Dear Sir,

We have surrender Jeevan Akshay Polciy No.[protected] Abha Sarkar) and Polciy No.[protected] Bireshwar Sarkar) at LIC Varanasi ( Br. code No.291) on dated 22.04.2009 alongwith Issued LIC cheques ( 12 Nos) for clear my pending case.

But it very sorry to say that till date the company had not replied for same surrender polciy nor taken
any pain for that.

You are requested to Kindly confirm the STATUS the same policy and reply to me over phone or mail to us.
Early action in this this matter will be very appriable.

    I have instructed CITIBANK to pay the premium amount for my policy no.[protected] through VISA BILL PAY and they have been doing this regularly for the last 2 years. 10 days back, I have received one SMS from CITIBANK informing that they have not received bill from LIC in June'09 and hence they will not be able to pay the premium for June'09. I shall be thankful if you could immediately send the bill to CITIBANK without fail to enable them make the payment. In this connection, I spoke to your Customer Care person and he advised me to send a msg. to you. I hope you will take immediate action and ensure that this will not happen in future. Hope you will do the needful. As soon as you receive the intimation to Citibank, they will make the payment immediately. Your immediate & prompt action will highly be appreciated.     I wonder about the Citi Bank message which sent to you as " not received bill for June, 2009 ". You have already assigned to Citi Bank through L I C towards the instruction of ECS payment in regular. Then, Where is the question of non receipt of bill for June, 09. I suggest you to make a complaint on CitiBank directly to Reserve Bank of India thro' Email quoting the bank's MICR Number is enough.       I came to know from reliable sources, that LICI is giving a subsidy of Rs.1000 per month to all its ex-employees and their widows from 2008; however i am sorry to say that i have not been getting the benefit.

        I took an LIC policy on[protected] by paying Proposal Deposit of Rupees Nine hundred and ninety only for initial two months( @Rs.450/-per month) at LIC office GBO-I at Panbazar, Guwahati-781001 through Agent Sh. Bajranglal Bothra (Code: 09595481, Mobile No.[protected]) and LIC development officer (Code: 394048). B.O.C.Number is given as 7866 in Proposal Deposit Receipt.

        I was intimated telephonically by the LIC Development Officer of GBO-I my Policy Number to be[protected].Accordingly, I instructed for deduction @Rs.450/-per month from my salary from May, 1997 onward at my office in ONGC-Sivasagar. Thereafter I kept on waiting for my Policy documents, but it was never received by me. In 85 months from May, 1997 to May, 2004 an amount of Rupees Forty two thousand and seventy five only got deducted as monthly premium of my above mentioned LIC Policy No.[protected].The entire amount got deposited at Sivasagar Branch of LICI under Jorhat Divison.

        In June, 2004 I got transferred to ONGC, Ahmedabad. For operational convenience I asked for transfer of my policy to Chandkheda Branch (No.85G) in Dt.–Gandhinagar Gujarat) through my letter dtd.21.05.05 to Branch Manager, LICI, Sivasagar Branch. There has been no official response so far to my letter. But on personal enquiry I have been informed that there is no official document on my policy either at Sivasagar Branch or Guwahati Branch of LICI. My money is said to be simply floating in Sivasagar Branch.

        Under these circumstances, since June, 2004 I have not been able to pay my premium .I do not know the fate of my of my policy. Neither I know when my total deposited money of Rupees Forty three thousand and sixty five will return to me nor whether my investment for more than twelve years now will fetch me any return .         accidental policy — non receipt of policy documents

        Even after paying premium of Rs. 990/- thru my saving bank a/c in Axis bank on 5.8.09,
        I've not yet received the policy documents til 25.8.09.
        I've knocked the kolkata office for help but of no avail..

          i have availed housing loan of 20 lacs from LIC housing finance thane branch on march month and after submitting all reqiured doc on mid of march month i received 12 lacs cheque on first week of april 2009 for closing earlier loan for my previous owner as property is resell property and the same we has submitted at icici bank as earlier loan was with icici bank and after recieving all the docs from icici we have submitted it to LIC hfl on 3 june still i have not received the final cheque of 8 lacs and no body from thane branch of fort branch is replying to me when ever i visit thane branch branch people say concern person is not in the office even no body bothers to attand me every time i get a feedback from them it is in process
          Request you to help me in this case in getting my final cheque of 8 lacs asap
          I have also availed the loan 11 lacs from LIC HF Thane office ….
          The word “customer satisfaction” does not exist in that office, they use to deduct around 12 thousand rupees from account using ECS scheme but I didn’t received any receipt from them even I don’t know what is my current status/statement.
          I applied for floating rate home loan in LICHFL. I was aksed to pay processing fee of 7000 initially. Then in 10days My loan got sanctioned but in between this LIC started fx o flaot 8.9%3 years scheme, so we decided to switch to fixed rate scheme and now LICHFL is asking us to fill a new application and pay the same amount again.

          We insisted that the loan has not yet been dibursed so why we need to pay the fee. But LICHFL is not heraing to us.

          I am frustated about this. LICHFL should consider the customer sentiments too.

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              I m very disappoint with ur recovery department person Mr Vaibhav who is not having the decent way of talking, we have made late payment which we know it very well but in front of that late payment we have done the advance payment for next 3 months and my next due date is 10/10/2009.
              I only concern is without taking proper inquiry about the payment is done or no, Mr vaibhav was shouting as if he had to pay our loan from his pocket.let me tell u that if i m doing late payment lic is charging me penlty so that dont mean that he can talk how he wants
              I[censored] guys will not take any action against this person i will see to it that i write one mail to the chairman.This was not the 1st time but this had happened more then 3-4 time which is very disappointing.
              This really proves that u dont value the customer, and it was really worst experience and would never suggest anybody to take loan from LIC
              Hope to get positive reply from you and will take strick action against mr vaibhav, if not then i have to take some big step

                I HAD APPLIED FOR HOUSING LOAN WITH RELEVANT DOCUMENT SUBMITTED TO THEIR BRANCH OFFICE, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI IN MAY, 2009, BUT I DONOT WANT ANY LINK FROM LIC DUE TO MANY PROBLEMS WITH LIC HOUSING FINANCING.                 LIC Home Finance Ltd — Processing fees not return

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I was apply for HOME LOAN on last year also paid processing fees Rs.10,000 at same time. after two month they rejected my Home loan but not return my processing fees.they told me that processing fees is not refundable.

                but if you rejected my home Loan then you should return my processing fees also.

                what is wrong on my point ?

                  Sir,
                  My father took loan in LIC housing Finance lmtd in 2003 and died in the year 2005.The loan was around 4 lakhs.When ever we go to the office they are telling that a letter should come frm Head office, only then we can sugest u.But now suddenly they are asking us to pay 6 lakhs. I dont understand want to do .So please can u suggest some idea.

                      I have availed 2 homeloans from Pune camp Office which is located at Swargate. The Staff seems to be unprofessional from Top to Bottom.They purely work like a government office and behave rudely to the customers. Somehow they have a feeling that customer has a need so they can take them for granted.

                      I have several incidents with them and tried to write even the company seceratary but not even heard a call from any Senior authority.

                      Recently I have asked for a subsequent disbursement for a under construction property of mine. It is 13 days now and no news when i will get the cheque. I am being chased by the Builder but they guys are not bothered about that.

                      The manager Rajnikant Unniyal is outright rude and dictator kinf of peson who is not even botherd abt these things.

                      My bad luck I approached them...If I have been given a option to pay them without penality i would be more than happy to do it.

                      I completely agree.
                      Rajnikant and his guy's are good for nothing.
                      They are not ata all professional.
                      His Guy Sachin is hole. After the commission checque got cleared and I made the follow up for disbursement the mother told me to lift my file, that too when my builder is standing at my home for the payment.

                          I was willing to purchase a policy Health Protection PLUS from LIC for which I contacted an agent Name Chandan Jha at Kamla nagar branch of LIC. But to my great surprise its more than 15 days I am not able to get any status of the Same.

                          First and foremost no details whatsoever was available about this policy on LIC website, while there were many hidden terms and conditions, even then when I tried to purchase this policy through agent, I got to know that everybody in the Branch was least concerened about this policy, as they themselves were in a mood not to sell this policy, since frequenct claims expected in this policy could be a headache for them.

                          I request LIC to tighten its employee/agents as this habbit of selling the policies more profitable to agents, will certainly put adverse affect future buisness of LIC>

                          and moreever if you try hard and finally succeed to purchase this policy you can't enroll it on LIC's
                          website since it will say that the policy number is wrong. Even if you contact on LIC coustmer care number you will listen that, "We are sorry we are unable to locate the policy number, try again later".

                          Let me present one more intresting thing if you try to send mails on e-mail ids provided on LIC's website, mails will bounce back..WOW, our LIC.
                          Dear Sir,

                          What you are saying is true. This policy has been relaunched by increasing the cover age from 65 to 75 year. Few agents might not have updated their knowledge on this. I request you to visit my site http://rupali-padwal.blogspot.com/ to get the example of the policy.

                          This is a unit linked policy. On LIC website there is diifferent option to view ULIP policy details.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I had applied a housing loan for Rs.400000/- on March'09 and I also paid the processing fees along with the all eligible documents for the same but till now I am not getting any reply from the LIC Housing Finance Department.

                            Because to apply a Housing Loan I have to submit a lots of documents and for it I already expense a some of money and the LIC Housing Finance Department also took a processing fees for it my question is that after taking the fees why they can't process the file and if they have no time to process the file then it is better to close the department because for them so much valuable time had been wasted by waiting for their reply.

                              I had submitted an application on form no 3750, for change of Nomination, as required also submitted the Original Policy Bond for change of Nomination details on 07.06.2008 and got the acknowledgement of the same, Now it is more than one year has passed but still I have not the same back after change of the nomination. Despite my no of visit to the branch it is being informed to me that the same had been dispatched at my address, but the same till date has not been received at my address.


                              Request you to please help me in getting my bonds for both the above mentioned policies.

                                policy number[protected] is in name of Deen dayal aggarwal. He took a loan on this policy from his PNB bank. The nominee under the policy was Kriti aggarwal ( His younger daughter). Now on 29 may 2008, Mr. Aggarwal died. We found out that the policy is with the bank. Bank asked to pay the loan. Now the bank loan has been paid and bank gave us letter that loan has been paid back fully. letter has been submitted to LIC branch 1121 on 9 March 2009 by hand. Reciept taken. I am here to complaint against the lic staff and agent which says that nominee wont get the money, rather all legal heirs will get it. This policy is Jeevan suraksha (Table number 122). Which says, it can not be assigned nor loan can taken on this. SO any assisnment or loan on this policy is against the terms of LIC policy so its VOID AB INITIO. we will go to consumer court against LIC, its agent, and bank for case o[censored]seless harassment and delay for the mistakes on part of LIC, BANK and its agent. Earlier made compliant vide complaint number 165886. whose resolution was provided that case will be decided in standing committe. May I know how many years after this case will get solved. Almost 1 year has been completed since death of Policy holder.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  As i was paying my Quarterly payment for month of June bearing policy No[protected] on 3rd of June 09 via lic website, there was an error and the status was not updated to paid hence i tried once to make the payment.Later when i checked in my account the amount has been debited twice.I have contacted customer care and they confirmed within 4 working days the same will be reverted back but till date nothing has happened. Request your help in this regards.

                                      I had submitted my Original Policy Bond with Form no. 3750 for change in nomination by speed post on 03.03.2009 at LIC Cantt Branch, Lucknow (0227). The said documents are deliverred at LIC branch on 06.03.2009 (I had the delivery acknowledgement from Indian Post). But i have not yet received my original policy bond returned till the date. I have mailed several time to lic in this regards but no action has been taken by the Branch till date.
