Policy No:[protected] Matured Period: December 2013. Still LIC has not provided matured amount to the policy bearer which is a delay of about 5 months from now. Various complaints made and information has been provided to LIC on regular bases including personal visit to LIC office at Connaught place (Delhi). No reason for such delay even stated by LIC, however there doesn't exist any due pending from policy bearer end. Request to resolve the issue, as money is required by policy bearer on urgent basis who is already facing a delay of 5 months. Hi, My Annuity no. is 011Q[protected] I have been receiving my annuity since 2005 on a quarterly basis directly to my bank A/c. The last instalment I have received is in Nov. 2013. Respected Sir, With due respect I beg to in form you that I am Atanu Paul, LICI Agent in Habra branch, Code No.[protected]. I request you pls give the pending maturity amount list (with policy holders Name, Address & Mobail Number ) which the policy holder can not collect for any problem in Habra branch. I will help them to collect this amount as early as possible by NEFT.Because I think that as a LICI Agent this is our a part of responcibility to help them.Also I think if we will do this type of job LICI's goodwill will be increase. Pathetic service. Loan processed at higher interest rate in spite of 10% rate. Since then agent is not picking up my phone calls. Nobody to coordinate with builder to collect payment request. No loan agreement copy received. After following up with Jogeshwari office no confirmed answer. Shall I stop making payments of EMI's if not received any reply? It was a biggest mistake to process loan through LICHFL. It is like hitting head against dead wall. Please reply & coordinate.

Sir, My loan application number is [protected]. I have bought a property from Shilanand Minj (LIC HFL Account no- [protected]) in a Supertech project based at rudrapur, U.S.Nagar, Uttrakhand. This is a loan transfer case. I have provided all required documents to LIC Team in start of April Month. According to LIC person my file had send to Lucknow office on 12th April. Now it has been around 1 month but still I am waiting for disbursement of my loan. Lucknow Office is not showing any interest in internal loan transfer case. I have paid 50% amount to Seller party. According to Supertech they will give me possession until LIC-HFL disbursement case will not close. Initially I choose LIC-HFL over HDFC because I thought it will be beneficial for me in internal loan transfer within LIC-HFL. Kindly help as my application No [protected] will cancel on 18th May

Dear sir/madam, I have applied for LIC Credit card on 21st April 2014. Now iam staying in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. My permanent address Mandamarri, Adilabad. This information i have mentioned in credit card application also. I got phone call verification on 30th April 2014 (Elections Polling day in Telangana Region), on the same day the they came for address verification to Hyderabad address. But on that day we are not available in Hyderabad address as we went to our permanent address Mandamarri, Adilabad for voting purpose. On that day Chief Election Commission gave holiday for whole Telangana due to the elections reason. So finally they rejected our credit card application as the reason "The applicant not resident of Hyderabad - Wrong address".
