      I am Renu Rabidas, a policy holder of Malda Branch-1, Mokdumpur. Nach mandate send and done by branch on 24.02.2021 and by division 09.03.2021. But why the NACH CENTRE HAS DELAYED TO PROCESS (KOLKATA) from 4 months. It's very disappointing. I just want to know the reason, because I am also a government staff and doing our work with 25% attendence, so why there is no any displacement about processing by the NACH CENTRE, why they are harrassing us???????

        m amar pno[protected] is foreclosed without notice. after request branch is reinstated with cash payment.after same is cansilled forcely.due to error.after i have given letter for reinstate on 12/06/2019 and taken acknowedgement.but not solved my problem till today i am ready to pay entire amount i request to please take action for reinstate my policy

          i have submitted all documents for reembersment of cm club office allowence of agency 05970653 for my 2019-20 to khammam 653 branch on 11/2020.Branch manager was inspected and given his report .Consern authority also issued advise to pay office allowence.But not paid till today.All other agents got intime .Actuval time limit 1 month only .I request to justice me

            death claim all forms posted for pno[protected] on 23/3/21 to lic nampally 643 branch.Those are not paid and not even booked till today. Morethan 4 months not responded concern officer not giving proper reply.I request to u take action and help to settel with intrest .Please do needfull

              With due regard I want to lay few lines for your kind consideration that I
              Rajneesh Kumar Goyal[protected] was working as SDE in BSNL in Bathinda SSA of Punjab circle . In the year 2019 BSNL has taken GTI scheme from Life Insuration Corporation New Delhi. That my premium was deducted wrongly. The Life Insurance Corporation has withdrawn my policy and agreed to to refund the premium worth Rs.45430-00 as per the list attached herewith in the moth of Nov 2019. Sir the official in the list at serial no. 2 Mr.Shashi Kant has received the refund with interest ondated[protected] as per the transaction id attached herewith. Sir it is a matter of great regret that inspite of my so many talks I have received no amount till date. This attitude of LIC fully frustrated and depressedme.

              R/Sir,
              I am hereby attaching the MOU between BSNL and LIC of India. As per policy Effective date of policy is 01March2019 written on page no.2/12 under para ( VII ). My date of birth is[protected]. As per policy my premium was 9440-00. as I was less than 50years 6 month from the effective date of policy which was 01March2019 as per policy document at page 11/12. But the LIC charged Rs. 45430-00 . which was wrong. I complainted this with BSNL and as well as LIC. The LIC suspended my policy and agreed to refund the money.But till date I have received no refund. I am fully depressed and disappointed with the behaviour of LIC of India. So I request yourself to kindly direct the concerned authorities to make the refund with interest in the below noted account.

                      I have registered online to buy tech term plan through LIC website on 14.06.2021. The access id is[protected]. i have purchased tech term plan on 30.06.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 11838/- . The proposal number of policy is 10142. After that a Telemedical video calling was done on 02.07.2021. But after that there is not any update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.
                      i have called customer care but they said they have not any information regarding online purchased pilicies and i am not able to get any information about my policy.
                      So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money.

                          It is Regarding Claim for Policy Number :[protected] & three more policies.
                          I have submitted Claim to LIC Mathura Office on[protected]. Till date I have not received Claim Amount. also not received any information from LIC. All policies are more than 5 years old. Need to settlement of claim asap alongwith Interest till claim settlement.

                              I have not received the claim under the above policy due in march2021. I have already submitted the life certificate, discharge voucher, NEFT details and PAN card well in advance.
                              I am utterly surprised to learn that such a big institution cannot settle the clay in spite of complaining for three months.

                                I took pension plan Jeewan Surakhsha Policy No[protected] on 25 May 2001 from LIC of India. Alongwith the policy a letter addressed to me was given by Branch officer on 26 June 2001. As per that amount of pension option 'E' was Rs 52205/- While on 12th June 2020 I was given a revised sheet for annuity amount of Rs 47360/- for option 'E'. Nowhere in policy or letter dated 26 June 2001 was mentioned that the amount is subject to change based on the market risk or any other reason. Assigning lower pension than what was confirmed and committed in the enclosure alongwith the letter dated 26 June 2001 is breach of trust.
                                Since more than a year have written multiple times to various authorities in LIC but without any response.
                                As there is no provision to attach the emails and other documents in this complaint box, the complete picture may not be reflected. You may like to seek more detail - my correspondence email ID is [protected]@hotmail.com

                                  I am an employee of SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant, Staff No-678245. I have taken a LIC policy vide[protected]. Despite of deduction of all premia from my salary, I was paid back only the deducted amount after maturity and loyalty addition was not paid, stating, 'there was a gap in 03/1996'. It was the responsibility of LIC of India to deduct the premium and of the agent to ensure the same. Sir, I am not responsible for this matter. I have attached the statement given by authority of SAIL, Bokaro for your reference.

                                  I kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and instruct LIC of India management to settle my proper claim.
