      Respected Sir,

      Myself Tapasi Chatterjee, wife of Late Mr. Goutam Chatterjee here from Kolkata claimed the death benefits ( Super Annuation ) from the esteemed Mumbai LIC since I had submitted all the necessary credentials post my husband's demise . My husband had made a deposit here which I could claim post his demise as I was the sole nominee for this account .

      Kolkata LIC had despatched the esteemed amount within two days without any hassle . Whereas 8 months passed since my husband's demise my claim had not been settled yet from LIC Mumbai's site . They had stopped my monthly pension from Rs. 2514 from April also without any prior information .

      Whenever I am sending them any mail regarding claiming the esteemed amount they are stating that my husband's company had been sold out and the case had moved to the hands of the High Court, Liquidator of Mumbai . Many a times we are calling them, texting them, sending them every credentials but Mumbai LIC is totally heedless about this matter ?

      My question is I am an aged individual with several diseases . Need to get that amount by which I can do some treatment further but they are delaying it without any valid reasons. Why they are heedless about our mails, phone calls and messages ?

      Moreover my husband had submitted the Super Annuation money at Mumbai LIC so what is the connection between my husband's company getting sold out and further releasing my claimed amount ?

      Being in this state if I don't get the money or the monthly pension at the earliest I will move on to my final stage of demise .

      No words to express my gratitude for Mumbai LIC ' s such cordial behaviour in this regard . I hope you will go through this matter earnestly and help me out in this at the earliest .

        I, Komal Agarwal, daughter of Late Ashok Agarwal, state that I have not been receiving my money back (survival benefit) with regard to my insurance policy which was made on 20th February, 1999 termed as *Children Money Back Assurance- Without Profits*. There has been three dues which I should have received on November 2016, 2018 and 2020 but the same is yet to be received. When I inquired about it, it was found that the death claim has not been admitted and consequently the status of the policy could not be changed from 71 to 61 due to which there is a failure on their part on issuing my moneyback. I have already submitted all the required documents several times including the NEFT details, the Death Certificate and the policy document but there is no reciprocation from their side, hence
        I need an urgent reply to my query which has been continuously delayed as I am in deep financial crisis. I should have started to receive my dues since I was 18yrs old and now I am 23, still, I haven't received a single due. Please consider this urgent and help me with it.

          Respected Sir,
          I had applied for detective to turn off my LIC agent code from 2017. They gave me LIC NOC but to this day my code seems to be active but as soon as possible I should turn off my LIC code and detect now my new company Even though termination is going on, I have a problem with my job, but how can I Deactive as soon as possible And by updating the portal, please send me my license and attachment request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                By mistake I've created 2 profile under LIC portal and now I can not go back to a single user profile as one user profile can not be deleted. Also I am unable to add Aadhar or PAN to my profile as it is already there in the other user id. I have tried to contact LIC help portal but they did not responded even a single time. I have left the issue like this since 2018 till I came to know about this portal. Hoping to get it sort this time.

                    Respected sir/ma'am

                    I, Rita Mishra, policy number[protected], recieved the maturity benefit on 23/12/2020 with amount Rs. 25208 . No survival benefit on the amount due in this policy has not been received yet. I am trying to reach out the respective authorities since February and there has been no single response I received yet.

                    I therefore request you to reimburse the survival benefit due on 2014 and 2017. For this I shall be highly grateful to you.

                      There are three cash counters in the office. One is for customer/policy holders and two is for LIC Agent. On 23.09.2021 at about 10.45 AM I stand before the counter of customer to deposit premium but at that time cash counter clerk was not sitting on his chair but on the two counters, allotted for LIC Agent, counter clerks were available. I asked the middle counter clerk for accepting my amount of premium. He could not replied anything but an agent who was standing on the third counter to deposit premium of his clients, replied that you can deposit on middle counter because no agent is in Que. I turn over to the middle counter and deposited my premium without any issue. During this I and the agent started discussion about LIC feedback in jolly mood. In this discussion the third counter clerk entered in our discussion and became angry . I asked him not to enter in our discussion but he don't stopped and make hot talk with me, unethical behaviour and used unparliamentary language. This incident may be recorded in CCTV camera of the office, if available. I don't know the name and employee ID of that cash counter clerk. I am requesting to investigate this matter and take proper action against him and also inform me about the action taken against him.

                        i want to inform you that i have a lic policy in your company..( CBO 2(413), , KMDO 1.. Sir my policy renewal date is 23/08/2021..since 1 month grace period, sir i went to the branch on the morning of 23/08/2021 for pay my premium. but after i reached the branch arround 11.30am, i saw that there is no internet link till morning.i will wait untill 2pm. but the link problem as it is same..so today morning i go to nearest branch for pay my premium. But cashier told me that late fine will add today arround 4000...sir this is not may fault..23rd sept i go to branch for pay premium..link falure is not my fault..so i can not pay fine.. please wave my late fee as early as possible

                                With all due respect, this is to inform you that, we are continuously requesting LICHFL service branch at Delhi and thereafter area office at Faridabad and Greater Noida, to provide the List of documents and Foreclosure statement of our below mentioned account numbers:

                                We have repeatedly requested and even visited the relevant offices and office bearers for the takeover of house construction loan with the sanction of TATA Capital Ltd, but we received harrassment at their end.

                                Hon'ble Sir, we are suffering heavy losses due to non-availability of LOD and Foreclosure Statement at the end of LICHFL. We request your good-self to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so as to save our hard earned money so as to avoid recurring cost/loss everyday or please suggest/advise us of any legal action in this matter.

                                    My monthly premiums are not getting deducted automatically despite opting for the ECS NACH mandate. On checking with my bank, they confirmed that they did not receive the request from the Insurer. Have made numerous followups with the insurer, written emails but people at LIC are least bothered to respond. There is no option to make online payments as the option is disabled from LIC portal. Please advise.

                                    Complaint also raised on IRDAI portal on 18-Aug-2021 and still no resolution from LIC.
