want to hide LIC mistake as well as give only pain to me rather than returning my all money along with compound interest 18% till payment date and help. This is not ethical.

                    6. On 26th September 2015 LIC conducted a meeting at LIC Sion office and LIC has provided report copy through mail dated 30th September 2015 same has attached for your reference as an Annexure 5. Prima facie it is observed that all the points have not been covered in the reports which were discussed during the meeting. Therefore this report is biased. I had sent my observation on the report. Same has attached as an Annexure 6 through mail dated 1st October 2015

                    7. On 5th October 2015 submitted the copy of paper taken by LIC from me on 26th September 2015

                    8. I am requesting you please instruct to LIC return of my deposited amount Rs. 73, 500/ and all reimbursement about my mental harassment and time loss along-with compound interest 18% till payment date.

                      I have tried to make the renewal payment for my LIC Policy on 09.10.2015 by online transaction through IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway using my Canara Bank Debit card, for an amount of Rs. 10061.40 including the payment gateway charges. During The transaction the amount got debited from my bank account and I have received a confirmation mail from the Eazy2Pay PG Team, as below

                      But later I found that The amount is not credited in Lic Account and my policy was shown unpaid. Then I made the premium payment again by another transaction ( Transaction No PR[protected]), thinking that the earlier amount will get credited back in my account. But till date it has not happened and I am worried of losing the amount or betrayed in an online fraud.

                      I request ICCF to give a clarity on this and take necessary steps to getting my money back and correcting such inconvenience caused to thecustomer.

                        Bangalore, the IT Hub which has lots of public sector institutions which don't know the meaning of IT and its importance. I had taken a home loan from these guys as advised by my builder and since the project is approved by LIC. These guys go all above and beyond their way to get your loan sanctioned and also ensure that there is a quick turn around. Even the money collection process is easy with best interest rates. Off late I started realizing with this company is "All that glitters is not gold". They don't appreciate your payment record when applying for any kind of topup and as per their wish change the rules. In case of any queries, the customer is expected to contact the branch rather than they contacting the customer for any queries which they have from their end. I now have applied for a take over of my loan from LIC through another bank and these guys do not accept an authorization letter. So they expect an employee to take multiple leaves just to get a small additional loan for every document submission or retrieval. Please stay away from this institution and go with some other bank even if the interest is higher than this institution.

                          With reference to the e-mail received today (i.e.on 12.10.2015) I once again narrate the facts as under;- The representative of ICICI Bank had visited Yogakshema Building of LIC of India at Churchgate in the month of May 2015 and informed us that ICICI Bank is giving the credit card free of charge as privilege being an LIC employee. He referred few names who have accepted this offer and have opted for this facility. Hence, being a big organisation I kept faith on ICICI Bank I had accepted the offer like others. Then the representative had telephoned me to inform about the confirmation call where my details will be confirmed telephonically. He also informed me that even though the confirming person of ICICI bank tells you anything regarding payment of joining fee for one year I need not pay anything and I will not receive any statement in this regard. As per his instructions while giving confirmation of my details I informed the concerned person on telephone that I am an LIC employee and I was told that being LIC employee I will receive the credit card free of charge. I also informed the person on telephone that If I get any statement showing charges to be paid by me I am not going to pay the same or else please do not send me the credit card at all. Still thereafter, I got the statement of Rs.1123.60 to be paid on due date 02.06.2015. I thought it might be sent to me by mistake since I was told to receive the credit card free of charge. The amount shown in the current statement will be reversed in the next statement Many times telephonically I had tried to inform the problem of receiving the statements with the increased cost and had requested to revert back the amount charged with narrating the facts. But every time I was told inability to revert back the amount. Today also telephonically and through this e-mail I have been informed the inability of reversing the joining/annual fee charged to me. I again inform you that sincethe credit card was offered to me free of charge being an LIC employee, I am not liable to pay any of the dues levied by you. Till today I have not detached the credit card sent by you along with the letter. Kindly note that I have suffered mental agony, stress and undue harassment for which I would demand my account be closed immediately without any amount recoverable from me. Kindly, note that I am fully aware of my rights as a customer and would be constrained to take up the matter with the Consumer Redressal Forum if this is not sorted out immediately.                                 Sir i have taken aloan on fixed rate term for two yrs roi was 10.5% however after completion of term now lic hf is charging 12%. Roi which is much higher than markeet rates when approached lic hf official they dont listen any thing please do something to solve this issue. My loan account no is[protected]. And city is ambala cantt.
                                This is cheap cheating method & modus operandi of all loan giving insti tutes making fool of innocent people .Simply looting and paying high pays to their employees, who never solve customers problems &continue enjoying on hard earned money of customers.Simply exploiting who ever gets in their trap . God save from these big looteras

                                      Hi All, I am a first time Insurance buyer from LIC where i was called by one of Bhagwan Singh's agent Mrs. Riya Sharma, from Delhi Model town branch. She told me she was calling me directly from LIC and there was no agent involved. Below are the clear terms which she explained about the policy and these were later validated by Mr. Vikash Malhotra (malhotra.[protected]@gmail.com). Annual 50, 000 premium payable quarterly as exactly 12500 per quarter for 16 years. Every year exactly 5, 000 will be given as cash back into my account for which i have given a cancelled cheque. Maturity Amount in 17th year will be exactly equal to 21, 50, 000 after any applicable Tax. Pension of exactly 2, 15, 000 will be paid to me every year from the 17th year until the Maturity amount is collected by me. Death benefit equivalent to the maturity amount will be prorated in case of death after 3 years and prior to 16 years. I do understand that i should have "read the policy document carefully before investing" but since: 1) I was told the call is directly from LIC of India which is a government undertaking (people pay premiums with trust that LIC will take care of the financial health of dependents after death) 2) The call was from Delhi Head Office directly and there was no way the caller Mrs. Riya Sharma (who sounded like in her 40s) could show me the policy document as i was in Mumbai, also she din't have access to send emails out of LIC. 3) I could always read the Bond once received and return the policy within the cooling off period if i feel i have been prey to false commitment. Upon receipt of the bond i was disappointed to see that none of the above was mentioned on the documents and the actual returns mentioned seemed to be very very less compared to what was promised on call. I immediately called the LIC Model Town Branch to cancel my policy to which - the person claiming to be the Branch Manager Mr. Ajay Gupta gave me the contact of Mr. Vikash Malhotra saying that only he can help me. Upon calling Vikash, he confirmed that each and every word would be made true by LIC Of India but when i asked him to provide the same in written or email format, he failed to do so, immediately i asked him to cancel my policy. He then said he would email me the exact confirmation which he never did instead he sent me an excel calculation from his gmail account explaining revisionary bonus. I replied mentioning everything that was mentioned on the call and requesting him to confirm it or cancel my policy. I called him again and he said he will send the confirmation by email, but no response. After that whenever i called him back but he dodged my calls saying all were very busy with year end closing and couldn't make the time to respond. I called the LIC helpline number as i suspected a syndicate of fraudsters working in the Delhi Model Town Branch within 2 days of receiving the policy but the call went to voice mail several times and i never got a call back even after leaving my name, phone, policy no. and request for cancellation of policy on the voice mail. After which within 8 days of receiving the policy i dropped an email to below key LIC of India grievance email id's which i got for from the LIC website clearly requesting to cancel my policy and return the premium paid by deducting any applicable taxes as i was not satisfied with the terms on the policy document: [protected]@licindia.com, [protected]@licindia.com, [protected]@licindia.com, [protected]@licindia.com, crm.[protected]@licindia.com After a few days and multiple CHASER emails i got a response from CUSTOMER ZONE 2 wrote: KIND ATTENTION BRANCH INCHARGE Please go through the trailing mail and enquire the matter and satisfy the policy holder by providing the correct information. Team Customer Zone Delhi DO-II Which clearly indicates the level of grievance redressal provided by the highest level's of escalation within LIC of India. Upon CHASING and ESCALATING multiple times requesting for a complaint number and progress status of my complaint, i started getting FALSE COMMITMENT calls from various people claiming to be VPs and even MDs ([protected]) in LIC of India. Even after mentioning on email, that "I have already been pray to FALSE COMMITMENTS ON CALL. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME. You can clearly read from my email below the specific details of what your agent has COMMITTED ON CALL in order to convince me to buy this policy. I do not TRUST your agents due to this past experience." I still kept getting calls, including that from Mr. Bhagwan Singh claiming to fulfill some of the commitments like agent commission of 2000 (as opposed to 5000 originally committed) Sum Assured of 18, 50, 000 (originally 21, 50, 000) Again, no one has been able to provide any of that in Black & White. Three months down i got a call from Model Town Branch stating my premium was due. I protested that my policy needs to be cancelled as i had sent an email within 8 days of receiving the policy for cancelling the same. The caller and even LIC customer care executive told me that failure to pay the premium will result in lapse of the policy and me loosing every single penny i have paid irrespective of the ongoing dispute. It has been over 8 months and i have paid 3 premiums under the fear of loosing my hard earned money. There is not clear response yet from LIC other than email providing the Agent Bhagwan Singh's direct number. I feel like LIC of India has left me and many other Investors at the mercy of cheating agents (some who would not realise it until the time when the actual maturity or death occurs). There has been NO ACTION taken WHATSOEVER by LIC in the matter. And again the next premium is due to be paid next month. I request you to please ensure that i get the premiums paid towards my policy back after deduction of any applicable service tax. Also, that stern action is taken against LIC of India and such agents and branches which are resorting to FALSE COMMITMENT and CHEATING in order to increase LIC's customer base. Strict action has to be taken to discourage the lack of Integrity at Branch or Agent level. Please feel free to contact me for any further details, email evidence or call recordings.                                         Sir, I have a LIC POLICIY BEARING NO:[protected], IN THE NAME OF SURESH KUMAR BADDI, And I have submitted my policy on 18th of September to the branch of Port Brach CB-5 Visakhapatnam but till now I am not getting amount, Mr. Kharimulla he is the branch manager using abuse language with my agent and no one respond till now have u paying interest on these days because u people are collecting if I am not paid premium in time u will charge de interest and please take the necessary action with Mr. Kharimullah he is not fit for Manager, and please do the needful
