I have paid premium of my LIC Policy on dated 21.04.2014. But I have not received any acknowledgement on my email or my mobile phone. So it is to request for providing me with the Acknowledgement receipt so as to enable me to deposit it as income tax saving proof. Now I request you to please look in to the matter and inform us the reason for not releasing the payment . Since as per policy document the term of policy was 10 Yrs after that the annuity should start but LIC has failed to make the payment to me till date hence I request you to extend the date of vesting by Ten more years / Three years i.e. vesting date may please be extended as 27.12.2021 and the annuity amount and Notional Cash Amount should be increased as if the Policy was issued for a Term Of 20 Years.           I have attached a Bhima Gold LIC policy( No[protected] to my LIC HFL (loan No - [protected]) while taking the housing loan in 2010. After 4 years, i have received a bonus of 1.5 lakhs for my Bhima Gold LIC policy on Feb 26th 2014. Since, i have I have attached a Bhima Gold LIC policy( No[protected] to my LIC HFL (loan No - [protected]) while taking the housing loan in 2010. After 4 years, i have received a bonus of 1.5 lakhs for my Bhima Gold LIC policy on Feb 26th 2014. Since, i have given original policy document to the LIC HFL, the amount 15. lakhs was given to LIC HFL about a month ago. So, i have requested LIC HFL to return back the bonus amount through letter and also in person. I have submitted all the documents they asked (evey week they week one request letter instead doing the procedures at once). But still i haven't received the money. I am really getting a bad response from the concerned person Mr. Mani Kumar who is working in LIC HFL by pass road, Madurai. Mani Kumar and Mrs. Jeyalakshmi are talking like ther are owning the LIC HLF. I am wondering peoply like these are existing. Really frustrated with the poeple. We all know govt. officials will not work. But these guys went beyond that. For asking my money, i nearly waiting more 1.5 months and still counting. original policy document to the LIC HFL, the amount 15. lakhs was given to LIC HFL about a month ago. So, i have requested LIC HFL to return back the bonus amount through letter and also in person.               Hi, This is my second death claim complaint for the same policy:[protected] I had submitted the papers in Jan 2014 and when i raised the first complaint(No# [protected] on 28/ 02/2014) that time the LIC branch Bharthana starts asking that i have to submit a single account holder cheque and your fund is already approved. When i went to submit the single account holder cheque that time they said to submit a stamp ticket with signature. When i had submitted this also now his statement was he is not free. Is this the way you are dealing with customer. I am having 4 other LIC policies; it is difficult to maintain those. Please take some necessary actions. Thanks Kulbhushan [protected]

                Dear Sir/Madam, This is bring to your notice that I have applied Home Loan For Rs.19, 95, 000.00 same has been sanctioned with your Virar West Branch on dated 30.11.13 having file no [protected]. After that i lichfl has ask me to submit all the original document, along with processing charges Rs. 10, 674 though cheque & franckling charges cash Rs. 8500/- I have fulfiled the same as i have to pay loan part payment to builder.but after one and half months i have been informed that due to legal matter lichf can't release the loan. When I Send So many mail to Concerned branch manager he didn't reply the mail and still i have no idea about refund of my money.I need money and resaon of rejection.                   Due to too much variation in interest, I want to shift my loan from LICHFL .But the Pitampura Area Manager denied to accept my request of giving details of documents which they have.I have received the calculation of the interest from this branch, and when I saw too much variation in it, I asked the manager. He told me to calculate myself & give him my calculation sheet with a copy of bank passbook, which I deposited on date 22.03.2014. I went again on date 28.03.2014 & the manager told me to go to Asaf Ali Road . He shouted at me & insulted me by saying" why are you coming daily & get out". He also denied to accept any document.                   This is in reference to LIC HFL loan application no.[protected] was approved on 21st March 2017 but official and agent of LIC HFL, Shastri nagar harassing me for n numbers of documents. I had paid 2 lacks rupees bayana with an agreement date up to 25/06/2017. Due to unethical way of working, the loan is not disbursed and lost my Rs.2 lakhs. LIC officials and agent is not even providing the e-mail ID for making the complaint against the same.

                  Moreover, in CIBIL the loan is showing disbursed since there is no amount received, no agreement is completed as of now. LIC HFL has already given standing instructions to my HDFC bank for payment of installments. One cheque of Rs.7650/- debited from my account for processing fee and next cheque is put in for installment of Rs.12, 247 towards installment of loan since there is no loan disbursed as of now.

                  I have already communicated to agent to stop making such payment and to close the loan application but there is no response from agent. Branch, Pitampura is not responding well and behaviors of staff is so rude.

                    I was paying my LIC on 29/03/2014 through LIC online payment (IDBI payment gateway), but there were some error on payment gateway, it was taking too long and then after sometime I got text β€œSession Expired” on my browser. I checked with the credit card statement, the amount was debited from my credit card. I have not yet received its receipt. Even it is not showing on LIC online portal. Since, due to the closing of the year, I have to pay the LIC before 01 April 2014, I again paid this LIC, this time I got the receipt. So I request you to kindly refund my double payment. Please reply.                       Dear sir/madam, I had submitted the document for sanction in Feb. 14 month and after that I received sanction letter on 13th Mar 2014 that means it has take too long time. After the sanctioning I have submitted all the document of my home (Sales Deed/ Old party sales deed -original) however your main office branch ( shivajinagar) they raised query about the some document which year of 1994 and out of that I have submitted one document as remaining one i can not able to submit because builder said this document is not available as they have typing mistake in agreement of development. They also said no you have your sales deed/ old owner sales deed and also registered in city survey office. So why you require this kind of document. One important point is that this is not individual residential scheme as for 60-70 people right now living and we were buying this property by taking home loan in other bank like i had taken from icici, other had taken nationalized bank so they did not asked such type document. This procedure stat form your swargate branch and now files goes to shivajinagar branch for disbursement. I have also paid all processing fees and extra charges which cost Rs 25000/- and how can you say that we are not giving loan amount due to one document can't able to produce. Could you please look into this and confirm me that I will get loan amount. if not then please refund my money because this all document things you need to investigate before processing the loan.                       With regards to above file no, I still not received the cheque and now this has been completed 2 months.

                      They raised again some query and put the file on hold.


                      Could you please look into this get the chq to me asap.
                      My chq ready however they not provide me bec of one xerox copy of document and put the file hold.


                      Whats going on this is very bad experience with LIC HFL.

                      And what you not look into this and not sloving my problem.

                          Dear Sir/Madam. I purchased via LIC Agent policy no[protected] in year 2007 via your servicing branch in Kapurthala no 152. I have asked LIC Agent several times since over one year to discharge or surrender my policy and LIC India pay me the amount due on this policy. LIC Agent has not done anything about and now not answering my calls at all. Since last week, I have sent 3 emails to CustomerZoneJalandhar and to Kapurthala branch asking them how I can surrender my policy. To date, no one replied to my queries at all. This is unacceptable customer service by LIC India Office and their mis-leading appointed Agents. I am currently living in UK and please let me know how I go about to surrender or discharging my LIC policy as quickly as possible. Please respond to followings; I have lost my original policy certificate and can you accept a signed Affidavit from me in respect of these policies?Can you accept a un-stamped signed Affidavit in foreign format? If not, then what format you require Affidavit?Can you send me forms that you want me to complete to surrender my policies.What other information or documents you require?Where do you want me to send the surrender forms with all document to?Can you accept surrender form, signed Affidavit and other associated documents from me by email to your office?What is the telephone number of your Kapurthala LIC Branch Office and name of Manager in Charge.I look forward to your urgent response as soon as possible.                               My Home loan no [protected] and I would like to increase my EMI for the loan to Rs.20000 from Rs 15000.
                              For the same I tried to submit ECS form on 21 Mar 14, fully filled and counter signed by my salary Bank authorities, but Public Relation Officer in LICHF, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam branch has not accepted the form. The PRO in LICHF, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam (AP) branch said that computer is not accepting view max limit to my account EMI is Rs15700/- only.
                              I have salary of Rs.55000/- to bank after all cuttings from my company. My salary saving bank also accepted for EMI to Rs 20000/-. What is the problem for LICHF to increase EMI to RS 20000/-

                              It is requested that problem may be resolved at the earliest.

                                I have a Housing loan from LICHFL(Gurgaon branch) where some amount is pending for disbursement since it is a construction linked payment. I made a payment of 2.8 lakhs to builder through LICHFL due to which my EMI was increased. However, the EMI for that particular month had already been deducted and I received a SMS that I will have to pay the differential for the month . 1. No e mail intimation since phone no.s can change 2. I got a call from a lady by the name of Sweetie, a recovery agent who was unruly and uncouth.I am not a defaulter. LICHFL has to find a mechanism to take that money through ECS . 3. The customer rep Divya was equally horrible and clueless. The only answer is, it is not my duty.                                       My name is Tirthankar Mukherjee age 38, I have invest LIC Market Plus Table no 181 on 14/01/2008 Rs10000/- Policy no[protected], LIC never send me any intimation about my policy last 6year. Now I wants to closes the policy my agent did not help me to close the policy, my Agent name is Tamal, code is 10228577, every time I asked him about my policy he said ..."Now your policy amount is double please hold the policy some time" yesterday I go to nearest LIC office they said your policy[protected] value is Rs8550/-, I do not under stand what should I do. 6year after my policy value (Rs.10000 to Rs.8550) is less then face value. Please Help Me sir to closed the policy at a best price. I need your help sir.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      I had purchased the ULIP Plan of LIC- Money Plus in March 2007. The level of service is too poor that even after paying all my 3 premiums, i am not aware the units allotted to me till date. Not a single communication has ever been made by LIC regarding this. Their local office doesnt have any such information. Kindly let me know the process to get the units of the investment i had made.

                                      On 2nd March 2007, i had taken LIC's Money Plus ULIP Plan with an early
                                      premium of Rs. 30000.00. This is unfortunate to say that after 3 years
                                      of this investment i couldn't able to get a single statement of my
                                      investment and when ever i tried to get this from their Branches at
                                      Lucknow, i was told the various reasons to escape with.

                                        I took a loan amount of Rs.2 lakh from LIC Housing Finance Limited,
                                        Visakhapatnam (Sithammapeta Branch), Andhra Pradesh in the year 2003. The premiums of
                                        the policies pledged towards the loan and the monthly installment of
                                        the interest amount was paid through SSS (Salary Saving Scheme) from
                                        Andhra University, Visakhapatnam where I worked as a Professor in the
                                        Department of Anthropology from 1979 to 2012. My Loan account No:
                                        67001274. LIC Housing Finance Limited, Visakhapatnam (Sithammapeta
                                        Branch). Though the policies were matured long back, the LIC Housing
                                        Finance Limited, Visakhapatnam failed to settle the load account and
                                        matter still pending with the LIC housing finance limited though
                                        several reminder were given to the LIC through our agent. I
                                        understand that there is an inter departmental problem between LIC and
                                        LIC Housing Finance Limited in the receipt of the premium of the
                                        policies and the housing loan installments. I was put to lot of
                                        hardship due to non closer of the loan inspite of the payment of all
                                        dues to LIC Housing Finance Limited. I came to know from the agent
                                        that the issue was right now with the Divisional Office. Hence, I
                                        request you to look in to the matter and take immediate action for
                                        settlement of the loan account and refund of the bonus due on my
