Respected Sir,

I am Mrs. Preeti Khanna, age 50 years, R/o 34 Sharda Vihar Phase 1, Dayal Bagh Agra, UP. My husband died on 28.04.2021 due to Covid-19. He had purchased 2 policy no.[protected],[protected] under HUF (Gurdayal khanna(L.A) Gurdayal khanna HUF(P), , branch DBO (266) AGRA settled the claim and payment was transferred to Gurdayal khanna HUF on 15/6/2021. But LIC claim department made big mistake, they mentioned name of only HUF and the payment was rejected by bank due to name mismatch. Our claim department Informed us on 18.6.2021 that the policy claim amount will be issued by cheque. The permission of cheque will be given by divisional office Agra 2 ro 3 days.. thereafter I am going there more than 25 time to visit in branch office DBO code 266 but neither any satisfactory answer not any cheque is received from them. Everyone is passing onthe matter to one another but no response is given to me. Always when I go there the branch says the manager cliam will pass the claim, the manager claim says MM will pass the claim, and MM says SDM will give the permission for issue of cheque, but today after 70 days I have not received any cheque or /NEFT. A woman who lost her husband is being troubled by LIC.Hence, I would be very grateful if you kindly look into the matter and pass order to issue cheque or NEFT with interest. Hoping for a positive reply from your side.

    i want to inform you that my father have 10 policy in lic of india..My father died on 10/05/2021..After the death of my father, I submitted all the policies for death claim in cbo 2 branch at 26/06/2021.I submitted all the papers after showing and verifying the claim officer.But till date i have not received any death claim amount yet.Every time I go to the branch and ask the officer about the death claim, he says the claim is underline.Sir, 2 months have passed and I have not received any claim..thats why i complain here. Sir please take care of this natter, that I can get my claim as early as possible..

        I have filed for a death claim on[protected] against my LIC Policy no[protected] in the name of Anita Agarwal at Allahabad bai ka bagh branch and they have said that our claim will be reimbursement within 15 days but till date i have not received my claim amount nor any mail / communication had been received from the LIC department.

        I have contacted several times to the LIC office but no response has been received. More than 2 months have been passed but I have get no response about my claim.

            I have sent several mails to LIC pgs parle, Mumbai alongwith my digital life certificate, but till date I could not receive my monthly annuity in August, 2021. My annuity no is 089M[protected].
            Even a mail has been forwarded to pgs parle by customer zone, LIC, Pune but still I could not receive my annuity. So you are requested to kindly credit my August month annuity ASAP.

                I Mr. Bapuji Shankar Bhandugare having policy in our Branch policy number[protected].

                My Complaint is i had transfer the Monthly instalment to Mr. Rajesh Shroff & his mobile no is ‪[protected]‬. I had transferred the Amount - 1500/- on 05/11/2020 to make my policy due.

                And, till today the LIC agent didn't pay the premium which i had transferred him to make the policy payment. & Even not receive our calls also

                Kindly do the needful to get the money back or to adjust the amount in my given account.

                I had also attached the my bank passbook for your reference.

                We are waiting for your reply and justification for the same.

                  I have applied for a Term Insurance in mid-tune 2021 and till now by end of Aug, LIC India did not process my proposal after paying premium already in the month of June.
                  This delay is entirely because of inability of LIC departments to cope up with new technical advancements and centralization happened at their end. LIC is not responding to customers on any emails and they do not have any office who can resolve the issue in Pune as everywhere, every manager of LIC is just saying process is moved centrally and we do not have any information and control on this case. After further discussion with LIC officials, they confirmed more than 8-10 thousands of such cases and issues pending with LIC which they cannot give justice on customer support and satisfaction. In this mean time I am not having any life cover due to problems @ LIC and who will be responsible for any mishap happens unfortunately as after paying premium as well and after 3 months of follow up I have no information and confirmation from LIC side.
                  Requesting government officials and finance / insurance (IRDA) department to focus on this issue because in India LIC is the hope for Indians and if we see such behaviour in such big esteemed organisation which means it's really shameful and bad situation for INDIA and INDIANS.

                    - Money back not received for Jan 2021 for Rs.15, 000.00

                    I have already raised the same issue with LIC Najafgarh office (11Y) on 15 Feb, 2021 but they were not able to resolve the same.

                    I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible so that money back could be credited to my account.

                      LIC HFL— Refund not received. My FD no : 641780 is matured on 27/07/2021 and I received only the interest amount. I haven't got the principal amount. Wrote multiple emails and I didn't received any response from the LIC HFL Customer service as well as branch office. They only collect deposits and no office for servicing or resolving issues. Please help me in getting my principal amount back.

                            निवेदन है कि मेरे पति का देहांत COVID-19 से 28.04.2021 को हो गया था !मेरे पति स्वर्गीय गुरदयाल खन्ना ने दो पॉलिसी किसका संख्या[protected] एवं[protected] है जो HUF में ली गई थी जिसमें गुरदयाल खन्ना L.A(KARTA) थे एवं गुरुदयाल खन्ना HUF प्रपोजल थे.मैंने एलआईसी की पॉलिसी के क्लेम के पेपर जनपद शाखा आगरा में जमा किए इसमें सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज चेक करवा कर डिपॉजिट कर दिए गए जिसका भुगतान 15 जून को NEFT द्वारा मेरे दिए गए बैंक डिटेल गुरदयाल खन्ना एचयूएफ में भेजा गया परंतु ब्रांच की तरफ से सिर्फ क्लेम नेम में एचयूएफ (HUF) लिखकर पेमेंट कर दिया गया जोकि 18 जून को वापस आ गया ! मैंने और मेरे बेटे ने शाखा से संपर्क किया तो मुझे बताया गया कि आपका NEFT नेम मिसमैच के कारण वापस आ गया है अब इसमें करेक्शन नहीं हो सकता ! इसका भुगतान चेक द्वारा होगा इसकी अनुमति मैनेजर क्लेम डिविजनल ऑफिस देगा आपको दो-तीन दिन में चेक दे दिए जाएंगे .करीब 7 दिन बाद 25.06.2021 मैंने फिर संपर्क किया तो मुझे बोला गया कि आप बैंक का लेटर लेकर आए जिसमें अकाउंट में आपका पुत्र अमन खन्ना (KARTA) हो गया हैं मैंने बैंक का लेटर पैड पर लिखवा कर दे दिया (कॉपी संगलन ) है ब्रांच में जमा कर दिया. फिर लगभग दो-तीन दिन बाद मैंने फिर जनपद शाखा से संपर्क किया मुझे बताया गया कि अभी डिविजनल ऑफिस से परमिशन नहीं आई है आप डिविजन ऑफिस जाकर मिल लो ! मैं डिविजनल ऑफिस के संबंधित अधिकारी से मिली पर कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गया बोला गया दो-तीन दिन में ब्रांच को परमिशन दे देंगे चेक बनाने की आप ब्रांच से संपर्क करें !कभी बोला जाता है चेक की परमिशन मैनेजर क्लेम देंगे कभी एमएम (M.M) देंगे कभी एसडीएम (S.D.M ) देंगे लेकिन लेकिन आज 15:06.2021 से 18.08.2021 (64 दिन ) तक मुझे चेक प्राप्त नहीं हुए डिविजनल ऑफिस द्वारा एक महिला जिसके पति की COVID-19 से जान गई है उसको चेक ना देकर तंग किया जा रहा है डिविजनल ऑफिस की क्या मंशा है चेक की परमिशन ना देने की इसकी गंभीरतापूर्वक गहराई से जांच कराई जाए एवं दोषी पाए जाने पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए !

                            आपसे निवेदन है मेरे पति का क्लेम अमाउंट का चेक अभिलंब व्याज सहित देने की कृपा करें एवं जांच कमेटी द्वारा डिविजनल ऑफिस के संबंधित अधिकारी की गंभीरता पूर्वक जांच करके उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें!

                              Payment not received on reinvested survival benefit-Policy no.415040997

                              Above policy matured on 28.01.2021 but the survival benefit which was reinvested on 28.01.2011 not included in the maturity payment.I have submitted a letter to the Branch manager, College street branch(41N) Kolkata-700013 on 10.02.2021 attaching Acknowledge Slip duly accepted by the Branch Manager confirming reinvestment of survival benefit on19.01.2011 but so far I have not received the payment with interest

                                Hi Team,

                                Hope you are doing well and keeping safe.

                                I have a Loan Number :[protected] in your dwarka branch. My EMI was not deducted from my account for April and May month. I have submitted a HDFC bank cheque to the branch. I called LIC HFL customer care number and also called the branch but did not get a response from their side. I called the agent who passed my loan in your branch has said " LIC HFL will deduct automatically, you do not need to take tension".

                                After waiting many days, I had paid the entire amount to LIC HFL when I did not get any response from your side and agent side.

                                my 2 month actual EMI (23-MAY-21) = 32464 and I had to paid for 2 month EMI (23-MAY-21)=33090 with fine.

                                My monthly EMI is "16232" fixed.

                                Every month, I have to Pay EMI through the portal and the EMI on the portal is not activated on time.

                                Now I want you to kindly refund the extra paid charges (Rs 626 ) because this is not from my side. No LIC HFL person called me. everytime I had to take initiative.

                                mail snapshot attached. request you to resolve the case on priority.

                                All banks are allowed change of interest rates as per RBI interest rate policy to the existing housing loan customers except the LICHFL. It is not allowing reduced rate of interest for mortagage loans even though all other banks are extending. Further the difference of interest rate between Home loan and mortagage loan is 1% in all banks but in LICHFL it is more than 4%. Why it is cheating its customers.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I, Basant Kumar father of policy holder bought LIC's Jeevan Umang from one of LIC agent ( Mr. Subhash Kumar, )for my two sons dtd on 09th March 2021.
                                  Upon receiving the first premium receipt on my whatsup I found on both my and my son's details was wrong. Then I called the agent and asked for the correction.

                                  After sometime he started not answering my call and stop responding to my message also. I told my agent, I don’t wish to continue the policy and want to cancel the policy. please give me my original bond paper and first premium receipt aslo. This I am telling him from last June 2021 month when bond paper wasn’t printed.

                                  He told me once bondpaper will be printed I will inform you and give you all. When I was not given any information and call from the agent, I reached the branch dtd on 21st July 2021 and asked for my bond paper. The SO branch manager ( Mr. Ravi Shankar) told me your bond paper has been already received dtd on 05th july by your agent.

                                  Then On 22nd July I reached the LIC agent house for asking my original bond paper and first premium receipt, He has given me and he made me sign on a personal diary. Then I reached to branch office for cooling off, LIC SO Branch manager (Mr. Ravi Shankar ) told me we can’t cancel this because 15 days is over. This cool off can be done only within 15days after receiving the original bond paper, and You have authorized the agent in your proposal for receiving original bond paper . so I will not cooloff your policy.

                                  Sir In this case I don’t know what to do. Please help me for cooling off my policy.

For this I submitted my Original Policy along with the request letter by hand to LIC branch Janak Puri District Centre Delhi on 04/03/2020( receipt attached).

                                    I received an email stating that the changes have been done and the policy may be collected from the concerned branch in Janakpuri Distrcit Centre in Delhi. When the branch was approached, they were unable to furnish the hard copy of the policy(reasons cited: transfer of staff, etc.). I regret to inform you that since last year July, 2020 repeated visits have been made to the Janakpuri, District Centre LIC office by my authorised person but in vain. As a senior Citizen this is causing great inconvenience and harassment to me.

                                    It is kindly requested to intimate the location of the office from where I can get the Original hard copy of the policy or send the same by registered post(Speed post).
