I have been trying to pay my premium online and the portal seems to be very unstable. I have been getting multiple errors starting from page timeouts, login errors, payment errors and slowness. The merchant page threw the error "server has a weak ephemeral diffe - hellman public key". I am not sure why there is no action taken to ensure easy access to the website and resolution of issues on priority. I noticed...

This complain is to lic department regarding online e - term policy. I took insurance of 50 lacs on 11 / 2 / 15 and submitted all relevant docs still they are asking me for new docs again and again. And as the rate of tax increased by 2%. So they also demanded 2% extra tax. My proposal no is 9398. Kindly issue me policy asap and return extra tax charged by you as i paid amount before the new service tax date.

I paid my premium on 1st September2015 through lic online service using net banking. Hi Team, We have taken house loan through LIC HFL. I opted for ECS on 10th of every month. I didn't missed even a single month till now.
