          Dear sir/madam, I have applied for LIC Credit card on 21st April 2014. Now iam staying in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. My permanent address Mandamarri, Adilabad. This information i have mentioned in credit card application also. I got phone call verification on 30th April 2014 (Elections Polling day in Telangana Region), on the same day the they came for address verification to Hyderabad address. But on that day we are not available in Hyderabad address as we went to our permanent address Mandamarri, Adilabad for voting purpose. On that day Chief Election Commission gave holiday for whole Telangana due to the elections reason. So finally they rejected our credit card application as the reason "The applicant not resident of Hyderabad - Wrong address". Iam requesting you to take complaint on "LIC Cards Services Limited" and consider my application for further consideration. I don't have photo prrof. I have only SMS which i got from LIC credit card.                   - I applied for a loan of Rs 22 laks from LIC Housing loan and it was sanctioned vice a/c no.[protected]. Firstly from the very first day the behaviour of the LIC staff of the office located at Noida near metro station 18 was quiet callous and indifferent towards customer. They were in a habbit of not telling anything to the customers and taking each and every decision on their own without intimating the customers even the copy of the sanctioned letter of the loan was not sent to customer when I asked for it then only it was handed over to me physically.
                  The next incident occurs when the EMI was to be fixed. Actually I had asked to fix my EMI only on loan disbursed while they fixed it on the total loan sanctioned.When I sent an email to Mr. Atul Sharma and to ro.[protected]@lichousing.com, bo.[protected]@lichousing.com in r/o of my problem urging them to resolve issue and to acknowledge my request/ complaint, they did not heed any attention to my request and deducted the amount based on total amount sanctioned. They have not even acknowledged my request by mail uptill now.
                  Their behaviour is so callous, irresponsible and indifferent towards the customer that one cannot imagine
                  My request to you is to please look into the matter and get my EMI of Rs 21980/- which has been deducted on total amount sanctioned to get adjust in my forthcoming EMIs and please took strict action for their indifferent attitude towards customer.

                    Under our policy we will get Rs20, 000 (Bonous) on every completion of 5yr, Till present we have got our bonous 3times but this last bonous on Jan2014 we are faceing many problem like we got the cheque but bank not accepted it due to name mention on the cheque is Sanjay Kumar Verma but my Bank a/c have Sanjay Kumar only and its (Sanjay Kumar) with my all document except this one which was filled by our LIC agent Mr.Mukhchand Yadav Agent no[protected].
                    We have done our job by submitting the affidavit for changing the Name from Sanjay Kumar Verma to Sanjay Kumar.,
                    Bank pass book copy, NEFT/IFSC code of our bank,
                    Photographs,
                    Application after suggestion from Manager, LIC office, Deoria.
                    Yet we haven't got the amount not any clear answer from Manager or LIC agent of DEORIA, Uttar Pradesh Office at where our policy opened
                    The same problem happens with my younger brother AJAY KUMAR, Policy No[protected], Agent[protected], Bonous Amount Rs7500.

                              I have attached a Bhima Gold LIC policy( No[protected] to my LIC HFL (loan No - [protected]) while taking the housing loan in 2010. After 4 years, i have received a bonus of 1.5 lakhs for my Bhima Gold LIC policy on Feb 26th 2014. Since, i have I have attached a Bhima Gold LIC policy( No[protected] to my LIC HFL (loan No - [protected]) while taking the housing loan in 2010. After 4 years, i have received a bonus of 1.5 lakhs for my Bhima Gold LIC policy on Feb 26th 2014. Since, i have given original policy document to the LIC HFL, the amount 15. lakhs was given to LIC HFL about a month ago. So, i have requested LIC HFL to return back the bonus amount through letter and also in person. I have submitted all the documents they asked (evey week they week one request letter instead doing the procedures at once). But still i haven't received the money. I am really getting a bad response from the concerned person Mr. Mani Kumar who is working in LIC HFL by pass road, Madurai. Mani Kumar and Mrs. Jeyalakshmi are talking like ther are owning the LIC HLF. I am wondering peoply like these are existing. Really frustrated with the poeple. We all know govt. officials will not work. But these guys went beyond that. For asking my money, i nearly waiting more 1.5 months and still counting. original policy document to the LIC HFL, the amount 15. lakhs was given to LIC HFL about a month ago. So, i have requested LIC HFL to return back the bonus amount through letter and also in person. I have submitted all the documents they asked (evey week they week one request letter instead doing the procedures at once). But still i haven't received the money.                                   Hi, This is my second death claim complaint for the same policy:[protected] I had submitted the papers in Jan 2014 and when i raised the first complaint(No# [protected] on 28/ 02/2014) that time the LIC branch Bharthana starts asking that i have to submit a single account holder cheque and your fund is already approved. When i went to submit the single account holder cheque that time they said to submit a stamp ticket with signature. When i had submitted this also now his statement was he is not free. After that i lichfl has ask me to submit all the original document, along with processing charges Rs. 10, 674 though cheque & franckling charges cash Rs. 8500/- I have fulfiled the same as i have to pay loan part payment to builder.but after one and half months i have been informed that due to legal matter lichf can't release the loan. When I Send So many mail to Concerned branch manager he didn't reply the mail and still i have no idea about refund of my money.I need money and resaon of rejection.                                       Due to too much variation in interest, I want to shift my loan from LICHFL .But the Pitampura Area Manager denied to accept my request of giving details of documents which they have.I have received the calculation of the interest from this branch, and when I saw too much variation in it, I asked the manager. He told me to calculate myself & give him my calculation sheet with a copy of bank passbook, which I deposited on date 22.03.2014. I went again on date 28.03.2014 & the manager told me to go to Asaf Ali Road . He shouted at me & insulted me by saying" why are you coming daily & get out". He also denied to accept any document.                                       This is in reference to LIC HFL loan application no.[protected] was approved on 21st March 2017 but official and agent of LIC HFL, Shastri nagar harassing me for n numbers of documents. I had paid 2 lacks rupees bayana with an agreement date up to 25/06/2017. Due to unethical way of working, the loan is not disbursed and lost my Rs.2 lakhs. LIC officials and agent is not even providing the e-mail ID for making the complaint against the same.

                                      Moreover, in CIBIL the loan is showing disbursed since there is no amount received, no agreement is completed as of now. LIC HFL has already given standing instructions to my HDFC bank for payment of installments. One cheque of Rs.7650/- debited from my account for processing fee and next cheque is put in for installment of Rs.12, 247 towards installment of loan since there is no loan disbursed as of now.

                                      I have already communicated to agent to stop making such payment and to close the loan application but there is no response from agent. Branch, Pitampura is not responding well and behaviors of staff is so rude.

                                        I was paying my LIC on 29/03/2014 through LIC online payment (IDBI payment gateway), but there were some error on payment gateway, it was taking too long and then after sometime I got text “Session Expired” on my browser. I checked with the credit card statement, the amount was debited from my credit card. I have not yet received its receipt. Even it is not showing on LIC online portal. Since, due to the closing of the year, I have to pay the LIC before 01 April 2014, I again paid this LIC, this time I got the receipt. So I request you to kindly refund my double payment. Please reply.
