Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] Complaints & Reviews

I have paid 8703 on 27th of december. Medicals where done on 31st of december. The portal provided is not showing the medicals received status. Also, it is asking me to submit every single document that i have submitted while applying. I have tried reaching them through the queries option in there website, but no replies. Tried reaching them through email, no replies. Tried reaching the online sales customer care numbers and these numbers are always found to be busy. I have no point of contact to report this issue as this is a pure online policy. My proposal number is 23068. Please help me to proceed further and issue my policy or else refund my money.

I am Dinesh Dnyaneshwar Bibekar, my father Dnyaneshwar Ratnappa Bibekar was working in police department in Maharashtra at Manora police station. He died due to road accident on 15 january 2021. He had 5 lic polies their number as follows[protected][protected][protected][protected]
[protected]. I had submitted all these policy bond to lic office washim with all necessary document as well as I also submitted all queries regarding this claim but nothing would happen. Then i visited LIC WASHIM office 5 to 6 times to take follow up of my claim and for submitted document to solve quries then after some period of time they said " your policies goes to amravati zonal office " then i went to lic zonal office regarding claim and i submitted document to slove all queries then i finally met with manager of claim department then he said that it took time but he did not take necessary action. hence from last 1 year i could not get my fathers accidental claim. So in this difficult situation please help me and my family to get my father's accidental claim.

I have paid the payment today around 6:30pm but still I have not recieved any recipt and they are saying they have not yet recieved any payment pls look into this.

Really disappointed with the service provided by LIC. I have requested for address change and nominee change for my policy. I have submitted several applications at different LIC offices, called customer care however, it is still not change.

I've bought policy in Aug 31.2021 and submitted all documents for LIC tech term plan, till now no any update from LIC and no any contact details for follow up or progress. Don't believe this is biggest fraud from LIC to take money from the customer and do nothing.

My father (Applicant)/Mother (Co-applicant) took a loan from LICHFL Lucknow. Recently my father expired due to COVID pandemic. So I settled my father's loan through cheques. My mother was given a date to collect our house documents. When we reached they said they don't have our house documents right now. They noted my loan number and they provided a phone number to enquire about when our house documents will be available, but I recieve no response. I have visited 4 times with my mother, they said we don't know when your documents will be available. Furthermore after 4 visits they said that to collect documents all the legal heirs of the family must be present. My sister lives abroad how she can come just to collect documents in pandemic time. My mother is co-applicant they are denying to give documents to my mother. My mother is heart patient and she is worry about house papers. We are feeling harassed. Please help us in these tough times.

K P Sajimon threatened us. If anything happened to our life or to our assets, such as by accident or anything, he is the main culprit. I already file complaints about his bad attitude towards the customer and the corruptions made by him.

I have deposited online payment in LIC online tech term plan in month of April 2021.After it I have submitted all queries forms for LIC .But I have not Received any updates about the policy until now after Nine months.

I purchased tech term policy on 27th November 2021. Completed my vedeo mer and medical tests on 1st and 4th December 2021. Till now no updates. After frequent mails I got a cc of mail which addressed [protected]@mdindia.com to conduct medical tests or upload if already taken on 22nd December from [protected]@licindia.com. I called the online sales division of chennai branch (Koyambedu) and queried him but he told tech term is managed by Bombay office . Then I called Bombay no number. But nobody was responding .Really very bad experience . I was an old lic agent and my family is having many lic pollicies. Please solve the issue

I am having policy ( Policy no.[protected] also having other polices) registered with LIC online portal User ID ravichandras and also having online registration for spouse in her name.

Now i would like to add my wife policy under my login ID under spouse policy.

When trying to register her policy number under my user ID, it is not allowing and getting error policy has already registered under another user and i am not able to delete or de-active her policy / online account.


Now i want to deregister my wife's online account a/c ID: arunakumari1973 (policy No.[protected] and to be registered under my online a/c.

Regarding this we have sent request to LIC customerzone_mysore
both myself and my wife through registered mail ID but there is no response in this regard.

Hi I have taken the lic agency in the year 2015 requesting u to delete it from the irdai portal as its hampering my life iam unable to get the job in the other insurance company due to this issue iam very upset and my license got terminated due to the non performance pls remove my name from the portal my agency code is 0187698J kindly do the needful

My policy is completed in March 2021... I have given all documents in October: 2nd and 3rd time...nothing has happened till now.

I have registered online to buy a Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 06.07.2021. The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 06.07.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 11838/- . The proposal number of the policy is 10723. After that, a Telemedical video calling was done. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.
I have called customer care but they said they haven't responded to any information regarding online purchased policies and I am not able to get any information about my policy.
So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money.
