I am the housing loan[protected] holder of LIC HFL Agra . My four LIC policy are with or surrender to LIC HFL in my loan connection. Recently my one policy[protected] mature[protected] and a letter was send to LIC HFL for policy bond, they did not send it LIC CBO-4 Agra, personally I visit to LIC HFL and bond handed over to LIC CBO-4 and LIC CBO-4 send cheque to LIC HFL but not adjusted.

My other policy[protected] is money back and Money back cheque was send to LIC hfl in March 2014 and LICG hfl returned it back LIC- CBO-4 Agra.

There is no coordination between LIC and LIC hfl. Why LIC hfl keep policies while they are unable to work on it.

    Dear,
    Sir/Madam,
    I opened a new policy on 21/12/2013 paying an amount of Rs.13658/-under plan-102/16-16 in the name of Preetispreehaa Bora, my daughter. Later, I found that, the policy no is[protected], risk date 28/12/2013, showing the installment Rs-12684/- so, for the rest amount of Rs-974/-, I, submitted an application along with my bank details, Proposal Deposit Receipt and First Premium Receipt. But till date, after a long period of six months, I don't get my money.

      I have the above pension policy and annuity nos. I have submitted my existence certificate though speed post to your office in February 2014. But my annuity amount which is normally deposited through NEFT to my account in SBI, Bagmari, Kolkata branch remains unpaid since April 2014.         Sir, I have taken above Policy in March 2007 with sum assured for Rs.00.50 lacs.

        As per my record since sum assured was Rs.0.50 lacs and therefore I have to deposited only 5 installment of Rs.10, 000/- each on every year from 2007, where as I have made total payment for Rs.0.60 lacs in 6th installments.

        I have received Rs.62, 738/- in May 2013 against total payment already made for Rs.60, 000/-which seems very less.

        Should I get refund of Rs.10, 000/- already paid extra and plus other maturity /bonus payment as per terms of the policy.

        Please favour me and send the reply.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Recently I have enrolled myself with LIC housing for house loan. My loan account number is
          Loan a/c#[protected]

          They (LICHFL) has deducted an ECS for broken period on 10th of June 2014. But I am not able to see this amount towards payment when I check my online loan account.

          Can you please suggest or recommend how to check my loan account statement. Thanks in advance for helping me out.

                  This policy Matured on 28 Feb 2014. Original policy dispatched to LIC office during Mar 2014. But till date no information regarding payment of Maturity amount intimated.Which shows irresponsibiltyof Officers workin in LIC organaisation

                  This policy has surrenderd for cancellation during Feb 2014. Till date no responce from LIC. The policy is intiated for cancellation due to non satisfaction of Hospitilaision facilities.

                    Dear Sir ( Ticket No 4248947)

                    Please note I have lost my credit card and same was reported to the customer care and card was blocked.

                    But now I have an outstanding of around Rs 31000/- and due date is on 11/06/2014. To make the online payment

                    would request you to please provide me the cardnumber.

                    The last payment that was made on 09th may of Rs 10000 and last debit was of Rs 17297/- for which Air ticket was booked.

                    Also I request you to issue me a new card


                    Please make sure I get the card details today to make the payment on time and I do not fall on payment default list .

                    Ealierst action taken in this regard will be appreciated.

                        LIC of India- is a poor company and needs money Hi All, I bought 3 LIC policies numbered[protected],[protected] and[protected] in 2007 and have paid 3 premiums to the policy totalling 1, 20, 000. When I went to the Senior officers, they said I can only surrender the policies and will get only INR 20, 000. I think LIC is very poor and needs charity so I left the money in charity. My suggestion to every one is we are all working class people and do not have that time to run around buildings and blocks getting our lives complicated. On top of that, I get a call from a department called IISC- Indian Insurance Services and Complaints. First, a guy called Nikhil Sharma tel. no. +91-[protected] called me and gave me a hint that LIC has cheated on me and I can get the money if I changed the Agent code to Client ID code. He also informed me that I can get 3, 00, 000 as recovery. I asked him if it was a service that the IISC was offering and I was assured that the service was free of cost. They asked me to contact the CEO of IISC Indian Insurance Services and Complaints whose number is [protected] and when I spoke to the gentleman, he asked me to make a payment of 20, 000 to 1, 00, 000. There is something fishy going on and I can smell the rat. I am not sure if this is correct but I have two suggestions; please do not make any transactions over the phone and please do not take any LIC policies as they are all cheating us on our money. Use banks such as ICICI, HDFC, and other private companies as they are accessible, approachable and clear in their decisions. At any point, if there is a problem, you can go to them and get the policies closed or whatever. I never knew it would be a nightmare for me to take LIC policies; nonetheless, I would never ask anyone to buy one. All the best and sincerely best wishes, Tausif

                          I have taken LIC's Jeevan Arogya (Table 903) policy (Policy No.[protected] dated 10/08/2013 with all my family members. I have
                          been registered some LIC portal complaints regarding pending issues like to issue health cards of all policy members and printed copy of conditions & privileges under this policy to me. Above both issues are pending since a long time. Kindly take necessary action so that I shall get these pending documents (health cards of all policy members and conditions & privileges under this policy) as soon as possible.

                            Previously i get loan repayment actual certificate every month for i.T. Purpose. Now it is not available in lichfl site. For this certificate every month i contacted the tirupathi area office, but it was the waste of the time. If the actual repayment certificate available in the lichfl site it is very useful to the customer. Now i request the management of the lichfl take action in the matter and do needful in the matter.

Mr. Pratik was on the phone, as per him there is no such tranction done my card on my question how come my availbel balance is reduced to rs 2477.29, he had no answer for the same & registered complaint on the same under the ref#9704110- whole night i spoke to him 2-3 times, to verify the same but n solution given to me. He ensured me no such transction is done my card however the msg i have rcvd must have come by mistaken. On his assurance i went to sleep & when morning i got up i saw 2 other tranction were done my icici bank debit card. 18th whole day lic confirmed no transction done my card. Evening i called up again & learnt that the transction was done. Card# crd type name tran ref complaint# merchant amount [protected] credit card santosh gupta lic credit card /axis bank ref#[protected] pratik virtual car nettell 5971.71 conclusion : if i could have rcvd information on time i would have stopped my other card. Due to lack of information fraud done my card for lic card is responsible, pls advise solution on the same.

                                        policy no.[protected] dated 15/02/2005, table no.147, amount 10000, date of maturation 15/02/2013 The payment of the above policy has not cleared so far by the LIC office fatehpur(U.P), even after so many repeated requests and telephone talks with the concerned manager LIC Fatehpur. It seems clearance of payment is ot of his power every time he misguided me about the payment. Kindly do needful in the matter and make possible to clear the payment as soon as possible and oblidge.
