i am not receiving the survival benefit for my money back policy

I have a money back police No[protected] taken on 28.03.1994.I forget the survival benefit date for my policy and I am not receiving the same for few years.Earlier survival benefit date was being mentioned on premium receipt slip. But now it is not being mentioned.So please tell me the same and also suggest how to get it as I am service personnel and not residing at the policy address....

Did not receive disbursment cheque almost after 26 days.

I happened to visit LIC branch to pay the policy premium.But due to some issue, there was delay in the payment and the staff were heading for lunch. LIC should provide complete account statement of each policy

Online information system of LIC is very poor. LIC should provide a clear account statement of each registered policy exactly as BANK provides bank statement. The statement should clearly show all transaction details including the debit and credit amount of each policy. it should clearly mention all dates of maturity/money back/bonus etc. etc. everything which is either credited or to be created.
